Today i took uber from a hospital to my home so i kept the drop location as kothpet and from the main road it’s little inside i told the driver that uber calculates on kms travelled and it will calculate for that extra mile the driver started arguing that i should have been more careful to use the app n now he’s taking me free for that extra mile which is not true, i even told the driver you can ask you’re company about the rate policy it charges on kms travelled not on some location bases the whole argument was unnecessary and already there’s a lot going on so i expect a little professionalism in the driver. I expect uber drivers are better than other cab services so i expect you to look into this n educate the driver that this extra mile is not free

    I booked a cab on[protected]. I called up the driver and he told me to cancel the trip because he did not want to go there.
    I did not cancel. I waited for the driver he came there I told him to take me to my destination. He told me to cancel the trip and he won’t take me.
    I being a girl and it was night time, the driver was so unprofessional that he waited over there and did not even cancel the ride by himself and was not even ready to take me to my destination.
    *I want you to take strict actions on this driver, as instead of refusing to drop a girl safely at night he wanted to see how much money he was earning by that trip and he told me that He won’t get any requests at my drop location. *

      Dear Customer Team,

      I have booked UBER CAB yesterday around 5:15pm and i have filled my destination location which was in Gurugram (Gurgaon). Driver start Google MAP but when we are entering in Gurugram, driver changed the route. i am saying to take over flyover according to MAP but driver changed the route. He routed CAB inside Gurgram and my destination was only 4km from there and he routed into 18km in traffic. My bill was around Rs. 400-415/- but after this route, my bill is Rs. 715.99/-. This is your driver fault. I will not pay for your driver's fault. I will pay only my bill which was 400-415 only. If bill will not correct, i will not pay this bill and will not use UBER more now. This is cheating with customer.

      I have also complained on UBER APP but i am not getting any response. Is UBER help?

        Hi... On 9th dec... Sarurday.. I book uber... From the vibgyor high balewadi.. The name of the driver was sagar.. And he came with the white indica... Around..2.30pm... Firstly.. He drove very rashly.. And other issue is he talked to me very rudely... I want u ppl hsve to take a strict action against him... I told him that i will complaing anout u.. He said to me go.. Ahead i don't care... So just take action against him otherwise i stop usong your services and get back to me... I[censored] taje wny action...

          I was travelling from kandivali to nallasopara and had to cross dahisar toll on the way. The toll charges are rs 35/- only. However, uber have charged me rs 36.75/- which is already included in the total bill. On confronting for the same, they are unable to provide a valid reason or solution.
          After checking i have checked all my previous trips wherein i had to cross dahisar toll and everywhere they have charged me 1.75/- extra. This is a huge fraud and needs to be curbed asap.
          But uber is not willing to accept its mistake and rectify it. Instead they are adamant that the toll charges are as rs 36.75/- request the authorities to take immediate action.

            Its been more than a month that i am unable to book a ride. Whenever i try to book, booking fails. When i confirm my ride, the app shows error and fare expired. This is really very pathetic. I have tried every possible ways to reach you, but i got no response from your side. I have tried to contact you on facebook, google play store but got no response. At first this problem was with uber pool but now i cannot book uber go, uber xl also. This is really annoying.
            Please fix this asap.

              I booked a uber at domestic terminal at new delhi airport. I was standing at the pick up point as suggested by uber application. Initially it showed two minutes away then six minutes. When i called the driver he said if i can walk about 100 mts towards petrol pump, he will reach there. I walked and waited. I called again but not couldn't locate each other. I gave call to another taxi driver where he also couldn't locate the place. So i waited for another 5 minutes and took another ride. Now company has deducted charges from me. This is gross and unfair for uber for unprofessional drivers. I will never use uber again and camping people not to use.

                I booked a uber go on 4th dec evening. The driver and me were in contanst contact. He was making excuses for the location i had given for pickup. After sometime he called and requested to cancel the trip as he didnt find the address.
                I have raised the refund cancellation issues many times but no one responded.

