Today october 29 2017; i travelled with uber and was charged toll fee which was double the charge and i did not even use the toll road. My drive was fairly away from the toll road plus this route i take multiple times and never charged toll fee. I have written multiple times to uber support who don't seem to care and don't respond. Just the first instance that the cab travelled in the toll area. This is unenthical to pay toll when you were not close to toll road, plus double charge of the toll. As mentioned this is the route i take multiple times.

In the past uber has charged toll fee when i pay cash stating the driver also paid charging me twice but i was patient. Today incident is off the limit and i question the integrity of the company.

Today is the last day a loyal customer who uses uber everyday has uninstalled and will start bad publicity to the folks around who uses uber

    I had booked an uber taxi just now on 29 th october 2017.. From ghusval haripurm rd roberts colony lucknow to charbagh railway station lucknow... But the driver of that ubertaxi named ram charged from me rs 172.16 which is the fare for the trip through shaheed path.. But instead he had taken me through cantt lucknow to my destination... My pblm is that does your company charges same fame for a trip when made through different routes???.. Or if i have been cheated then i will take this matter to consumer court!!

      I booked a uber for airport on 27th october 2017 night 1130pm i got the cab ts08ua8084. Driver name venkat reddy hyundai xcent i noticed that he was drunk ed and was using bad language stating you booked uber go but you got uberx and all nonsense and he refused to take us to airport lucky i called my friend and went in his car. I want you people to take strict action against this driver. I will also post the same in social media if no action taken against the driver.

        We had booked a uber ride in bangalore on 28 october.
        The driver reaches the destination and later cancels the ride.
        When we enquirer he speaks rudely. Later uber deducts the amount from my paytm wallet.
        Uber drivers purposely cancel the ride and uber enjoys at the expense of customers.
        Such a fraud company who cheat customers on regular basis.
        I want the refund of my money.

          The driver was very rude from the very beginning of the trip from the location i asked him just to take a turn which was not even 500 meters
          For which he asked me extra 10 rs, when i refused to do so he used the term people like you should left on the mid way
          Is this the way a driver is supposed to speak
          I have been a genuine customer o[censored]ber since long and this is my first bad experience
          I hope you look into the matter and take proper action against him

            I have booked an uber somehow i have connected with javed his no is [protected] first of all he didn't came on time and when i have called him he said i was trying your no but can't reach, trust me he didn't try my no and then i said come back to location he said okay and then i said you have wait for me at the location and he replied so rudely and why im not gonna wait for you if you didn't come on time, my mind will be like # first time iam hearing that kind of revert from any uber driver inspire of this i said okay cancel it from your side as you didn't come on location and will take again 10 min around then you cancel it and start abusing me like bkc and mkc... This is too much and please take an action against him and revert me back on this or else tell him to call him and say sorry to me

              I took an uber ride on 23 september in the morning. I was charged a waiting fee. The driver had not even arrived at my location. Uber has introduced a new policy which says a consumer would be liable to pay more if he makes the driver wait. This particular day the driver was unable to find my location which was my home to which i told the driver to stop at the location he was at that moment in time which was ramphal chowk and i would walk there myself. When i reached the destination uber charged me a wait fee. Their driver was unable to reach me and out of consideration of time and money i asked him to wait and walked myself to make it easy for them. Attached is the only correspondence uber gave to me asking for refund.

He was still in the procedure of finding the location when I insisted to walk to him to save time of the narrow roads and him navigating inside them. U guys need to issue a refund for this.no matter how small my wait fee was.

                I booked an uber at 11 am on that day. Driver had to wait slightly more than 5 min as we had to do some arrangement before the trip. But suddenly driver misbehaved and told that he could not wait more than 5 min. I said no worry pl put extra charge for waiting but again he misbehaved and used slang language and cancelled the ride. The max information attached in image file. Need immediate action on that driver.

