For my yesterday's trip with uber i paid twice to the driver by cash as well as it was cut from my credit. Fare was shown on driver's screen 0.00 rs. But he didn't get why it showing 0 rs. So he simply asked me to pay by cash 277 rs. Where it was already cut from my credit but due to network issue i didn't get notifications of payment cut. Later when i realised it was also cut from my credit i asked driver to return my cash but he simply refused and told me to call customer care. But customer care also saying they are helpless for refunding my amount.

    Hi,

    Driver was very much unprofessional and didn't picked up us at pick up location. He has called me 4 to 5 places for pick up and me and my kids were goes there with my heavy luggage in too much sun stroke. But cab was not there. Finally after approx 1 hr, i have got my cab. Drive has also use abuse language with me.

    And for this you have charged waiting time also.in this case, you have to give penalty for this misbehave and also i am a lady, how can uber can misbehave like this. I am very much disappointed with your service.

    Please refund my whole money and take action on the driver.

      The driver named sonu ali, was very rude and refused to take us as we had four bags. He said uber can take only 2bags. We have travelled in uber earlier also with luggage but no driver told us about this.. When we requested him to adjust as we were 4 members including 2 sick n aged parents, he started threatening us by saying he could do anything as he is connected to some powerful person. He even threatened an old porter who had carried our luggage to the cab. Such an attitude was really unexpected and disturbing for us. Uber is losing its ratings for these type of drivers. He used abusive language for my aged father n threatened him when my father was trying to talk to him. He is not safe for any customers and specially for ladies.

        Yesterday i booked a uber taxi. It showed a amount of 83 rupees. We were here for the first time. Taxi arrived and we were on our way. At the end of trip he wants me to pay 823 rupees. I showed him that amount uber showed. But he wasn't accepting what i was saying. I am attaching the screenshot i am having. Today also i checked it was showing 44 rupees. How we will trust this online taxi's. This was my first ever experience with uber.

          For my relative i have booked uber (07 october 2017, 4:00 pm). Driver (Shank ar - [protected]), collected payment by hand (180 rs) when i opted paytm payment. Also i received message 129 rs received by paytm. But this driver collected 180 rs.

          I really not happy with this kind of cheating.

          I want my money to be returned to me and also i need assurance that such issue wont occur in future and its action plan.

            I had checked my uber trip on 02nd october 2017, between my residence to netaji subhash international airport kolkata and had scheduled the trip on 03rd october 2017 between 10;30 am and 10:45 am. No message or confirmation was received to me instead at around 10:35 am, a person called from number[protected] and told that he is the driver designate, i told that i am in a hurry so please come about 1 km ahead near kavi subhash metro station and pick me up. He discussed over phone and later cancelled the trip. Over that cancelled trip which the driver cancelled, i was charged rs 47.25. Later on in the app i made payment and requested for refund, to which no refund is made to me till now, as seen in my account. This is miscommunication, no message confirmation given to me, no details of cab and car was provided, somebody suddenly calls up, rejects my request and ultimately uber takes money from me though without giving any proper services, this is wrong and should be taken up strongly.

              Want to put in a strong complain against uber for ignoring my repeated complaints since 5th october, 2017. I have been charged rs. 1682 instead of rs. 300-400 for a 10-12km ride. The driver did not stop the trip at the drop off location and time when he dropped me off hence the high charge. This is not the first time such an incident has occurred. Repeatedly i am charged with rs. 50 every now and then if the driver
              Cancels the trip after 5 or more minutes of a cab booking inspite of telling me they're willing to go to the desired destination. I am one step away from talking serious action again uber india.

                Sir, my daughter who she is studying in final year medicine, had booked uber cab on 04.10.2017 at 12:28 with driver mr sunil bhosale, from dhondu mama sathe medical college kothrud pune to manas hotel bavdhan, pune, she left her brand new handset (Mi max-2 of rs 18, 000/-) at cab around 1 p. M, later we tried to catch driver through your koregaon park office, but your office people are not co-operating, hence fir had been lodged on 5th-10-2017 at police chowky,
                When your cab was dropped to my daughter at manas hotel around 1 p. M. Thereafter at least 1 hr the cellular was moving with cab (Checked through google device manager) and its ringing, around 2 p. M.                   I am uber ride customer. I purchased 2 coupons 1 worthing 30 and other worthing 130 from magicpin app. And applied it in my account. It applied and got displayed in account. Now i was having two coupons worth 25 and 100 in my uber account. While booking ride i was not able to use them. And suddenly those coupon got undisplayed from my uber promotions. So please help me out asap.

                      Request for car rent was made on 7th october 2017 at about 11.45 a. M on phone 91-[protected] for journey from 2103 sector 69 s. A. S. Nagar [near chandigarh] to airport chandigarh.
                      The driver started from his location for picking up the passenger also immediately but possibly lost his way. He was again given clear directions which he confirmed and said that he will reach soon but never turned up. He also switched off his phone and could not be contacted again.
                      This is extremely disappointing, unsatisfactory most unbuisnessman behaviour as we nearly missed our flight and had to make emergency alternative arrangement.
                      Will you please take action against the driver and let me know about it.

