Dear team,
My rating have been downgraded after my last trip.
Why my rating went down post my last trip...

Earlier it was 4.88 and now showing 4.84...

The same thing happened with me around 1 month back... My rating went down from 4.93 to 4.87.

So need a proper solution from uber.

Can you share me the reason for that.

    I had booked uber xl around 11pm. Or so, and my paytm balance was ₹351.61 then, but before my trip got confirmed i had cancelled it since it was taking more than expecting time and then saw my paytm balance came down to ₹1.61.
    Will you please tell me what sort of fraud uber is doing these days?
    I want that difference amount refunded in a convenient way to use asap else i'm gonna take strict action regarding this.

      I had booked uber at 3.46 p. M. On 26.09.2017. I had got a message that driver had to cancel the trip, unfortunately, and i should book a new ride. Then after so many problems and wasting 1 hour i was successful to book a new ride. When i paid the charges a penalty of 42 rs/- was added to the charges. Kindly resolve this issue and pay my money back.

        Hi, yesterday (Ie) 28th sep i made a trip from express avenue to my home. I don't remember the payment mode i had selected. At the end of the trip the driver told me that the trip amount appeared to him as rs356/- and i paid him the amount by cash itself to him. Today when i was trying to make a fresh booking i was shocked to see my outstanding payment for yesterday's as rs423/-. I tried get the matter resolved by contacting your customer service division but they don't understand the issue and repeat that i have the outstanding. I contacted the driver and checked with him. He confirmed the amount collected from me and says that the amount would appear on his screen only if it is a cash payment. I request you to resolve this issue. I am happy to provide more details if required in this regard. Please solve my this issue. Regards.

          I have received following message on 25.9.2017 offering 50% off on 10 rides till 2.10.2017. Reproduce as it is:
          Uber: you have got 50% off your next 10 rides in mumbai on ubergo and uberx until[protected]. Apply promo code ridee1wagr to redeem.
          From 25th september i have taken following rides on ubergo:
          1. 29th sept, 2.54 pm, paid inr 198.69
          2. 27th sept, 7.44pm, paid inr 227.55
          3. 27th sept, 6.23pm, paid inr 279.35
          4. 27th sept, 11.54 am, paid inr 233.65
          5. 26th sept, 11am paid inr 269.28
          6. 26th sept, 7.22pm paid inr 291.38
          Total of inr1499.9 and i should have received 50% off= inr749.95
          Please arrange to pay.
          Further when you make such offers, please advice where to apply promo code as there is no such provision while booking uber go taxi

            Before a month when i was travelling with uber cab at my drop point my journey pay was 140 around but driver asked me to pay 250 around as according to him server was asking for my cancellation charge dat also of before 2months, which actually i hadn't even booked because on checking for my trip around 10pm app showed that there was no cab near by & then around 12am a driver called me that i have bookings which was false. On mentioning in app also did not got any response from uber. Once before an year also when my phone was not working i could not check my bill the driver asked me for more money than the amount expected. Then after checking he charged 50rs. More. & once driver didn't returned me change too. Very poor service by uber.

            Today 23 September 2017 I booked a ride with uber . When it arrived there was such a horrible cigarette smell coming from the car . I couldn't even tolerate that.i would suggest people not to book uber. I guess the uber should look after this matter ..

My uber register number i s [protected] i am frequent user o[censored]ber on date 29/09/2017 i booked a uber and when i contacted the driver the driver refuses to pick me and starts using abusive language his name is uga ram and vehicle number is rj 19 ta 7831 and uber charges me cancellation charges that is more surprising me and when i want to register a complain about my incident there is no facility provided by uber website to lodge a complain. I was with my family standing around 20 mins on road to find a way a transport to go to my destination. As uber is a very big brand and known for the quality service. I want that the following company take strict action on it i am attaching a pic of that receipt which i charged of it.

                I am complaining you regards your hi charges uber services. I traveled from bandhbartala to howarh by route from vidya sagar setu as of your instruction given for charge of one km is 12rs max. It was charged me 759 for just 13 km how ever as per your instruction it should be maximum 200- 250rs but i don't know how they people are doing such a redicolous activities who are sitting inyourbackend team i ask you kindly clarify the things and reverse the rest amount otherwise we will take a action against your company

                  Today at around 11.56 am i booked a cab through my mobile no [protected] the no of the cab goes like dl... Maruti car wagon r. The driver's phone no is [protected] his name is nishan. When he reached my location he didn't contact me and moved away. Then i contacted him and he was at a distance of few steps he refused to come at my location. My mother - in-law had to go to hospital as the condition was critical. But your driver behaved very rudely. My uber a/c now shows cancellation charges but it was not my fault i am not able to book next trip because of this problem.in this way these types of drivers are destroying goodwill of the company. Please take necessary action against these type of driver.

                    Today at around 8 pm i booked a cab through my mobile no [protected] the no of the cab goes like as25... The driver phone no is [protected]. The driver asked me to cancel the trip telling that he was 2 km away from the pick up location. I instead asked him to cancel it if he could not make the trip happened. Getting this reply from me he started using all kinds of filthy language in our local dialect.
                    Maa behen ko leke bhi gali diya hein.
                    I was astonished to get this kind of treatment from a uber driver for no apparent reason. I request u to take punitive action against the driver.

