On 15th nov, 2017, i request for a trip and In this trip the driver not ready to come to my pickup point, and he cancelled the the trip, before this trip, in 30th october 2017, that day also one driver did not pick upe and cancelled the trip due his problem, when i called him he told me that MVI checking him and he can't come, but tjat day also you are charge me extra fine in the next booking, if you are charging without my fault, then i avoid your uber rides and i will do the legal procedure against your co. so, if your co have a goodwill or good manner then returned my extra fine taking from me as soon as possible.

    And advance booking is also not working
    They are fraud to people
    I had suffer many more time in this uber site when rains fall down that time they
    Mainly fraud to people i cant digest it please give to complaint to police and pick up location to drop location please give fixed price

      This is to inform you that i have booked uber on 25/11/2017 from mcm dav college, sector 36, chandigarh to sector 17 bus stand at 3:43 pm. The fare was 37 rs./-. When ride was completed, driver told me to give 78 rs. I checked it again.. He didn't complete ride but fare was 78/-. I thought dis may be due to timings. I asked him to complete d ride so that i could know exact amount to be paid. He didn't listen. I was in a hurry. I paid him 78/- after few minutes he completed d ride and payment was 41/- only. I want a refund from uber and take immediate action against such creep drivers.

        I have booked 🚕 from cama 🏨 ahmadabad to airport i have cancelled thrice for driver's fault, 1st i have cancelled for driver doesn't respond, 2nd reported to be late by 30min, reason not known, 3rd told he will be late by 30min for cab repair.
        I have to catch my ✈, i have been excess charged rs. 200 (Approx 342-142) for non of my fault. So plz refund

          This is to inform you that i hired a cab on 29th october from shamshabad airport to kavadiguda, firstly after the payment i dint receive any bill as it was an instant booking, later for my records requested the cab for a bill and i notice the bill is dated erroneously post dated as 29th november 2017.

          I want the clarity from the uber officials and an immediate new invoice should be issued to me

            I booked the uber ride from mayur vihar phase 1 to mayur vihar phase 3 on 24th november 2017, 7:57 p. M and the expected amount to be charged was 160 rupees for ubergo. Payment was in cash mode. When the ride was over, uber showed the charges of 378 rupees... That's more than the twice of expected charges. When i complained about it to the uber, they didn't reply back. Worst experience ever...!!

              I am a native of kochi city, an hour before i called for a cab through uber. When he contacted me, he said that he is far away from my location, and he couldn't reach in time. So i asked him that on why he had to accept the trip and also politely asked him to cancel it. He then rudely replied to me and asked me to cancel the trip. I tried to make him understand that, i will lose my money in the next trip, if he didn't cancel the trip. Without any reply he hung up the phone. So, i just have to say that, such rude # should be thrown out o[censored]ber taxi network.

                I was calmly crossing the road on my jupiter trying to go home, yes i did look left and right, midway this car comes towards me and hits me from my left side right in the middle. I get up gather my wits and walk up to the driver side, turns out he is and uber driver with not the slightest bit of remorse on his face. He blames me that its my fault and refuses to give his license when i asked for identification, he even refuses to move his car despite the accumulating traffic behind this ruckus. And get this he said and i quote "mai zyada fast nahi tha, maine aapko dekha nai, aapko tez cross kar lena chaiye tha". Meaning "i wasn't that fast, i didn't see you, you should have crossed faster". My problem is with uber because i feel they don't really check if their drivers (The company's literal bread and butter) can actually drive and not just have a driving license because government demands it for a valid id proof. Now my scooter is broken, my faith on uber even as a customer has broken, and i think my hand may be broken as well. Going to the hospital right now. Hope someone sees this.

                  Hello i am from mumbai... Yesterday we took a uber ride and at the time of booking we paid rs. 753 via paytm before ride actually started and when our ride ended up, the amount shown in driver app was just rs 573. So i was overcharged by uber and yet there is no any information regarding refund... I gone through uber app and also netsurfed for customer care but helpless.. There is no any such rooms from uber where we can contact them... I need my money back... Thank you

                    Yesterday morning, i booked the cab for my trip from gandhinagar to mrpl at 0530pm. Even though booking was done in the morning, i received the driver information at 0520pm. When i called the driver, he enquired about the trip details and he straight away refused and he told they can cover only 7 kms within city. If that is the case, then how it has accepted in the system. The situation was very pathetic and trying for the other vehicle at the eleventh hour is very difficult. Plz find the reason for his refusal and plz see that such lapses do not occur in future.

