I have booked uber from my home hsr layout to yesvantpur railway station on 18th dec 2017. When i booked the uber its shows me a fare of rs 350 -470 but after completing the trip the fare has become rs. 1303 and there was no dely and no heavy traffic.
And i had a harrowing experience with uber driver name arunpandiyan (Contact no - +91-[protected]) first of all, he took different route (Outside of city) and for that i paid rs 135.00 as a toll tax and after telling him that why you taking this route, in reply he told me that i will go as per uber map, i am not going to follow your route so unprofessional and no etiquettes.

      Dear sir,

      I was travelled with my colleague by uber black service on dated 17/11/17 from indragandhi domestic airport to lajpat nagar, ghaziabad via dilshad colony. After completing my ride i paid to driver amount 1100/-. But driver has cancelled the ride. Now we need your support/advise to get invoice of that ride & take necessary action against the drive so that control such kind of ambiguity in future.

        I booked for an uber ride (For my daughter zinnia) at around 9:30 am today on 19.12.17 (From mayur vihar, phase-iii to sector-55, noida). The message received showed vehicle no. Dl1rt8237 with driver name virender. When i contacted the driver over phone, he declined to undertake the ride on the ground that there was no such booking. When i insisted that unless there is such booking, how can i receive his details. He then became extremely extremely rude and started using very foul language. As the trip was very urgent, i tried to cancel the same and re-book. But that was also not going through due to 'uber network' problem. Suddenly a different vehicle hr55x8082 (Driver: sunil) arrived and completed the trip.

          I booked a cab from kharghar to international airport at 6:55 am on 19th dec. A driver named shailesh picked up my booking but didn't respond. I tried calling him but his phone was switched off.. I saw from map that he had not moved. Inch from his previous location. I had to catch a flight and so cancelled it but you guys charged me rs 100 as cancellation fees with my fault.. Can i ask why? This is how you make money?

            We booked 2 uber xls for dec. 6th. 5:45 am for airport ride. We were heading to assam for a family wedding. These ubers were booked from the night before and we have confirmation emails. These cars did not show up and we got no cancellation emails or calls from them. We waited till 6 am then my brother dr. Greesh lillaney and sister in law anjali lillaney who are both senior citizens and the grooms parents got nervous as hell and started to panic. We all ran on the street frantically looking for taxis. We finally managed to hire 2 local cabs and got one small uber. We were extremely late to the airport and almost missed our flight. My sister who was with us has had spine surgery and is since been in pain from the frantic running. The grooms parents due to stress and anxiety suffered blood pressure and breathing issues and were ill for days to follow. Our family has been very upset and have been visiting doctors ever since. I would like to sue uber for damages for the distress we have been caused. I would like to know what you are prepared to do to compensate us for this ordeal we have been thru failing which we will consider hiring attorneys and making this a public matter. I am happy to provide you with uber confirmations and boarding passes for the same date and time as mentioned above. Awaiting your response

              I have reached multiple times for the account black for uber in my mobile & they says they have escalated issue but as for no updates nor issue has been fixed.

                I took the cab from hind inox, g c avenue for behela chowrasta, kolkata but at emall, c r avenue the car brokedown and drive asked me to change the drop location. I said i will be charged but he insisted, as i was in hurry i did as the driver said and was charged rs.63 immediately i booked another cab from that very location for behala. Car broke down was not my fault, so why should i be charged? You may arrange for refund of my this ride. Driver name was shoeb, car hyundai xcent. Booking time 13.33 on 17.12.2017.

                  I would like to report, i have given my mobile to driver for charging during the trip on saturday night (16/01/2017) from whitefield to yeswantpur, but unfortunately i forgot to take it back. The phone was switched off and was charging through driver's cable. I am not able to trace the driver now. I have been calling the driver since saturday night till now via uber app but he is not responding.

                  I also approached uber via mail to provide me driver's direct contact no. Or any supportive help on this.
                  However i could not get positive response also they are trying to hide this incident as well the driver. Uber has all the contact and address information of the driver but still they are not helping.

