Yesterday i had a bad taste with a driver named babulal (Phone number [protected], car number i don't remember). I booked a cab around 9:45pm and made a call to him to give navigation to reach the place. He not only cancelled the trip but used very offensive language which is disrespectful. I want to make a complaint against your one o[censored]ber car. The car number is hr55aa3176. The driver is using the mobile while driving and he is not concentrating on road. I was riding my two wheeler at speed of 50-60 per km. I am back of his car and the driver take sudden left turn and it could have changed in an accident. This incident happened at ito near yamuna flyover. I request you to take action against this driver....

I booked a cab at new delhi metro station on 1/10/2017. Uber confirmed my booking and display the detailed on uber app. I wait there 5 min as time displayed by uber app but there was no uber car and then i saw the car location it was just nearby me but it was not moving toward me. I kishori paswan booking the uber cab from chembur highway to kharghar, i have paid amount 472.63 to uber india but uber have not shown any car and amount has been deducted. And i could not have traveled my paid amount.
So we want to refund my amount 472.63 from uber india which is paid on 01/10/2017 at about 04:05hrs.

On 17th september, took an uber from hauz khas to paschim vihar. The bill was already paid by paytm, yet the driver took another 200 rupees on arrival.
The pics are attached below.

Contacted the driver, and still he gives useless reasons, but agreed that he took 200 rupees from me.
So, my 200 rupees trip coated me of 400 rupees!!!

Kindly find the proof below, and return back my 200 rupees back...

Dear team,

This is to inform you to that yerterday evening an uber driver has done accident in ka block (Colony) in pratapvihar ghaziabad.

Actually the incident had happened at 10:30 pm in ka block in pratapvihar gahziabad. Driver (Devpal) was drunk and doing rash driving due to which accident had happened. He had hit my swift desire which was in parking.

This caused major physical harm in car...

Today on 30th sept,, i was interested to book a uber taxi from bk1/197 shalimar baugh to my home at jd block, pitam pura.
I noticed that i have to payrs 100/= for my trip on 21st sept 2017 from sector 135 noida to delhi. I may mention that i was not in delhi on the said date and so the question of booking the taxi does not arise.
I, therefore request you to investigate the same and clear my account at the earliest possible...

Just now i booked cab from my home in venkata ramana colony ashok nagar to rcpuram dmart. Paid amount was rs. 141 but the driver demanding me extra rs. 50. My rating have been downgraded after my last trip.
Why my rating went down post my last trip...

Earlier it was 4.88 and now showing 4.84...

The same thing happened with me around 1 month back... My rating went down from 4.93 to 4.87.

So need a proper solution from uber.

I had booked uber xl around 11pm. Or so, and my paytm balance was ₹351.61 then, but before my trip got confirmed i had cancelled it since it was taking more than expecting time and then saw my paytm balance came down to ₹1.61.
Will you please tell me what sort of fraud uber is doing these days?
I want that difference amount refunded in a convenient way to use asap else i'm gonna take strict action regarding this....

I had booked uber at 3.46 p. M. On 26.09.2017. I had got a message that driver had to cancel the trip, unfortunately, and i should book a new ride. Then after so many problems and wasting 1 hour i was successful to book a new ride. When i paid the charges a penalty of 42 rs/- was added to the charges. Hi, yesterday (Ie) 28th sep i made a trip from express avenue to my home. I don't remember the payment mode i had selected. At the end of the trip the driver told me that the trip amount appeared to him as rs356/- and i paid him the amount by cash itself to him.