                I booked a uber Go on 29th Nov evening. The driver was on other trip. After sometime he called and requested to cancel the trip as he was facing some fare issues with the previous rider.
                I have raised the refund cancellation issues many times but no one responded.
                Please look in this issue. I had urgent need so I booked the cab at 1.6x surge.

                    I booked uber on 2 dec 2017 from nigdi to chakan dynaeshwar refused to come saying that from chakan we do not get any people.

                    And refused to come and hanged up the call and i called him back he said that go complaint whatever you can do very # people i thought not to take actions so cancel trip but when i request on tuesday cab 42 rs deducted shame on you uber.

                      Hello,
                      My father booked a trip with uber on 3rd dec 2017 in bhopal. Not being very used to using apps he is not able to complain. Driver delayed the trip telling that he called multiple times and asked to cancel saying he won't be going to the destination requested. When my father asked him to cancel he said he don't know how to cancel and started abusing unnecessarily. This is not at all the behaviour expected from uber drivers. I request you to please take action against him because such drivers are ruining name of such a good company like uber. My father is registered with phone number: [protected].

                      Expecting some quick response as this is very sad that elderly people trying to support by using apps are let down by such incidences.

                        I booked cab on date 13/12/2017 time 11.45am from gurgaon to govind puri and total bill is rs.568/- cash i will paid and driver is told me give rs.100/- extra for toll tax and all ready is toll tax in bill rs. 105/- included. But not open door and locked door for cab after 10 minuets i call to delhi policy and after that open door. I want pay by pay by paytm he told me give cash driver is not have paytm wallet driver no.                           1. I have paid 42 rupees for the driver cancelled trip on 29/8/2017, immediately i have booked the cab and he charged me 101 rupees instead of 59 rupees.
                          2. Driver did not came to my location cancelled my trip and i have paid 42 rupees for the driver cancelled trip on 01/12/2017. I am able to see in the uber app that driver cancelled the trip from other location.
                          3. When i booked my trip it showed me 42 rupees but after completing the trip driver charged me 68 rupees, i have apid 27 extra on my trip.

                          Total amount i am expecting refund: 42+42 +26=110

                          User having very very bad customer support, customer care numbers are not working and not providing any way to complain about the drivers and over charges, not at all getting any response when raise the complaint on uber app.

                          I have requested for the refund many times, still i am not received any refund, i have paid the many in my next trips.

                            Why does uber not have a contact number for lodging complaints?
                            Consumer should have a right to lodge a complaint on phone to resolve the issues.
                            Resolving by mails should not be the only process.
                            Access to mails cannot be possible always.
                            I was desperate to complaint to uber regarding the driver drunk and refusing to drop me in bangalore airport on 2nd december evening after he came to pick me up at rajaji nagar.

                              Had taken a ride from kochi airport and as the trip had multiple stops, which was also updated while booking, the driver finally demanded rs.900/- instead of the displayed amount of rs.570/-. He had mentioned the amount shown as an error and this to be updated in the receipt by the next day. However this was not updated and on complaining uber team was not taking the responsibility and happily informed they cannot be responsible.

                                Hello sir,
                                I booked a sharing cab on[protected] around at 9:15 am for aanchal library location however cab not come there for half an hour after that cab driver stand another location and call me that he is standing in front of dmart lalkothi, i request him that it was not my location please come my location i guide him the address but he cancelled my pickup.
                                And company deducted 36 rs and message me that 36 rs outstanding your balance. So i request you please check this matter and refund the money in my account.
                                And take hard action against that driver because due to that i reached my office late.

                                I was 3 minuets Late, My Driver Was Waiting I Came And Automatically The Trip Got Canceled. And Charged Me 55 Rupees Without Any Reason. Uber Is The Fraud Company In India.

