I have traveled by uber on 29.11.17. At the time of booking the rate shown was rs.343 but the amount charged was rs.553. An amount of rs. 210 was charged excess towards payment of toll and fees. Which is totally wrong. Kindly arrange to refund rs.210 immediately. Eventhough the distance

    I am saikiran with mobile no [protected]. I took a ride in uber on05/05/2016. When i booked a cab i used payment method as paytm i was not using uber for long time after a year when i start using i got to that i have over due of 385.40 because of which i was unable to book a cab. By mistake i made a payment of 385 using my debit card. Even after paying my due amount i don’t alow me to book a cab. I realized i have to make the payment using paytm. So i made a payment again for the same ride using paytm. I would like to have refund but no one is responding

      I had booked a cab yesterday @18.44 and i was informed that swift dezire is coming and driver is sandeep.
      Your driver has cancelled trip not me how can ask for 42.00 in next trip. Your driver has not called me once and i kept standing at my destination. I have missed important meeting due to negligence of your driver and you are asking for cancellation fee from me.

      I think this is totally unprofessional attitude from your side, i wish such type o[censored]nprofessional drivers should not be in your kitty.

      I have booked Uber and driver said me that he is coming and waiting me approximately 1hour In front hospital and after that swist off mobile, this kind off behave I don’t like.You should have give me one hour value other wise I will submit complaint legally.
      I had been charged by the uber driver for parking fees and had siad me to pay via anymode provide reciept and it would be reimbursed. I paid through paytm and now uber is denying to pay as they are telling that the mode of payment was different. Even their drivers are not aware lf the same and misguide the rider.

        I had a pickup scheduled (Uber go) to reach in 15 minutes. Waited outside for 15 - 20 more minutes with my baby, stroller and mom. Driver did not come on time and when we called he spoke very rudely. When he didn't arrive finally, we gave him a call and he said he cannot come since his previous ride is not getting off. He made us speak to the ride who was explaining why she wasn't getting off. I don't know why i needed to speak to the other ride for an explanation. After waiting for so long and arguing with the driver and rider, we had to cancel the ride and plan since my small baby was tired and hungry

          I bought stone for my fish tank, it's weight was 30 k. G.. I tried to book uber from shyambazar (Kolkata) to gobra (Kolkata). Driver sayed, i can't let you in with this bag of stone, this is a luxary car, not a carriage car.           Ur driver deny to come and not cancelled trip, it's his mistake not coming, company charging me on mistake of his drivers, it's very very bad experience
          Drivers refused to come and not cancelled trip, besides this we had to pay cancellation fee, why should I pay for on mistake of driver not to come on pick up location
          I couldn't sign in my account. I think it's blocked.. Please sort out this problem as soon as possible.. Shabeena here. Thank you.

            I booked uber ride from international airport, mumbai at 12.45am, instead he picked up another passenger and went to drop at new panvel whereas i was to go tardeo. I could not cancel also as he was locked in my account, ur uber help then hired another one and i wasted one hour in that process at the airport in the middle of night, tired and exhausted we felt disgusted with the service.

              I booked an uber on 23rd november around 11:30pm. The driver came to the pickup location hitech city (N convention) and he did not start the trip and was asking me to cancel the it just because my drop off location was at hapsiguda. I almost waited for half an hour for that man to arrive at my pick up location. And i was lucky that day because my friend ws there with me, what if he is not there?

                Booked an uber cab on 28th nov'17 from gurgaon sec 40
                The chauffer at very first instance looked weird and was driving rash, was over his cell phone for almost more than half a journey. When we tried telling him not to use his phone while driving, he in return commented harshly despite knowing of a female guest being accommodated in the car,
                This did not end here. While we somehow managed to reach the destination, he stopped the car at drop off address and asked for “x” amount that was payable by us to the driver, so we got down of the car and was in process of making the payment.in the interim, i thought of keeping my cell over back seat to avoid it falling down while i had paid and was to collect the balance. The chauffer realized and all of sudden started the vehicle and moved. I kept shouting to stop but guess with his intentions my words were falling to deaf ears. We immediately called the driver and said that we’ve left the phone inside the car (To be precise told him that we kept it at the back seat while making the payment) and requested if he can come back to handover. All the more, i said that if he can’t, we’ll manage to reach his current location to collect to which he upfront denied of having any cell phone inside and banged the phone. Post this we kept trying his number but he intentionally did not attend and after sometime kept his number of either not reachable mode or switch off.
                We complain in uber also but bloody uber doesn't have any customer support they didn't contact me i am continuously dropping the mails as well as i tweeted against them but no response.
                I would recommend everyone not to use such kind of companies who doesn't have any customer support or who doesn't want to help their customers at all.