                  I want to complaint about a driver's behaviour, named dinesh who works for uber. I booked a ride for someone else on thursday i. E., 26th october, 2017 at 9 am from madanpuri, gurgaon. The driver was not able to come to the pickup location due to his poor navigation. Instead of asking help from a local person, he said to my friend "arre oo, ehsaan kisi aur ko jataiyo, samjha?"
                  My friend replied that you are the one who is doing the job.
                  Then, the driver cancelled the ride in anger and hung up saying "beta tujhe mae dekh lunga".
                  So, it's my humble request that serious action should be taken against this driver. I would also like to know as to what action has been taken.

                    We were to go to raintree galary, but we don't know from where he put up some wrong destination in his gps and then was not willing to take us tou our destination and even desired to get double payment for extra distance... For no mistake of ours we drove 1 additional hour... After talking to customer care so we paid the amount for our destination only.. The driver's name was tabraiz

                      I was wrongly charged cancellation fees when i reported the same, i was told once i pay the same i'll be allowed credits and now they are saying they are unable to do so. Even after complaining i had no response from your side. Do you don't want to retain your customers? Your competitor ola has an excellent customer satisfaction unlike you. Looking forward for your reply atleast this time.

                        Hi team

                        Today (27.10.2017) morning i booked uber from my home (Maruti kunj, ggn) to my office (Nodia-62).
                        Driver arrived at 7:25 am and started the trip but after 2 minutes of travelling he denied to continue saying he doesnt have fuel and as i have used online cash mode so he wont be taking this trip.

                        He stopped the trip and i was charged rs 4.71/-, however amount of rs 1113.42 (Which might have been reserved before start of trip) from my paytm wallet has been deducted and has not been refunded yet.

                        This is very negligent on part o[censored]ber as i dont have any emergency contact number and rude on part o[censored]ber drivers.

                        Please let me know when the amount will be refunded and what about the inconvinience caused to me.
                        If i dont get my money refunded you are losing your loyal customer.

                          I'm not able to change my current city even after so many mail communications, also tried with some other account to book cab, it is showing some error and couldn't book any cab even after trying for more than 10 times. Really disappointing experience from uber as i'm a regular customer o[censored]ber. Atleast uber should provide a proper customer support instead of sending same auto replies always for all the mails.

                            I book a cab on 18thoct around 330pm from thane to borivali to catch a train at 530pm. I track the wagonr cab with driver details - tribhuvan ([protected]) near my house however it dint turned up till 445pm. Then i got a call wen i was already in other cab, with driver details - harinath hyundai ascent (Mh03-bc-9467) he said he is at our place and then he ask us to cancel the cab and when we denied saying we book at 330pm he said:apko kuch ni pta, pagal ho"cancel kro cab. Faltu me time khoti kia.. We almost missed our train an catch it at last minute due to this negligent behavior o[censored]ber service. We have been charged 48rs of cancellation wen we book the cab on 24th oct and that driver made us walked 2km along with 4 bags luggage and small infant baby in carry cot, cab details mahindra tuv (Sarfaraz - [protected]). What kind of service is being given to a lady. What is the point in booking cab if it din turned up on time and they give this kind of service and charging 462rs along with 47rs cancellation. Please refund money as its really discomfort and appauling service.

                              I am extremely disappointed & surprised at the horrible customer service that i received for asking a clarification for a mistake on the part o[censored]ber.

                              I had received an sms stating that i could get upto 50% off on ubergo till 23/10/17 on using a particular code which i trusted & boarded a cab on 23rd.

                              To my surprise though the code did not work & i had to pay the driver a sum of 185/-. Their so called customer care executives were not ready to understand my predicament when i tried to contact them to inform about this.
                              1) first, i was told that i must not have input the code or it would have surely worked. I thought that was a really dumb suggestion. So, i finally sent a screen shot of the code failure that i got & i thought uber would work on this with its able customer service.

                              2) it didn't take me long to realise that i was dealing with dumb, mechanical individuals. Later, i was told that this is valid till 8 am on the last day that the coupon is valid till.

