A very rashly driver uber etios gd silver colour car ka 05 ag 4339 hit our brand new suzuki dzire near jyoti niwas college, koramangala, bangalore at 4.45 pm today 9.11.2017. We were on the main road and uber car came from side road. The uber driver wanted our car to be taken and parked on the side of the road and that he will follow us and park. We did that but the uber driver drove away. Now the rear bumper has to be repainted. Can you help us in recovering the money for repainting from uber? My cell is +[protected].

    I lost my phone. I haven't used uber for some time. When i tried to access my account, i realized that i had forgotten my password. I tried to reset my password. But the app wouldn't reset my password. Instead it keeps asking me for my previous password. When i tried to contact customer care, there is no phone number i can call. Your services are very poor. So now i have deleted my account and i will tell all my friends of the horrible services you offer

      This is with regard to booking made as per details as underneath

      The fare showed at the time of booking was rs 520 as is evident in mail. Once journey was completed i paid rs. 600 to driver (520 as amount vice booking and residual towards tip for being serving at odd hour, despite he being duty bound)

      To my utter surprise, immediately your portal showed the amount as escalated to rs. 678 for apparently no reason. This was never told and thus is a bad practice.

      Now for no reason you are making me liable for amount of rs. 78 which actually doesn't accrue.

      Immediate steps for reversal of same should be undertaken.

        Extremely delayed and laid back response from uber, not taking ownership of driver's behaviour. I had requested a ride from point a to point b in bangalore. The reached a nearby lane of point a. I noticed that the driver had arrived at a nearby location, so i tried calling him, but since he was not reachable and it was important for me to get to point b with my baby as it was late in the evening and it was raining, i decided to go to the driver and request him to come to the correct pick up point as i have a baby to carry and some bags and it was raining. But when i got to the driver, he refused to come to the exact pickup location which is my usual pick up location in the evening for the last 6 months and every evening, the driver do come and pick me up from there. So, the driver refused to come to the point a and said he will stay where he is. I explained, i have some bags and a baby and i waited for 30 mins now and he cannot refuse to drop me. But, he dint care, he said he will not move and asked me to cancel if i cant go. So, well i cancelled as i dint want to risk carrying the baby in the rain with my bags all the way away from my actual pick up point. Later i complained to uber regarding the behaviour and the cancellation fee of rs. 45, but there was no response or recourse in any form. Hence i decided to create awareness about the current service quality o[censored]ber.

          I booked an uber auto from my mobile no[protected] from rajpalace gurgoan to doordarshan society gurgaon at around 3.00 pm the driver did not turn up i waited for 10 minutes and called the driver who did not take my call. Icancelled the booking. I am being asked to pay rs-5/ with out any fault please look into the matter and punish the erring driver

              Hi,
              I am deepak mathur,
              Resident of ahemedabad on 5/11/17 i booked the uber cab from applewoods to matoda in ahmedabad.
              When checked the vehicle it was not a cab it was a goods vehicle and when asked him to adjust the seat he said it is fixed and if you want to travel then sit then i declined and very arrogantly he closed the doors and cancelled the request and moved from there.
              Later when i checked rs 40 were deducted from my account even though i didn't cancelled it.
              Request to take the necessary disciplinary action against this cab.
              And refund my money back.
              And one more complaint i want to lodge is that there is more than the double the fare now from the previous months from uber.

                Mr narender dvr charged parking charges and toll tax on 5 nov from hyd airport to my home hub, madhapur. I paid total 820/- which already included toll tax and parking charges. I paid him rs 230/- extra. Question isnt about money, it is about duping and breach of trust. I was in hurry and could not properly check hence the flap and now the complaint.

                  This is a general complaint. When we order a pickup on the app, the driver who responds is quite far away, and given the traffic conditions, takes very long to arrive, even up to 15 or 20 mins. We are penalised for canceling a ride after 5 mins. But when the driver takes so long to arrive, who is penalised? Uber should monitor the time taken by the driver to reach the pick up point after he accepts the ride. If he is too far away, he should not accept the ride, and deprive drivers who are closer than him of the ride. We have to wait endlessly and make multiple calls to the driver who says he will reach soon, but the app shows that he is still far away. This is happening too often, and delaying the rider unnecessarily.

                    1) i have been using uber with mobile number [protected] since may 2016. Recently i have bought a new mobile and installed uber app with same number. But there is no previous trips available now and there was a balance of rs 50 which is not available. I have been trying to get the proper response from uber representative but they simply replied as "sorry for the inconvenience and there is previous trips".
                    I have asked them call me back then also no proper response and there is no customer care number and email ids are not available in uber app.
                    2) on november 4th as per paytm offer, i have created a paytm user with same mobile number through the help o[censored]ber app and recharged rs 550 to get the 10% cash back on every ride. But i was not able to change the payment mode to payment. The uber was prompting me to pay by cash which ridiculous. No resolution after reporting this issue 3 days back and lost cash back for 3 trips.
                    Is this the service expected by you. If don’t want to respond go away from the service. How many people are suffered on this and minting money like this. Can you please respond on this at least now with proper resolution

                      I agree i had a terrible experience today. Have been sending emails to uber... But looks like only a system answers. I boarded uber (Uber pool) from my home in anandapura circle (Bangalore) to go to my office in seshadripuram. It is my practice to tell the driver that i pay through a card, which he agreed to. There were other co-passengers as well in the cab. While he dropped the co-passengers, he closed my trip as well and asked me to pay up. I refused to pay and said well my trip was incomplete and i cannot be dropped in the middle of no where. He vehemently refused to start the vehicle. Since it was getting late to office i thought let me at least pay the money. So i used uber app to pay the amount through the card and showed it to the driver. He refused to accept it till i pay cash. The main road was quite far off and he saw an opportunity in me to use it. Until i paid rs.62 he did not budge the vehicle. After taking cash, he refused to ply till my designated destination and refused to travel. Now whose mistake is this? And uber says they cannot refund. They can very well debit his commission account and refund us as customers. Uber - don't think customers are dumb and they don't know how the system works. We know very well how the system works and how the drivers tweak the system.

