I have travelled with ubergo from igi d-1 arrival to iit delhi on 23rd oct 2017. It has charged me twice t-1 airport surcharges (Rs.150 + rs.150). I really don't get the how they charge twice the airport surcharges. The total amount charged was 525.76 out of that they charged twice rs.150 + rs.150 for airport surcharges. Please look into this matter and refund the money into my patym account....

Vehicle no - as-01bc - 9175 purposefully blocked the road in beltola, jayanagar, guwahati. He blocked the road and was conversing with a rickshaw puller. We honked to clear the road but to no avail. After about 10 min he physically got down and started abusing my wife. Totally drunk. We feel sorry i[censored]ber has started employing drunkards and abusive persons. We wont feel safe with uber. Yesterday date 21st october, 2017, i booked one cab with uber.
After waiting for 10 mins for the cab, though waiting time was about 2 min
I called cab drivers. I asked him to reach my location but he denied and asked us to come on main road by saying that his cab can not go in reverse direction.
And the way of talking was very bad. When i asked him that i will raise a complaint with uber. His answer...

The driver was so pathetic he was forcing me to cancel the trip.. As i did not cancel my trip than he came very late and switch off his mobile and then came near my area and parked the vehicle and without informing me that he has came he stand there in fact i was waiting for his call... Even i tried calling but the number was switch off... And all this uber is charging 52 rs... Why would i pay the money... If the mistake is of your driver......

We booked uber india in nagpur and pin dropped the location. I called the driver and mentioned the spot specifically to make sure. The driver came very close by to the location and refused to come to the actual pick up location siting navigation issue. He hanged up the call and canceled the booking charging me for the navigation issue.

The worst experience ever!! Biggest cheater in the name of taxi service. Today, we took a uber go from kestopur to sealdah station. Today i book a cab from howrah station to madhyamgram and rs 350 was hold for order in paytm.in the middle of my route drive asked i have reached my destination as per map in his phone.
The solution he provided to re-select my destination again (Madhyangram station road). I did the same.