                                  I, accompanied by a friend, boarded the uber cab bearing registration ka53b8069 a maruti suzuki swift dzire from electronic city bangalore, driven by saravanan. First the driver asked me to come at a location almost 1km from the pickup location. When i asked him about it, he rudely replied back telling he won’t come. Later he came to the set location. After boarding, he glared at me strangely. Then after asking my drop, he started driving. I relaxed back at the seat and started talking to my friend. Within half a minute he shouted at me saying sit straight or else get down here. He stopped the car and threatened us that i’ll throw you out of cab if you are not sitting straight.

                                  These kind of behaviour is really alarming and very horrific to witness for someone. I would like to ask the uber authorities to take strict measures against this driver.

                                  If not answered at this complaint i would think that no measures been taken and i’ll make sure this goes in the national consumer complaint board

                                  Inspite of taking rs 149 charge of the trip the driver did not complete the trip and the cash is pending. The trip was taken from clover park viman nagar to pride world city lohgaon on 24/11/17 at 11.17 pm.

                                    I visit uber chandigarh office to become a partner by attachment of my private swift vdi which i converted to commercial rto by may 2017.
                                    They people simply told me to not attached such cars. And also suggest me to take your car to ola and attach there. I have paid so much money to convert private to commercial. And i have done this by consulting one of the uber employee who told me not to worry about that. Now they people said you have pass your vehicle in may and now december we are unable to attach. Actually when i pass my vehicle from private to commercial, i met with an accident and even i am unable to get my commercial lisence. So thats why i am late. Pls help me out asap.

                                      I booked a ride on 12/12/2017 around 7:30 from johri bazar jaipur for rajendra marg, bapu nagar, waiting time mentioned was 12 mins, driver named rajendra (Rj14td7392) was supposed to pick me up from meeting point msb ka raasta.
                                      This guy didn't picked me up and straight away passed me, and also he started my ride without picking me up. After all this happened i called him up at his mobile no.[protected], so this guy then asked me to come to albert hall walking i. E 1 km from the meeting point. After i asked him to come back he started abusing me on phone and asked me to cancel my ride, but on contrary i didn't cancelled my ride after 15 to 20 mins according to uber i was still travelling and i was reached to my destination and i also paid cash to the driver. I was supposed to reach in an urgent meeting which was then cancelled due to me being late for the the meeting, which is ridiculous.
                                      This pathetic experience have made me to bring this thing to your notice. Surely i'll make sure not to use this app any more and also will not promote my friends and family to use such idiotic app.

                                        On my arrival at ahmedabad domestic airport yesterday at 10.35pm, i booked an uber cab for my journey from airport to my place near hotel grand bhagwati, bodakdev area, ahmedabad. The app showed that the vehicle will arrive within 18 minutes. I was ok with it as during this time the vehicle are in short supply. After waiting for some time i dialled the contact no [protected] which no one responded. I tried to track the vehicle which was showing different results at regular intervals for example will arrive in 5 minuets and after some time it exhibited 12 minutes, 11 minutes, so on and so forth.in the intervening period i tried calling the cab driver namely fulchand at least 8 times but no response. As i was getting restless after spending the whole day (5.45am till 11.20pm), i cancelled the trip and looked for other vehicle. I am a senior citizen aged 69 years suffering from diabetes and frozen shoulders. I felt uneasy and was helped by an elderly couple who got hold of a cab to drop me at my residence at galaxy near hotel grand bhagwati. I was charged ₹650 for the cab due to late night hours. Situation could have turned for the worst but for the timely help by the good samaritans who provided water and a piece of candy to tide over the grim situation. To add to my misery, uber charged ₹36.75 for the cancelled trip, which was really irritating like rubbing salt on the wounds. I reached my place at around 12.30am.

                                        Isn’t it the responsibility of a company like uber to monitor the movement of vehicles to help the public by keeping a tab on such errant drivers who mint money by other dubious means like clubbing with other passengers.

                                        In view of the above, i request that not only the uber pays me ₹650 for cab +36.75 which uber charged for the cancelled trip for no fault of mine. I also need to be compensated to the tune of ₹5000 for the ordeal that i faced.