                          It happened on 7th november, 2017. The driver was bappaji riding honda amaze.
                          The trip was from pentagon p5 magarpatta city to sun sapphire hadapsar (Around 3 km). It started at 22:37 and supposed to end at 22:44, but the driver didn't end the trip despite of me saying that. It finally ended on 23:05 with a ride distance of 7.5 km. I was charged rs.108.01 instead of rs.41.50.
                          I even called the driver again to confirm this issue but he wasn't even talking properly and was denying that it wasn't his mistake.
                          I would request for a refund because i have been charged rs108 instead of rs4.

                            Today i have important meeting for that i have booked a ts07ue4812 and he dont know how to come to the location with gprs and i called him and guided him and he came to my location and see me and he said : please cancel sir and i have go to other place and for uber has taken 45/- and even i did not cancelled ; nov 7th time 4.05 the book done from a. C gaurds to road no 45.

                            The uber people should have costumer care number, so that i problem will be solved on the spot.

                              My son books uber from his number [protected].
                              For some reason it is blocked. I did not know the reason. There was some due rs 42.50 i paid through my card.
                              Please reactivate his uber account.
                              The debit card is now not being deleted from the app either.
                              I therefore have two problems
                              1. Cannot use the app.
                              2. Card is not being deleted.
                              3. I don't know what the problem is

                                I booked uber from terminal 2 at 23:44 & got the message that car will reach in 17 mins along with car no. I also received a call from the driver.
                                However when message was showing 11 mins, suddenly the car no was changed, then it started showing 6 mins, then 4 mins & got stuck up there
                                I called driver 5 times & every time response was that reaching in 2 mins, on the way
                                However, after 60 mins, i approached help desk & told about my complaint, then old booking was cancelled & new car was booked
                                This car took another 15 mins to reach & pick me up
                                I am very sorry to update my frustrating experience with 2 drivers
                                Hope uber will improve service in future

                                  I had booked uber on[protected], awaiting as per location, driver called and asked me for destination, upan my reply he immediately cancel the trip, after which 47.25 rs got debited from my pay tm account.

                                  After which i had booked another uber which came within 1 min

                                  Please resolve the issue at earliest and please give credit of 47.25 to my account.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    Today on 06.11.2017, i had an appointment at 09:30 a. M. With my doctor (Cardiologist) for check-up of my heart ailment. Accordingly i booked uber cab at 07:56 a. M. The uber allocated a maruti suzuki ritz cab registration no. Hr — 8187. The driver's name was mohan and his mobile no. Was [protected]. The cab was expected to come by 08:14 a. M. And we (Husband and wife age 70 years and 65 years respectively) were standing on main gate of our society waiting for the cab but it did not appear at all. So i called the driver on his mobile and he said that he had arrived but he never appeared. We kept on waiting at main gate till 9 a. M. The cab did not appear and the driver now put his mobile off. Thus i missed my important, and probably life-saving, appointment with my doctor. The cab did not arrive at all. Ironically the uber is now demanding me to pay rs. 42 as cancellation charge. I did not cancel at all. Uber doe not have phone-line to lodge a complaint. So i lodged complaint on web address, [protected]@uber.com but they gave a sorry reply. I can attache my original complaint and reply o[censored]ber.

                                      I had faced an issue with uber driver on 4th of november. He misbehaved and did fight physically with me. Got some injuries. I didnt complain because dont want to take unnecessary task in my life which will affect my daily life. Got a call from uber team to clarify the reason for cancellation. I have explain what was happened. But surprisingly uber team has deactivated my account and supported their driver who was made a big issue by involving local people. This incident made me to think unsafe while using uber because they didn't think humanity but notified me about their zero tolerance policy. Policy should be very clear against who is suffering. Deactivation of my account shows their unprofessional in nature.

                                        I booked cab for my relatives on 29th oct 2017 from 37/20, krishan lal bhatia marg, block 37, east patel nagar delhi-110008 to madanpur dabas main rd, block d, meet vihar, delhi, 110081" somehow, card payment was got selected by default from app which didn't come under notice of anyone. But the extremely shocking thing was this that the driver asked to my relatives all the amount in cash at departure instead of checking it's receipt and amount to be collected from passenger and he collected around 415rs from my relatives. Now, your app is still asking me to pay those amount by card. Everyone, who is using your app or travelling from your cab, should not be very well aware about every service or mode of payment, but your driver must be someone who must be aware of everything and must guide to their passengers. Driver receipt must be showing to it how much he has to collect from passenger which must be zero in my case but still he demanded and collected 415rs from my relatives. I felt cheated from uber driver and uber services also. Now, uber india is not ready to support me for this. They are asking me to pay this amount again instead of interrogating it's driver and also advising me to be careful since next time.