                      Uber had floated an offer of getting a pass of rs. 149/- which gives 20 rides for a month at the rate of rs. 129/- flat in the delhi ncr region. Upon uber's representation, i had selected the promo as well as booked the cab, the amount of which was clearly shown as rs. 129/-. On my way, the cab driver, mr. Sandeep took a different route at one point and selected to go from the flyover instead of taking the other route from below the flyover. When i questioned him as to why he was taking the other route even when it was showing more time that the other route, he shut me up and said "madam yahi se jaunga". It was very late int he night and my little sister was with me as well, so i considered it wise not to fight with him. I tried to search for a customer care phone number however couldn't find any and was left with no other option but to sit and wait for the driver to drop me safely.

                      When the trip ended, i was shocked to see that my outstanding balance was showing as rs. 366.40/- for the same ride which was represented and promised by uber to be for flat rs. 129/- for my destination. I was shocked to no extent and immediately complained about the same on the uber app's 'help' option. My queries were answered the next day by one mr. Ashwani b in the following manner:

                      "hi _,

                      Really sorry for the inconvenience.

                      We do encourage our driver-partners to take your route suggestion into consideration whenever possible. It's unfortunate that your driver did not choose to follow your suggested route.

                      Since the route taken was not the gps suggested one, your ride pass didn’t apply on this trip.

                      Rest assured, your feedback has been recorded.

                      Thank you!"

                      I then apprised them about the fact that their driver had unilaterally chosen a different route to which i had even objected, however i received two subsequent replies from mr. Vaibhav premchandani and mr. Kumar arpit who had copy-pasted the same message as was sent by mr. Ashwani.

                      I don't quite understand how can uber be so careless and ignorant towards a situation like this wherein two women were involved whilst travelling at late evening and more so how can uber be so fraudulent wherein on one hand they represent and promise something and on the other, they back track on their promise due to sole fault of their drivers.

                      I have never felt the need to file a consumer complaint against uber in the past, as they have been the most pro-active in resolving customer disputes however this time water has over flown. Uber should stop defrauding their loyal customers.

                        I used uber pool on 23rd nov from gurgaon till uttam nagar. Driver {niranjan with maruti swift white car} asked me location & suddenly became rude when i informed uttam nagar & told me that he will only drop me on main road & not in location since uttam nagar is traffic prone area, i asked him he could have cancelled and not taken this trip, driver said you cancel it very rudely you need to pay the charge. I asked my brother to pick me up at main road since driver was shouting, during night time. Almost 15 mins before my drop location driver saif he will only drop at drop point not at main road & started shouting behaving awkwardly and suddenly bumped into bike then got into a n altercation. Then all of sudden driver kept shouting what sort of area is this traffic was consistently poking & harassing me. I was in bad situation then again bumped into another cycle got ito an altercation. I felt driver was drunk and i was scared. It was unacceptable behaviour driver phone number [protected]. Please help. As i feel same driver is not fit for this job.

                          We availed a trip by uber taxi 0952 on 22nd november 2017. I would like to bring to your notice what happened on this trip. We booked the above cab for pick up at meenambakkam airport and drop at rani meyammai towers, mrc nagar, chennai 600 028. We were three o[censored]s travelling and my father in law was also a traveller and 85 years of age. The vehicle on travelling down the guindy bridge developed some technical problems and refused to start. After repeated attempts the vehicle did not start and we were left with no option but to close the trip, though it was not our fault.

                          We were charged rs.119/- for a 4 km trip, which got closed abruptly at the middle of the road and we were stranded with an elderly person on board. There was not fault again from our side and a charge of rs.119/- is definitely too much on the higher side as the whole journey, it showed only rs.192/- when a trip got closed, there was no call or communication from your side to understand whether there was any problem. The bill states it is 7 kms, which is false and also there was wait time that has been charged when the driver parked his car elsewhere and with senior citizen with us we were hunting for him.

