I haven't used the toll road at electronic city but still i have been charged for a toll fee of 45. This is always the case with uber, whenever my route was near the toll gate, it is automatically adding the toll fee even though it is clearly identifiable from my trip route map that i haven't used the toll. Also the toll road is from electronic city to bommanahalli which i have never used as per the route map in attachment.

    Dear sir,

    I was extremely surprised to see that a sum of rs. 47.25 is to be added to my next trip because of my non presence at the meeting point this evening. Let me tell you, i was standing on the road at the location and was in constant touch with the driver guiding him to my location. To my surprise, he made me stand on the road for over 10 minutes and there was no sign of the car. He even made me cross the road as he said he was waiting across. I am an elderly lady and it definitely does not make me feel good standing on the road and waiting for the car only to realise that after such a long wait, the driver, without even notifying me, cancelled the trip. The whole process of rebooking a car is not what one enjoys doing. Being a regular user o[censored]ber, it comes to me as a surprise.

    Besides, it happens almost every other day, when the arrival time of the car shows 3 minutes, the uber actually comes 15 minutes late to the location either because the driver takes a longer route to arrive or because they cannot follow the gps map. Why are the passengers not given the benefit of earning extra points or money for late arrival (Beyond 5 minutes)?

    I am extremely disappointed and shall definitely not use uber unless that outstanding money of rs. 47.25 is revoked for the harassment. We do have other choice in this city.

      I booked uber on 19/09/17 at 3:41pm from salt lake to bansdroni from my reg mob [protected]. As per estimate it was rs.139/- but when we reached destination driver was unable to show me the trip amount and asked me to pay as per estimate. So i pad rs.139/-. Later it was found that fare was rs.31.50. I asked uber to send me actual invoice for my personal use. They admit that they got rs.131/ but due to technical issue they unable to give me actual receipt. I really require actual receipt for my personal need. After writing so many times by mail they don't issue actual receipt to me. Please look into the matter.

        When i booked the ride it showed rs 109 and i used a 50%discount promo on top of that. Also i had a credit of around rs 27 which i got as a refund. But in spite of that i had to pay rs 114 after applying 50%discount. Over this i was being charged waiting time where i had to wait for the cab for about 5 minutes. This is not the first time earlier also i was being extra charged by this service provider

        I used the car and missed luggage in car. Driver when contacted cutting the phone. I traveeld fro corporation bank manikonda to red building bagh AMBERPET on 05.10.2017 around 4 pm.

          This is to inform you that i travelled with mr. Sharif by uber on[protected] at 10.53 pm from “n-2/9, n-2, dlf phase-2, sector-25, gurugram-122022” to “tigri road, devli extension, deoli gaon nai basti, sangam vihar, new delhi 110044.”

          This is further inform you that i paid him of inr 409/- on same after complete my ride but unfortunately i received wrong invoice/receipt which is attached same here.
          You are requested to please resend the invoice/receipt against above ride so that we can claim reimbursement from my company.

          Waiting for you kind reply asap.

            Today i hv booked a ride to pragati maidan by uber... On 11 oct 2017 at 10:43 am
            I called the driver he asked me "maidam aapko khn jaana h"
            I told him "ki itpo pragati maidan jaana h"
            N he said i m reaching ur location
            So i waiting for him at my location n cab has arrived... Then i checked my phone it was showing driver cancelled d ride... N u hv to pay outstanding fee of 42 ruppees in the next trip..
            Then i called him why he had cancelled he replied"mei aa rha hun cancel toh aise hi show karta h" n he didnt come
            N i was not able to book another ride becauz of outstanding fee...

              On 29/09/17 uber was called for taxi to pick up from vivekanand hospital at 4.30pm for going to 3/461vivek khand gomti nagar. No raxi came the driver was called to know his location, he replied would not pick up, i should manage some other mode. Thereafter uber sent massege to pay rs 52.50 balance to the next ride. This is absurd without sending the taxi what for balance bill. Delay in complaint due to not providibg proper procedure by your local office. Please explain the behaviour.

                I have received 125 rs uber credit more than 2 months back after uber wrongly charged for toll (Bangalore airport drop) when i did not pass the toll. However, this credit still exists and is not getting auto adjusted against many trips i made. Request uber to honour the credit and stop cheating.

                I have sent many emails to uber buy there is no response. Kindly honour your word.

                  Team, this is very disappointing especially when someone is looking to use a coupon sent by uber itself (Octuber) and after applying it, eta shows 23 mins, 15 mins and 18 mins respectively. Before booking one could easily see nearby cabs with eta less than 5 mins. The same thing happened today with me as i was trying to book a cab at around 6:30 pm in evening, fort location and was trying since 30 mins but couldn't do so as the driver had to cancel or i have to cancel because of huge eta. I have attached my cancelled trip pics. Pls also check all three trip details circling drivers position and my position at fort. With octuber code it was showing me flat rate of 120 rs, uber pool for 99rs and uber go for 254 rs. I could not even get kaali peeli and finally after having pani puri, i lost my patience and had to book ubergo showing the trip amount as 253 odd rupees. And to my surprise the driver picked me in less than a minute. Finally this proves that #uber is only fooling people and forcing them to book a costly ride. And this seems to be a strategy which i could easily make out wherein both, the customers and the drivers as well are victimised and #uber making money out of people's pocket. Finally i reached home around 8:30pm and was very disappointed that i trusted #uber and got myself stranded at such a place which was never expected. I am a born mumbaite but even i felt myself lost in my own city then just imagine how a stranger from other city or state or from different country would have survived in this difficult situation. Now pls dont reply saying that we haven't charged you for all your trip cancellation. All in all #pathetic_service 👎👎👎👎

                    Website: Unable to get resolution in Uber App even after 24 hours.

