I am not able to contact thru any other customer suport email id o[censored]ber

My concern is
Dear sir/mam

I have booked uber on 26th sep 2017, from jaipur junction railway station post arrival of my train to jaipur.
And the moment i called to driver 50 second or a minute post booking, driver deinied to come to station, he said thhat he could not come there and then i have called him number of times to come there but he rejected my trip then after approx10-15 minutes.
Its my wastage of time because of such kind bad service. I had to wait for 30 minutes again for next uber ride.
And over this why should i pay this extra amount of rs.36.75

Pls refund this amount, as this is not cancelled by me, it has been cancelled bydriver because of his some different priorities.
I had suffered because of this booking and cancellaton, its a matter of time wastage more and above that why do i need to pay for the trip if driver is not willing to reach the destination.

    Respected sir / madam, thursday around afternoon i open ur side & booked my jurny will be started 4.05 - 4.15 pm. From sukpally haltu kol 78 to hotar. And that time ur car be ready for pickup. He started his car around 4.09 pm. & he said where r u go. I told that hotar. He found gprs his mobile. Ok. But after 20 min. He another said hotar is before baruipu or after - i said after. Driver quickly contact to office - our range... And he said baruipur is my last stopes. But i said how can received my request? I carry five gags, one child below two yrs & my wife. So request to driver ok i give extra charge but plz go my location. I paid 700/ rupees. But bill is rs.470.19. Thats it. Plz plz plz care the trips.

      Today i.e. 28/Sep/2017, I tried a book a cab for my parents who are senior citizen's via mobile number [protected](Ramanujam S). Details as follows:

      Driver Name : Manjunath
      Time Of Cancellation : 9.51
      Amount deducted : Rs 43.
      Vehicle : Tata Indica
      Driver Contact NUmber : [protected]
      Location : Bangalore

      Problems with Driver.
      . No response in spite of repeated calling. The #### thinks he is a big guy and doesn't care for the customer, #### attitude issue.
      . Didn't reach the pick point and cancelled the trip.
      . Called mANY TIMEs and no response. He cancelled the trip and I was charged for it.
      . My Parents had to wait for long time, they are patients, have serious health issues and suffered a lot because of this #### driver. I will register a FIR against UBER and log a case in court for mental torture for aged people.
      . How the hell you can deduct my money when you people do not provide service at all.

      What Kind of #### Drivers Uber Have? I dont understand.
      If I dont receive any response with in 24 hours. Rest is assured that I will sue you.

        I booked for the Uber on the morning of[protected] at 4:52 am. I was allotted a Maruti Suzuki Dzire driven by Santosh. I was to go to the station after picking up a friend from her hostel. But the driver refused to allow me to change the drop off location. He said that it was NOT PERMITTED BY UBER. Any argument, reason, or logic went in vain and I finally had to pay ₹71 for a mere 3 minute trip. Not only did the driver cause inconvenience, but he was rude and impertinent as well.

          Driver did not come to pick up point and on call he said he is in traffic even i can seen him location to moving forward to sikandarpur. He did't pick my call and without canceling the drive he move forward. When i cancelled my drive because of this reason uber charged me that was unexpected. Very bad service and it's not trustworthy anymore. Now i will not use uber service any more. Fu

            I have booked uber pool @ 10 :28 am.. I have cancelled it on 10 51 am. I tried to contact the driver but the phone was switched off. How should i contact the driver if the phone is switched off? It was showing 5 min when i booked the cab. But i waited for more than 20 min. I had an important meeting in the office. I have missed because of this. The fun fact is that on the next trip they deducted rs 30. I dont understand, i was waiting for the whole time, missed my meeting and they deducted my rs 30 saying that the cab was on the way. But in the app the cab was somewhere else.

              I was checking the rate card for airport to my home at tvs gardenhills! Ew perungulathur. I have not booked any taxi nor any driver spoke to me. But for my next ride onwards i have been getting a due of rs.58.50 to pay for settlement. Please remove off this due for no fault of mine... Unless this happens i am unable to use your uber offers.                 I utsav singh have uber account registered with [protected] mobile no. I would like to inform you that i have changed my smartphone in which i logged in with my above mentioned no. But i am unable to see my earlier credit balance of around 273.20inr and also unable to see any of my previous rides so it's my humble request to you please solve this issue as soon as possible so that i can start booking ride with uber using my credit balance please look up this issue

                    This is a complaint against cab driver of ap 24 tv 1215. When we booked a cab to alakapuri it showed a fare of 279/-. After reaching the house in alakapuri the driver is charging 629/-. We refused to pay but the driver is insisting on the payment. How can driver charge when the fare is only 279/-. We are going to complain to cyberabad police for justice

                      Very simple route available

                      Additional 9km
                      During trip we told him about route he told we have to travel with his route or leave
                      About payment he told it is your problem if you have paid on line, just leave car.
                      We have chosen payment on line so we don't have any scope and travel with him

                        This happens every time we take a route which has toll. The toll charge is sometimes added in the receipt. The driver refuse to pay the toll amount and we are forced to pay the toll by cash and uber also refuse to refund the amount citing the extra amount paid is customer's mistake. We are forced to pay toll twice and pay the toll amount even if we don't wish to take the flyover.