                      I had booked a ride and did contact the driver as of when he will be arriving, but he refused to to come to my location and declined to cancel the ride for which i was forced to cancel the trip. I was charged for the same as a fine which i got a refund as credits. As i booked the next ride i was charged for cancelling the last ride and the credits were also used. The amount i had to pay was ₹185 including the cancellation charge but i got the receipt of ₹127.

                        On 31.8.17, i took uber taxi from my residence to jaipur railway station and they charged me rs. 85/-. This never happened in the past. You do not provide details of how you arrived at this amount. While booking, the approximate amount was indicated at rs. 62.00 only. We have been paying around rs. 55 to rs. 60 only.
                        The same day i took ola cab from railway station to my residence. And their charges were only rs. 46.00.
                        Seems you are fleecing the customers and do not provide transparent account of charges.

                          My concern is
                          Dear sir/mam

                          I have booked uber on 26th sep 2017, from jaipur junction railway station post arrival of my train to jaipur.
                          And the moment i called to driver 50 second or a minute post booking, driver deinied to come to station, he said thhat he could not come there and then i have called him number of times to come there but he rejected my trip then after approx10-15 minutes.
                          Its my wastage of time because of such kind bad service. I had to wait for 30 minutes again for next uber ride.
                          And over this why should i pay this extra amount of rs.36.75

                          Pls refund this amount, as this is not cancelled by me, it has been cancelled bydriver because of his some different priorities.
                          I had suffered because of this booking and cancellaton, its a matter of time wastage more and above that why do i need to pay for the trip if driver is not willing to reach the destination.

                            Respected sir / madam, thursday around afternoon i open ur side & booked my jurny will be started 4.05 - 4.15 pm. From sukpally haltu kol 78 to hotar. And that time ur car be ready for pickup. He started his car around 4.09 pm. & he said where r u go. I told that hotar. He found gprs his mobile. Ok. But after 20 min. He another said hotar is before baruipu or after - i said after. Driver quickly contact to office - our range... And he said baruipur is my last stopes. But i said how can received my request? I carry five gags, one child below two yrs & my wife. So request to driver ok i give extra charge but plz go my location. I paid 700/ rupees. But bill is rs.470.19. Thats it. Plz plz plz care the trips.

                              Today i.e. 28/Sep/2017, I tried a book a cab for my parents who are senior citizen's via mobile number [protected](Ramanujam S). Details as follows:

                              Driver Name : Manjunath
                              Time Of Cancellation : 9.51
                              Amount deducted : Rs 43.
                              Vehicle : Tata Indica
                              Driver Contact NUmber : [protected]
                              Location : Bangalore

                              Problems with Driver.
                              . No response in spite of repeated calling. The #### thinks he is a big guy and doesn't care for the customer, #### attitude issue.
                              . Didn't reach the pick point and cancelled the trip.
                              . Called mANY TIMEs and no response. He cancelled the trip and I was charged for it.
                              . My Parents had to wait for long time, they are patients, have serious health issues and suffered a lot because of this #### driver. I will register a FIR against UBER and log a case in court for mental torture for aged people.
                              . How the hell you can deduct my money when you people do not provide service at all.

                              What Kind of #### Drivers Uber Have? I dont understand.
                              If I dont receive any response with in 24 hours. Rest is assured that I will sue you.

                                I booked for the Uber on the morning of[protected] at 4:52 am. I was allotted a Maruti Suzuki Dzire driven by Santosh. I was to go to the station after picking up a friend from her hostel. But the driver refused to allow me to change the drop off location. He said that it was NOT PERMITTED BY UBER. Any argument, reason, or logic went in vain and I finally had to pay ₹71 for a mere 3 minute trip. Not only did the driver cause inconvenience, but he was rude and impertinent as well.

                                  Driver did not come to pick up point and on call he said he is in traffic even i can seen him location to moving forward to sikandarpur. He did't pick my call and without canceling the drive he move forward. When i cancelled my drive because of this reason uber charged me that was unexpected.                                     I have booked uber pool @ 10 :28 am.. I have cancelled it on 10 51 am. I tried to contact the driver but the phone was switched off. How should i contact the driver if the phone is switched off? It was showing 5 min when i booked the cab. But i waited for more than 20 min. I had an important meeting in the office. I have missed because of this. The fun fact is that on the next trip they deducted rs 30. I dont understand, i was waiting for the whole time, missed my meeting and they deducted my rs 30 saying that the cab was on the way. But in the app the cab was somewhere else.

                                      I was checking the rate card for airport to my home at tvs gardenhills! Ew perungulathur. I have not booked any taxi nor any driver spoke to me. But for my next ride onwards i have been getting a due of rs.58.50 to pay for settlement. Please remove off this due for no fault of mine... Unless this happens i am unable to use your uber offers. I would like to inform you that i have changed my smartphone in which i logged in with my above mentioned no. But i am unable to see my earlier credit balance of around 273.20inr and also unable to see any of my previous rides so it's my humble request to you please solve this issue as soon as possible so that i can start booking ride with uber using my credit balance please look up this issue
