Dear sir madam,

This is to inform you that i have been exorbitantly charged today for a travel from noombal to adyar the same travel costed me just rs.239/- on my onward journey from adyar to noombal, you are requested to look into the matter and resolve the issue. I will be constrained to use uber for my future trips is the same is not resolved to my satisfaction.

    Customer care not understanding the problem. Am emailing them since last 10 days.

    I don't recall the password of my account which has my cell no as my user id and also
    I don't recall the email associated with the cell no.

    To revive my password they want an registered email associated with my cell no.

    What i cant recall how to give the customer care?

    Now how to use uber using my cell no.?

      Dear sirs i am astonished with the way you and your drivers try to extract double charges from you loyal customers - i booked this cab on 4th dec at 6.38 pm and got the confirmation about my can for a fare of 538 to my destinations - parallaly i checked with ola and airport taxi drivers and all were in this range or cheaper but since i trust uber being a international brand unlike others i choose to go with you company - the driver called me and asked for the destination and informed me that he would be there in 10minutes which i was ok with. To my surprise driver called me again at 6.50 pm and informed me that i cancel the cab as he would not be able to take me to which i resisted and told him to honor his commitment but he hanged the phone - and inspire of my repeated reminded and calls he did not respond - after 6 minutes to my surprise he cancelled the cab without intimating me and blamed on customer of not being traceable - i was coming from a long trip with my other colleagues who stay around 2 km from my residence and offered me to drop at 6.45 to which i declined stating that let's not waste time and go individually to reach home early. The torture does not end here when i tried to call uber helpline they also rejected my request stating please connect with the driver. Being helpless i tried booking again an uber ride since i was already with my luggage went to pick up point o[censored]bet at level 7 of mumbai international airport and had no option of gong back inside the airport to book any prepaid taxi like meru and tab and helplessly again booked a uber at double the price without any of my fault after so much of harassment. So all in all wasted 1 hour in torture paid double - kudos to your team for giving this horrifying experience to a customer. If i do not get any satisfactory response by eod i will write to your international pro to highlight the matters and detoriating services in india.         Date-6.12.17 around 8 am, my employer, mr. Mehul vajir (Contact no.[protected]), travelled fro west bandra to chhatrapati shivaji international airport terminal 1airport, mumbai, maharashtra.
        He was supposed to drop at the airport but the driver who was driving the car after dropping him, he drove to some other location without ending the trip. My employer tried to contact him over phone but he did not receive the call.

          I have booked a uber cab but the driver did not stopped infront of me. Since, the place was conjested (Was not in a position to stop) the driver did not stopped, and took some other passenger at a distance from us, i could have seen him. I shouted for him to listen but he drove off. On calling him over phone he said he was carrying other passengers and waited for me long, which is a lie.
          I asked him if its true, why he did not call me over phone. He was left with no answer. Sir, was charged with rs 48 which was taken for no reason. The uber is telling i was charged with waiting charge. Sir they are simply lying

            Uber taxi "hr 55 x 8818" almost ran over pedestrians including myself and when people (Women) complained to him he miss behaved with women in utmost rude manner. The location was paschim vihar red light (Near paschim vihar west metro station), delhi. It was red light when he crossed the road and when he saw the pedestrians (We). He increased the speed of car irrespective of seeing the red light and pedestrians been crossing the road. And i have decided i will file complaint against him in the delhi police. So i request you to pleases see to this matter as this can be dangerous.

            Please look into it asap and terminate his driver license and uber contract.

              Today i booked a cab from my home to adayar.

              The driver took us on the longest route plus the toll payable route avoiding the usual route (Via velachery taramani route) he said thought he has to follow the route given by uber.

              On the way just before reaching our destination i got a message from uber that the fare will be slightly higher than the fare shown at the time of booking. But the fare was 60 rs. Higher than the fare shown at the time of booking. This was a shock to me. I booked a cab today morning (06.12.2017) from tambaram to sankara eye hospital, pammal. Just before reaching i got a message stating that the fares will be slightly higher than expected. And this the fourth time i am experiencing this problem. Uber is playing a dirty trick. For sometime i am using only uber avoiding other cab services, because of the cheap fare. But now i have to seriously think about using your services.
              On our way back from adayar to my home, i used ola services that too during the peek hours. The bill came to 234 rs. Only.

              I am forwarding the screenshot of ola details to you. How you are going to justify your services?

                Uber cab bearing registration number ka 03 ad 8296 hit my car while he was coming out of the by lane onto the main road on new bel road. He was driving rashly and negligently and after hitting my car on the rear door he started arguing that it was me who caused the accident. I am a regular customer o[censored]ber and clearly the behaviour of this driver does not measure upto uber standards. I request you to kindly take action on this driver who has very poor driving skills and lots of arrogance.

                  Driver is calling again and again. My ride was once booked in ahmadabad on 26th november 2017 with a driver whose phone no. Is [protected]. Ride was cancelled because of his unavailability.

                  Now he is contacting me for no reason saying he wants to talk to shahrukh. I told him that he is contacting to wrong person then also he is calling continuously saying he wants to talk to me.
                  I have blocked him still he has called like 10 times in 10 minutes.

                  Such drivers are threat for a passengers. Please consider my complain and take action in this regard.

