Booked a cab on 8th sep'[protected]@ 01:59pm but the driver could not reach me till 02:33pm. When booked the app showed in 10 min uber will reach me. After a long wait i tried to contact the driver (As he did not) & he told me, he was waiting for me near & coming in a short while. But could not reach as well. Finally after wasting half an hour for this driver i cancelled the trip. Missed my train due to such an unprofessional service.

I have been using uber service after fed up with ola and your drivers are doing same thing which is not appropriate. From last three times drivers refused to come, and because of this our precious times get wasted. This kind of approach will be detrimental to your business. Henceforth, I won't be using your service.

    I booked a cab from sector 17, chandigarh to sector 12-apanchkula. Driver picked me up and started the trip. He was listening to some punjabi audio and put it at high volume. I requested him to lower the volume. He showed he was lowering but the volume was same. I put on my ear phones.. But the volume was too high that i cant even listen through my earphones. I again requested him to lower the volume. On this he misbehaved with me and arrogantly asked med that the volume will be like this only and he will not take me to my destination. I asked him to drop to my destination but he dropped me in the mid of a busy road which was unsafe. I encountered a lot of trouble in booking another cab from there and i got considerably late to reach home. Instead he was asking me money for the trip by that time, even when mode of payment was selected from debit card. He challenged me to put his complaint and behaved and talked very rudely. Such behaviour is highly unacceptable.
    I lodged complaint on uber app twice but a week has passed no body contacted me from uber. I want strict action to be taken against the driver and uber team to contact me.

    Dear Sir,

    I traveled from Bikaner House to J 1824 CR ark, New Delhi.

    The driver deliberately took a long route inspite of my pointingt out to him.

    When I booked, the car showed Rs. 122/- but while dropping me it showed Rs.152/= Further I had logged in for 50% discount without any error. But the discount was not offered.

    I had requested for a cab and driver started the trip before I boarded and Money was deducted from my account. I was charged Rs 99.90 for a one min trip( which I did not take).
    They refused to believe me and refund my money inspite of the fact that booking location and trip location were different.

      I had ordered ubergo yesterday. The driver was someone imtiyaz having maruti ritz.
      The car no is now not showing in my trip detail. He didn't come to pickup and when i was calling him, he did not even pick up the call and then switched off his mobile.
      His mobile no was [protected].
      For this i was charged cancellation fee which was later refunded after i paid the same.
      I had to waste my time for this # and unprofessional driver.
      Kindly look into it and take action against the driver.

        I booked an Uber today i.e Sunday(10.09.2017) from Egipura to Bangalore fort around 1:30pm. Inspite of waiting at the pickup location for 15mins, no car came. When I called the driver he told that he was waiting at the said pickup point.But no car was waiting there. Then all of a sudden I received a cancellation text and found that I was charged an additional 52.50 rupees. After this when I called the driver regarding this he said the he had waited at the pickup point for 10mins.During this conversation he mostly used slangs and talked in a very unprofessional manner. I have been a loyal customer at Uber and don't expect this kind of behaviour from a driver.
        The car I booked was a Ford Fiesta. The driver's name was Majeed and the contact number is 91-[protected].
        I am asking for a refund of this cancellation fees in my account. I have been using Uber since a long time, but never faced this kind of behaviour from a driver. If it was my fault then I would not have written this complaint letter. I am really shocked by this. So i am requesting a refund.

          Hello,
          I took your ride on 10th September 2017 from Panvel to Chembur. It was my first ride in Uber.
          I contacted driver to guide but he asked my destination and after the call was over he cancelled the ride in sometime. Now the app is showing I have to make payment of Rs47 and unable to book another ride. The drivers name was Rajesh and car was Wagon R 0784.

            I had booked a uber pool.. My driver crossed my location. I waved at him but he didn't stop. When i tried calling him his phone came busy. When he at last picked the call he asked us to come to a different location of 10 mins walk. When i told him he started arguing and then told us to get to that another location and he would be waiting as i was running towards the other location he cancelled the ride now i have to pay the cancellation fee when the fault was the drivers.

            I have booked uber bpl station to BAIRAGARH veh no mp04CL2506 JITENDRA after ten minutes driver called me and decline to come and said out for cancell of booking when I cancel chgs are coming please remove the chgs and provide best service for next time
            I have booked uberpool from 51 ganesh chandra avenue kol 13 but driver himself cancelled the trip without any reason why should i pay additional rs47 in my next trip driver should be suspended for his behavior car alto lasr four digits 6584.

              I booked uber on 10 sept 2017 from nalasopara to vasai gaon west... As we strarted our journey i tried to inform the driver about we may need to pick my child on the way... Before even i finished he told me this is not a rickshaw i will directly go to the destination and will not take any such stop... I told him its on the way but he refused so i didnt the continue the ride. Even we know it wasnt a rickshaw cause today i can say rickshaw drivers are much better than this uber driver.                 I had booked a uber cab on 08.09.2017 at around 19.00 hrs for travel from malleswaram 13th cross, 8th main to palace cross road-guttahalli. Availability of cab in 4 mts was confirmed - cab # 9855. Cab did not come for 15 mts and there was no response to our telephone calls. Nor would the driver contact us. Finally we had to take an autorickshaw. When i booked a uber cab yesterday at 13.00 hrs i was charged rs, 52 /- towards cancellation charges on trip from malleswaram to indiranagr in addition to the regular fare of rs.220/- this is not acceptable since i had not cancelled my booking and this should be refunded.

