I am registered with my phone number [protected]. I requested a ride in Singapore on Nov 17th. The ride could not be completed as i could not contact the driver. I complained and i got $6 credits as it was charged to me. I could not book any other ride after that ride as uber app asked me to pay before getting another ride. i came to India and paid by PAYTM to clear by balance. later i received a message that uber credits are country specific...

charged more than the given rate.

I am regular customer o[censored]ber. Today i went to pune railway station from my place. It shows me rs. 160. But after completing ride they charged me rs. 180. Why it is so? Why i had paid more money and not the committed one.
Please resolve this issue as early as possible. Other wise it will make effect on the reputation o[censored]ber.

I would like to report one of the worst rides i had with uber. On 10/12/2017 i took the cab from kempegowda international airport to eletronic city. my trip charges

Hi i had booked uber from bandra east kherwadi to mig cricket club, about 2 kms from my house. This was at approximately 20:00lt on 8th december. The charges shown was 387.00. I did not mind that but when i confirmed the ride they searched for the closest ride which was 15 minutes as per system. was charged wrongly on 2 occasions and no support from uber

Journey 1: i gave cash to the driver after my journey. Uber again deducted the amount 5 days later from my paytm.

uber driver ditched

Booked cab at 5:30pm ... he took the wrong road instead of following navigation. I cald him nd he asked me ver i want to go .. i said matunga. I have not traveled in uber yesterday, someone using mail id wrongly.
Please do help me to sort out the issue who is using mail id.

I have been asked to pay toll tax by the driver

On 9 december 2017, at 1 am (Night) i booked a cab from bengaluru airport to hsr layout.

There was a toll in between, the driver asked me to pay the toll. I paid assuming it is over and above joirney charges which was over made through paytm.

At the end of journey i wrote to uber attching the receipt of the toll, asking for refund. They generally refund if you show them receipt.

unreasonable cancellation charges

When a cab ride is being cancelled by the customer, uber pops up a unreasonable amount of rs.36.75 which has to be paid mandatory by the customer in order any further ride request.
This is so stupid. Uber drivers accept new request before completing their ongoing live ride. Because of that, the new customer got to wait for a very long time.
This, rs.36.75, implicates as a "fine" for using uber. Customer may make request up...

misbehaviour by uber driver - ka 03 ad 9681

I was travelling in my car and this uber driver hit his uber car at the backside of my car. It was his mistake and started shouting at me for no reason. He started abusing me with bad words. No damage has happened to both the cars and still he started shouting and shouting! Being a women driving alone at night, i felt very offended. These uber drivers should get a training on how to behave before getting in to the car!

cheating with wrong fare imposed

This is to bring to notice that i had booked an uber cab in ahmedabad on 1/12/2017 at 1010.50am from soni ni chawl to kathwada gidc. It was a white swift car. Driver name was sabir hussain. When i booked cab the fare shown on my mobile was ₹109.51. But at end of ride the fare shown on drivers mobile a whopping ₹ 533.51. It showed 109.51 as actual fare and 424 as previous outstanding fare. How on earth can b such a big amount o[censored]npaid...

problem with driver initiated cancellation fee

I got charged for a trip which was cancelled by driver. I raised this as a complaint on the very next day and there was no action taken from uber side.

On repeated complaints, i got the following response from uber.
"we're currently unable to make any changes to trips that are older than 30 days. That being said, we're always around to help you with any issues that fall within the specified time-frame.

uber not resolving my account issue
