I booked a uber cab from my phone [protected] on 18 september 2017 at around 05:20 am in delhi from going to indira gandhi international airport terminal 1 d from npsc society sector-2, dwarka. The booking was received by some mr. Vinay who even confirmed me on phone no. [protected] and the cab no. Was dl 1z a 6970 and that he is nearby and would be reaching my location within 3 to 4 mins. After waiting for 6 to 7 mins, whwn i rang him up again, he did not attend my phone and inspite of repeatedly trying to contact him, he did not respond. When i tried to cancel the booking and go for rebooking, the home page won't change showing me every time that the cab was reaching in 5 mins. Finally i had to book another cab from a different phone, but in the process i missed my flight from new delhi to raipur which was scheduled at 06:45 hrs.
Will you please let me know as to who would be responsible for this deficient service and mental torture and harassment and who would bear the financial loss of the whole episode.
I am a retired defense officer and a doctor besides being a senior citizen.
I would like to know about the action taken by the company against the errant cab driver as soon as possible.

50/discount not include my lost Trip please refund my money
I am traveling by Uber india. I already paid all riding charges to driver every time. Nothing is pending even though pending amount is shown in my acc. I am requesting Uber india to settle this issue so that I can select Uber next time onwards. Driver might have given wrong feed back about payment issue.
Driver not responding and hence cancelled ride, but 30 rupees charged. my mobile number [protected]

    On sunday 3rd sept'17 i have hired taxi to airport with uber, mr mohd (On maruti suzuki ertiga) was driver for the taxi, payment was through paytm. I have uber app in two phones and the deduction happened from mobile no...6688 whereas i have called and fixed the trip from my other mobile number...8108.
    As we were approaching airport mohd said that his phone is switched off so you have to pay cash, unfortunately i did not have the other phone where paytm is registered. Since i had to catch flight i have asked him what is the way out he asked me for cash. I have paid him rs 780.
    When i came back i saw that from paytm also it's been deducted rs 882.
    I then called the driver and told him everything, he said you lodge complaint, he will not give back cash.
    I humbly request for a refund as i am feeling cheated by the driver

      Today, around noon i booked your cab for going to acropollis mall at rajdanga main road, east kolkata township from my residence at salt lake, kolkata. After boarding it was noticed by me and my wife that the a. C. Is not working. When we told him to switch on the a. C, he told us that as it is very hot outside so th a. C. Is not working properly. After around 10 mins when we reqursted him to put on the a. C. He simply refuse stating that& he driver's health is primary concern. Here i must state that me and my family arie using your cabs many a times in a month. On arguing with him he started abusive languages to us. When ihim that i will lodge a complain against you he simply told us to do it wherever you can and he doesn't care anyone. We are both a senior citizen & i have gone through coronary by pass surgery.. As we are a frequent passengers of your cab service even today after that incident i booked your cab twice i found all of your drivers very polite & courteous. I want to see that you must take action against the arrogant & abusive driver otherwise i will formally lodge a complain at police / consumer court & my entire family will stop using your cab service in future.
      The name of that arrogant/ abusive driver is sudhir and the car no. Is wb19h 1635.

      On 18.09.2017 we booked a cab from ou reidence at salt lake, kolkata for gong to accroplis mall, rajdanga main road, kolkata. The car number was wb 19h1635 and diver's name is sudhir. After some time we. I. E. Me and my wife found inside the cab stuffy and humid. We told the driver to put on the a. C., which after much reluctancy he put the meter to one stating that as the outside weather is very hot so the a. C is not working properly. As we requested him to take the a. C. Meter to 2 atleast, he simply refused and told us to get down from the cab in a very rough manner and used abusive languages to me and my wife,. Kindly note that we are both a senior citizen.
      We have used your cab 100 times but now we are thinking of not taking your service in future. Because now i feel you hardly check the credentials of drivers.
      I, therefore request you to cancel this driver from your panel immediately..

But today when i tried to book a cab it shows that the previous amount was not paid. I contacted to the driver for this he assured me that the amount was paid and also tells me launch a complaint regarding this matter.
        So i would request you to kindly look into the matter and help me out from here so that i can book my uber cab again.

        Similar issue has happened with me twice and i could realize it only the second time.When i raise a complaint in the uber app they come up with automated mails like ###### not trying to know the exact reasons

          Past 3 months i am not able to booking ride on uber. I contact many time with user helpdesk but still issue not resolved. As per uber helpdesk "although you might not have had the intention, the system automatically flags accounts with activities that overstep our terms and conditions. When this happens, the account gets suspended after the system carefully looks for a number of data points.

