My concern is
Dear sir/mam
I have booked uber on 26th sep 2017, from jaipur junction railway station post arrival of my train to jaipur.
And the moment i called to driver 50 second or a minute post booking, driver deinied to come to station, he said thhat he could not come there and then i have called him number of times to come there but he rejected my trip then after approx10-15 minutes.
Its my wastage of time because of such kind bad service. I had to wait for 30 minutes again for next uber ride.
And over this why should i pay this extra amount of rs.36.75
Pls refund this amount, as this is not cancelled by me, it has been cancelled bydriver because of his some different priorities.
I had suffered because of this booking and cancellaton, its a matter of time wastage more and above that why do i need to pay for the trip if driver is not willing to reach the destination.