                    Pathetic situation i came a cross today, today have booked uber from kharghar 1st driver is ajay kar bhari and second is ashish suresh (Booked one at 7.34 and another on 7.49 pm, both the drivers have started a trip and switched off their mobile, was trying since 30 mints but ni response, without any of my mistake have been charged trip charges rs 66 and rs 55.93

                    Take action against this 2 cab driver, how you tolerate such # guys in your company,

                    One no have got is [protected] and another drivers no is [protected]

                    Return my money and take action against this 2 buggers, revert me the action taken and return my money's rs 122

                    Will not take a ride henceforth in uber unless you people resolve this immediately

                      I tried to book an uber from bagbazar around 8.20 pm today. Driver for pickup was shown who was completing a nearby trip. The arrival time was after 10mins. I called the driver he asked my location & confirmed he will be coming after completing the trip, he asked my drop location, i told it is howrah. I saw he completed the trip and was nearby my location i called again, he confirmed arriving at my location. The next moment i saw my trip was transferred to another driver who was again completing a trip nearby & came after another 10 mins. I waited for 20mins on my location. The previous driver cancelled & transferred my trip only because he did not want to come to howrah. I lodge a complain against that driver whose mobile no is [protected]. I want uber to take action against that driver & also request to take step to against such harassment to customer. We agree to pay more on uber only to have a no refusal safe drive to our location but if such harassment continues it useless to have this app.

                      And One time the driver dropped my family befor the desired location and he charged ₹100 more.
                      Ask them to don’t accept any booking untill they complete their first ride if they won’t do it take a serious action against them.

                        I found that most of your drivers first accepr the pick up and after waiting for them for more than 10 minutes when you contact them they ask drop point or they themselves call back and ask the drop point. If it is distant they refuse to come because that reduces their number of trips per day which mainly is your criteria for paying the drivers. Not only that, they ask you to cancel the booking, which entails charges ranging from 50/-. Even when you report the matter on your help menu, charges are continued. I don't know if this is your policy to earn money in this fashion or something is wrong with your staff. As a continued practice o[censored]ber to keep charging me for cancellations done by your drivers, i was constrained to remove your service from my businesses. While i have no grudge or complaints about your frequent overcharging in the name of "surge pricing" (Because we are forewarned about prices) i, for that matter nobody, would like to be cheated of his hard earned money on account of defeciency of service from the service provider or their drivers. This actually is double whammy as not only you loose time waiting for the cab (And sometimes almost missing your flight or train), you are also wrongly charged for refusal o[censored]ber's drivers.
                        Moreover there is no financial penalty on drivers for such misdemeanours other than down grading them which hardly bothers them because the customer has no choice of choosing driver and most of them are already registered with "ola" also.
                        Hope this clarifies my previous year with uber.

                          I booked car under your company to proceed from vayusena nagar, lohegaon to phoneix mall. After waiting for half an hour the driver did not report to pick me up. (Car license plate no was mh 12kn3783). After repeated call on mobile also the driver did not report. This was very embarrassing situation for my family aswell as for me also. After completion of my job when i returned at around 1530 hours i was charged rs 99/- with rs 42.50 for previous trip. This was another embarrasing situation for me.

                            Had a harrowing experience in nov 2017 when i booked a uber and waited for more than 30 mins. I was able to trace that the driver on standby for long time and headed towards a different direction. I called the driver plenty of times but he was not picking up. No number o[censored]ber was available to complain.
                            I was not able to cancel bcos uber was charging me for cancellation. So, uber prevented me from cancellation, driver was not responding, uber didnt give any option to contact them completely putting me in helpless situation.
                            Finally driver cancelled after 30 mins when i ran and took a normal cab.
                            I am asking for inr 50 as cancellation fee from uber and inr 320 which i paid to the normal cab.
                            Uber is giving some lengthy info about their product, process... Finally they are sending mail that we have not received your complain... What a hypocrisy and ways of shutting down a customer complaint.

                            Booked a cab from inderpuri to igi terminal 3..the driver came after 20 mins of booking time and after that he used slangs and misbehaved with my mother and me.. And he asked me to cancel the ride.. I was talking politely all the time but he used slangs and shouted at me at the top of his voice.