          This decision does not have an option of removing the suspension of the account."

          I asked many time where i need to contact or write to get fix issue. But every time they revert with same answer. Can anyone help me

            Trip booking was made from xavier university to ouat guest house gopbandhu chowk at around 1:15 noon. Mr bikash was given the trip eta was shown of some minutes initially, the driver mr bikash contacted me and asked to cancel the trip as he was not keen to take the trip, i asked him to cancel the trip himself to which he said he will not cancel it. I didn't get another taxi and he kept playing pranks by changing the eta after a few minutes to 41 min, 29 min, 31min etc and ultimately cancelled it at 1:45 noon.
            I took bus from xub at 2:15 pm to master canteen and found my way to the guest house.
            This is a feedback to uber as a number of drivers request the rider to cancel the trip, i dont know if they have this liberty???

              I have been using uber for the last one year. They always increase their fare with significant amount.
              I travel every day to office which is 5.2 kms from my residence. Last year the ubero fare was 72-74 rs for the 5.2 km distance in the office hrs. Then it got increased to 96-97 till 2-3 weeks back. Now i am seeing the fare risen to 150 + with ubergo and uberx. Is it fair to charge 150 rs for 5.2 kms in office hrs??
              They are looting people in bangalore. Pls take appropriate action against uber for charging so high for such a small distance. The fair should be fixed distancewise. Also if we try to book ubergo/uberx at the same time with different numbers, then again the fare will be differ by 20-30 rs. What kind of practice these uber management follow?? It needs to be brought to the notice of govt. To make the people safeguard from these goons.
              Take some strict action and show the result.
              You try booking ubergo/uberx from ajmera stonepark apartment to ghs building and check the fair

                Today morning i booked uber and call the driver manikandan he said i am in kolathur unable to come in villivakkam, please cancel the trip, i said unable to cancel its get penalty for 30 rs. Again uber authomatically connect with another driver he said, i am in korattur i am going for drop unable to come in villivakkam. This is a worst experience i ever seen in call taxi. Then i booked ola for travel. Because my mother will go to hospital. I need to refund my money whatever charged in uber and mind stress.

                  The experience was terrible. The customer was my daughter - a college going student. There was no gps system available (Non-functional system) with the driver. The driver did not listen to her in spite of showing him the correct route. He was moving around the same area and did not co-operate with her. Ultimately, she had to abort the ride and pay rs. 80.00. She had to take an auto and spend another rs. 60.00 extra for the auto ride.

That day i got the sms on my registered number that is [protected] stating "uber: you've got 50% off your next 10 rides in mumbai on ubergo and uberx until[protected]. Apply promo code ride5c2181 to redeem. http://t.uber.com/offer" so i thought i will be getting 50% off for my next 10 rides and i was happy with the same... But shockingly when i booked my 3 rides i got only rs 50 off on each ride... Is this the way they fool to the customer by mentioning 50% off... Please take the action on this

                        Today i booked uber cab from aksherdham to rohini.

                        Cab was successfully booked and when i received uber message that my cab has arrived.. I called driver to know his exact location..

                        Then driver asked my destination, and when i told him rohini.. He said i m going noida side and would not go rohini...

                        After all this discussion, driver cancelled the trip. All this took 6 mins.. And uber is refusing to refund the cancellation charges of 42 rs... Why? They are saying that any cancellation after 5 min is chargeable... But if all the discussion with driver is taking more than 5 min, and driver is refusing to go. Why is customer been harassed?

                        Instead of considering the customer's inconvenience, uber is taking driver's side and refusing to return my 42 rs which i have been charged for the trip refused by their driver.

                        Booked a cab at about 1.00 pm on 6 September 2017 at Humayun Ngr, near NMDC for a journey to RK Nagar, Safilguda, Hyderabad. Although a cab (Tata Indica) was allotted and a driver nominated, after more than 30 minutes, I saw the allotted cab passing through without stopping for me! It appears driver cancelled the trip! I was not informed either!
                        Since two days, when I am doing booking within five kilometer it shows Rs 67.42 .
                        Instead of rupee 49.

                            I scheduled aa uber cab for 16-sept between 5:45pm - 6:00pm. We boarded the cab at around 6:03pm. The cab drove for some 500-600 meters and then the driver said that we'll have to leave the cab since he has cancelled the trip. But if he had already cancelled the trip why did he let us sit in the cab in the first place.

