From last month my driver is is block by uber office and when iam reach uber office to know why my i'd is blocked the nobody is know why the i'd is block. And last moment they ask u didn't take training. So without training how i drive the car 4-5 days. Iam also try to reach uber customer care so they ask me different story about this problem.

Pls take any suggestions.

    0n 2nd oct i booked an uber... It was showing 11 min waiting for the cab to be arrived... I called the driver to let him know the exact location... But instead of coming to my address... He didnt come and the waiting time exceeded to 35 min... I called him again and again but he didnt pick the call.. I was getting already late and i cancled it... And booked another from another phn...
    Do make aware your drivers for next time... I work for an media firm and i dnt want to highlight it...in future if i book a cab i will not pay a single penny for this cab charge.. Make it in return @uber...

      Hi,
      I am getting good uber promo codes through sms on my mobile. But whenever i try to use them out shows invalid code. When i contacted uber customer care they said my account was flagged due to some issue and i will never be able to use any promotional codes ever. I am pretty sure i haven't done anything that could have led to this. I have been a loyal customer o[censored]ber and have been using their services for last 2-3 years regularly. This is just cheap tactics they are using to attract customers and then not allowing them to use promo codes. I am not getting any satisfactory reply from their customer care. Also if they really banned my account then why are they sending personalized promo codes to me?

        On 1st oct i have booked a cab paid through debitcard but ride not booked but amt debited from my ac den i tried through cash ride booked i paid cash to driver but till now i didn't get the refund. Kindly let me know the status and when am i going to get the refund. Pls warn uber team about this issue not only me there are many people suffering like me

          The uber app is asking me to pay for the ride which i do not recieved. The driver did not reach to me and i cancled it. And i did not get that ride. Then also it is saying to pay last ride bill. The app is showing to pay the last bill first then it will provide me next ride, but for what should i pay the ride which i did not get? Please resolve this problem of mine on time so that i can take my next ride

            I have taken a trip on 1st october, from airport to home. When i got dropped off the driver demanded that it is not a non cash trip and i need to make payment.
            When i i did the payment and came back to home, the uber app still says that i need to make the payment.
            I kept telling them that i made the payment already but uber said it is not responsible. I gave them the name and number of the driver. But still uber is not willing to talk to the driver.
            They keep sending the preformatted email saying that "they made one time exception already" (Did not say when) and they "explained me the process" (Also did not mention when) and money can not be refunded.
            I told them that i can get the driver admit that he has taken the money.

              On 22sep. At night uber driver stolen my phone. My phone battery died and i wants to pay by paytm for my ride so i tald driver to take my phone in charge he said he put in charge but he forced me to go atm and said that go atm try to get cash if its not possible than came back and pay him by paytm. So i go to the atm and ru. Out with my phone and go away with car. However i found the atm cctv cam footage and than next day i call him and he said he don't know that my phone is in chagre. And he put my phone in charge with his own hand he said he already have a 2 phones than why wants other one. Than why run awy without payment and why he can't came back for pending pyment. I send you the details in photo chack it i send one copy of this mail to the police just for a safe side. Check it.

                We booked cab in hyderabad and asked him tp open dikki to put luggage. He didn't even assist us in opening or putting luggage. We ourselves did and closed the dikki. Then that back window glass has collapsed and even hurted my hand. The driver started putting blame on saying because of heavy luggage it happened. But opened there was not much luggage. Then again he said because of closing improperly it happened. Since that happened in heavy rush area, people who witnessed whole incident started supporting us. One who sees the window can easily make out that it was already in a broken state. But he created so much problem by shouting and all and trying snatch our luggage bags. Didn't allow us to leave because of which we were not able to get our bus to catch. Even now he is calling to my number.

                Very much disappointed after a cancelled ride by driver. He befooled us by saying that he have arrived the destination but on sooth he didn't. After that he cancelled my trip and charged a cancellation fee that was amiss. I want to make a complain regarding the driver for his wrong doings. His name is Sodan.

                  On 30 sep 2017 booked a cab for about 1145h to ecil x roads bus station. But the cab not only did not turn up but cancelled themselves and caused very embarrassment to my family. Now you r showing an amount of rupees 46 as outstanding. We did not cancel the cab. Please check your details n cancel outstanding due so as to avail subsequent rides in future. Resolve issue on priority.

                  My ride s estimated 249rs but you gave me rs.30 credit so I should pay 219rs. The same s reflecting in the receipt but driver collected rs.250 from me. All tym u guys collecting more than fare or u r charging rs.30 excess without reason. If driver ask me to cancel also u r charging rs.30 for me wat s the hell u people r doing refund my 60rs.

                    This is to bring to your urgent notice that your services are the worst and this won't allow you gain customers' trust.
                    Today i had booked an uber ride (Driver's name - dinesh hyundai xcent car no. 4948) at 4:00 pm from mulund west vardhaman nagar, which showed this car 5 mins away from arrival since the driver was already completing his previous ride. But even after 5 mins the driver did not arrive and upon calling he said that he has to continue with the same ride till thane, so he would cancel our ride from his side and we won't have any outstanding payment then
                    But as soon as he cancelled uber started finding another driver who arrived at vardhaman nagar (Driver's name - rambhavan hyundai xcent - car no. Not visible in your app) started calling me and asking me to cancel the ride from my side as my family member had already left by an auto. Ultimately because of such poor unprofessional and unethical services by uber i've to pay an extra outstanding amount of 50 rupees during my next ride. Also, the drivers must be taught some discipline to be followed while they are completing their rides, how can they extend their rides on their own will when they have already been booked for another ride?
                    Even after complaining, seeing your response in the form of your services we have no assurance or trust left that uber india will help us regarding these issues which they feel might be trivial but are actually snatching away your reputation from many customers like us and our acquaintances because of the greediness by your drivers or your own company.
                    You still might play a blame game and not solve anything but let me inform you that i would never recommend anyone further to use uber services.
                    Please make a note of this problem immediately and revert back.
                    I hope i don't have to face the consequences in my next ride.
                    I'm expecting the least from your side but if i receive any solution for my complaint i would be more than happy with your uncoordinated systems.

