uber's services and its driver, who shamelessly cancels the ride

This is an ongoing practice o[censored]ber drivers to cancel the ride, especially when they make you wait for eternity without even informing. This can be tolerated once or twice, but not on a regular basis. This is plain and simple harassment. And uber has been doing this continuously. This is to let you know that you guys have some stupid drivers who don't even wanna use their senses properly.

This driver broke our pipe costing Rs. 3500.
This fellow sees the pipe and drives over it. And when I ask him to compensate for it he is not ready to do it. And calmly says he works for Uber and goes, like, nothing matters to him.

I was given a offer with a promo of rs.50 off. Before applying the promo when i checked for fare it showed rs.146. After applying the promo, they just showed promo applied. But the fare didnt change. I was expecting it to deduct the 50rs on completion of my trip. However to my greatest disappointment the fare showed rs.146 only. On enquiring the driver showed me that the total fare was rs.196 and 50ra was given off. Is this how you cheat...

drivers failure to report at pickup point

no pick up

I booked uber ride from international airport, mumbai at 12.45am, instead he picked up another passenger and went to drop at new panvel whereas i was to go tardeo. I could not cancel also as he was locked in my account, ur uber help then hired another one and i wasted one hour in that process at the airport in the middle of night, tired and exhausted we felt disgusted with the service....

rash driving by one of the driver of uber

Me and my family is going to mandir in hauz khas.. Near aims on of the wagnor come very rashly towords my car and just inches away to hit my car very badly as my family was inside the car..
