I used uber cabs "go" service on 15 nov 2017. I took the cab from anantha nagar to velankani tech park, electronic city, bangalore. This covers a distance of just 6 kilo meters and does not involve any toll roads. But uber has charged me toll road charges and are have not given a refund even after repeated request. The route map used during the trip also confirms that there is no toll road used.

This is the same case on 22-nov-2017 also.

Kindly take this complaint and request you to resolve the issue

    On saturday i booked cab for some1. I used paytm so 331 deducted but driver asked fr 321 for my relative and didnt tell her about paytm method. I so many time message uber but they denied for refund. Its driver fault that he charged money for already paid service.
    Sir please either refund me or contact me. Dont give excuses as yesterday did.
    Its clearly written that if driver asked fr cash for non cash it should be refund. Then why you people are denying it.

      Dear uber
      I had a very bitter experience with uber at bhubaneswar today. I took an uber from sahidnagar to shreekhetra vihar at khandagiri today afternoon at 12:17 pm. The car dropped me and left. After 5 mins i realized that i have left my mobile on the car's seat. As both the car seat as well as the cover of my mobile were black in colour, i had a wrong impresssion that my mobile was inside my purse.
      I and my brother called on my mobile no for about 10 mins and the mobile was ringing. But after that we heard that my mobile was switched off. I immediately went to the uber office situated near patia area, on the 3rd floor of hitachi building. There i registered a complaint by giving the pick up and drop timings as well as the locations. After sometime i was told that the car has been traced and the driver was asked over phone about the mobile and the driver said that there is no mobile inside the car. Then after requesting the officials again and again they told me that the driver was saying that he doesnot know anything about the mobile.
      After that i requested them to give me the contact no of the driver and the vehicle's no as well as the complaint receipt, to which they said that uber organisation doesnot allow them to share their any detail to any customer. Even there was a lady in the office who kept arguing with me, telling me that i have no proof that i have left the mobile in their car. I told her that even they have no proof that the driver has not taken my mobile. Then i told the employees there on the reception that i am going to the police station and i will lodge a fir and the let the police do investigation. After the driver gets 2 slaps, all truth will come out. I told them about myself, my father and our contacts all around odisha and that i will catch hold of the driver and my mobile very soon. As i was leaving their office, the same lady came to me and told me that the driver has called her now and told that he has got my mobile. To remind, the same driver had told 2 times that there is no mobile inside his car. She also said that the driver is far away from the place and he will return the mobile by night. When i told her to ask him to come down to uber office and return my mobile, she said that the driver can't come and she can't tell as to when the driver will be free to return my mobile. After sometime she again said that you can go to the place where driver is there and collect your mobile. What i felt is i was just mentally harassed inside the office by the lady again and again. I told them that i will sit here at the office reception till the driver comes and gives the mobile to me here. Then they said that the driver will give the mobile at my place in sahidnagar. To this i said that i will sit here at the office itself. Let the driver give the mobile to my father at my place. I will talk to my father after he receives my mobile and then only i will leave this office. Finally my mobile was delivered to my father at around 4 pm.
      What a terrible day it was... I was worried that i lost my mobile as well as my contact no. S, imp information, etc. But what pained me more was the mental harassment that i went through inside the uber office branch of bhubaneswar. The male employees were decent but the young lady who was dealing with the issue was so abusive, egoistic and non apologetic. Even she told me that i can't raise my voice there and i must learn mannerism. For everyone's kind information the only abusive words according to her, what i used is "what the hell is going on here?"... Even an employee requested me not to go to police as the driver was poor and as i am getting back my mobile in an hour and that they have made him give me back my mobile. I don't know how to react. Whether i should be happy in getting back my mobile or be sad about how i had to face so much mental harassment inside the office, that too when i was in so much stress.

        Trip taken: october 21, 2017.
        Payment date: october 30, 2017.
        Amount to be refunded: rs.99.52

        I paid thru the app for the previous ride via upi. The app said that payment failed after i entered my upi pin. The payment status on the uber receipt was still showing as pending. Since, i was in a hurry and needed to book a cab, i paid thru paytm. The payment was successful. 10 minutes later, the amount is debited from my bank account (The upi transaction which failed). The bank representative said that the receiver's account has received the payment and they have the acknowledgment. Even after writing to uber again and again, all they do is keep asking me for the same details time and again, but have not yet refunded my money.

