Yester day 15.9.2017 at 10.30 pm, i booked uber chennai from kalaigner karunanidhi community hall, todender nagar saidapet to hotel saravana bhavan, kenneth lane, egmore, chennai. I was allotted by uber one car with driver may be sivakumar who did not cooperate & never turned up & his mobile was not responded though in the first call, he assured to come. When he did not turn up, i had to cancel & request u another one for no fault of mine ur company penalised me rs 30 cancellation charges. I request u to take action against such indisciplined driver putting me at risk at such odd hours. Tku

    Dear sir, from my paytm wallet."you paid uber rs.257.74. Make it a pizza day!" this was the message from paytm, i contacted to paytm they said said for refund i had to contact with you, they said that yes it was wrong deduction from your account, and my complaint no. Is[protected].. Please provide my refund. I didn't had booked any ride so why?? Amount has been deducted.. Kindly solve my issue as early as possible..

      2 o[censored]s take an uber pool with 1 other guy. The driver complains the entire time about our drop locations (A 20 minutes drive).
      As we start to approach he mentions that the gate overlooking the main road is close, we're also aware of this. There's a right turn before that takes you to the open gate (This is an extra 500 m compared to going straight). I repeatedly tell him to take this turn and he turns on me and tell me if i have any problems, i can speak to the company. This is at 11 30 at night. If he does not take the turn we have to walk back for almost 25 minutes to reach our destination.
      This man ignores me, gets aggressive and stops in front of a locked gate. He then asks for more money and says he'll drop us. Wanting to get away from this cheat we pay him and leave.
      This is dangerous behaviour that should not be left unchecked since it may well harm someone else.

      Uber needs to address the incident, rather than having vague customer service where it says it will do something but there is no guarantee. The fraudulent behaviour of the driver makes him a liability and uber needs to show me that it cares about its consumer, and exactly what action it has taken.

        On 1-9-17 i took the drop from uber from my residence to ahmedabad rly station. The driver mr balvantsinh who collected 787.54 cash from me by force though i had debit card account with uber. Uber failed to inform me the amount and i was in hurry to catch train therefore i told the driver to deposit this amount i[censored]ber fails to draw from my bank account. He consented. I found out that uber charged me from my bank and also took the cash (May be one of your workers in uber or driver). I have screen shot of driver but telephone number seem to be hidden. I could not record his statement as on today. His residential address as given to police is also missing or not supplied on my demand from uber. This is very serious legal issue. Try to solve within 48 hours or else i have plans to take up the matter further.

          Yesterday i. E. On 15.9.17 at 10.30 am i availed uber service from chikkadpally to nagole in hyderabad and i paid in cash to the cab driver and he informed me that his net connectivity is failed. Again i returned from nagole to chikkadpally at 13.44 pm and again driver collected the earlier amount i. E. Rs.89.53 from me and informed that it is showing as due. Pl address this.

            I booked an uber cab today to go to the airport. When the driver called me, he informed me that he was coming from kaushambi and i should pay the toll charged to him. I refused as why should i pay, it's not my problem where he's coming from. He cancelled the ride after this and i was charged a cancellation fee of rs. 42 when it wasn't my fault. I tried booking another cab as i had an a flight to catch to bhutan, but i wasn't able to due to the outstanding cancellation fee. I missed my flight due to them and incurred a loss of rs. 30, 000. I should be paid back the rs. 30, 000 which i incurred, and humiliation and harassment charges separately, immediately. I need a reply on the following id within 3 days - [protected]@gmail.com.
            Otherwise i will file a criminal case against them in consumer court and the police commissioner.

              I can't able to access my account created earlier after formatting my phone.
              Each and every time i want to recover it through my registered email i'd [protected]@gmail.com & registered phone no [protected] a new account creates.

              But i want to recover my previous account with all records with payment details.

              Why not i get access to my previous account???

              Please help.

              I have a previous account registered with my email i'd [protected]@gmail.com and also with my phone no [protected].

              Today i have to format my phone.
              After that i want to recover my previous account.
              But each and avery time i am trying to do that your app creates a new account.

              But i don't want that, i want to recover my previous account with all previous records including payment details.

              Why there is no such fesility to recover my account???

