I booked uber undergo on sept 3, 2017. I made contact by calling him to enquire where he is & he told me he is on the way. And after 1 min he switched off his phone, i called him more than 15 mins but phone never been switch on. This behaviour of uber cab driver was not professional. Take proper action against him. I would like to lodge a complaint against uber.
They've forgotten the fact that they're a tertiary sector cab service that runs thanks to people like us.

This incident happened in indiranagar metro station, where i booked my cab, it was a toyota etios driven by this driver named ikbmal rekha. The driver was in a place called victoria layout, around 3 kms away from my location. Suddenly the app shows...

I requested a ride from akashvani bhavan to north block, gate no. 5. Fare shown was rs.36/- after a discount of rs. 50/- (If there promotion coed can be trusted). The driver took me to gate no 4 metro station near north block (About 300 metres away from my destination. I have an uber account, which uber closed without any valid reason. I had rs. 120 in my account. Now when i contacted uber help, neither they are giving me access to my account nor giving my money back. I have also sent them my mobile no. Snapshot as they asked still they are not not doing anything and not giving any valid resaon for it. Help me get my money back....

The driver did not answer my call and kept me waiting for over 10 minutes. Wasting my time and leaving me frustrated. I tried calling atleast 5 times he was on the same place on the uber map. Driver's name was ramzan ali driving a hyundai xcent. This was at 20.50 hrs in kandivali west mumbai.

Above all this i am charged a cancellation fee of inr 48.

I had booked an uber from my location i. E. Hma new campus, bangalore to holy ghost church. The uber after making me wait for almost 20 minutes did not come and i recieved a message stating thank you for riding with uber.
It was a tata indica. Driver's name was yashaswi as shown in the uber app. I had to wait for so long and the driver did not even turn up. A receipt of rs.39.43 was generated for a trip that i did not even take....

Booked an uber pool from manjunath layout to bagmane constellation park mahadevapura. Uber cab driver firstly drops the customer who was supposed to be dropped second before me even after knowing that she is the second drop while it is pouring cats and dogs with puddles everywhere.

I was charged Rs 414.56 from my PayTM on 23rd Aug, whereas I didn't availed any Ride on 23rd Aug thru Uber. Unfortunately, money was not deducted due to less amount in paytm wallet. At 9-55 am today i booked a cab from nabin enclave geetanagar to gauhati high court old building.
Your office confirmed the cab and the fare indicated was around 120 rupees. The cab was to arrive in 7 minutes as indicated in my mobile screen.

Had taken a trip on uber cab on 25 december 2016, at 11:08 hrs from palam vihar, gurgaon to greater kailash, b-block, new delhi with cab driver balraj. The fare was rs, 440=35.
Full fare as indicated on the meter of the cab after the trip was paid in cash to the th driver on his demand. He stated that he was not aware for to put it on system and demanded cash as it was demonetization period.
