I booked a cab on monday 11th december 2017 @ 9:27 am from rr nagar to sunkadakatte in bangalore. The cost of trip shown was of rs.75. The swift desire car has come to pick up driven by mohan kumar. I travelled till my location which is sunkadakatte and de boarded the cab. As per driver he ended the trip that time. I did not got any message and later i was charged of rs.267 in my paytm account. Now when i am writing to uber they are simply telling that you travelled to extra distance which you were charged of. My question is that how have they verified it. I am already questioning there system which is showing my drop somewhere at basweshwar nagar in stead of sunkadakatte. It clearly shows that either there is system issue or their driver has launched my deboardung at basweshwar nagar. I can prove my loging time at office from our biometric punching which will be much early than the trip end time ie. 10:59 am. Uber support is not at all customer centric in this case. Kindly get my extra charged money refunded.

    My pool ride showed rs 69 but i ended up paying 269. The driver had to pick up another roder which showed 20 mins away and therefore i asked the driver to cancel the ride becaise he was also confused with the way and the time to pick up abother rider kept increasing. We landed up taking a longer route, which was not due to my fault. The amount charged by uber was massive and i have fallen in such situations several times with uver but because the amt difference was never this big therefore i always accepted there answer as amt charged valid but this time i request uber to refund my money and be a little more considerate while charging pool riders

      I booked a cab around 12:55 pm on 12 december... But the driver did not show up till 1:25... I could see his car in my uber map... He was at the same place from the past 30 minutes... I called him up many times but he did not answer them... I then went to him and had a talk and he started abusing me and slapped me... He said he did not wanted to come... He is his own boss... And again abused me and beat me... I will sue you all for what has happened... He also threatened me to something dangerous...

        I had a trip with uber. The driver first took me to wrong location. Then when i requested to tk me to current location as i had my little daughter with me he behaved very rudely. When i reached destination fair showed was 25 rs he took 100 rs from me and did not return. I asked my money then he gave 40 rs took 60 and ran away with his cab. He also shouted at me and dared me to complain against him

          Unable to login to my uber account! Everytime i say forgot password i am unable to receive 4 digit code on my registered mobile number.
          Strange to know that there isn't any customer support, i have registered the complaint on the official site and have got a system generated mail which i fail to understand. Is there a way to sort my issue or uber doesn't want people to use their service?!! #uberbadexperience #ubernocustomercare

          I missed by bag in uber. I called driver and informed to handover the bag, He said he will give the bag back. But driver has blocked my no and i raised a request in UBER now its 12 hours completed but still there is no response from the uber.

          I was charged wrongly by Uber. Attached are the reciepts for which i was charged wrongly. The total amount is different than the amount shown to me at the time of booking.
          I want to know the calculation of the recipts.

            I book a cab and go driver details and i call driver and he confirms the same, next minute driver canceled the cab i got message, i had to book a new cab and after a ride complete by new cab, it charged previous cab canceled charges 36 rs. Which was canceled by driver just after confirm booking on 6th dec. 2017 from kalupur railway to narol.. Ahmedabad

              It was 10th dec 2017, 1:26 am, i booked a taxi through uber app and driver "mr. Vinay. I had selected payment option as"paytm". Once toll plaza"navayuga devenhalli" reached driver told me that there is some issue with payment system and toll (Rs-125) is not added in the bill, i tried seeing the bill but was not able to see the details because journey was not completed and uber does have live customer care so i could not contact anyone that time to confirm the same and with driver's repetitive followup at toll plaza i was forced to do the payment for toll. Driver asked me to claim it with customer care and i collected the bill from him. Now after the journey when i lodged this complain with uber help line. I am getting answer that it can't be reimbursed. Please find attached response for your reference.
              Please tell me where is my fault?
              I would like you to take corrective action against driver and reimburse my toll charges also instruct your agents not to cheat customers.
              You guys are not doing your duty properly.

                I wasthe first passenger in the pool cab. I had appointment in sbiatsbm circle (Old name). The other passengers should have been booked in my route with minor variations. Instead you had booked one who had to go to indira nagar., which is in a different direction altogether. Hence instead of reaching my destination in 45 mts i could only after180 mts. Iwas very late. I could as well have gone by bus or auto!! Iwas between the devil and the deep sea. Such damaging acts to the passengers is abhored. By this you have inflicted incorrectible damage to uber. Iam deeply affected. Please note.