              Why why why???

              Please help.

                On 15.09.2017, i booked uber from begun bazar. I got a message that driver will come and pick us up. But driver called and told that he cannot come and instead asked us to come to a spot for pickup. I walked all the way to the spot with heavy luggage but he didn't come there. Then he called us and told that he is cancelling the ride by himself. Then i requested that he cannot do that as i will be charged for that. Then he very rudely told us to pay the cancellation charged. I informed him that i will lodge a complaint against him, he told to do whatever i can. And i got a message that an amount of rs.47 was debited against cancellation. I am really shocked with his attitude. I request you to take action against such behavior, so that it will not be repeated with others...

                  Today morning at around 9.10 am, i booked a cab from my residence at dadar west to my office at the below address. After waiting for 10 minutes, the driver called and asked me my destination and whether i would pay by credit card or cash. When i mentioned that i would pay by card, he refused stating that since it was his first ride, he would want cash only. I told him that it was not possible since i already booked my cab. He asked me to cancel, which i refused. Please note that i had an important interview and as a result of this refusal, it got cancelled.

                  With great difficulty, i got a normal cab. When i was about to reach my destination, the driver called and asked where i was, saying he had reached the pick-up spot. I blasted him stating that he had refused earlier. He blatantly lied stating that he had not called at all.

                  Post that i tried posting an online complaint. I had to reset my password and for some reason, my entire account was wiped out o[censored]ber app and asked me re-register.

                  I earnestly request someone from uber to call me at the earliest.

                  O n 04 August 17 I booked taxi from natraj market to resident Rizvi oak malad east and your two drivers one is baidyanath other driver name i forgot cancelled trip form their side at 5 pm and informed me and next sent message also but your charging rd 63 by messages every time i book taxi please correct it

                    This is highly disappointing. It happens like this often. I spoke to the driver, he said he was in richmond circle, and would reach in 4 mins. After 5 mins i again called and the driver said he was on the way, but on the map it was showing that the driver was heading towards the opposite direction and was 10 mins away. After that, i get the message saying that the ride is cancelled and was charged rs. 52. How fair is it that i pay for his mistake??? Is this the kind of service you give? What a shame!!! Because of your uber, my mom who has got both her knees replaced just 3 months ago had to stand on the road waiting for the cab with no place to sit along with my grand father who is also physically weak...
                    This is not acceptable!!!

                      Driver was arrogantly behaving with me and took money without closing his booking and took almost 1000 extra from me when asked details he denied while on mobile it was showing 750/- how it is clarify reply me

                      You bloody fool incharge o[censored]ber what you are # seating in the office take serious action against this kind of drivers or you are also same category it looks like this only if you are seating simply quite why your drivers are cheating with the customer why they are not behaving properly with customer

                      You teach them or close your uber business immediate you bloody chor goonda

                      Your driver details girish [protected] where as in my app his name appearing sunil how come

                      It means you are recruting all goonda drivers only and without having proper documents / checking the background you close the business fool

                      Usually we pay rs.[protected] from bengaluru airport to kudlu gate bus stop but today (13.9.17) one of your driver has took almost rs. 1850/- and interesting thing is while on mobile app it is showing rs. 750/- how it is possible and more over driver is coming to beating to our senior guest, this is totally gundagiri immidiatley some action should be taken against driver ([protected]) car number is ka - 44, 7779

                      Whist booking for a cab the charges included a sum of Rs. 75/ was shown s outstanding on a previous trip. I paid wharever the driver asked for. How will a driver take less amount than the actual. Please clarify.

                        On July 24, I missed my mobile in the uber xl cab. From the same day, I have been contacting the driver and uber website. The driver always told to bring the mobile directly to my home whenever he came nearby my place. But now, it has been about a week, that he is refusing to admit that he is the same person.

                        I know the driver's personal number, name and recognize the voice. Uber has facilitated to contact the driver directly, but what about the guarantee of returning product. The driver has been cheating me for months. I even know the name of the driver and he has been working in uber still. Is there any chance that I will get back my phone???