                              This is something that was not mentioned in the message that i got stating that i am being "gifted' a coupon & so obviously its a mis-communication on their part. On trying to explain these to their esteemed team, all i got was a mechanical,"we understand your concern". And not once but numerous times!!!

                              On an ethical note, i think i need to be refunded my money because i used their service in good faith hoping the code would work. The message from their end did not inform of the time limit on the last day.

                              Also, i don't think that i am going to use their service again irrespective of me receiving a refund. It is pathetic.

                                I would like to mention that i booked a uber pool cab on 23.10.2017 vide transaction id#5a65bff975403d3a92fc5d62bf1b5a0 from my office shivaji stadium to r. K. Puram. Since i booked cab through paytm so i did not pay the amount but the driver himanshu got down and came after me and asked for charges of rs.160/-. Under these unavoidable circumstances i had to pay him rs.160/-. I reported the matter to uber within no seconds but of no use.
                                It is desired that you kindly intervene in the matter and the amount should br refunded to mr

                                The company sent a standard computer generated message informing me to not pay for a non cash trip in the future. They did not even the content in the complaint. Moreover no message and call was received from the company. Trying to get in contact with the company officials doesn’t seem possible for a customer considering the response mechanism they adopt. This has led to mental frustration at my end. Kindly look into the issue and make the company liable for the financial and mental harassment I faced.

                                  The driver from very begining was misbehaving . When we explain him the way he started misbehaving and we warned him that he will lodge a complaint. He cancelled the cab and again called saying go file a complaint he has filed a complaint against us and started abusing and abused very badly.
                                  It was a total cheap and non professional behavior . We are lodging a police complaint
                                  After disconnecting he is non stop calling us and misbehaving.

                                    Dear Sir/ Madam,
                                    I am writing this e-mail to report the worst experience i had today during my above mentioned ride. The driver in this trip was the worst person i have seen till today in all my past trips with Uber.
                                    Firstly, i had to wait much more longer than the estimated time as the driver reached my pick up point very late & that too after my phone call to him. He did not bother to call me. When i alighted the vehicle, he started shouting at me saying that i was standing at different point than that was shown on his device & that he expected me to reach where he was waiting & that it was my duty to call him immediately after i booked the trip as he could not afford to wait for long to get the passangers into his vehicle. He also refused to put the AC on when i requested, saying that he can't afford it.
                                    After all this he stopped the vehicle & told me that he is going to cancel the ride. I was surprised to see that i was charged Rs. 42.50 though the trip was cancelled by the driver. Due to this experience, i am very upset & started getting the feeling that i should not prefer Uber for my future rides which i was doing till today.
                                    I request you to look into this issue with top priority & take necessary disciplinary action on the driver & refund the money i was charged for this trip as it was the driver's fault completely.
                                    Hope you will take the necessary action immediately so as to keep me satisfied & keep me using Uber services regularly in the future.

                                      While booking for a ride from uber app it shows an expected fare calculated so that you can decide whether to book the ride or not.
                                      If you book by checking the fare its just waste because at the end they are charging more that the amount shown prior.
                                      You are helpless that time cant do anything except raising the refund request.
                                      Again if you raise the refund request they will not refund the amount by giving lame excuses that surge was high, demand was high, if driver followed wrong path, traffic might be the reason.

                                      If you will try to explain them that no traffic was there driver followed his own path shown by gps they will not refund in any case and every time same reason.
                                      These days it is usually happening with me and requesting for refund is not working as i regularly use cab for office so everyday raising request and chasing them to refund is very irritating.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have booked couple of rides in bangalore and hyderabad between 22nd oct - 24th oct 2017, when am trying to download the invoice from uber portal the amount i paid is completely different on invoice what i actually paid, there were 6 rides costing around inr 3000, wherein am getting the invoices for inr 2200+ amount, i have to submit these invoices to my office.

                                        I need all invoices with the correct amount.
