This morning around 10:30 am i was driving my scooty and then it happened that there was some traffic an uber cab ka 07 a 6151 came and in a rush it crushed my leg beneath its tyre. The driver didnt even cared to look back he drove straight away. My ankle got hurt and twisted my fingers nd feet got swollen. I want to complaint about the driver. And i[censored]ber doesnot revert me back i ll go to police to complaint on the incident.
This happened in chinnahpanhalli road near kundanhalli colony bangalore.

    Hi all,
    On 17th august i booked a ride and payed the amount in cash (198). However when i am trying to book for another ride a pop up comes asking me to pay the pending amount (I. E my previous ride's fare of 198 which i have already paid.

    When i raised a concern in the app, every time they send a automated mail without even trying to understand the exact reason. They mention that my mode of payment was selected as card. For a second lets think we have chosen payment through card, so in that case amount would have been deducted automatically. I believe there is a glitch in that app.

    If we go through online forums we have seen many incidents of this sort, it is highly disappointing and imagine how much money have they looted.

    Request you to kindly look into it.

    Uber is charging Rs 172 for a distance if 3.3km. How is this fare calculated when the government of Karnataka has told that an Ac cab cannot charge more than Rs 19.5/km

      I had booked in uber to go from perungudi to kalpakkam on saturday the 16th sept my telephone no. [protected]). The computer accepted it, but when i called driver he said that according to them they can ply only upto to kelambakkam. So he cancelled and i went by ola.
      Today when i used uber it told me that i have a pending payment from the last trip to kalpakkam, which i did not even take and charged rs 103 extra on the trip i took today from mylapore to perungudi.. Was it my fault that uber accepted my itinerary in the first place and cancelled it subsequently. I was disgusted.. I want my money back

        Booked a cab at 11am on[protected] to go to christian eminent school from 59 saket nagar indore. Vehicle was confirmed. Driver's name was vivek i have talked to driver on phone [protected]/[protected]. He confirmed that he is coming. I waited for about half hour. Finally he informed that he has cancelled booking. When your driver has cancelled booking why i should be charged cancellation charges rs 36.75. Please cancell the wrong charging from me.
        Why i was not informed about cancellation. Due to vehicle not coming in time
        I could not attend my duties in time and suffered monetary loss.

          Sub: reversal of cancellation charges imposed many times.
          Ref; my regd mobile no. [protected] in the name of red rose

          Sir,
          I am a business man and have been using your taxi service regularly, in chennai, delhi, kochi and bangalore even though, generally find the taxi service is good, imposing the cancellation charges rs. 50/- is not justifiable which is not fault of the customer. Your company has charged the cancellation charges many times. Sometimes your booked cabs get delayed to reach and since i have to go urgently, i am forced to take another taxi and the booking is cancelled. Which attracts a cancellation charge of rs. 50. It is not the fault of the customer, who wants to reach the destination at the earliest at any cost.
          At the booking times the system shows that taxi would reach within 5 minutes, but after booking confirmation it shows 20- 25 minutes to reach, then only the customer cancels the present booking. Sometimes the driver himself asks the customer to cancel the booking as he may not be able to reach on time. Due to this reasons only i cancelled the booking and charging for this cancellation is not at all justifiable.
          Hence you are requested to reverse the debited amount of cancellation charges at the earliest so that i can continue availing your service. Otherwise i will be forced to re-think to switch over to other taxi services.

          On 11.09.2017 at about 1.30 PM cab from Uber was booked from AIIMS, New Delhi to Sector - 17, Rohini, Delhi. The driver namely Amit demanded cash in spite of the fact that Uber has already took the due amount from my credit card. To avoid public humiliation and embarrassment cash was forcibly paid by me. So, Uber was paid double for a single ride.

            Please refer to your reply dt 10.09.2017 i to my complaint dt 08.09, 2017 regarding refund of. Rs.52/- charged to me towards the alleged cancellation. Thereafter, I have had no communication from you nor the refund, so far.
            Request you to attend to this matter at the earliest. In the meantime, I have stopped using Uber cab service to prevent a repetition of the incident.

              Hi
              I am a regular uber cab user but i faced a big problem on 5th september 2017 when i found an unknown trip in my account without me ordering or confirming it. I was shown on a trip from karhana street gurgaon with driver noman. I thought it's due to some server error that my previous trip is being shown and even i rated the driver as 5star.
              This trip started on 5th of september and continued till 6th for around 24 hours.
              I don't understand how can a driver start a trip without a rider?

              I am very upset with this and have complained various times in help through uber menu but with no action.
              I want strict action against the driver.

                Rude behaviour of driver while booking the cab and when i booked the cab he didn't arrived for 20 minutes but app shows only 5 minutes distance. Than i had called him approx 6-7 times but he did not responded to my call and just because of that i had to cancelled my cab... And than i chose ola fleets to reach the destination and i must say that they are very kind humble and very responsive towards their customer...