                  I have taken a ride from uber and by mistakely i fogot my mobile and wifi in cab after that i tried to call driver but hi didnot pick the phone then contact to uber but they are saying we will not share rider and driver details once the trip ends as our privacy policy i said them i have seen him switching off the mobile but still uber is not giving details.
                  I know will never get the things back but atleast just a request to you that please tell them to give cab details in the invoice or helpline no in the app so the customer can instantly inform you for the loss.
                  Govt is saying to go digital if this thing happen then why people trust to online its better to go by normal taxi.
                  I[censored]ber is saying such things about privacy policy then why ola policy is different if you book a cab ola is sending full details in msg and email and this not end ola also send proper innvoice with cab details.
                  Please if you can do something then about this.

                    Me and my family is going to mandir in hauz khas.. Near aims on of the wagnor come very rashly towords my car and just inches away to hit my car very badly as my family was inside the car..
                    Then i try to stop the car but driver trying to runaway. Somehow we manage to stop that car and tell driver hw u r driving..
                    Driver again trying to run away but we wont allow him to run people standing out side also saying he was driving very rash..
                    Driver not come out from the car..

                    Uber drivers are very rash very un decent...

                      Last night around 10:43pm we booked an uber back to our home, unfortunately our ride's tyre went flat. So, our existing driver asked us to look for another uber, as we did. We booked another uber and the other driver named riyazuddin with a hyundai accent. As he was on the way, he started his ride without letting us know and drive till a certain distance and then cancelled the trip. I found this really offensive as me and my family were standing alone trusting uber, after waiting for a while we booked another one for the third time at 11:58pm and then we received a call from driver asking "where are we heading to?" i didn't bothered to answer that question as if he'd had accepted the ride then he'd been informed by the uber, right? After walking for a couple of minutes we reached the location where our stubborn driver was waiting for us. We booked a ride from lodha paradise, nashik highway, thane (W) till lodha casa rio palava city dombivali. As soon as he showed up i noticed a difference in number plate of the car. The driver was hiralal with a maruti suzuki wagon r numbered as mh01cr4425. But he was driving mh03... As i questioned this difference he made a quick u turn almost crashed into my family and drove away. Moreover, today 2\11\17 from lodha casa rio palava city dombivali to mumbra station. After a couple of minutes i received a call from the designated driver pankaj with a white hyundai xcent (+91 [protected]), he straight away said he isn't interested to ride us till our destination and cancelled our trip with a charge of rs.47.59 why am i supposed to pay a price when the drives wasn't interested to drive me till my destination? What am i supposed to pay for? I hope you guys will take some action against this especially about hiralal. Expecting a reply soon.

                          I travelled from malad west to lower parel on thursday 30th november and had already made a payment online. After completion of ride, the driver demanded rs. 722 again for the ride in cash saying that the online payment i snot reflecting from his side and if he gets a message from the company, he will file for refund. I insisted that we have made the payment, but he kept demanding money and finally as i was getting late for the meeting i gave him the cash. I later made a complaint to uber with the driver details explaining the situation to them, they refused to take any responsibility of the problem. Their drivers are daylight robbers and the company chooses to remain mum. This company is a fraud that supports fraud drivers and encourages malpractice blatantly by putting the entire onus of the problem on the customer.

                            Sir. I nabish kumar verma booked uberpool for 2 person on 01 dec 17 at about 6.15pm from lunger house hyderabad to somajigudda, hyderabad,, during cab booking time was shown for pick up within 3minutes. I booked uberpool for 2 person accordingly. Cab booked then after 2 minutes i call driver narender for pick up but he told that i pick up after 20 minutes, then i asked why.
                            Then driver told that first i drop the the people then i pick up and it takes not less than 20 minutes. Then i cancelled my booking. Due to this i lost my 15 minutes valuable time.
                            I am a bona fide customer o[censored]ber since long back but this type of happening is first with me. And this is wonderful that driver given due rs 47 to me.
                            So please reset due ammount to me as soon as possible for next ride booking and loyal with you.

                              I booked an uber pool from german bakery, pune, india till hinjewadi chowk, pune, india on 01/12/2017. During the booking the fare was ₹169 for two people but when the trip was completed the amount came to be ₹330. The driver was also very rude. I would like to know the reason for this overcharge and refund as well of ₹161.