          Dear uber

          I am a frequent traveler with uber and appreciate wonderful services and special take care of its customers but i am really offended today when i booked my trip to ludhiana with you on a confirmed cost of rs. 799/- and your driver mr. Nitish[protected] has refused to process this request saying that in this price i will not take you to desired location due to low cost. If your drivers are not ok with the cost then why you share these offers to the customers.

          Even if he refused the request then why i am charged rs. 84/- for this inconvenience. I am really not happy with this treatment and not expected this kind of treatment from the uber

          Please reimburse my debited amount and compensate me for the inconvenience by your approved driver

            driver charged me cash though I had booked cab by cc

When i told them that their driver ashok kumar, mumbai, took the fare from me in cash they continue to insist i pay them the fare by cc, so, i am being charged twice for one ride, once by their driver in cash and later by uber via cc; their response to me:

            Around 6.45 this evening, i had booked an ubergo and the driver attended the first call. It was a case of emergency. We had to rush to the hospital. And when we tried contacting the driver, his phone calls were diverted and we couldn't contact him. Also we tried to track the cab but then the uber app was not responding with respect to location but it kept changing the minutes of time for arrival of the came. It almost stayed in 1min to arrive for about 10mins. And yet we could not contact the driver. It was totally dissappointing to find such a disrespectful behaviour towards customers and that too in case of emergency

              #uber # horrible experience # rude # abusive drivers. My mother who is 75yrs old + she has asthama was forced to get down on flyover by driver, he opened the door and asked her to get down for a simple reason that she asked him to wait for 2 mins on road as a family member was coming along. She could barely walk on her own and i had to rush down to pick her from flyover. Driver name ajay and car no mh48 f2143. On top charged me and deducted amount from paytm wallet. On multiple complaints uber comes back stating we are sorry and thanks for sharing the feedback we will act on same. What rubbish!!!... I need justice and driver to apologise to my mom for the rude behaviour and forcing her to get down.

                I, dr. Vikrant verma (Sgpgi) have a complaint for your driver nishant (Cab no.: up32jn1909, datsun go contact no. [protected]) who refused the ride booked by me on 26th november, 2017 without any valid reason. I booked the ride at 2:38 pm on 26th november, 2017. Immediately after that i received a call from the number [protected]. The person asked me where he had to receive me from and the destination. After i informed him that he has to drop me at phoenix mall, he refused without any further explanations. His words were "nahi jaenge". After which he cut the call. When i called him on the number provided he said that it is no the number o[censored]ber. I called him again twice just to inform him that i will have to complain. The third time, some girl received the call and she also said that it's not uber's number. I told her also that i will have to complaint against the driver. After this my friend booked another uber cab. Meanwhile this driver, nishant also reached, he now called me with the numbed [protected]. I asked him why he refused at first and why didn't he own his number. To this he replied that he did not call to refuse and that when i called it must have been a wrong connection. I don't think it is possible that someone else called me to cancel the cal the moment i booked it. He stayed there even when we left from the other uber cab. Later i saw the notification that he had to cancel and i was charged 50 rs for it. Sir, if this remains the attitude of your drivers then i might never book any cab with your company and nor would i recommend anyone else. So, kindly take the necessary action.

                  On 26th nov, we took a uber cab (Tata zest) from k r puram to my uncle's place. As we didnt know the exact location, we booked a bus stop near my uncle's place as the destination. Once we got into cab, i called my uncle and asked him to explain the house address to the cab driver, shiddlingayya. My uncle spoke in kannada with the cab driver, shiddlingayya. The cab driver shiddlingayya told he knows the way and he will call once he reaches near the house. On reaching near the location, the cab driver got confused about the way. He started exclaiming loudly why we didnt book the exact location. The third time he exclaimed, we replied in hindi, that he can ask our uncle the address. He started speaking very rudely. I got angry and asked him to stop talking in a rude manner and that if he continues in such a tone i will take him to police station. He rudely asked us to talk in kannada. I told him that i didnt know kannada. He said he will drop us there in now where. I kept quite and called my uncle and my uncle guided us to his house.