                    I hv been using the uber cab services for over years now. 2-3 weeks back this issue occured that my uber app has started giving error to login/book a cab stating mob number alrdy in use. I hv nt been able to login or book a cab using uber since then. I even wrote to them but no help.. And they dont hv a cm support helpline to call and seek help. I am extremely troubled bcz of this issue

                      I had booked a uber from santoshpur in kolkata to the airport yesterday (5th december) for 5 am and the cab did not come in till 5.45 and i had to report to the airport by 5.40 am as i had to catch a flight at 7.40 (Spicejet) initially i had it for 5.30 pick up but i edited the time as i got a notification to arrival 120 minutes before.
                      Funny part was that at 4.45 am or so i got the intimation that driver jagdish will be coming and i had his details like car no and other details but when i tried calling this person his phone was switched off. I had to get into action so i had to eventually get a white cab and rush and also of the fear that i might not be able to catch the flight but they were kind enough to accomodate. Now while i was in the white cab i tried again to see if jagdish was (Phone n0 [protected]) and he eventually picked up and said he had no notification.
                      Later when i reached the airport i saw that someone had come to pick me up but buy then i had already checked in at the airport. Now i see a charge of $47.25 for a) a ride it did not make and b) at no fault of mine.
                      Please address this issue and let me know asap.
                      Btw being a foreign national i had a very high regards for uber which proved me wrong.

                      The offer what you have mentioned previously regarding to 50% cash back on next three rides with paytm was not applied to my account. fare was so high i expected that i will get a cashback so that i accepted to have a ride even the fare is so high. please respond on it. i need an explanation why the cashback hav not applied . give me response ASAP

                        I have been a regular user o[censored]ber taxi service till october 2017. However, in nov. 2017, whenever i used to book for service, i found the app to be not functioning as it used to be before. The app never used to respond properly.
                        I, therefore, decided to uninstall the app. I uninstalled the app during the first week of nov. To install a fresh app. However, to my utter disappointment, i found not only loss of my uber account money but also the record of past trips performed so far. I found the app as if posted by me for the first time. I never expected such a service to be so callous and ignorant to a customer. I had some rs.1700/- in my uber account at the time o[censored]ninstalling the app. Could you please arrange to restore my uber account money as also the trips performed till date?

                            This is to inform you that on 25th november 2017 and 2nd december 2017 we travelled from rajpark, dombivli to mumbai airport and from mumbai airport to rajpark, dombivli respectively, but i am yet to get the invoices on my registered email. Even i checked the spam boxed, it was not there. My email id is mani. [protected]@gmail.com and registered phone number is [protected].in both case i paid cash to the driver amounting rs. 678 and rs. 1054 respectively. The drivers said that i will get the receipt on my email. I need the receipt for official purpose. From the app i downloaded the receipt, but the name uber name is not mentioned in the receipt and therefore it's no use.
                            Kindly send both the invoices in my registered email as i have to submit to my office urgently.

                                On 03-dec-2017 i requested uber ride for igi airport new delhi from my home. After getting info that uber cab is on way to my home, i called him to advise him directions to our home, he asked me where do i wanted to go. I told him igi airport then he asked which terminal and on hearing t3, he said he does not have enough gas and that i should better get another cab and also he is cancelling! After that i booked for ola cab and was on way to the airport, he called and said he is waiting for me. He blatantly lied to me that he refused the service. I would think that he must be playing this game with other customers as well. Now i get billed for this ride!

                                I would expect that besides reversing the charges, this driver need to be told to be honest and truthful and may be disciplined.

                                  Uber charged a cancellation fees on my ride which was not taken. I had cancelled the ride since the cab was showing more than 30 minutes to arrive at my destination. I waited for more than 5 minutes thinking cab will arrive shortly but it didn't. When i called the driver he said it will take more time since he is stuck in traffic. I contacted uber customer care multiple times but those shameless guys didn't help me. They harassed me through emails as i was a women. They were poking fun of me which i could make it out. This happened on 24th evening november 2017. My name is smitha b with email id [protected]@gmail.com.

                                  I will not rest and will put all the conversations i had with uber customer care people on the social media and if it doesn't sort out i will file case in consumer court and make uber pay for the crimes they have committed. As i know a lawyer who has been my friend in bangalore.

                                      This is an ongoing practice o[censored]ber drivers to cancel the ride, especially when they make you wait for eternity without even informing. This can be tolerated once or twice, but not on a regular basis. This is plain and simple harassment. And uber has been doing this continuously. There should be a rule that no driver can do this once they have agreed to take a ride. Another pertinent point is that the drivers are not supposed to know our destination before the start of the journey, but each and every driver insists on knowing that, and once you say they cancel. They don't even agree come until and unless you state the destination. My question is what is the point of having this rule when it is not followed at all?? I want to know exactly what you are deciding on this matter, otherwise i will be left with no other option but to lodge a complain in consumer court. This can not be my daily routine to wait on for the driver and being harassed. I want to be informed about this as well. Last two times when i have lodged a complaint i didn't receive any call or message from your end. Thus i have stopped complaining. But now that has even reached its limit. And i am done with it. I am no longer going to bear this idiosyncrasies. Kindly revert back to me.

                                        Hello,

                                        Incident date: 3rd Dec 2017

                                        This is to let you know that you guys have some stupid drivers who don't even wanna use their senses properly.

                                        This driver broke our pipe costing Rs. 3500.
                                        This fellow sees the pipe and drives over it. And when I ask him to compensate for it he is not ready to do it. And calmly says he works for Uber and goes, like, nothing matters to him.

                                        I want a serious action to be taken and the same to be compensated. I don't care you deduct it from his salary or not. I want this fixed.
