On 9 december 2017, at 1 am (Night) i booked a cab from bengaluru airport to hsr layout.

There was a toll in between, the driver asked me to pay the toll. I paid assuming it is over and above joirney charges which was over made through paytm.

At the end of journey i wrote to uber attching the receipt of the toll, asking for refund. They generally refund if you show them receipt.

This time they are telling me how can i pay in cash when inhave chosen online mode of payment. I have explained then more than 10 times but the are not under standing.

They are telling me mode of payment in every mode.

If such is the case why should their driver ask for toll.

They are telling me it is not their responsibility.

Attached is the receipt of the toll.

    When a cab ride is being cancelled by the customer, uber pops up a unreasonable amount of rs.36.75 which has to be paid mandatory by the customer in order any further ride request.
    This is so stupid. Uber drivers accept new request before completing their ongoing live ride. Because of that, the new customer got to wait for a very long time.
    This, rs.36.75, implicates as a "fine" for using uber. Customer may make request up on their wish & requirement and cancel the same for many reasons, such as request ride gets delayed due to far distance or the cab didn't complete the ongoing ride etc etc.

    This kind of formalities is ridiculous.

      I am unable to login to my account i have been chasing customer support from past one week i am not getting any reply. I need my previous trip history to reimburse the trips fees from my company. Already complained 5 times from uber.com/help no response at all need a call back from uber or at least an email so that i would know they are aware about my situation.

        I was travelling in my car and this uber driver hit his uber car at the backside of my car. It was his mistake and started shouting at me for no reason. He started abusing me with bad words. No damage has happened to both the cars and still he started shouting and shouting! Being a women driving alone at night, i felt very offended. These uber drivers should get a training on how to behave before getting in to the car!

          This is to bring to notice that i had booked an uber cab in ahmedabad on 1/12/2017 at 1010.50am from soni ni chawl to kathwada gidc. It was a white swift car. Driver name was sabir hussain. When i booked cab the fare shown on my mobile was ₹109.51. But at end of ride the fare shown on drivers mobile a whopping ₹ 533.51. It showed 109.51 as actual fare and 424 as previous outstanding fare. How on earth can b such a big amount o[censored]npaid fare as i use cash option on every ride.
          This is complete cheating from uber company. I want justice and refund of fare

            I got charged for a trip which was cancelled by driver. I raised this as a complaint on the very next day and there was no action taken from uber side.

            On repeated complaints, i got the following response from uber.
            "we're currently unable to make any changes to trips that are older than 30 days. That being said, we're always around to help you with any issues that fall within the specified time-frame.
            Appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard."

            Why should any customer bear the cost of *cancellation done by driver* (Denying the service) and when its so clear and evident in uber bill which reads "driver cancelled"?

              Hello,

              I am writing this email on behalf of my senior citizen father - harish loyalka - 76 years. Our entire family has been using uber since a long time now and have always preferred it over ola due to the car cleanliness and driver behaviours, and in the past whenever there have been overcharge issues uber has instantly refunded, but the following has shocked us - so please read on

              On the 5th he took a trip to his office with uber - (Booking phone number [protected]) during booking uber showed the trip amount would come to rs 71. On reaching destination the driver showed the green screen on his phone which said 227. When my dad protested he said you have to pay now and complain to uber and they will refund.

              When he wrote to uber help using the help section on the app - they say since this payment was done outside the system they cannot refund!!! What does that mean??? His screen - which to a customer is uber screen showed 227 - so how is it outside the system.

              Moreover on the 4th also he had taken a trip for he was overcharged by around 55 rs but which uber had refunded -

              So on the 5th instead of paying much lesser because the credit of 55 should have got adjusted on the 5th trip he ended up paying much more - you can do the maths.

              There is no fault of my father in all this - if the driver uber screens are showing a wrong amount it is upto uber to redress this error.

              Now do the right thing which is refund the entire excess amount which uber has charged which is the 55 rs from the 4th plus 227-71 = 156 of the 5th which comes to a total of 211.

              I do not need any charity or discount code handouts!! What i am asking for is the correct thing to be done.

              I sincerely hope this matter is resolved soon and all o[censored]s are able to continue trusting uber like we have in the past! Cheating the customer and then refusing to resolve the issue is just not acceptable. We would hope the refund is done amicably or i will be forced to take this up with the authorities about uber cheating a senior citizen.

              Same thing happened with me on 1st dec 2017 in ahmedabad when i booked a UBER from soni ni chawl to kathwada gidc. When i booked the cab the fare displayed on my mobile was ₹109.51. Bt at end of ride the fare shown on drivers mobile screen was ₹ 533.51. I was shocked. It showed 109.51 as fare ₹424 as previous outstanding unpaid fare.. How on earth such a huge amount o[censored]npaid fare..I had to pay the full fare. But on my mobile the fare displayed after journey was only ₹ 109.51. This is complete cheating from UBER.                 My phone or email is already in use. After multiple thread and followup,
                Uber help support didn't able to resolve the issue.

                They ask confirmation to delete my multiple account and will setup the account which i wanted.
                But in next thread they give reset password mail.

                I told even multiple times to delete my all account as i don't want any further association with uber., but they did;t bother to reply.
                Really upset the way there are handling customer issues.
                Kindly please look into this.