                                I had a really shameful experience from uber service. I booked uber at 7.50 pm and i was so busy to reach mu destination due to some emergency. Still i accepted the wait time lf 10 min. I called driver for multiple times for enquiry on his long delay. Finally when he connected over phone.. He was really unprofessional in deal with me. He then made me wait for further 10 more min. That was really sad. It was night and such a issue will badly affect ladies in night time. He asked me to move further from the exact location from map... I did only coz of his request.. He was totally in different locatikn all of a sudden.. He cancelled his trip.. Without a info.. Moreover.. He was far away from the location that uber map had shown.. My valuable time had lost.. Instead of compensating to me for such long 30 min delay (Truly unbelievable and shame).) uber charged from my accnt. I need compensation of 500 rs for such a worst service from uber. I a regualr customer o[censored]ber.. U can chexk that.. This was my worst exp with uber... Else i have to move legally for such a dangerous service from uber. This will definitely dangerous to ladies and girls..

                                  Driver cancelled the trip, my money was deducted from my linked paytm account, already raised 4-5 complaints from app, but no response yet, no customercare no. Available, mailed also on [protected]@uber.com but it also useless, uber user plz avoid linking your e-wallets to uber to avoid automatic deductions. Is there any one can help they charged me 96/- for the cancelled trip by the driver.

                                    My uber account # is [protected]. I have more than 350 rupees in my uber paytm account. When i try to book uber cab a massage occurred "please select cash mode". Why should i select cash while i have amount in my wallet.

                                    Now i am so frustrated. I want delete my account and want to get back my money.

                                    Uber provide worst service and there is no platform to complaint or inquiry.
                                    I rate 0 out of 5 for uber service.

                                      I had taken ride on 3 nov and they have deducted money today on 28th without any information directly my from my paytm wallet without any prior information.

                                      On 3 nov i had trip with uber rides, that from south ganesh nagar to airport.

                                      And after trip, i got the bill of amount 600 + and same day i had paid 500 rps through paytm wallet and rest amount via cash to driver name sanjay.

                                      I have given almost 70-80 rps extra to driver for coming on time and dropping us on time at airport.

                                      As i can see on receipt that showing to today up toll added there but driver didn't pay any toll there. Then how can you impose those chargers which you haven't paid. This is wrong.

                                      Trying to contact them so many times over uber application but they are not replying.

                                      I haven't got resolution for this. As per them ride u have taken is non cash trip so I should not cash amount after ride. But my concern is if ride was non cash then why driver had taken money from us. If I was not aware about payment mode then driver of Uber should know whether it's cash trip or not. I am agree what uber team is saying but my question what is about money that I haven't paid mistakenly. They are are not saying that they are going to return it. In attached screenshot it's clearly mentioned that I have paid money to driver name Sanjay on 3 Nov at 4:13 Am. If they have auto deduct money from paytm wallet then at least they should inquire their driver about ride whether I have paid or not. I don't on what basis they are marking this issue resolved.

                                        I have lot of bad experience from uber, drivers not turning up and last minute cancel the trip and put us in trouble and mental strain.
                                        Even driver cancelled trip by not turning up will be charged to me as cancellation fee. Three times it happen to me. Nov 13th early morning pre booked trip driver not turned up and cancelled the trip. Uber charged me rs. 43. I was in heavy stress that i may miss my train and luckly i got another uber.
                                        On 29th evening in chennai 2 times driver cancelled the trip with out turning up. Both time uber charged me rs. 30 each. All these cancellation put me in so much trouble by way of losing time, missing the train or flight, mental stress etc. Above all these they are penalised me by taking money from pre loaded wallets. After several complaints no from uber.
                                        Same time any of these issues ola will respond and resolve it imdtly.

                                        As per my complaint uber have to refund cancellation charges of Rs. 30 twice & Rs. 43 charged. Total Rs. 103, instead of that uber confirmed that only Rs 30 refunded. Balance amount is still with them. Today 15th December, I booked uber from Bangalore East Railway station to my house. I got a confirmation that William in Mahindra kuv 100 will reach in 6 minutes. I waited for more than 20 minutes and tried to reach driver several time and he was not responding. As per uber app map he was driving to opposite directions stopped the vehicle so far from pick up location, then no movement. I'm forced to cancel as tough for me to wait more than that. Uber charged me Rs. 43 as cancellation charge which is due to driver unprofessional approach.