                    Today i used uber cab at mumbai. But i have not received any payment receipt from the driver. Kindly forward me the cash receipt to my e mail address " [protected]@thepaul.in. I am travelled from santhacruz to l star hotel palm beach road nav mbai
                    Amount shows in the bool9ng time is rs.445 like that. Driver collected 490 rupees

                      I travelled with uber on 16th november. I booked a cab from sholinganallur to avadi. And i updated paytm wallet with 1500 rupees. The amount has been taken from my account but i haven't received it as paytm wallet money since i lost the connection. Then again i booked a cab by adding 1000 rupees to the wallet. What about my money??? The money should be returned by 3-7days. But still it hasn’t been credited to my account

                        Lost my phone in the cab and now driver denies to have it. The drivers response was very rude when asked to speak in some other language other than kannada or telugu. When i tried reaching my phone it rang and then went switched off. This proves he has the phone. This is not what is expected to happen with a trusted customer it should get resolved immediately or else i won't hesitate to escalate this in no time. I won't keep myself from going to the police and making it a really nasty issue.

                          Sir, I booked uber at 10.59am.I got car in time but when i asked the driver to take me to my destination he spoke very rudely.He could figure it out that I had never taken that route.Then later again he was disrespecting me by using words like tujhe route samajh aya kya?( in assamese) but i just dint reply as i did not want to argue.At the end of trip i gave him rs500 as the bill was rs89 n again very rudely he said he doesn't have change n asked me to go get it from any shop.I felt very offended. I also felt like a victim of racism.

                            The application time while booking showed me in 10 minutes the cab would arrive, but once i confirmed the booking it showed me 23 minutes, hence i cancelled the booking for which i was asked to pay Rs84 during my next ride for which i accepted.i booked another cab immediately, and again the same incident repeated, where in the wait time post cofimation of the cab was much more than the time showed initially.when i spoke to the driver he asked me to cancel the trip.if i cancel you people again will charge me for no fault of mine.hence you should reimburse my money back at the earliest.

                              On 15th nov, 2017, i request for a trip and In this trip the driver not ready to come to my pickup point, and he cancelled the the trip, before this trip, in 30th october 2017, that day also one driver did not pick upe and cancelled the trip due his problem, when i called him he told me that MVI checking him and he can't come, but tjat day also you are charge me extra fine in the next booking, if you are charging without my fault, then i avoid your uber rides and i will do the legal procedure against your co. so, if your co have a goodwill or good manner then returned my extra fine taking from me as soon as possible.

                                They are fraud to people
                                I had suffer many more time in this uber site when rains fall down that time they
                                Mainly fraud to people i cant digest it please give to complaint to police and pick up location to drop location please give fixed price

                                  This is to inform you that i have booked uber on 25/11/2017 from mcm dav college, sector 36, chandigarh to sector 17 bus stand at 3:43 pm. The fare was 37 rs./-. When ride was completed, driver told me to give 78 rs. I checked it again.. He didn't complete ride but fare was 78/-. I thought dis may be due to timings. I asked him to complete d ride so that i could know exact amount to be paid. He didn't listen. I was in a hurry. I paid him 78/- after few minutes he completed d ride and payment was 41/- only. I want a refund from uber and take immediate action against such creep drivers.

                                    I have booked 🚕 from cama 🏨 ahmadabad to airport i have cancelled thrice for driver's fault, 1st i have cancelled for driver doesn't respond, 2nd reported to be late by 30min, reason not known, 3rd told he will be late by 30min for cab repair.
                                    I have to catch my ✈, i have been excess charged rs. 200 (Approx 342-142) for non of my fault. So plz refund

                                      This is to inform you that i hired a cab on 29th october from shamshabad airport to kavadiguda, firstly after the payment i dint receive any bill as it was an instant booking, later for my records requested the cab for a bill and i notice the bill is dated erroneously post dated as 29th november 2017.

                                      I want the clarity from the uber officials and an immediate new invoice should be issued to me