                  Today 8th december 2017 i booked a uber pool from anderi west to dadar west for my 60+ unwell mother and called the driver asap to give instructions as to come at the main gate... As my mother shall be waiting there. I called the driver again and he told how he was waiting somewhere which i couldnt understand. I asked him if he sees the main board to the society gate... And he said he couldnt. I further started to explain him... When he told he is getting another booking and that he is cancelling... I was annoyed by now and told him he cant as my unwell mother was waiting since before he came and was there before time, he cant quit now... To which he cut the call on my face.

                  I booked uber again and this time the uber app wanted me to pay 50 rs as cancellation charges... Which was cancelled by the driver... Even when the client was waiting before he came... And because he had no interest in finding my society.

                  This is very much unethical on the company's part... And as to the drivers they hire... They don't know how to talk... They are rude... Lack sensitivity and have disgusting foul attitude.

                    At bangalore, i travelled in above vehicle from hotel chancely from residency road to bangalore city railway station. It was booked by my known person and he paid rs.110/- in advance by cash. The drop location was changed from front gate to rear gate. I was not aware whether it was booked from uber money or i have to pay additional amount. I told him let me confirm from the person who has booked. He started using bad language and was saying it is not dharmshala’ (Charity) even before we could get down from vehicle. He was not bothered about his complaint/rating. He continued argument despite my acceptance to pay addl. Amount of rs. 25/-. This type of attitude drivers are not fit for uber like professional company. His vehicle photo is attached.

                      On 9.11.2017 uber cab was booked by madam richa for me to travel from jindal nagar (Bangalore-560073) to sub-registrar, ganga nagar, bangalore. I received message that "the fare will be charged to richa at the end of your trip." the fare was supposed to be charged from richa (Who has pytm credit with uber, but despite showing the above msg to the driver, he did not accept it and charged rs.240/- from me also. The driver's name is ravisha, ph: [protected], vehicle no. Ka04aa 1824. The driver is from around chikabidrakkallu, jindal nagar, bangalore north, pin-560073 area. Please ask the driver to refund the amount of rs.240/- to me.

                        In my uber account with this number i can't able to book a non-cash trip. My paytm wallet is not responding with this account. Even i connected my debit card but still it shows that i need to select the cash method for a trip. I cant use promotions in my uber account which is notified me through uber. I am facing many problems with my account. I want to make cashless transactions with uber. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                          I booked a cab today at around 12:40pm, for my mother and 3 year old daughter and a maid. Upon calling the driver he asked them to walk 400mtrs to another place. When i refused because my mother will not be able to walk that distance with the child, he very rudely said that why i cant walk this small distance.
                          He did not go to the location as instructed and chose to park himself anothet 100 mtrs or so away from the school. I informed my mother to go there and board the cab as i did not want any further argument, and then this driver started arguing and misbehaving as to how i booked a pool when there are 3 people.

                          Uber, this is not the first time i have booked a pool car from the school. I do not understand why such people are allowed to ply vehicles when they are not customer centric. Initially i tried speaking rationally to thid guy and then i too lost my cool. He says if required he will drag my family out of his car. How dare he?. This is not what i expect out of your company, and being such an old customer i expect something being done about his behavior.

                            Uber charged rs. 400.02 on dec 7, 2017 against my paytm e-wallet attached to my uber account. I did not book any cab or used their cabs for any trips on this particular date. Neither i had any outstanding balance from prior trips. I raised a complaint using the "help" feature from my app and followed up as well. But, there hasn't been any response from uber.

                              I have booked uber on 29th nov 2017 for date 30th nov 2017 morning 5:30 am from my home naigaon (Juchandra) to international airport. Booking was taken by uber online and in the morning even message comes that your car is on way for pickup by 5:30 and after some time it shows message that we cannot find a ride for you sorry for inconvenience, now as you are in transport business you know the importance of reaching airport on time that to for international flight and uber put me in tremendous problem by turning back on such crucial time than i have to rush for search for taxi and end up paying rs. 1300 for urgent private taxi.

                              I demand action on this act asap and answer for who will bear this loss and all the effort which i have taken in that early morning to located ride for me to reach airport.

                              Hope uber value their customer and will respond to this mail with positive answer.

                                I am completed 2 uber rids. I am asking them to send me the invoice copy to my registered email id, but the are telling me that your email is not registered etc etc.
                                However, few days ago i was unable to login into uber via my registered mobile number. Then i have sent a mail to uber support that i am not able to login, then they help me out and said we have solve your issue and you can login now. They also said that we have also linked yout email id to the same uber account.

                                Why i am not getting my invoice copy?

                                Answer please.

                                  I had booked a cab from CMBT to Chowdry Nagar Main Road at 05:49am on 07/12/2017. The driver arrived at the road opposite to my pick up point. Since, I had luggage’s I couldn’t cross the road & requested him to pick me at the location I specified but he refused. Now, I get a notification to pay ₹157.50/- for the ride that my driver cancelled. I request you to look into the issue and cancel the payment for the above mentioned ride.

                                    Uber charged a cancellation fees on my ride which was not taken. Driver had cancelled the ride since the cab was struck due to cms visit. I waited for more than 15 minutes thinking cab will arrive shortly but it didn't. When i called the driver he said it will take more time since he is stuck in traffic and he cancelled the trip..                                       This is to inform you that i have been exorbitantly charged today for a travel from noombal to adyar the same travel costed me just rs.239/- on my onward journey from adyar to noombal, you are requested to look into the matter and resolve the issue.                                         I don't recall the password of my account which has my cell no as my user id and also
                                        I don't recall the email associated with the cell no.

                                        To revive my password they want an registered email associated with my cell no.

                                        What i cant recall how to give the customer care?