                          I booked an uber on 27 sept at.744 am in hyundai xcent with the driver named hashim. It was the worst experience so far with me getting charged for wait time of 15 minutes whereas i was the one waiting outside as the driver couldn't figure out the location, he couldn't understand how gps works. I called him 7 times. He would answer at times and other times he would ignore. Typical uber to charge the customer and not take complaints. There is no way in the app to raise a proper complaint. They always over charge and when the app does allow to put in a complaint then some vague answer comes which usually justifies them stealing from their customers.

                            We booked pool ride from isbt kasmiri gate on 16sept 2017 to patparganj after contacting the driver told me i am coming but did not come and cancel the ride in checking another ride uber u have not pay the previous rider payment. I have no ny fault but charges levied on me where is the rule at that time i know how manage my journey to go to my residential place.

                              I have booked cab from chandani chowk to shakarpur yesterday. The driver was very worst. He took me to other place and drop by telling that cng is over. It was very worst behavior of driver and it is not at all accepted. I will not pay any fare for that and if you will not take action i will file complaint because it was drivers mistake.

                                Its been a long i am an user o[censored]ber and i oftenly get discounts or coupon codes via msg to get 50% discount for next 10 rides on uber go and i did availed in my past those were working properly but nowdays when i am getting same msgs read get 50% discount with mentioned voucher code i am not able to apply it, it shows this code is not valid, your respective executives replies to my complaibts that vouchers are not for your account, i want to confirm if these coupon codes are not meant for me or my account why i am getting them, i wanted this issue to be resolved asap.

                                  Total bill in my mobile app = rs 145.71
                                  Total bill in drivers mobile app =rs353.15
                                  Amount paid by cash =rs 353.15

                                  2nd one - 22 sept 2017

                                  10:47 am -11:11 am (Debomita, sarkarpool) to (Kolkata port trust quarters,)

                                  Total bill in my mobile app =rs 199.50
                                  Total bill in drivers mobile app =rs 614.38
                                  Amount paid in cash =rs 614.38

                                  3rd one - 22 sept 2017

                                  3:33 pm-4:40 pm (Budge budge trunk rd,) to (Kolkata port trust quarters)

                                  Total bill in my mobile app = rs 189.08
                                  Total bill in drivers mobile app =rs 1018.84
                                  Amount paid in cash =rs 1018.84

                                  All this discrepancies occurred because of faulty payment system o[censored]ber.

                                  And please find the attached screen shot of all problematic journeys for your better understanding.

                                    Date of the incident is 09/09/17 and the customer care is not providing any support to refund the money which is deducted from my card. The driver said he'd report to Uber so that the amount would not be deducted from my card. Driver's name is Madhavan and his phone number is [protected].
                                    The trip was booked with payment method as debit card but the driver insisted for cash payment. My husband took the trip to airport and paid Rs.1074 to him as he said he would report this to Uber and they would not deduct from the card. But the amount also got deducted from card and Uber would not provide any support to refund the amount. I spoke with the driver several times on his mobile number [protected] and he said he would tell Customer care about the refund. But both the driver and Uber are just cheating me. Please help to resolve this issue and refund the overly charged amount.

                                      I booked uber cab on 23rd september from gottigere to majestic railway station (Bangalore).

                                      After reaching the railyway station i transferred the amount to the drivers paytm wallet rs 567/-

                                      In few minutes cab driver said to me that he didnt receive cash in paytm and asked me to pay via cash. Also he asked me to bear the toll charges rs95/-
                                      So i paid rs 662/- in total.

                                      I was in hurry and couldnt relaise in the same moment. Total bill was 567. Where i paid rs 1129 i. E (Paytm rs567+ cash 662)

                                      Uber is not responding to my concern not even sharing drivers number its pathetic. Throw uber out of india.

                                        I was charged rs 207 instead of rs 42 (Which was the fare shown for uber pool) for 3-4 kilometres. This is the third time uber has overcharged me for the trip. I hereby request you to take strict action against the company. The driver had another pickup on the way and due to the problem in his gps, he was going back and forth to the same location. The fare which i was expected to pay was rs 42 and i was charged rs 207 for that. My pickup location was nolambur and drop was at ambattur which is merely 4 kilometres