                  As "complete paymentfor your previous trip - rs-236-83 though i paid cash rs-200/ to the driver. Pls inform correct position.

                    I am shikha agrawal had booked an uber (Wb053109) on sep 19, 2017 from my registered mobile no [protected]. Please find attached the mobile screen snap for your reference. The driver name was "sathyanarayan" as reflecting on the screen. Initially the driver has cancelled the booking on his own and i have again rebooked. Then on calling the driver, he said that he would take 1 hr to reach the pick up point though it was showing only 6 minutes as eta. Then i told him to cancel the booking as 1 hr would be too late. He has argued over phone and asked me to cancel the booking. I asked him why should i cancel when you are unable to reach on time? He then started talking nonsense. His behaviour was truly unprofessional. Again repeated requests, he did not cancel the booking and later on i got a message from uber that i need to pay rs 47.25 extra on my next trip as against payment of my recent trip (Snap shot attached). Please reverse/ withdraw the same as there was no trip avaiuled by me as mentiond in the above scenario. Also would request you to take appropriate action against the driver.

                      I booked a pool cab from at 4:50 pm from wanoworie to my house. I got a cancellatiin mail from uber at 5 pm that my ride has been cancelled. Look for another cab.
                      I dont undeestand when cab booking was cancelled from your end, why am i being charged for cancellation?
                      Uber has some or the other issue everytime. Ola is much better you.
                      Kindly resolve this issue.

                      I booked a cab from amanora to wanowrie today, uber charged me for toll charges also which i am not supposed to pay. Driver started fighting, hence i had to pay the till amount as well, since i don't want to get into an argument with the cab driver.
                      Reimburse the toll amount. I would request you to talk to your customers in soft tone or else would prefer to take other services.
                      I want uber to cancel the license of this driver from guwahati, Assam, this bastard was so rude and he asked me to cancel the ride just because he was a bit far away and his attitude my God and now a days maximum of the drivers do this
                      I took the ride from janakpuri d block to noida sector 144 on 14 september 2017. The estimated fare was showing 616, But at the end it charged around 691.I need my money refunded .

                        I took uber today morning to the airport. Driver told me to pay toll money for my ride to airport when i wasnt supposed to. The driver harassed me about the money at 5 am in the morning and i had to pay since i did not want to miss my flight.

                        It is my highest disappointment to share that uber is totally not considerate and not willing to take any actions against the driver or refund me when i complained.' worst service. They say they cannot do anything as i paid cash to the driver and it is not their problem. I would never trust uber and it's drivers.

                        Ola service is far far better compared to uber. Ola would take actions against the driver and resolve your query. But uber service is worst.

                        Never never trust uber and its drivers.

                        Double time toll charges collected by the driver
                        I have travelled from NIce road Kanakapura JUnction to my house at 9.08 PM by uber tata Indica. Paid 608.59 which was including toll + 70 for toll. Taxi driver demanded toll charges two times. I am a regular traveller in uber and this is the first time driver argued and collected from me

                          I booked a uber cab from my phone [protected] on 18 september 2017 at around 05:20 am in delhi from going to indira gandhi international airport terminal 1 d from npsc society sector-2, dwarka. The booking was received by some mr. Vinay who even confirmed me on phone no. [protected] and the cab no. Was dl 1z a 6970 and that he is nearby and would be reaching my location within 3 to 4 mins. After waiting for 6 to 7 mins, whwn i rang him up again, he did not attend my phone and inspite of repeatedly trying to contact him, he did not respond. When i tried to cancel the booking and go for rebooking, the home page won't change showing me every time that the cab was reaching in 5 mins. Finally i had to book another cab from a different phone, but in the process i missed my flight from new delhi to raipur which was scheduled at 06:45 hrs.
                          Will you please let me know as to who would be responsible for this deficient service and mental torture and harassment and who would bear the financial loss of the whole episode.
                          I am a retired defense officer and a doctor besides being a senior citizen.
                          I would like to know about the action taken by the company against the errant cab driver as soon as possible.

                          50/discount not include my lost Trip please refund my money
                          I am traveling by Uber india. I already paid all riding charges to driver every time. Nothing is pending even though pending amount is shown in my acc. I am requesting Uber india to settle this issue so that I can select Uber next time onwards. Driver might have given wrong feed back about payment issue.

