I had 10 rupess less money so i told him to stop near atm that is near by in my drop location. I am an old rider o[censored]ber and had uber app on my old samsung phone which broken up and can't use it any how. I have changed my sim on another phone and tried to install the uber app. I have tried several times but uber app installation is not yet done as app is asking my no and after putting it, it shows that no is already in use. I am unable to use the app.

I had booked uber pool and was wrongly charged for uber go. Inspite of several complains on the app they have not replied even once. Kindly refund me back the extra amount which i was charged and stop fleecing customers like this. Other taxi aggregators like ola have great customer service and also have a call center so that our issue gets resolved as soon as possible. I booked a ride at chandigarh for pgimer. Driver called me and confirmed my location. Eta was 4 minutes. After 7 minutes i called the driver but you see his no. Was switched off. I am a frequent customer o[censored]ber. I am greatful that uber had resolved my previous issue efficiently. However, again i have faced an issue and thats the reason am here.

Please be informed that uber has been charging rs 300+ for a distance of just 2-4 kms. During peak hours, a ride to railway station would cost more that the actual fare for the train.

I would urge authority to look into this and cancel their license in hyderabad for good 6+ months. Hopefully they would improve the quality of their service to consumers. Same was done with ola once and now their quality of service has drastically...
