It is reported to you that i booked uber from naraina to tilak nagar yesterday afternoon and today morning from shiv nagar jail road to naraina. I feel deeply hurt that in spite of paying full payment demanded from the driver i am receiving messages that i have not paid full payment. This is further added that i have a discount of rs 50. Instead of deducting 50 from my account 79 rupees have been deducted.
I am your regular customer for the last three to four months. If this practice is continued i am sorry to inform you that
You will very soon loose your cliental.

Today I travelled by uber go from Ernakulam south junction to home at 1656 hours for which surgical charge was collected with out prior warning.Review my last trip and refund to my paytm.The charges shown by uber was Rs213/-but collected was around Rs 275-

    Uber india wants to be in background and not available to customers during conflict. They want all issues to be communicated thru email. Why not a call centre and solve minor issues.
    Let some one responsible talk to me. I will list the issues.
    1. Dropped in a diff place
    2. No option to claim offer
    3. What if i don't want to pay full claim
    4 why driver does not provide contact no
    5. Why call centre person does not introduce himself fully

      I wanted cab from mumbai chatrapati shivaji international airport to kandivali.. The uber agent showd me tentative amount of rs. 500 for the ride till mu place.. When we reached the destination driver o[censored]ber car no. My 43 bg 1276 didn't bother to show me the exact amount of bill.in spite of insisting he didn't show the bill and took an amount of rs. 740. This included airport parking /exit fee of rs. 100.. As i am using the uber airport facility for the 1st time i was not aware that parking or exit fee has to be borne by the driver.. He gave me the airport exit receipt (Imagr enclosed) and insisted i pay the same... It seems uber doesn't have ethics and wants to loot people who are not aware about theit services and charges.. The driver did not take my mobile number initially so. That the bill comes directly to me. At the destination only he asked me my mobile number and kept saying that i will get the whole details on this mobile.. I am not sure what the bill amount was. I travelled at around 3 am in the morning on 30 november 2017. I am sure uber can trace this vehicle and let me know the exact bill amount and also refund me the excess i paid by tracing the driver..

        Worst service i ever seen like this before, they charged wrongly and trying to resolve the ticket without considering anything. Keep on resolving without proper details. I'm providing all the evidence but no use. They are cheating everyone, i don't know how many peoples affected like me. This cab service needs to be sealed asap. Fraud company service, very rude, not at all considering the customer worries and frustrations. Keep enjoying and busy with closing all the complaints with fake reasons. I lost money, time and peace. Worst worst company, please uninstall the app asap.

          As we have hire uber taxi today morning from airport ahmedabad to paldi, taxi no.3620 name of driver nayanbhai. We booked taxi on amount of 182, the driver has taken 182 plus 85rs for parking.
          As we are not responsible for parking charge so kindly refund that money to us

            I rent uber on 07 oct around 9:15 pm from t3 arrival rd, indira gandhi international airport, new delhi to mahagunpuram ghaziabad. The total distance between source and destination was approx 52 km. When i reached my home (Mahagunpurm) @ 10:27 pm i asked driver to stop the meter and in reply he told it has been stopped and you will get trip detail and bill in few minutes. As i choose payment method as paytm so i presumed it has been deducted from my paytm account.
            But next day when i got receipt of my travel i got surprised the bill was rs. 1882. I immediately gone through my travel detail and found the destination was not my home it were 42a mahatma gandhi rd, block f south extension new delhi. The total distance was 93 km. As of now i am unable to use uber because as soon as i made request, uber will deduct this amount from my paytm account which is currently showing on hold. I raised this concern several times in last one month but all gone in vain. I am now really fed up with uber as its not responding to me. If i will not get resolution of this issue i will definately remove their application and advised other people to do same.

              I was charged incorrect cancellation fee by uber from my paytm wallet. On complaint, they made a refund in uber credits, which are non-transferable and can only be used for uber. It compels me to ride uber again if i want my money. I requested them to make refund on the original payment method for which they are refusing without any explanation. How can anyone charge a customer in terms of real money and refund in abstract money?? Pathetic scam by uber...