                            On sunday 3rd sept'17 i have hired taxi to airport with uber, mr mohd (On maruti suzuki ertiga) was driver for the taxi, payment was through paytm. I have uber app in two phones and the deduction happened from mobile no...6688 whereas i have called and fixed the trip from my other mobile number...8108.
                            As we were approaching airport mohd said that his phone is switched off so you have to pay cash, unfortunately i did not have the other phone where paytm is registered. Since i had to catch flight i have asked him what is the way out he asked me for cash. I have paid him rs 780.
                            When i came back i saw that from paytm also it's been deducted rs 882.
                            I then called the driver and told him everything, he said you lodge complaint, he will not give back cash.
                            I humbly request for a refund as i am feeling cheated by the driver

                              Today, around noon i booked your cab for going to acropollis mall at rajdanga main road, east kolkata township from my residence at salt lake, kolkata. After boarding it was noticed by me and my wife that the a. C. Is not working. When we told him to switch on the a. C, he told us that as it is very hot outside so th a. C. Is not working properly. After around 10 mins when we reqursted him to put on the a. C. He simply refuse stating that& he driver's health is primary concern. Here i must state that me and my family arie using your cabs many a times in a month. On arguing with him he started abusive languages to us. When ihim that i will lodge a complain against you he simply told us to do it wherever you can and he doesn't care anyone. We are both a senior citizen & i have gone through coronary by pass surgery.. As we are a frequent passengers of your cab service even today after that incident i booked your cab twice i found all of your drivers very polite & courteous. I want to see that you must take action against the arrogant & abusive driver otherwise i will formally lodge a complain at police / consumer court & my entire family will stop using your cab service in future.
                              The name of that arrogant/ abusive driver is sudhir and the car no. Is wb19h 1635.

                              On 18.09.2017 we booked a cab from ou reidence at salt lake, kolkata for gong to accroplis mall, rajdanga main road, kolkata. The car number was wb 19h1635 and diver's name is sudhir. After some time we. I. E. Me and my wife found inside the cab stuffy and humid. We told the driver to put on the a. C., which after much reluctancy he put the meter to one stating that as the outside weather is very hot so the a. C is not working properly. As we requested him to take the a. C. Meter to 2 atleast, he simply refused and told us to get down from the cab in a very rough manner and used abusive languages to me and my wife,. Kindly note that we are both a senior citizen.
                              We have used your cab 100 times but now we are thinking of not taking your service in future. Because now i feel you hardly check the credentials of drivers.
                              I, therefore request you to cancel this driver from your panel immediately..

But today when i tried to book a cab it shows that the previous amount was not paid. I contacted to the driver for this he assured me that the amount was paid and also tells me launch a complaint regarding this matter.
                                So i would request you to kindly look into the matter and help me out from here so that i can book my uber cab again.

                                Similar issue has happened with me twice and i could realize it only the second time.When i raise a complaint in the uber app they come up with automated mails like ###### not trying to know the exact reasons

                                  Past 3 months i am not able to booking ride on uber. I contact many time with user helpdesk but still issue not resolved. As per uber helpdesk "although you might not have had the intention, the system automatically flags accounts with activities that overstep our terms and conditions. When this happens, the account gets suspended after the system carefully looks for a number of data points.

                                  This decision does not have an option of removing the suspension of the account."

                                  I asked many time where i need to contact or write to get fix issue. But every time they revert with same answer. Can anyone help me

                                    Trip booking was made from xavier university to ouat guest house gopbandhu chowk at around 1:15 noon. Mr bikash was given the trip eta was shown of some minutes initially, the driver mr bikash contacted me and asked to cancel the trip as he was not keen to take the trip, i asked him to cancel the trip himself to which he said he will not cancel it. I didn't get another taxi and he kept playing pranks by changing the eta after a few minutes to 41 min, 29 min, 31min etc and ultimately cancelled it at 1:45 noon.
                                    I took bus from xub at 2:15 pm to master canteen and found my way to the guest house.
                                    This is a feedback to uber as a number of drivers request the rider to cancel the trip, i dont know if they have this liberty???

                                      I have been using uber for the last one year. They always increase their fare with significant amount.
                                      I travel every day to office which is 5.2 kms from my residence. Last year the ubero fare was 72-74 rs for the 5.2 km distance in the office hrs. Then it got increased to 96-97 till 2-3 weeks back. Now i am seeing the fare risen to 150 + with ubergo and uberx. Is it fair to charge 150 rs for 5.2 kms in office hrs??
                                      They are looting people in bangalore. Pls take appropriate action against uber for charging so high for such a small distance. The fair should be fixed distancewise. Also if we try to book ubergo/uberx at the same time with different numbers, then again the fare will be differ by 20-30 rs. What kind of practice these uber management follow?? It needs to be brought to the notice of govt. To make the people safeguard from these goons.
                                      Take some strict action and show the result.

                                        Today morning i booked uber and call the driver manikandan he said i am in kolathur unable to come in villivakkam, please cancel the trip, i said unable to cancel its get penalty for 30 rs. Again uber authomatically connect with another driver he said, i am in korattur i am going for drop unable to come in villivakkam. This is a worst experience i ever seen in call taxi. Then i booked ola for travel. Because my mother will go to hospital. I need to refund my money whatever charged in uber and mind stress.
