My trip from white field to srirampura at 6.28 am dt. 15.10.2017 driver name adarsha.

I took a car from white field to srirampuram at 6.28 am on 15.10.2017.
On arriving i was not feeling well so i open the gate and vomited outside the car. The door of the car become little dirty due to vomiting. Immediately on seeing this the driver starting misbehaving and abusing in local language kannada. He screamed and shouted and abused me and asked me to clean the car. He also demanded rs. 3000/- extra fro cleaning. He made me feel unsafe and was extremely rude. Having no option and clean the car but in spite of that he kept of abusing and demanding 3000 rupees. I would like to ask you that why have you recruited such a unprofessional driver? He is not safe person and can be dangerous in future? Please take action against him and such drivers who are ashamed for our country. Please let me know what action you have taken.

    I had book uber car from hyderguda to badangpet from this no. [protected] he arrived near the meeting spot i called him but he didn't respond my call after several times he pick up the call n asked me where is your destiny i replied to badangpet and immediately he cancelled the trip, from ur web site the pick up point will be worst. Not only this time many times this situation happen with me so i would like u to take any strict action on those cab drivers, since from half an hour im waiting out side with my family. Take serious action on those drivers those who cancelled my trip or else i complain against the consumer act i filed.

      I am a victim of one of your drivers. On 14/10/2017 morning between 10.00 am and 11.00 am i booked a uber. The driver name is mr thajudeen. His vehicle number is kl 01 ca full number i don't remember. He asked me to cancel the trip which i booked from pappanamcode & pran hospital which is near to your trivandrum office. He then took the trip after cancellation and collected rs.500/- from me. But the cancellation difference is reflecting in my account eventhough i didn't want to cancell. He asked me to cancel. My mobile number used for booking it is [protected]. Please do the needful as i don't want this to happen to any other customer. Since i always felt uber set high standards in customer service, i expect appropriate response from your end

        I was charged with incorrect cancellation fee for the trip which i never had. Driver cancelled the trip by himself after 5 minutes. I was at pick up location before the arrival of the cab in fact driver passed away the cab two times in front of me and he didn't stop the car and after 5 minutes he cancelled the trip by himself and an outstanding amount was showing on my account. When i tried to resolve it by submitting the complaint on site uber authorities credited that cancellation fee to my account which will be added in my next trip. From now onwards i would never prefer it or suggest it to anyone else because this is not the first issue i have with uber.

          There is a uber car no. Dl1rta4946 parked in our area for almost more than 20 days with no info who owns the car. Tried to find through out area but no one knows about the car.

          Then when we called on the number mentioned at the back of the car the person starts talking very badly with abusive language and said he wont remove it and you can do whatever you want.

          On calling uber customer support no one having look at it.

            Hi,

            Today, i booked ubergo from my resident at hcl towers noida, sector 62. The cab driver, named alok asked about the destination and told me he will be reaching the pick up location. But, he cancelled the ride without prior intimation and i missed my important meeting because of that.in addition, when i tried calling him, he kept on cancelling my calls. Also, i have been charged 42 rs for his wrong doing. What kind of attitude and ill behaviour is this. And why should i be paying, neither i was late not intimated. Please look into this on urgent basis. I had to miss urgent meeting because of this stupidity. Please.

              I booked a ride today from hoshangabad road to new market. I was assigned driver anil +[protected]. He told me that he is at 11 mile so he will take sometime more than 10 min so i agreed and asked him to come.
              I waited for 30 minutes and in between called him thrice, he didnt responded. He answered the call after that and on asking where is he why is he taking too talk he answered very rudely. I waited for another 5 minutes and could see in the tracker that he was at same position from 15 min and was not moving. I had to cancel the ride. On cancelling i received a call from him and he was misbehaving with me and shouting.
              Such behaviour is not acceptable. And would request a strict action to be taken against him or else we will be forced to not user uber anymore and also to suggest my known ones to stop using uber so as to prevent them from such a behavioural issues with driver.

