On 2nd, 2017 i had booked a uber cab from chatrapati shivaji international airport to mint domestic airport suites. The driver refused to go to the destination & i had to cancel the trip.in the mean time i met a uber representative at uber pick up point (P7, pillar no-10) of the airport. As my internet was not working & i was not being able to book another cab, so he booked a cab & he said the trip would be updated in my account. Now i had completed the trip & paid by cash. & the trip is not getting updated in my account, but i need three receipt of the trip. I have contacted uber help. But they are not being able to give any suitable answer order solution. I am sharing the trip details below.

I selected uber pool and the cab driver name is rudra we have his mobile number but he is not attending our phone pls help me