                Please refer to my complaint dated 10th Sept and reminder dt 21st Sept on the above subject. I have not received your reply to them nor have I received the refund. It is obvious you have no intentions of attending to genuine problems of your customers.
                Probably this complaint when published in the social media of facebook/twitter, you may respond.

                  I have missed to take my mobile set from uber cab which was connected to charging cord and kept between the 2 front seats near the gear handle. I started my journey from a3, runwal estate, ghodbandar road, thane west at around 1:55 pm today and ended at koperkhairane at around 3:03 pm.

                  My uber id is registered with number [protected]

                  On contacting one of the customer support number o[censored]ber from my friend number, their representative were not able to support me at all and in fact when i asked to let me talk to their supervisor she just denied.

                  Post that i kept calling on my mobile set till 4:10 pm from numerous of my friends but no driver didn't received it and later switched off it. Since driver and cab details were in that mobile which i can't access other than the mobile set, hence i am not able to contact driver.

                  I have sent mail to [protected]@uber.com which customer care person asked me to sent, but so far there is no revert.

                    Driver accepted the ride and stayed 100 meters away from pickup when it was raining heavily.
                    When the rain abated, i went to the location and saw that the driver had the seat flattened and was sleeping.
                    On asking why, he said that was as far as he was willing to go and refused to take me and asked to cancel the ride.

                    Got down from the car and started to threaten me saying its his car and nothing can be done about it.

                    Also he did not put his name in the profile wrote to be hard of hearing (Falsely), which is a clear security guideline violation.

                      On september 9, 2017, i booked uber pool from sapphire mall, sohna road, gurgaon to huda city centre metro; cost shown was rs. 59. That is the cost everytime i book a pool on the same route. However, i was charged rs. 153 at the end of the trip. A passenger who sat before me dropped-off midway and did not pay anything. I ended up paying for him and me due to the driver's fault of either not ending that passenger's trip or starting mine before i sat.
                      Note that there was normal traffic and the cab did not go off-route once i boarded the cab.
                      I need a refund for the extra amount charged.

                        The driver was going to take 20 mins and i could not wait. I asked the driver and cancelled the booking.

                        However, on my credit card i have been charged 68 rupees for the same.

                          Had booked an uber on 2nd sep'17 at 20.45 hours. The driver (Someone as soon jha mb [protected]) took the call & was nearby conveying to reach by 2 mnts. Came down from home & called at 20.46 when was told he is at spot which proved wrong. When called again he requested to cancel the booking. Repeated calling (6times) from 20.45 to 20.55 did not yield any result as she jha did not take the calls.
                          Followed and tried for another but failed getting a cab forcing to take a yellow taxi & commute. Now see there is a charge of rs 47/- put on my account which is not justified as it was not for reasons attributed by me. Submit it should be waived and the driver be pulled up.

                            I would lyk to bring in notice about the irresponsible behaviour of driver bhyrappa driving (Ka...2660) toyota etios..

                            Wen asked about teh cancellation he told i hv passed the way and couldn't reach bcz of traffic in the particular... This should not be a reason bcz each person hv there own reasons and needs.. If the driver is not able to pick the trip then he should not at all accept..

                              Toady i had booked a cab but when i called the driver the driver mis behaved and refused to take me to that place as he did not wanted to go to the destination i had set. The drivers name was mohd car number dl 1rta 7747. The way he talked to me was not acceptable. Please take strict actions against such drivers.                                 I had taken a ride with uber from imt manesar to terminal 3, delhi airport on 7th september 2017. The cab driver was pawan. And my invoice number is wetuaoak[protected]. I am not very syre of the uber billing system. The bill was 692.18 including the toll fares. I got to know this only after the receipt of the invoice online by today. But the driver told me that the amount which was shown after the ride was excluding toll fares and he has taken me 160 rs extra for the toll charges. Its really a cheating behaviour by the driver and its not fair one who is using the uber service for the first time..

And after 1 min he switched off his phone, i called him more than 15 mins but phone never been switch on. This behaviour o[censored]ber cab driver was not professional.                                       I would like to lodge a complaint against uber.
                                      They've forgotten the fact that they're a tertiary sector cab service that runs thanks to people like us.

                                      This incident happened in indiranagar metro station, where i booked my cab, it was a toyota etios driven by this driver named ikbmal rekha. The driver was in a place called victoria layout, around 3 kms away from my location. Suddenly the app shows he was on my location. I looked around and even tried to call him twice on the number provided, but the phone was switched off. Then he cancels my trip and i've been charged ₹ 42 for cancellation?

                                      This is the second time it happened. The first time i was standing outside jw marriott, which is a prominent location in bangalore, my driver first was a localities, and let's face it, he was not willing to understand hindi. Then one of my colleagues spoke to him. He said he was on his way, and he cancelled. I had to pay ₹42 to the next can that i booked. I thought it was a one time mistake. But the same thing happened today.

                                      Why is it that their driver-partner can give us a bad ratingdue to their biasedness towards people like us? I mean can you not just be human and give me 5 stars like we do. Why is it that anything happens, i'm the one facing trouble for no apparent reason?

                                      I would like uber to apologize and return my money.

                                        I requested a ride from akashvani bhavan to north block, gate no. 5. Fare shown was rs.36/- after a discount of rs. 50/- (If there promotion coed can be trusted). The driver took me to gate no 4 metro station near north block (About 300 metres away from my destination. On my request he dropped me at north block and my fare showed rs. 75/- after the discount which meant the total fare for a distance of less than 2 kms is rs. 120/-. When i requested for a refund of the excess amount charged they wrote back its the actual fare so driver was right.
                                        What sort of hooliganism are these uber people up to? I want to lodge a police complaint for fraud and cheating. Can you help?