                  I had a trip with ubergo on friday, 17th nov. 2017. When i booked the cab with my mobile app the estimated fare showed rs. 59/- only. But after reaching the destination i had to pay rs. 137/-.
                  Why this difference?
                  Moreover i had received a sms from uberin stating flat rs. 59/- upto 6 km.
                  Please look into the matter and sort it out.

                    I took a uberpool ride from jasola metro station to my destination (Jamia nagar) at around 5:10 pm on 11th december 2017. Driver manoj, wagon r, hr55aa2810 came for the pickup. I boarded the cab as soon it came at my pickup.
                    Driver asked my destination and on knowing it he blatantly refused for the trip saying he never goes to this destination, and asked me to deboard. I was shocked at his behaviour and requested him to proceed as i already boarded the cab and he has no right to refuse a destination. He anyways cancelled the trip himself and forced me to deboard, also abusing me when i resisted to deboard. I was also charged a cancellation fee by the uber, though the trip was cancelled by driver.

                    What is going on? Uber is becoming worse than auto rickshaws. That's how you are propagating yourself as a world class company. What to do in such a situation? This is goonda raj o[censored]ber in a prime delhi location. What you can expect about the safety of women then from these companies?

                    The least i can expect from uber is cancelling this driver's permit apart from criminal proceedings.

                      Today morning i have booked the uber ride for kalupur station to gurukul memnagar as per attached snapshot.

                      While booking a ride (Registered number [protected] - nidhi bhavsar), the fare estimated was rs.119 but on actual i was charged rs.252 (More than double).

                      I have traveled from same location to kalupur railway station on 8th dec at 8.52 pm & i was charged only rs.60 (Register number : [protected], chirag bhavsar)

                      Request you to investigate & revert with rca & refund the access amount.

                        I m apeksha from pune.
                        I was traveling from sinhgad college of engineering, vadgaon, pune to pune railway station. Initially as per detected my an uber app fare charges was rs 240. But after completing ride charges detected on an uber drivers mobile was rs 376.
                        This is unfair. Company should not change fare charges in such manner.
                        Can i get extra money back?

                        I try signing in to my Uber account, through my Uber app, unfortunately, everytime I use my number, I get a pop up message saying, "your account is currently disabled. Visit t.uber.com/account- disabled for more information." This is absolutely nonsense. I need it to be resolved at the earliest.

                          Hello,

                          Yesterday i booked a ride from kendriya vihar community hall to sonali apt, kestopur - 700102. The driver never reached my pickup destination and started the ride. When i called him up, he kept on disconnecting my call and finally after travelling without me for 2 kms, he ended the trip. I was charged inr 36 from my paytm without even taking the ride.

                          This is a fraud by uber driver and is very shameful act. I need my inr 36 refunded immediately & that driver should be sacked from uber.

                            Happened yesterday while i was traveling from delhi airport to gurgoan by using a uber taxi. Booked thru uber apps and the driver picked up from delhi t3 arrival pick up point about 10:45 pm. Dropped at u block 44 around 11:50 pm. While travelling the driver suggested to charge my antroid mobile (Which was having 10% battery charge already) in his car charger. I was sitting next to the driver and i have fixed the charger cable and dropped the phone in car. The mobile was on and active condition. After dropping me the car left. When i tried to call my mobile thru another number my mobile was switched-off within few minutes after he dropped me. My mobile was purposely switched off. Afterwards there was no active on the phone. I know very well the taxi driver name & car number itself. Is it possible to get back my stolen mobile? Where is your office location in gurgoan & what is the contact number to make complaint? None of the website uber contact numbers are working. Need immediate response from uber management. I[censored]ber not supporting to find it i will be go for legal action against the driver & uber too (For keeping a irresponsible person). If a legal uber taxi driver making such this crime how can people choose uber to travel. Appreciate your action for this request.

                            Thanks for Uber's immediate action. The Driver name was Davendar Singh and the vechile was Hyundai Xcent, the number was DL 6708 (not exactly remember the series). The stolen phone (Lenova C2 Dual Sim) was the having the Uber Apps & the Sim number booked from [protected]. My contact current number is [protected].
                            Uber's action will be very much appreciated if I get back my phone.