                          We requested the driver to call up the support and inform about the incident so that it gets reported and the exhorbitant rate charged to me can be reversed. He did not even move to do anything.

                          We were forced to look for options at the middle of the journey and at the hot sun, it happened around 12.30 day time.

                            @uber_india very unpleasant experience with billing. Overcharged because of your system concerns and no resolution from cc for the past 3 weeks. The feedback i am getting is once the dues are clear i am set for ride as usual. Reply is illogical.

                            Already i have approached to you in twitter but you remain to keep quite. What does the customer conclude on ur service?

                              One of the un-professional services that i've ever received. The driver, who goes by the name of rubul ali, made me and friend walk from ganesh guri petrol pump to dispur dhaba which is over a kilometer. The aforementioned person has no knowledge of traffic conditions and as a result misbehaved with us communicating with us over cell phone. Kindly take appropriate action against him. He has harassed both me and my partner since the last 40 mins with regards to boarding his cab. Further, it seems that your uber driver doesn't respect the value of our time. From the beginning, i have never raised any issue about the service of your company. I have been associated with uber from a long time, but this was the first time i faced such a behaviour from your side. I hope you take appropriate actions.

                                Dear Sir,
                                below are the contents of the letter send to Uber company by me. Please guide-

                                Dear Sir,
                                1. I had booked Uber Cab through Android App using Tapzo, on 19 November 2017 from Terminal 1D, New Delhi to Sector 21, NOIDA. The tentative cost of the trip was reflected as Rs 525/- against Sedan Category.

                                2. I then, received a confirmation on my mobile through SMS at 7.58 PM from RM-INDUBR that Mr Purshotam is arriving in a Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire (DL1Z7596).

                                3. The trip was 24.96 Kms with a trip time of 00:53:45 minutes in a Sedan Vehicle. On completion of the trip, I was presented with a fare slip of Rs 525/- which reflected the trip details also (Copy attached)

                                4. As I proceeded to pay cash amount of Rs 525/- to Mr Purshotam, I was told that an extra amount of Rs 270/- is also required to be paid by me, the breakdown of which is as under (copy attached)-

                                (a) E-Receipt of Transport Dept, Uttar Pradesh for Tax Payment - Rs 120.00

                                (b) Delhi Airport Parking Services (P) Ltd Vehicle No. 7596 - Rs 150.00

                                5. I then paid the full amount of Rs 795/- as brought out in para 3 & 4 above.

                                6. On 19 Nov 17 at 08:54 PM, I received a detailed breakdown of bill from uber.[protected]@uber.com which also mentioned about the Fare as Rs 525/- and not Rs 795/- as paid by me. This also included CGST & SGST/UTGST.

                                7. In view of the above, it may please be clarified why I was made to pay an excess amount of Rs 270/- when it was not reflected anywhere in the App or messages received subsequently. If that be so, then I could have tried to take some alternate means of travel rather than preferring Uber Cab.

                                8. Further, if the same has been charged by some error then it is requested that the amount may please be refunded back to me.

                                  I wait for my cab till 25minutes, within this 25minutes i called the drive more then 15 times but he didn't pic my call, after 25 minutes he picked my single call and asked me for cancel the ride. And now uber charged 42/- on me beside i was waited for driver 25m in cold weather while standing on road, beside it's a mistake of nonsense driver only.
                                  He asked me for cancellation after 25 minutes when i was waiting for me,,,,,

                                  I am very tired from the uber driver, I am a regular customer o[censored]ber, but why I am facing this kind of problem from the drive mostly times, , , , , , bcoz I think uber is not taking any action against this kind of drivers.

                                      Every time i tried for uber pool early mornings to catch a train or flight, uber share does not come in the app site. I was unable to bring to the attention of concerned authorities, since from my mobile, i was not able to locate a place to complain about this. I am residing in kalakshetra colony, besant nagar. At least ensure uber pool cars are available near besant nagar, in places like adayar, tiruvanmiyur, so that they can reach my house.

                                        I am from zirakur-140603
                                        I daily travels from zirakpur to derabassi-140507 and vice versa by uber. Most of time driver denies to go derabasi and in evening to go to zirakpur.
                                        It is very big problem. Drivers told reason that they have to come empty after dropping to you. But this is their issue. We want to go to our destinbation and we are paying then why excuses are there.
