Hi i was booked the cab for one of my friend and the mode of payment is non cash like used my debit card details but my friend not aware that i was booked on non cash mode it is fully raining and the small distance also they charged huge amount so after finish the trip the amount needs to pay as 0 displayed but the driver asked my friend to pay cash why he need to pay money i was selected the mode of payment non cash so it should deduct from my card while taking the drviers into uber you people cant teach them minimum things like what is cash mode and what is non cash mode as its fully raining my friend also in hurry he paid the cash intresting thing is that the driver had dont know the trip fare as he charged more than trip fare from friend now the thing is when i tried to book a cab in uber it is asking to clear the previous trip due why should i need to pay again money for the same trip which my friend already paid and it is more than the trip fare when i raise the concern the supporting team is telling that payment made it on cash for noncash mode trip as considered as transaction outside the system then what i need to do why cant people will check with driver and why i need to pay twice? The trip was on 9/10/2017 at 10:55 pm the driver name is ravikumar how you people will go further on this this is totally fraud

Uber paytm was having rs1200 credit which disappeared suddenly on downloading paytm app again on same phone on August.we downloaded paytm app again where as uber was connected with same mobile number.balance is new one previous disappeared

    We had booked a car from nexa showroom, park street, kolkata. The fare was showing 3times of normal fare, since i had old parents with me, i booked it. The driver arrived almost 15 mins later.in spite of mentioning exact location, he left the location and went almost 500 m ahead to leave the previous passenger. We had to walk on the extremely busy road to catch up with him. After asking him, he said we are helpless and uber will do whatever he wants.

      Uber has very poor services. I chosen payment method as paytm, but after completion of trip, driver has taken cash of Rs.333 from me. N also amount has deducted from paytm account . PFA the paytm receipt. After the issue, driver has not pick for long time and later he says he is not driver(cab-indica, TS08UA4946, phone number: [protected], Shekar)

        I had booked a uber on 27 - sept -2017 and i was charged surcharge of 6 times of the original charge as the driver noticed us that we were running late to catch a flight and we were not concentrating on the ride and the amount. The bill had come to 2200 rs as a surprise since we couldnot fight more. We had to pay the bill and come to catch the flight. Later i got this issue rectified with uber support and got 1300 rs credited. And to my surprise since 27 september i coudlnot use the credits. Always the option goes for cash and if at all i have to book a uber by default the cash is selected and i am unable to change to the credits and the credits are also lowering down. I would have asked or approached uber support through messages noone could acctually solve the issue. Here the screen shot attached as how only cash gets selected and i m unable to change to these credits. I have lost the patience on this issue now

          I was keep on getting sms from dz-mkuber saying to bring documents for partership with uber. But i am not interested in that. I tried many ways to contact uber to stop sending such sms not relating to me. Finally i got one number that is [protected] but when i try to reach number, it has got only options to additions of partenrs/profit motive only. But no option for any others customet queries. I feel uber is there to make profit only selling not servicing. Kindly get the issue sorted out asap.

            On 16th october 2017 i booked a uber cab for my destination after showing a waiting time of 15 minutes. After confirmation, the driver enquired about my destination. He told me that he will reach in 15 minutes. After waiting for 10 minutes, i called the driver who told me that he will drop someone and will take 1hour to reach. When i asked him why did he not inform us in the first call. He said he will not be able to come. He also said the he will not cancel the ride and forced us to do it. We were charged with 42 rs cancellation fees. We were mislead and after waiting for so long at the pick up point we were forced to cancel the ride. Why did uber d show waiting time if 15 minutes. Why did the driver say he will take 15 minutes to reach. But after knowing our destination, the driver told us he will take more than one hr when we called him for the second time after waiting for 10 minutes. He didnot even bother to call and inform us. Please refund the cancellation fee. Me and my parents faced a lot of incovinience

              I was charged with incorrect cancellation fee for the trip which i never had. Driver cancelled the trip by himself after 5 minutes. When i booked another ride i was charged rs 42, for the trip i have not taken. From now onwards i would never prefer it or suggest it to anyone else because this is not the first issue i have with uber. I just want my refund.

                To day at 10.55 a. M i booked uber for my journey from nbcc vibgyor tower, new town to batista 30 bus stand when the fare showed rs.172 but at the end of journey the fare showed a huge amount as rs.749. This is quite wrong and baseless. I have paid the fare rs.172 to the driver mr. Asghar as shown at the time of booking. Please let me know why this harrassment happened to me.

                Hi, One uber cab having registration number MH12 K 8258 was driving very rush in mundhwa area in front of Orbis school where kids are going to schools at 8:45 Am.Driver was overtaking ladies and passing comments over them. He seems to have sick mentality. Kindly take necessary action before he commit any serious crime.

                  I am surprised that when i booked cab it wa showing fare of rs. 122.93 wheras at the end of journey you deducted rs. 160.53. Now a days it is general complaint even in the morning trip also same problem happend.

                  Can you please inform me the reason as there was neither any waiting nor any diversion of route, then why there are difference in charges being debited and charges being shown at the time of booking.

                  Just booked a uber the driver name was Tanjing from guwahati..while asking him his location he behaved so badly with a slung language...he should not hv to forget how to talk with der customers..very much disappointing with uber n driver..unmannered person i would rather slap him wherever i wil find him(Tanjing)

                    Hi,

                    The driver did not come to pick me up on the selected pick up location i. E. “khalilullah masjid”. I asked him to come to that location but he was constantly denying and was saying that you will have to come on the cab’s location i. E. “aggarwal sweets”. Upon denying this, the driver moved the cab and i got a note which said that i was charged some money. This was a very unprofessional behaviour of this driver and i want uber to take strict actions against such drivers. This was my first corporate ride and he gave me such an unpleasant experience.