                        I am regular user o[censored]ber. It was the worst experience so far with me getting charged for wait time of 15 minutes whereas i was the one waiting outside and the driver name - lakhvir, car - maruti dzire 8802 he said i am not coming. That's really ridiculous. I called him 5 times. He was just ignoring it and after waiting 15 minutes he said i am not coming, book another ride cancel it! I was shocked. There is no way in the app to raise a proper complaint.

                          We were two mins away from the locations. So we called the driver and asked him to to be at the location he instead told us that he would come to the location where we are. We kept waiting for the driver called him too but wer treated with cancellation fees without being informed and slapped with 43 rupees cancellation charges.
                          I have been cheated by the driver. Look into this matter and reimburse the amount debited. Kindly oblige.

                            My mom and i waited for the cab and when he finally reached the location. We sat in the cab for 2 seconds and the driver asked us out destination. When we told him the destination, he shouted at us to get out of the car saying that's not the location. Confused, we checked again and it was correct. He did not even pick up our calls. My mom is anyways not well. We had a very long day. We waited for the bad for 12 minutes and he sped off. This is unacceptable.

                            He also cancelled on us after 5 minutes and now I have to pay extra to the next driver. I wouldn't be complaining if I had a fault here.

                              While travelling from banglore airport to the city i wanted to get a cab from the airport so i downloaded uber app but there was a guy wearing uber shirt he said if you dont want to download the app you can go to our uber offline stop and take a cab from there its fare would also be same around 700-800 not more than that, so i took the cab after coming out of the airport he also asked me to pay the toll tax 200rs which i think is already included in the fare, but i paid that too, after reaching to the city he showed me an amount of 2200 on his phone and he said that thats what it is showing so i have to pay that too..
                              I know i was a fool but i was new to the city and didnt knew the distance from airport to the city.

                                I am a regular user of your services in mumbai, on the 4th of october 2017 i booked a cab when the cab was 3 minutes away from my pick up point the driver cancelled the pick up, as i was wondering why i saw the cab driving in my direction, i waved out to the driver and he stopped the cab in front of on checking with him as to why he cancelled the pick he said something has turned up so the cancellation.

                                When i tried to book another cab i found a message asking me to pay inr 63:00= for my last ride, the ride that the cab driver had cancelled, why am i being asked to make this payment?

                                  I am a frequent customer o[censored]ber. I am greatful that uber had resolved my previous issue efficiently. However, again i have faced an issue and thats the reason am here.
                                  On 5/x/2017 i had booked uber go to travel from shalimar bagh to patpar ganj. At booking time an amount showed was rs. 305.00 and after stop riding driver had charged rs. 355.00. Several time driver had charged extra amount instred to booking amount.
                                  I would request team uber to look into the matter and refund the amount.

                                    This morning i booked an. Uber. The fare came up. As80 rupees the driver took.20 mins to. Arive at the pick. Uo location as he was not able to locate the address. When he finally called i. Have him. Directions. Once he got to the pick. Up address said the directions given were poor. On arrival he was handed a 100 rupee note. He said he had no change so for the extra 20 rupees. I was fine with this however i was surprised to. Find i now owe another 42 rupees. I have been. Taking uber some times 4 times a day over the last 3 weeks. I think this driver is dishonest. His name is sachin. And the car he had. Was a maruti swift dezire at 8.10. I think this needs to be checked by the company. Moreover there is no direct customer service line for clients.

                                      I had taken ride on friday around 5:26 pm it showed me fare 279 via paytm mode transaction. After completing ride driver got around 4, 698 rupees to be paid via cash n i got around 1115 rupees to be paid via cash, driver stopped me until i pay 1115 rupees via cash, so i paid n raised complaint in uber n they told sorry there was miscalculation made bu uber server so we will refund 836 rupees to paytm in 1-3 working days and also without my notice uber person deducted my paytm amount 279, again i raised question why u people deducted my paytm amount when already i paid cash right, then they told that our server will not record cash transaction, then why u people offering refund n sorry, n again i raised question then they are saying already we processed refund of 836 so only one time we can process refund for a trip so we r sorry. Till now i didn't get my refund so totally i paid rupees 1115 cash n 279 paytm amount for a single trip. I will mention some of the names who spoke regarding my issue n copying n pasting single message instead of solving issue. Isha, rashmi, deepu, shahvnavaz, maddy, ritesh s., akki. Not able to get in touch with them through telephonic nor email. They are running that much business without customer support. Please help me to get back my money.

                                        On 27.09.17 my trip was from naturals to hotel swosti premium and i was charged rs. 90/- which is much in excess of rs. 65?- i am charged by other car service.
                                        On the return trip, i waited for over 20 minute after booking from from same pick up point of hotel swosti premium but the car reduced fro 5 minutes or so to 1 minute and remained so and the vehicle did not show up at the pick up point. Having waited too long i cancelled the booking and came to natural by some other arrangement. But an outstanding of some rs.36/- is being shown in my account. I am shocked. This was my first trip using uber and the experience is far from good. I was told by friends that uber usually offers first trip free but instead i have been over charged so the excess amount should be refunded. Further the outstanding should be cancelled as i have not taken the trip as explained. Please confirm.