                      I have booked a trip from pannaselayout nagpur to gandhibaug nagpur. It has shown 307 rs as the approximately fare for trip. I could see the 320 rs in his screen but i could not see the fare in my app. At the end of the trip driver demanded 426 rs. He explains this is because of surge. But at the time of returning the same trip is charged as 147 rs only. Even though if surge is there it is very very high charges demanded by driver. Also at the end of trip i am not able to see the fare in my app.

                        In aug 17 month end when i travel thru uber it was one payment outstanding when i asked the company he told me that one payment of feb 17 was not paid and you can book the cab after paying the same. When i checked for the feb 17 outstanding payment it was paid thru payatm. I wrote the mail to payatm and he confirmed that he has made the payment to uber and for refund you need to follow the uber. For daily travelling i have paid the same and following the uber. After following the uber he has confirmed on 15th sep 2017 that it was wrongly deducted and your payment will be credited in 3 to 4 working days. Till date i have not get the refund. I want refund with interest and compensation for troubling me by the company

                          I've got a new phone and there is no way i can transfer my uber account from my old phone to the new one. I've mailed uber support and they don't even address my problem. They just keep sending their scripted replies which is of no use. I've logged out and uninstalled uber app from my old phone. However, when i try to login on the new phone, it shows an error that this number is already in use. Well, the number is the same as i've transferred the sim to the new number. Seems like this is a bug and uber has no clue about it.

                            Dear sir,
                            I returned from tatanagar on[protected] by 12743 tata-vksp express and booked ubergo
                            At 8.12am. A vehicle bearing reg. No. (Probably) 31 at 7304 was allotted and he made me to wait till 8.40am and after several calls the driver told me that the vehicle has developed a technical problem and he wanted me to cancel the trip. Even he doesn’t have courtesy to call me for the delay or technical problem of the vehicle. On his request i cancelled the booking and reached my place on alternate arrangements.
                            All this caused me inordinate delay and i reached my home at 10.15 am where as i would have reached my place at 9.00 am.in fact you have caused me inconvenience and further asking me for payment of rs. 42/- you please enquire the details and waive of the amount pending against my account.

Yesterday i had a bad taste with a driver named babulal (Phone number [protected], car number i don't remember). I booked a cab around 9:45pm and made a call to him to give navigation to reach the place. He not only cancelled the trip but used very offensive language which is disrespectful. Please kindly see the safety of the passengers and delist these drivers who are a menance to the society. Looking forward to your action in this regard.

                                I want to make a complaint against your one o[censored]ber car. The car number is hr55aa3176. The driver is using the mobile while driving and he is not concentrating on road. I was riding my two wheeler at speed of 50-60 per km. I am back of his car and the driver take sudden left turn and it could have changed in an accident. This incident happened at ito near yamuna flyover. I request you to take action against this driver.

                                  Please be informed that yesterday, 30/09/2017, at around 22 hrs. I booked a cab no. Wb04 — 9573 through uber apps from hatibagan kfc., opposite to hatibagan market at shyambazar areas for a ride to uttarpara, hooghly but surprisingly the cab driver named ashraf, while contacting, told me bluntly in hindi language "mai abhi barrackpore me hun, isi liye hatibagan jana mere liye namoomkin hai" (Quoted). This was a complete lie on the driver's part as it was showing in the apps. Map that the said car was parked in front of one mig. Apartment in r g kar road, shyambazar which is very near to hatibagan and also it was showing that the arrival time is 10 minutes. On contacting, the driver replied with a very rough language by denying the fact and told me "aisi hai to aap chale aiye r g kar road pe. Ride cancel kar dijiye." (Quoted) by this way the person (Driver ashraf) had denied your transparency and made it a point that your system is a lie and misguiding.

                                  Also, i had to pay rs.50/- extra to driver satendra of cab no. Wb04 — 0792 due to the cancellation only for the dishonest attitude of a cab driver who happens to be a representative of a reputed cab service operator like uber.

                                  You are requested to take stern measure against the person.

                                    I booked a cab at new delhi metro station on 1/10/2017. Uber confirmed my booking and display the detailed on uber app. I wait there 5 min as time displayed by uber app but there was no uber car and then i saw the car location it was just nearby me but it was not moving toward me. I wait there almost 30 min but car was not moving and driver no was not reachable. You uber guys dont thinks about your customer time value. It was very bad experience to me with uber.
                                    Driver name was nitesh and his car was wagaonr dl1rtb8108.

                                      I kishori paswan booking the uber cab from chembur highway to kharghar, i have paid amount 472.63 to uber india but uber have not shown any car and amount has been deducted. And i could not have traveled my paid amount.
                                      So we want to refund my amount 472.63 from uber india which is paid on 01/10/2017 at about 04:05hrs.

                                        On 17th september, took an uber from hauz khas to paschim vihar. The bill was already paid by paytm, yet the driver took another 200 rupees on arrival.
                                        The pics are attached below.

                                        Contacted the driver, and still he gives useless reasons, but agreed that he took 200 rupees from me.
                                        So, my 200 rupees trip coated me of 400 rupees!!!

                                        Kindly find the proof below, and return back my 200 rupees back in my account.