                    I traveled by uber (Hyundai xcent) yesterday evening at 18.30 hrs from gandhinagar - ahmedabad rd. To sector -2 gandhinagar and driver name is mr. Pragnesh.

                    I forget to pick up my spectacles (Lenses) which i left in the rear seat. I raised this issue in the uber app but till now there is no response. Driver details are not available in the app under trip details. I also fail to understand why uber is not responding to my complaints in the app.
                    Trust this complaint is resolved without further delay and give me the contact no. Of the driver to get back my spectacles.

                      I had the worst experience with #uber. Took a ride on 6th of october 2017 from green park. My estimated ride cost prior to the ride was rs *2/- (Have a screen shot). After the ride the driver mr bhagirath ([protected]) even before ending the trip fooled me saying he had already taken another trip and asked me to pay the amount shown before the commencement of the trip. I had paid him rs *2/- by cash.
                      Later on uber app is showing an outstanding bill of
                      Rs *1/- for the trip. When i called the driver at this aforementioned number he told me it is none of his business and to get me resolve it through #uber
                      #uber 'help' did not 'help' me much. It said this 👇
                      "hi trina,
                      On checking this, i see that the trip you are referring to was a non-cash visa 6425 trip. Riders are expected to pay by the payment method chosen before they request a ride.
                      The riders on our platform are required to pay according to the payment method they choose at the time of requesting the ride and any cash paid on a non cash is considered to be a transaction outside the system.
                      Unfortunately, we cannot go ahead with a refund.in order to avoid such issues in the future, please confirm the payment method you choose before requesting the ride.
                      Appreciate your understanding in this regard.

                      Well i had taken a ride just before this ride on the same day where also i had paid by cash.
                      Even for this trip i had paid by cash to the driver. #harrased #uber

                        This inform you that i booked a uber cab on 9th oct and i got confirmation by uber driver "shivakumar" in bangalore but suddenly i got a cancellation mail from uber.in my uber app it is clearly updated that driver cancelled the trip but i was wrongly charged rs 42 from uber. This is not first time happen with me. Uber and driver both are fraud company and even they don't have any control on driver. They are simply making money by cheating customer. I requested you to please refund my all cancellation fee which is charged by uber till now. I have attached proof.

                        I want resolution at the earliest.

                          Please note one day i booked a cab for dwarka & i called the driver 3 times but he didn't come but you charged 42 rs why, please advise what is my mistake & why you charged 42rs, for detials please check your cab details of 9 september, booked by kanchan, please check & confirm me, why you charged 42 rs, this not the way, if i want again to book a cab than you will charged this 42 rs why, mistakes your & i m a suffered person & i have to pay without any mistake, this is the wrong way, please cheange your way, first you have to check than take a action.

                            I had taken an uber pool ride last week and was charged rs 199.51 for the same. I paid for the same vide my credit card for the same and it has been authorised by the bank as well.

                            However, it continues to reflect as an outstanding payment due inspite of the payment made, receipt received from uber and confirmation from the bank that the payment is authorised.

                            I have written innumerable messages to uber through the help which is completely useless.

                            I have been a regular user but it seems very soon they will ensure i become a non user.

                            Better get your act together guys and help solve this immediately

                              Today 10th october 2017, i booked a car at uberpool from guwahati, assam, india. Even after half an hour when the driver, bipul with an alto car, did not turned up, i called him. He refused to come and even refused to cancel the trip. He misbehaved with me and forced me to cancel the trip.
                              Please look into the matter as such drivers bring disrepute to ur services...

                                This is to inform you that i booked a cab today for a female friend. When i was i asking the driver to come to place i entered he denied and canceled.

                                Uber not only wasted the time but also charged me for canecelation. Worst thing there is no way of reaching the customer service to complain and ask the question related to the trip, beacause there is no number given in app and the numbers taken from other sources are no working.

                                  Reached kolkata airport at 12 mid night. Booked uber taxi from airport uber assistance booth. Got confirmation. After waiting 15 min. Called taxi driver. He refused to confirm that i have booked it from airport location and instead insisted i booked from another location 10 kms away from airport. He kept on playing with me when i told him that i would lodge a protest complaint with uber and police station. That's when the uber driver got abusive and very abusive and i had to disconnect the call

                                    Uber india is functioning in the most unethical way and it is very unsafe for anyone traveling and do not comply with what the uber driver dictates. There is no way you can call uber customer care or a direct email address to uber. Knowing this the uber drivers are rude, take wrong routes, abuse if questioned and cancel the ride halfway through the journey and force the customer to get out. Uber should not be allowed to function in this irresponsible way, they need to take the responsibility for the drivers behavior and have proper point of contact.

                                      My account account is blocked and uber says it won't be re activated. I don't know why my account is blocked and what terms and conditions i have violated. I am just a ordinary user.
                                      I tried to re activate my account earlier also but your representative asked for my personal id documents.
                                      Why should i share my personal documents with you people?

                                      If you don't want to activate my account thats your loss.
                                      I don't care about your stupid services i will use some other cab provider. But in the end its your loss as you are losing a customer.

                                        There was a cancellation fee of 60rs charge in oct 2016.. Now even after paying amount of 60rs it's not allowing booking their help options are also so framed with common reply it does even understand what customer is trying to say.. Absolutely rubbish help support and no number to call.. How can someone escalate.. There is no helpline number to speak to.. How does the problem get resolved.. Is there no regulation for such a big organisation like uber cabs to keep helpline number!!!