                    Also, i would like a refund of this apparent cancellation charge from uber.

                    I said, "you were charged for missing your uberpool ride. Avoid fees next time by meeting your driver curbside within 2 minutes of their arrival"

                      I have cancelled my booking one day so for that uber had fined rs.43 for my next trip. So according to their rules and policy i had already paid that rs.43 before booking new cab but after thay also the app was showing that it's not paid. They are behaving so fraudly. I am having the screenshot of that payment but it's not attaching here. So what is this?

                          Estimated fare was 415 and i travel on that route almost daily with uber. I was charged rs 729 for this trip, when checked with uber, they said gps error and will refund money. Today its more than 17 day but no refund yet. After 5th oct they stopped responding to app messages. I paid almost 315 rs extra which is not aa small amount. I want my refund.
                          I want o talk to customer care but there is no call back facility and no customer care no. To highlight issues. Really poor management of customer services.
                          I am still using uber because no other choice for me... Really not satisfied with the service. They have error in their system app customer service, why would i suffer, i just want my refund.

                              I had ordered an uber india cab on 24/09/2017 to go to the railway station at lucknow. Now usually, the distance from my house to the railway station is not more than 6 kms for which on an average the cabs charge rs95 to 100. On this particular day, the driver who first turned up in his nightwear, a little tipsy and singing songs refused to show my the distance of the trip of that the car had covered while in our use and demanded rs 170 claiming that since the company is on a rise in lucknow hence they are increasing their prices. On being asked to show the ride distance the driver refused to do so. The name of the driver was mr shailendra.

                                On 12th october i had to travel for sap india, bangalore to airport. I booked the cab and drive came for pick up, on the way the driver said there is no diesel in the cab and demanded rs 500 cash and said will transfer the money by paytm. Had trust and faith in him and i was getting late for my plane, i had no option to cancel the cab and again rebook other one to go. He took my contact no, but i havent took his contact no. I complaint to uber.

                                Uber is saying its card payment you had done card payment, we are not responsible for the cash payment.

                                I didnt got the satisfactory answer from uber. Its not the matter of money, uber has not taken any action on the driver and without finding the fact they uber give answer immediately. It may happen with each and every customer and one day driver will be more rich than uber.

                                  I was hospital i had called the driver beforehand and within 2-3 minutes as i reached the main gate this guy devendra with wb04g9382 cab number had cancelled my trip and charged ₹ 47.25 which totally pissed me off as i need to go to blood bank... I want my money refunded as well as strict action to be taken against this guy who has no professionalism.. Refund it asap or i am going to take further steps...

                                    I have explain about our yesterday ride from hastsal (Our home) to old delhi railway station.

                                    Please read carefully.
                                    Yesterday i have booked a cab from uber on dated 14-10-17 time 4 pm and cab reached at my home at 4.12 pm and i am start the journey at 4.16 pm and the driver name was yogender.

                                    Yesterday my family (Mother, father, wife 2 children) are going to home town because there is some serious matter, so that i have booked a uber cab for going to old delhi railway station, for your information my train timing is 6.25 pm so that i have booked a cab before 2.30 hr in the time of train.

                                    In the time of trailing i asked to driver please please follow the which i have asked to you but driver says mai aapki batai direction follow nahi karunga mai navigater ki bataye raste par chalunga. When we have crossed the 10-12 km i have asked the driver again kya aap hame time se station pahucha doge driver ne kaha aap ghar se bahut jaldi nikle ho pahuch jaoge. But after some time the driver left to follow the navigator and went to the streets of karol bagh, anand parvat and new delhi. And began to follow the wrong route and got trapped in the jam. Slowly the time was passing. I told the driver. Now i feel like i can not reach the station. Then he said that it is not my responsibility. And on the way, the driver abused me and my family and started calling to his friends and then i got the call to police of 100 no. Finally he stopped the cab from taking him to new delhi. Because of the driver's negligence, my train was missed, my family could not go home, i and my family could face the mental driver... Then the police took us to the police station on arrival of the police and i have lodged the complaints again driver and uber. And the whole day of yesterday got me down, we left the police station at 10.30 pm. Yesterday because o[censored]ber's service, my time my money was lost and my family was insulted..

                                      I requested a shared ride on 15.10.17 in chennai and vehicle assigned to me was tn22ch7715.

                                      The driver started my ride without picking me... After that i tried to contact him on his number. [protected], he picked the phone only once but didn't come to pick me.

                                      He kept disconnecting my phone later on.

                                      Now... After 30 minutes, he picked my phone and when i threatened him that i would report to police, then he agreed to pick me up.

                                      Due to this, there was unnecessary delay of 1 hour and i may come across a huge loss.

                                      There was no emergency uber number on the uber app. I am going to report this to government authorities.

                                      I reached my destination 1.5 hours late... Even rs 226 were deducted whereas the shared ride price was rs 69.

                                      In case uber fails to provide me compensation, i would lodge a complaint and case against the company.

                                        Today i booked uber for my exam centre (From 2583 hudson lane, gtb nagar delhi to ch baldev singh senior secondary school delhi that is in kirari extension) with mobile no [protected] but uber picked up wrong location but during my drive it was all time showing that my cab is going towards the correct address. Then i requested to driver to drop me at a location near to a metro station. Finally my journey ended at a wrong place that is about 20 kns away from actual location. (Uber also charged more than it showed earlier.) due to this i couldn't appear in exam. You know an exam can set carrier of a person. Now i want compensation for this otherwise i will take help of consumer court. Be ready to be sued.