                Dear sir/ma'am
                I have been using uber for more than a year in kochi and never did i come across any driver with a rude behaviour. The driver, mr shayar, driver of tata indica was rude and refused my ride. He complained that he was far and the fare was too low. As per my knowledge, the fare is not something that a rider determines and is the result of the algortihm that uber charges depending on the time of the day and various other factors.
                I use uber for last minute rides and today, i wasn't able to ride because of this driver's attitude and incapability of delivering the service that uber promises to it's customers. The driver was rude and told me to cancel the ride from my side because he can't do it from his side.

                  This is the common complaints many are having with uber drivers. They always have headphones connected and on personal call most of their rides. It's highly dangerous to talk over phone while driving. Many a times they don't even follow road rules and causing trouble to public. There's no need to be on call during working hours. Pls ensure this with eveey uber driver.

                    Dear uber,
                    As per my knowlegde company is well known for providing unique and better service from the competitior, but as a new resident in south delhi as i uses your cab daily but since few day i have to face a serious issues.
                    The thing is that as i book cab in evening around 5 pm and call driver they simply asked only one question as where i have to go and as i said gurgaon they start behaving very much differently and almost all time try to say to cancel the ride, i asked them if you have problem you can cancel it i will book some other but they forces to cancel it from my side as by doing late late and also start to rejecting the call.
                    I just want to ask you one thing when i pay for the service why there is so much difference in service from same company to two different places. No one ask for cancellation when i booked for any other location so what wrong with gurgaon and if something wrong tell your driver not to accept the ride when it is of gurgaon.
                    In my opinion this is unethical and unprofessional business practices.
                    Or you are not willing to listen customer just have your own way as only how to make money.
                    Kindly try to look at your operations and try to communicate with with your driver partners.

                      Tommorow (Tuesday) at 9:12 pm, booked uber at bpl from archana complex to hbj railway station that time driver was shakeel told me i will not able to come ur home you will have to come on road. When i said that always uber come at my door and i have 2 bag and my wife or a baby and main road distance around 100 meter still he told i will not come at ur home and misbehaving.

                          Hi,

                          I booked a cab today with a driver named bala ji at 8:57 pm today from airport. Called him up and he said he will not go and asked me to cancel the cab. After sometime the cab was cancelled and i was charged rs 42.5.

                          Again i booked another cab at 9:35 pm, i paid 42.5 rs of earlier cancellation. Got a driver new cab mh14 cx 9282 (Chandrakant), called him to pick me up. He said that he does not have a booking and after sometime it again got cancelled. I was again charged rs 42.5 for no fault of mine.

                          This is absurd. Uber took 85 rs of my hard earned money, without even picking me up.

                            I mr. Shekhar virkar, having mobile [protected], have been using everyday uber. I have dowloand the app on my mobile. Sometimes i do twice or thrice booking of the car. Inspite of giving business to you i m not happy with the services. I have been facing many problems now a days. I have to pay money for rides which have been cancelled by your drivers. If i book a ride from my place (Thane) to dombivli, within 10mins your driver says i will be late or i wont be able to come, so please the cancel the bookings and book another car. This happened twice or thrice with me. Once the booking is cancelled on the drivers statement, still i have to pay rs. 70/- for cancellation where i have been informed by the driver that there is no cancellation charges.

                            I have been complaining everytime. Now my location is also block. I can't book the ride.

                            Kindly look into this matter and please return my cancellation charges i. E rs.70 x 2 times = rs. 140/-

                            Kindly take the necessary action for this and please unblock my location.

                              My phone number is [protected]. This morning i booked an uber pool from khidderpore watgunge to technopolis, saltlake. There was another drop in howrah. How can howrah and saltlake be on the same route? It took me 1 complete hour to get to the office. I understand uber pool takes time but weird drop locations is a big problem. Kindly fix the same as this is not the first time that i had to go through this mess.

                                I used uber cabs "go" service on 15 nov 2017. I took the cab from anantha nagar to velankani tech park, electronic city, bangalore. This covers a distance of just 6 kilo meters and does not involve any toll roads. But uber has charged me toll road charges and are have not given a refund even after repeated request. The route map used during the trip also confirms that there is no toll road used.

                                This is the same case on 22-nov-2017 also.

                                Kindly take this complaint and request you to resolve the issue

                                  On saturday i booked cab for some1. I used paytm so 331 deducted but driver asked fr 321 for my relative and didnt tell her about paytm method. I so many time message uber but they denied for refund. Its driver fault that he charged money for already paid service.
                                  Sir please either refund me or contact me. Dont give excuses as yesterday did.
                                  Its clearly written that if driver asked fr cash for non cash it should be refund. Then why you people are denying it.