                I booked a ubergo cab today in the morning. I had to drop a female friend to one place whose destination is around 5 km from my office. Then i changed the destination to my place which is hardly 4 kms from her place. Now usually this cost around rs.110 but i checked yesterday in the name of surge pricing they are charged me rs. 183 for just around 9 km trip. I truly dissapointed with this. They are looting the costumer in the name of surge pricing. I don't understand why do they charge this surge pricing in the first place. There is not even excess demand of cab in the morning. One another reason they give is they want to bring more cabs on the road. How do they bring it in. The cab is not even owned by them. Where are they actually using the money. Even while talking to my cab driver, he seemed to be very unsatisfied with the amount of money he gets as an intensive and all. So its the uber looting its costumer as well as there employee, which is not good.

                  On 9th of october we booked uber for 4 kilometers from kings colony to k. M function hall charged should be 60 or 80 rupees we have paid 250 rupees only for 4km. Even though we have promotion in uber of 50% off of 50 rupees the driver said its extra charge complaint to uber for this so i am complaining plz i expect that u. Understood. Plz we want our charges back. Thanking u.

                    The uber car i had booked at 640pm with uber did not report at my pickup point. I was waiting with my niece and 2 infantson the road in front of my pickup point for over 20 mts and he did nor turn up. His telephone number was continuously engaged and after 7pm we had to take another vehicle causing lot of anxiety and strain with the 2 lil ones on the road. Later when i could reach him over phone, he tells me he waited in some other
                    Location for 5mts and left., although my pickup address was clearly mentioned. Atleast he could have called to check the location.
                    Very bad service.

                      Amount was paid through cash as well as debited through paytm. Driver had requested to pay the amount in cash. Now the driver's mobile is switched off after knowing the issue. Uber landline number does not go through.
                      We are unable to reach anyone to get the refund. Also to mention, paytm / uber does not own and show the responsibility to resolve. Very poor and unreliable.

                        I have a question does uber provide a child seat facility in india mumbai as they provide in other countries? We as parents are okay to pay more and need child seat in uber when we request for our child's safety. As a company uber do you'll value child's lives n have introduced this facility in your ride? If yes please let me know and make us aware how to use it. Awaiting your response. Kindly treat as an important question asked by your customer since 3 years. Looking forward to more enhancements in your ride where as customers feel uber as one n only choice to travel safe anywhere with kids along.                           My sister called uber taxi on oct. 11 @ 6:00 pm from nss nursing colleage, dasanpura hobli, bangalore north-62 to catch 8:00 pm kerala bus from madiwala, soumya complex but unfortunately after one and half hour ride driver drop her unknown place @ 7:30 pm and there was heavy rain that time.
                          He charge extra amount and he said he doesn't know the location.

                          She miss her bus and finally she called another ola cab to go back her school. This type of behavior is not acceptable and need necessary action.

                            Yesterday i had taken a trip... Awaiting drivers arrival, i get a notification that i am on trip and i am being charged for the same.. Whereas i was actually at my home... I have not traveled at all but forced to pay this amount because i had to book another cab since the earlier guy didnt turn up

                            Same issue happened with my spouse as well on 6th october... Horrible...

                            Last few days i have been raising the complaints in the help section o[censored]ber app and nobody bothered to even respond so long..

                            What a plight! Are we still a demand driven country with such irresponsible the so called international companies providing end to end services..

                              This # driver pb01b 5512 with the contact no [protected] tried to abduct two girls in his uber cab by spraying some chemical on their faces. These girls had another classmate with them who asked the driver to stop by the atm. When the boy left the cab, the driver tried to run very fast and spray some chemical in the yellow spraying bottle on their faces to make them unconscious. The girls somehow were able to open the windows of the running car which forced the driver to stop the car. As the girls rushed out from the car they were able to take the no. Of cab. This incident occurred at around 2:30 in the afternoon on landran lakhnaur road, chandigarh. We are telling u firmly to get this driver sued for his failed attempt and make sure such thing never happens to anyone and ask the uber to get the complaints no. For people or we may need to get the police and govt. To look into this matter.

