The worst experience ever!! Biggest cheater in the name of taxi service. Today, we took a uber go from kestopur to sealdah station. While booking, the uber app showed rs. 182 and when we got down we had to pay rs.232 (Due to their fake surge rate) + rs. 198. The driver demanded that we had a payment due (Rs. 198) and that we have to pay. We argued a lot but had to pay. How can we have a payment due? Does uber allow to pay later? If so, then next time i will use their service and ask for paying later. Disgusting!! Uber is looting the public money in daylight. I will make sure that neither me nor my friends ever use this service unless we get back the money. My registered mobile number is [protected].

    Today i book a cab from howrah station to madhyamgram and rs 350 was hold for order in paytm.in the middle of my route drive asked i have reached my destination as per map in his phone.
    The solution he provided to re-select my destination again (Madhyangram station road). I did the same.
    Once i reached my destination rs 402 has been debited from paytm but still rs 350 is showing as on hold.
    Please take care of this as soon as possible and refund my money.

      The cancelation charges were put on me instead of the driver who cancelled the ride after 20 minutes
      Those 42 rupees i have to pay, from my pocket. I had a doctor’s appointment to go to but thanks to the driver i got late and had to book another cab. This is the 2nd time an incident like this has happened. I will stop using uber if i have to pay those ₹42

        Hi today (22.10.2017) we have booked a ride from mani enclave, yapral, secunderabad at around 1620 hours. And mentioned our ride to gandhinagar, hyderabad. Our ride was also confirmed. But after few minutes the uber driver called us and asjed us to cancel the ride and his reason to ask us to do so is it takes some more time to reach us. Since have more time we asked him to continue with our ride. But he insisted and forced us to cancel the ride. We did not cancelled the ride because it's his call to do so. We absolutely have no problem if he comes late also. He did not come. From that time onwards i started getting calls for every 5 minutes from different uber drivers. I know that i did not book a ride. How come i get calls from uber drivers without my consent. I only booked once, that too he did not cancel and connected my name to different cabs. I pretty well know that if i cancel my ride i have to pay some amount. Thats the reason i did not!! Finally cab driver suggested me to cancel the ride and give complaint on the first cab driver.

        I request you to please take necessary action on the cab driver and please note that am not going to pay the amount of fine since it's not the mistake from my side.

          Pre-booked trip to delhi airport with acceptable price range.

          Then uber sent an sms from finland (My home country) 10 min after the trip started, writing fake story about high demand, nothing really, cars available, and noting higher price, but not stating what the price is.

          During the trip and at the end of the trip the price was not visible.
          Driver behaved like no understand english.

          Finally, next day i got the price, which was about the double to estimated price.

          Dear uber do not offer, if you do not know the price, right?

          I have no request to compensate, just to get uber to stop this kind o[censored]nprofessional sneaky operation.

          Why uber want to get a profile of "another sneaky taxi" by using very unprofessional and low morale business methods.

          I am angry, the amount is small but yes i will call the credit company, stop the payment and uber need to explain for them how this double charge came up.

            I booked a cab from shri ram lotous lohegaon to rmd singhad college mumbai pune by pass on 22 oct 2017 at 0645 hrs but driver has dropped us at vadgaon singhad college where as i took a auto from there to my original place at rs 150. There was my daughter exam so during that period i was very disturb cab no was mh-12 kn 7865 and driver name shrikrushina.               I was asked to pay rs250 before the ride started. But after the ride i had to pay rs382. And i feel c. H. E. A. T. E. D. You are grabing the customer by showing less price then charging higher prices than promised. And this is my daily route which takes only rs 250 but today i paid rs 382. Looting your customers. And the reason you are giving is totally w. R. O. N. G, route was not changed at all.. It was only 1 street difference and you are giving me this s. T. U. P. I. D. Excuse that because of 1 street u increased the fare by rs 120?? And you can check my routes this same journey has cost me rs 218 before and now for the same journey you have charged rs 382. Can’t you see the difference. I want my money b. A. C. K. That’s it.

                I had a worst experience with uber help support. I have rs.374 in my uber credit account. But i'm unable to use that amount. This amount is not a promotional amount. One of my old transactions amount credited into uber credit account. I had been raised multiple complaints against this amount. Uber support team texting me there was no credit amount under your account. But in my uber account it's showing the credit amount of rs.374. I'm sure, i wasn't used my amount. They were not even contacting me. If customer raised any queries, there is no pointing person from uber support team, multiple people were answering same conversation questions, without knowing the issue. The worst support team they had. How government giving permission to them?? We can't able to call them, they won't call us. What kind of procedure it is??