                          I had requested for your taxi at 0825 hrs. On 13th september to go to air india sports club - kalina. Firstly when i spoke to driver rishikesh he told me he was at the gate which he was not since i was waiting at the gate! Then he said he did not have booking in my name! It caused me great inconvenience since i had to make alternate travel arrangement. Ironically app. Is still showing that i travelled with him!
                          I have another issue with my pickups.in my complex we have ingate and outgate. When i request for uber i call the driver to ask him to come to ingate but sometimes it doesn't work and causes delay and results in cancellation.
                          Please suggest what i can do,

                          This is about overcharging the trip wen we booked the cab it was showing 240. And wen v reached driver asked for 282.which is totally unfair and cheating.so I want to cut that balance which u showing on my app. This issue I want you to resolve as soon as possible.

                            Hi, i am charged twice for two trip that i took on 18th march and 22nd march 2017. On 13th september user app suddenly said that you haven't paid for those two and you need to pay now before booking any further. I made the payment thinking that i'll take this up with support team.
                            I've already filed a complaint but someone from support said that there is some issue going on at their back-end and hence the issue.

                            I make all the payments using paytm... And it happened that i was able to find older paytm receipts of successful transactions which i attached along with the complaint... Still no one is responding to that now sin past 2 days.

                            This is a very bad experience... Never expected this from uber.

                              I'm trying to book scooterpool or uber moto but in uber app it's not showing it's showing all like uber pool, go, x, suv but it's not showing uber moto l am facing problem after updated my uber app it showed uber moto but now it's not showing y like that wt is the uber moto timings it's available 24hrs like car or not i leave in tolichowki i want uber moto to travel how far we can travel (Max&min) kms, timings, ratefare, ex: tolichowki-secunderabad using uber moto so i request u to reply me abt this solution???

                                I have booked uber service from jayanagar metro station, bengaluru to 12th main road, 3rd block, koramangala for visiting state bank of india and payment option was cash for rs.140.55. The driver was moving as per his gps
                                Which guided him wrongly and he dropped me in a interior lane of 16th main, 3rd block, koramangala at which point the amount reached rs.140.55 and from there i was forced to move searching my destination by walking around 3kms. He was so stupid and rogue that he did not care for the customer rather than his money. I am astonished when uber is extending better service to customer then why such stupid and unprofessional drivers are enlisted. They should be penalised so that this will be an example for others. I want to be intimated about the action taken against him.

                                  I am a regular customer o[censored]ber and i have noticed that your services are getting pathetic each day.
                                  On thursday 14th september i had booked an under ride from janakpuri d block to noida sector 144 firstly at 5:33 pm. Driver asked my destination i said noida then he cancelled my trip and trip charged me 42rs. I request to refund my money as soon as possible.

                                    I usually prefer uber cab to go any place in delhi ncr, on 8th sept n good note i paid cash undertsanding might be due to network error or technology issues paytm not paid (Gzb to uttam nagar), driver asked cash and i paid too.. I went out of station fewdays where there was no network could not contact. Now when i write the complain for refund uber ppl told me we wont be able to process a refund riders are expected to pay by the payment method chosen, if thats the case driver should not have asked cash if its paid already, unprofession teachings uber ppl. Also the customer service number[protected] not working which is given on google. What to do suggest need refund asap.

                                      I live in gurgaon board cab (Only uber) daily, most of the drivers are good but twice or thrice in a week we meet with untrained, unprofessional driver, they even dont know how to talk, most of the time they start arguing.

                                      Even today me and my friend board cab from our society and she said (Bhaiya cab highway par le lo service lane mai nai block raheti hai)...
                                      Now the cab wala bhaiya start arguing madam ji chupchap baithe raho hum to service lane se he jayege jo karna hai kar lo

                                      We said complaint karege
                                      He said jo karna hai karo uber wale kuch nai kar sakte mera...
                                      At the time off drop he said paise dene ki aukad nai hai to kio karte ho etc...

                                      Now what is the solution for this, no one take our complaint seriously

                                        I booked a cab for my family but i was not riding. I had put non-cash payment for the ride. The cab driver asked for cash from my family and took cash amount for the ride. Later i came to know about it and informed uber about it. Uber support said that they can't do anything about it and i have to pay for the ride again since it was the non-cash ride. Uber did nothing to help me out here. I had to pay for the ride again.