                              After waiting for the cab, I suddenly realized driver had cancelled my trip and I was forced to pay his cancellation fee. I lodged complaint through Ola App which said I would not be charged. I have attached 2 screenshots for evidence. I have also proof of my payment which I was forced to pay before booking next cab.

                                My trip 5:22 pm on october 8, 2017

                                I cancelled this trip because the driver was taking more than 20 minutes to arrive (The app., was showing 3 minutes to arrive - all these 20 minutes!!!) and travelling in wrong direction for my pickup. Driver also declined my call when i called to let him know he was going in wrong direction. I was in a hurry to leave hence cancelled the trip but uber was happy to charge me for the mistake of their driver. Pathetic uber support replied (5 times!!!) with the standard cancellation policy completely unmindful (Or may be purposely ignoring) of the issue raised. If they can't ethically handle a simple reversal of charges on cancellation under such circumstances, wonder what is the guarantee on passenger and - most importantly - woman & child safety!!!

                                This is an unreliable company in that, unlike ola, they do not have a dedicated number to call even if there is a dying emergency, fraudulent by behaviour since they discretely take cancellation charges without an appropriate reason and irritate customers with predefined standard responses repeatedly so that customers get tired and finally give-up raising the issue or they become silent beyond a point - this treatment to customers who have been with them for several years. Pathetic & dangerous - to say the least.

                                  Today at 12.54 am i booked uber taxi at sahar airport mumbai. Cost indicated was rs 242.24 for juhu destination. Since we were at p7 uber taxi stand, we called driver where he was. He directed us to come to his parking slot. We went there. We reached at destination point without waiting, within any red signal na or traffic jam on the way.
                                  Still, i got inflated bill of rs. 295.,
                                  Was there any hidden cost. At least the same was never shared with me.
                                  Uber should refrain from such mean minded acts which lead them to loss of trust they may loose for petty gains.

                                    I had a worst experience
                                    Driver came late and asking me to cancel the trip as i said i have booked another cab which is ola, i was in a hurry.
                                    So i refused to cancel the cab from my end,
                                    He started using abusive language, i have the voice recording as well.
                                    And now uber has charged me rs 52.50 to my account, which is totally inappropriate.

                                    And uber support is also not available to help.

                                      The name of a driver is shyam having maruti suzuki wagon r and i booked a cab for my father as want him to take to the hospital and driver was not picking the call for about 20 minutes and after 20 minutes when he answer the call he was at. Opposite location and when i teach him how to come at my place he started abusing and rudley talking and he said mareez ko bhaar nahi laa skte kiya m nauker thodi hu jo gher k bhar aunga and when we sit in a car he said do anything what u can do.

                                      Also he was driving rashley on the road and doing zig zag cutting

                                      I want action as soon as possible or else i will register the case in court as this is forth time with the uber drivers.

                                        I had booked a uber cab on 23rd september 2017 to go to bangalore airport from my home at sarjapur road. Generally the fare amounts to not mora than rs 1000 including all factors (Surcharge, taxes, tolls, traffic and weather conditions), and that day also the fare estimate was shown as between 800-1200 at the time of booking the cab. But when i reached airport i was surprised to find that i was charged 1662 for the trip. On raising an issue, the uber authorities said that there was a gps error and they revised the fare amount to set it at 1501. On insisting that i was still being overcharged and i want a refund, they replied saying that the fare couldnt be adjusted although they did it earlier. They tried to convince me with irrelevant answers and ultimately after a few mails they stopped replying. This was totally unprofessional behavior from their side and given the fact that the weather was fine and there was minimal traffic on the road, the overcharging is entirely unjustified.