                                    I had a very bitter experience with uber at bhubaneswar today. I took an uber from sahidnagar to shreekhetra vihar at khandagiri today afternoon at 12:17 pm. The car dropped me and left. After 5 mins i realized that i have left my mobile on the car's seat. As both the car seat as well as the cover of my mobile were black in colour, i had a wrong impresssion that my mobile was inside my purse.
                                    I and my brother called on my mobile no for about 10 mins and the mobile was ringing. But after that we heard that my mobile was switched off. I immediately went to the uber office situated near patia area, on the 3rd floor of hitachi building. There i registered a complaint by giving the pick up and drop timings as well as the locations. After sometime i was told that the car has been traced and the driver was asked over phone about the mobile and the driver said that there is no mobile inside the car. Then after requesting the officials again and again they told me that the driver was saying that he doesnot know anything about the mobile.
                                    After that i requested them to give me the contact no of the driver and the vehicle's no as well as the complaint receipt, to which they said that uber organisation doesnot allow them to share their any detail to any customer. Even there was a lady in the office who kept arguing with me, telling me that i have no proof that i have left the mobile in their car. I told her that even they have no proof that the driver has not taken my mobile. Then i told the employees there on the reception that i am going to the police station and i will lodge a fir and the let the police do investigation. After the driver gets 2 slaps, all truth will come out. I told them about myself, my father and our contacts all around odisha and that i will catch hold of the driver and my mobile very soon. As i was leaving their office, the same lady came to me and told me that the driver has called her now and told that he has got my mobile. To remind, the same driver had told 2 times that there is no mobile inside his car. She also said that the driver is far away from the place and he will return the mobile by night. When i told her to ask him to come down to uber office and return my mobile, she said that the driver can't come and she can't tell as to when the driver will be free to return my mobile. After sometime she again said that you can go to the place where driver is there and collect your mobile. What i felt is i was just mentally harassed inside the office by the lady again and again. I told them that i will sit here at the office reception till the driver comes and gives the mobile to me here. Then they said that the driver will give the mobile at my place in sahidnagar. To this i said that i will sit here at the office itself. Let the driver give the mobile to my father at my place. I will talk to my father after he receives my mobile and then only i will leave this office. Finally my mobile was delivered to my father at around 4 pm.
                                    What a terrible day it was... I was worried that i lost my mobile as well as my contact no. S, imp information, etc. But what pained me more was the mental harassment that i went through inside the uber office branch of bhubaneswar. The male employees were decent but the young lady who was dealing with the issue was so abusive, egoistic and non apologetic. Even she told me that i can't raise my voice there and i must learn mannerism. For everyone's kind information the only abusive words according to her, what i used is "what the hell is going on here?"... Even an employee requested me not to go to police as the driver was poor and as i am getting back my mobile in an hour and that they have made him give me back my mobile. I don't know how to react. Whether i should be happy in getting back my mobile or be sad about how i had to face so much mental harassment inside the office, that too when i was in so much stress.

                                      Payment date: october 30, 2017.
                                      Amount to be refunded: rs.99.52

                                      I paid thru the app for the previous ride via upi. The app said that payment failed after i entered my upi pin. The payment status on the uber receipt was still showing as pending. Since, i was in a hurry and needed to book a cab, i paid thru paytm. The payment was successful. 10 minutes later, the amount is debited from my bank account (The upi transaction which failed). The bank representative said that the receiver's account has received the payment and they have the acknowledgment. Even after writing to uber again and again, all they do is keep asking me for the same details time and again, but have not yet refunded my money.

                                        I am a frequent traveler with uber and appreciate wonderful services and special take care of its customers but i am really offended today when i booked my trip to ludhiana with you on a confirmed cost of rs. 799/- and your driver mr. Nitish[protected] has refused to process this request saying that in this price i will not take you to desired location due to low cost. If your drivers are not ok with the cost then why you share these offers to the customers.

                                        Even if he refused the request then why i am charged rs. 84/- for this inconvenience. I am really not happy with this treatment and not expected this kind of treatment from the uber

                                        Please reimburse my debited amount and compensate me for the inconvenience by your approved driver