                  It is about a rudeness and unprofessionalism and most importantly the safety concern of passenger. The particular driver dropped us off location but left as stranded in a small kind of alleyway. Please note this particular area in guwahati is unsafe. And he demands exactly rs192 when we gave him rs200. Then he needs the correct 2rs also for his rs10. The main complaint is actually the lack of decorum in his behaviour which is disturbing and yes while on ride he received a phone call and started abusing the on phone infront o[censored]s. The whole attitude was disturbing. We askd him to go main road but he did not budge instead blaming us that we were busy talking and cannot even show the correct direction which fyi he could not find us via gps if he was so concerned on location and we had to guide him just to pick us up. He did not want to go main road and need to go via small lane. It is just sad really sad for i always enjoyed uber but this time it was the limit

                    Hi team,

                    I have bad experience with uber today and really disappointed that uber service is not meeting the standards shared over advertisement and promises made. Cab driver tagged against cab ka 04 aa 3800 was highly adamant and not listening to destination route which was easily reachable rather than the one gps was showing through congested routes. Cab driver took into routes that were narrow and there was no way to pass by, with all the scene of me requesting cab driver to take through correct route and cab driver not listening to my navigation, he landed dropping me (4 months pregnant) on main road that was 500m away from the address that was booked against destination. Cab driver didn't even apologize for his behaviour. This is what uber train or guide the cab drivers to behave with their customer??? With this experience i will never use the uber cab service in future and inform my friends and relatives not to avail uber cab service.

                      19 oct i book uber pool and i call driver 3 time u can check my call history but he did not received my call then after few miniuts i call him again then he replied me that he has cancelled the ride so why i am paying his cancellation charges this is not my mistake i[censored]r drivers cancelled the ride

                        This is to inform you that an uber driver has cancelled my booking on his own and i have suffered a loss of rupees 75 which are showed as an amount which has to be paid by me. I want my amount back as soon as possible because i am a regular user o[censored]ber cabs and until and unless that amount will be removed from my account i will not be able to book uber cab. It is mandatory to take legal action against that driver

                          I have already sent you a mail regarding this but haven't received any response from your end. I'm facing problems while booking cabs as my account is linked with someone else's account whose no is [protected] and his name is saurabh mishra. He is not able to use his account and i'm facing problems while booking cabs as well. So i want someone to call me regarding this matter as soon as possible.
                          You guys are literally pathetic... No response from your end makes me feel like no matter what happens i will keep posting on every page of yours + every post of yours, by sending screenshots now.
                          Thanks for nothing and not reverting.

                            Booked car for travel on 21.10.17 dest. Dahisar from khar for trip to start 11.25 am at charges of 250 to 325 inr.
                            Car allocated but driver does not turn up nor contacted
                            Self contacted driver at 11.37 and he informs that trip cancelled.
                            Self had to arrange car thro another agency for inr 600.
                            Demand compensation of 600 due to no fault of mine.

                              Mangat, tata indigo, pb01a4829. Driver did not reach destination promptly. While driving, driver kept staring at my daughter and then winked at her. My daughter informed me immediately as she felt uncomfortable. I confronted driver where he denied doing it. This behaviour is disgraceful and unacceptable. Please take relevant action asap. Thank you.

                                Today i was trying to book uber from baranagar to central and i didn't confirm booking as my brother at the same tym did that fr me.. And cab came from my no.. I have to forcefully cancel the ride which was not actually confirmed by me... I always travel wd uber and i really like its service.. Today i am very disappointed wd uber... Kindly return my cash deducted so that i can freely book uber in future or else i have to take other option.

                                  My name is rohan and i booled a ride from borivali west to thane with uber, when i got connected to driver mr pramod who was driving indica car and he was just 6 minutes away from my place, when i called him he asked me what is you drop location and i told him thane so he refused to take ride and asked me to cancelled ride, when i told him if i will cancell ride i will be charged for no reason then he started arguing that you have 5 minutes to cancel ride and all. When i hunged up call to cancell ride i came to know i was chared rs. 45 already so i called up drived again to asked why am i charged to he started abusing me with bad words like ma*d be*d and all i have all call recording as a proof and its not happened for firsth time in this month its happening for 3rd time. On top of that this people are not ready to provide me any details on car number and all as well as they dont have any customer care number so that i can find out his number or raise complaint against him. I alreadylost my money but is this a way talk to customer on diwali
                                  And todays is bhaubeej and he is givingme galis like this.

                                  Where to launch complaint and whom to say about this they dont have customer care they dont have any email address to put complaint what should customer do please guide.

                                    Driver doesn't know how to talk. He is a third class person and i am surprised how a uber has assigned these kind of persons. This is my last trip in uber. I will not travel anymore.
                                    He is talking like a slum person and there was an issue with the maps due to which we had to travel half a km extra so when we requested to go and i was ready to pay extra but he was talking all rubbish.
                                    I request uber to remove all these kind of drivers. How ever this is my last trip in uber.

                                      I have taken an uber cab on 13/10/2017 from igi airport to my home in ashram. The amount is showing around 609 rs for that. But when i checked on nxt sat the day which have been deducted was around 1500. And the pickup location and drop location is that same i. E igi airport. The kind of inaccurate fare and inaccurate timing was rediculous. I never expected such thing with uber.

                                        Yesterday, we booked a cab by mistake selecting payment mode as paytm instead cash but as we can not cancel the cab and didn't have enough money in my paytm, asked cab driver to take cash. He accepted to take cash but didn't inform us that payment will be redirected to my next cab booking and i paid the money again in my immediate ride. Attaching my second ride details where i paid the money again and please find my previous ride and driver details as i was unable to fetch those due to in complete trip end.

                                        Let me know if any other information required.

                                        We still did not receive any update on this, though we raised the grievance a week back.