                            received call from Uber Customer care and agreed to pay the value of the stolen phone. That's not the right solution. Due to this phone stealing I lost my business incoming / out going calls. If uber ready to pay my complete loss of amount (phone + plus business) I may think about agree to receive the amount. I am so surprise why Uber sort this issue to pay the money instead of finding the mobile such a easy way (get the phone back from their own employee) and return to it to the customer? can't Uber find the driver and get the phone back? How can an active phone can be switched-off within few minutes of the dropping point? Need proper investigation by Uber and explanation. Need the Uber official correct contact number to clarify.

                              Yesterday on 10th december, 2017, i booked one uber car from indria gandhi international airport around 5 pm in the evening to drop at shakarpur, new delhi. At the airport when i booked the uber car the information for fare i received that i have to pay rs.416.60/- but when we reached at the destination the drivers closing reading shows that i must pay rs.573.00, why this fraud is there, why the company is not taking any action against such drivers or thrown them out. It is my request to see into the matter and taken immediate action against such fraudulent drivers (Last four digits of car number i remember are 2162) and the drivers name was rasheed

                                Booked an uber, after the end of the ride, payment was made in cash to the driver, but the same didn't reflect on the app as it shows me a message of 'problem with payment for your recent trip'. I've faced this problem before too and left uber for 6 months then made a new account. Planning to switch to ola if this continues, please sort out the mistake.

                                  I have booked a ride from collectrate to my home jhotwara. Driver mr. Rajesh agarwal came at my location and when we sat in the car, me and my family, he cancelled the ride and i received the message that he had cancelled the ride. When i asked why he had cancelled the ride he told that he will not go to my destination and when i asked for the fine he said that it is your look out and he started using abusive language and told us rudely that get out of my car. We refused to get out of the cab. Meanwhile he was notified that he had a new ride and he again said that get out of my car. Again we refused but now he started his car. And don't let us go out. And also started misbehaving.

                                    I am registered with my phone number [protected]. I requested a ride in Singapore on Nov 17th. The ride could not be completed as i could not contact the driver. I complained and i got $6 credits as it was charged to me. I could not book any other ride after that ride as uber app asked me to pay before getting another ride. i came to India and paid by PAYTM to clear by balance. later i received a message that uber credits are country specific and your $6 can be used later. When can pay in Indian currency why uber cannot credit by account balance in India for a ride in Singapore. I need my money back

                                      I am regular customer o[censored]ber. Today i went to pune railway station from my place. It shows me rs. 160. But after completing ride they charged me rs. 180. Why it is so? Why i had paid more money and not the committed one.
                                      Please resolve this issue as early as possible. Other wise it will make effect on the reputation o[censored]ber.

                                        I would like to report one of the worst rides i had with uber. On 10/12/2017 i took the cab from kempegowda international airport to eletronic city. Now, at the start of the trip the driver (Durai pandian) asks me what the approx amount is. To this i replied with the amount that was showing (607), he said that this was too less and he started speaking about his losses and that his car is uberx and should not have been booked on ubergo. First and foremost this is really unprofessional, the app takes care of this why should driver bother me with this?
                                        The uber fares include tolls and my payment method was paytm. Still the driver forced me to pay rs. 130 cash as airport toll saying my bill is anyways low. When i arrived at my destination my bill was 607 and that amount was deducted from paytm, but as you can see from the attached screenshot another rs. 315 was deducted at 8am, is that a bug in the app or driver didnt end the ride? I have no idea. On raising support requests, i got responses stating the rules o[censored]ber regarding payment methods. Now i would like to ask these questions.

                                        1) how safe is uber when your drivers are rude and nothing can be done once i board the cab? I know the rules but if he forced me to pay the toll should i have got down from the cab with all my luggage? Are the drivers not trained, if yes then why don't they know the rules? Do you have a helpline number to call mid journey in case of such issues? Even after the completion of the trip why can't you first talk to the driver and get information on the whole matter instead of stating the obvious rules to me? I know you cannot track a cash payment on a paytm transaction but you should find a way to track your drivers and their behaviour. This is more a matter of safety becuase once the ride starts we are at the mercy of the driver.

                                        2) regarding the second deduction of 315, firstly it showed 607 as receipt which was correct, then at 8am 315 was deducted and bill was updated but receipt is now showing an error on the app. What happened? I can understand the app having bugs but the response from support team is not at all satisfactory to say the least. I ended up paying more than 1000 for a trip of estimate 607.