                              On 16th december 2017 i took a ride with uber and at the end of the trip driver took ra. 1018 in cash from me despite taking an additional 1018 rupees via paytm. I want my refund of rs. 1018. This is the most horrible thing you can do to consumer by charging double. I will go to consumer court if this is not settled. This is not the first time uber has done this.

                              We the customer never choose the driver.Through internet it is done.but some times driver after hearing the destination they denied . several times it happens.for that we r suffering a lot.we could not reach our destination on time if we depend on uber.so during booking it should b done properly.

                                These are pictures cut from paytm and hdfc bank statements. You skipped noticing the u icon in paytm snapshot and blue table representation in the hdfc bank statement. I am surprised you thought these are sms or text messages. Apart from these screenshots from the statements there is not other way i have to share more information regarding these transactions. I am attaching them again so that you can re-verify that these are not sms. Also, these screenshots have transaction ids listed which you can use to track in your system to find out if transaction happened successfully or not. Why are you not doing that? Why do you need screenshot when your system already has information on these transactions? ~raj

                                I've checked the screenshot sent by you, it is the texts you are getting about the charge which is not verifiable as per our policy. I would like to request you please send a latest screenshot of your bank/wallet statement reflecting this charge towards uber.
                                Please note that sms messages are not considered a bank statement as they do not differentiate between a hold and a completed transaction.

                                The date and time is already provided in my message. I have given the transaction numbers from wallet and debit cards same as what you see in screenshots. Why do you need screenshots?

                                Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                Uber charged me with outstanding amount of 42 rs because of cancellation. The reason for me being canceling is drivers not arriving on the expected time plus not responding to calls. So can't wait for them to arrive at their time and that too during nonpeak hours midnight 3 a.m.
                                Today from paytm wallet 748.55 Rs has been deducted and credited to Uber for the trip which i never took.And the trip details showing dated 22-Oct-2017 and driver name is Lokesh.I am trying to search the uber contact number or email id where i can report issue but not getting anywhere.Can someone provide me contact detail or email id o[censored]ber.

                                  Today i booked a cab in uber app! The expected timing was 15 mins so i was waiting and in few mins i called him to check where he is his phone was busy i was expecting and waiting for him. But i got the notification saying pay 30rs to continue booking because i was waiting in french loaf and looking at him in the map he was somewhere and he cancelled my booking i don't know what he did i have been charged 30rs. Then i again contacted the cab driver he spoke very arrogantly i asked him why am i being charged you didn't come and you didn't respond he keeps blabbering something and he told me do what ever you can do! Great job uber in recruiting people and training them you fame is well know

                                  Why does Uber send false promotion messages and then charge the customers the total amount without excluding the promotion off. In clear terms it is considered fraud and moreover zero support to handle such issues.

                                    I booked a cab early morning at 3.52 today and it was showing me a fare of 478. By the time i have completed my ride the total fare got revised to 560.73. If i consider this as a surge pricing also then i generally take ride from the same departure place to the same destination place and get charge correctly then why the price got increased this time. There was no waiting to driver and we have straight completed our ride and even there was no traffic as it was early morning.

                                    Please take prompt action against such illegal practice and help me get my money refunded back...

                                      Hi team, i unlocked 1 promo code in oct, 17 (Validity till dec, 17) of rs. 75 for making 5 trip payments using mastercard.
                                      I unlocked another promo code on 5-dec-17 of same amount (Rs. 75) for making 5 trip payments using mastercard. But after this, my first promo code got removed from my a/c.
                                      I never used the first promo code in any of my trip.
                                      I contacted uber many times, and each time the customer care representatives "diverted me to different topic" and never resolved the issue.
                                      Please help!

                                      Today i booked a cab from mazumdar shaw medical center to doddathogur. It showed me a fare of rs. 96.
                                      After completing the trip, i saw that the fare has become rs. 144 even though there was no traffic and no delay in entire trip.
                                      Driver picked me up in 5 mins and i reached home quickly still uber charged rs. 48 extra unfairly.
                                      Please take prompt action against such illegal practice and help me get my money refunded back.