                              My cab was booked by uber ground staff on 16 september 2017 at 6:58pm from kempagowda international airport. I received a text message with driver's detail, see below:
                              Your uber is arriving in 2 mins.

                              The driver 'kumar' asked me to pay rs 125 for toll fee. I disputed as i knew it is added to the bill. He said if it is added then he will adjust the amount. The trip was completed and to my surprise the bill amount was rs1450. I demanded to see the detailed bill and kumar said i will receive the bill by email. I waited and nothing. I contacted uber through their 'help' option and they were unable to trace this trip. This particular trip was not showing under 'my trip' section as i did not book this trip from my phone.

                              Long story short, this driver 1st cancels my trip and charges me rs52 and then accepts the same trip booked by the ground staff. I was very unhappy and yet to receive the detailed trip receipt for this journey. I am also very shocked that uber is unable to trace a ride booked by uber ground staff, especially from the airport. What if a passenger is picked up by a cab booked by uber ground staff and gets killed or robbed? Can they track that ride?

                              Despite repeated request raised to Uber demanding to see the detailed trip receipt I am told they are unable to find this trip!!

                              Surely they can use the driver vehicle number or his phone number to track this ride and retrieve the bill...

                              This Uber cab (KA 01 AG 3942) driver cut me (I was in my car) suddenly from right. I had to swerve to left and I almost hit a bike. Pls advise him to drive properly. This happened today (Sep 11, 2017) at Sivananda Circle in Bangalore around 6:15 pm.

                                I booked the cab today . Name of the driver Abu kashif cab no 9295 not sure. His mobile number is[protected]. I wanted to go. Howrah.. Hw assured he will be coming. Then he asked where is my drop location and Jo just cancelled the trip.. without informing. I was so confused that suddenly another cab number appeared on my screen. When the second driver called then he told me his cab was booked.. I was about to cancel thinking that my driver must b arriving . After that Abu kashif did not pick up the call..

                                This was just not acceptable. His behavior.. how can just cancel the cab. He could have informed if he was not willing to go to the destination. I would have cancelled ...
                                I was alone in this place n it's not crowded at all. Place was not safe ...

                                I would like some action to be taken against him.. even after cancelling he should have at least attained my call as I was waiting without knowing that he cancelled it.. thank fully I did not cancel the second one ..

                                Awful.. just not accepted ..

                                How can Uber keep such drivers.

                                  I was booked Uber cab on 11th Sep 2017 at 19.40. Vehicle was Honda Amaze & Driver was Mr Anil. Vehicle No doesn't reflect in Trip History. Driver was so adamant he refused to reach my destination. He stood at one place insisting me to come that unknown location. It was hurry for me because I had to reach railway station. Driver was rudely talking on telephone. '' we have seen many like you''... There after, inspite reaching to me, he cancelled my trip. At same time I complained on App but no response from Uber. Is driver permitted to harass passenger? Is there no help center for passenger?

                                    I have request uber pool on 12sep17 at 5:50pm

                                    But the driver (name: Animoni cab: Hyundai xcent) asked me to cancel the trip reason was other passenger who is in cab has huge luggage but i haven't cancelled and driver has cancelled but i got charged...

                                    Due to their fault and cancellation why i am supposed to pay in next trip

                                      I had booked an uber pool car for rs 40. firstly the car came 15 minutes late.
                                      And i was not allowed to cancel the trip as he was 4 minutes away from my stop.
                                      Second he charged rs140 for the trip which was support to be only rs40, claiming that the other passenger didn't come.
                                      The cost for an individual uber car for that trip is only 80, so even is the other passenger didn't come how can i be held responsible for it. i have been cheated and made to pay rs 100 more than what i was told .

                                        I took a ride on 12th Sept for which I had used my mastercard as payment method. Next day when I was trying to request for a ride, it asked me to pay the outstanding amount which I had paid using my mastercard post which as well it did not allow me to request a ride and kept prompting me to pay. When I dropped an email on the same through help section, I was told that on 7th March, I took a ride for which the paytm payment was failed. I then shared the Paytm screenshot, for which they said that the Mastercard payment was failed, however the amount got deducted from my account and have not received any refund then why is that I am being asked to pay again and again, and the useless Uber support has now stopped responding, seriously horrible
                                        Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
