Hi,

I am a regular traveller, i generally book uber due to better cabs and reasonable fare.

Today morning when i booked a cab "uber go" from swami dayanand marg to lotus greens, sector 127 noida, the fare that was reflecting on the screen was inr 368 approx. But when my trip got completed it was inr 480 approx, i don't know on what basis it got exceeded, while there was no heavy traffic on the way, yes but my driver took some other route that i did not ask why.

Same issue was happened yesterday as well, first i booked a cab from new ashok nagar to swami dayanand marg and then i changed the loction and made it lotus greens sector 127 noida, that time also the fare got updated and it was 270-280 approx. But when i reached the destination it became inr 538. Now on what basis this time fare got increased i did not understand. Raised a concern also but there is no reply from your side.

I am highly disappointed with the kidn of service your team is providing. I heard it from others that uber team will increase the fare once you reach the destination but i did not belive as it never happened with me but now the same issue is happening with me.

I want the extra amount charged from me to be back in my wallet.

Also, please make sure that the cab which is been sent by your team is atleast in average condition, it's unhygeinic to travel in such a car which the driver has never bothered to clean.

    I don't really understand why i be ve been charged a sum of appx₹250.00 the result bring that i have not been able to book an under without settling (As per ur accounts).
    How could i have owed you anything at all. When all my payments are rount d they my debit card or pay tm.

    Your loss really. As i have it been using your services since jan 2017. I[censored] wish to show goodwill and have me back as a uber customer. You may please have the so called penalty waived. So i can continue using uber. All my business is now with ola. Due to this

      [protected] (Bhopal)- my wife got video call in dirty position from this no and in true caller, name reflecting rahul uber taxi driver. I don't know how he got no probably some times we travelled from his cab. This is unethical practice and in future we will avoid to hire uber cab. Requesting you to take strict action against this dirty fellow.in meanwhile i am also lodging complain in police station. Uber is big brand name worldwide. I am hoping you will not spoil your name and you will take strict action and terminate from pool o[censored]ber.

        I was picked up from my workplace on 30/8/2017 at around 8:56 pm by cab no. Tn 07 ce 8554. The trip started on my account but the drivers account was not updated. Navigation kept directing the driver to my pick up point. Finally after taking a full circle and wasting my time he called up customer service. The executive directed him to cancel my ongoing trip and ask me to book another assuring that the same cab will be assigned. The driver cancelled and when i booked again i was assigned a ride 20 min away. The driver asked me to get off on the street amidst a downpour. When i refused to get off away from my pick up point, while it was raining and demanded to talk to customer service again, the driver called up the office again but refused to let me speak. Customer service executive told him to tell me that i am not being charged for the trip so get off. I have never seen such behavior in my life. The moment you undertake the responsibility of a trip, you are taking responsibility for our time, safety and good service delivery and in return take payment from us. You cannot waste our time, compromise our safety and then put us through discomfort and finally say 'ok we won't charge you this time'. Looks like uber is no better than a bunch of scoundrels with no work ethics or standards.

          I have taken a ride from uber on 17/8/17 at 12:14 pm. At the toime of booking it was shown rs. 30 estimated fare in my app but the car showed me a bill of rs, 78 and he charged the same. The owner of the car mishehaved over telephone. I have received promotional sms of rs. 30 for 4 km. Please settle down my account.

Unknown persons will call you and ask the details of your bank cards. Beware of this fraud sites. I[censored] get any problem contact immediatly with nearest police station. Dont leave until this fraud person finds.

                Sir, today i booked uber for a ride from park town to west kk nagar., chennai. The vehicle number is tn09b2635. Driver name: spicky subbaraya. It was very hot at 12 noon. As i boarded the vehicle he kept the a/c at 1. When i wanted him to increase the blower speed he started arguing that if increased it will reduce his mileage and customer comfort was not important for him. Then what the hell for we engage a/c car?. Why does uber employ such drivers?. After all we pay money for the service rendered. If it is deficient, then it is a consumer issue. I want action taken against this person.

                  30th august 2017 the trip in bangalore was from gr shreenivas appartment to raheja tower. The driver was waiting in some other apartment and from the past 10 mins was waiting near the gate of my apartment. From when i was trying to explain him that he is not standing in the right apartment he was not ready to listen and i was charge 13/- extra for waiting when i was waiting near the apartment gate but he was not.
                  The amount was not big but the way the money got deducted is wrong.
                  This is not once the amnt is deducted twice it got deducted.

                    Today I booked Uber pool car and about 11.30 am driver waited at some other place and I was waiting at my place nearly 10 minutes and he cancelled my trip.
                    So I lost my time and above that you are charging me cancellation charges which is not fare.

                    Similar problem occurred 15 days back also and I had pay cancellation charges.

                    I am frequent user o[censored]ber car and if this type of things are happening with me I will not avail your
                    services and tale others not travel by Uber

                      When i booked uber it showed me 49rs as it 4.9km my destination.. Now when i started my trip and that driver didnt follow the proper path to my destination as per map it reach to 6.5km and trip got completed it showed me bill of 216rs
                      I was shocked with this i dont know what happen but that include some surcharge 101and normal fare many more charges
                      I need my refund otherwise file complain in social service

                        I was wrongly deducted by Uber a charge of Rs 177 rupees from my Paytm wallet yesterday for a trip that was scheduled on Jan 10, 2017. After contacting there support engineers they are mentioning that they are not aware of this and won't be able to do anything. I attached all the screenshots related to Uber ride trip, Paytm wallet deduction screenshot but nothing is happening.

                          I, ravichandra kambhampaty, had a uber ride on sunday aug.27, 2017between 10.15-11.15am from shivam road hyderabad to road no.76 jubilee hills. On reaching destination driver raju showed me the meter charge, rs.196.00 i paid him rs.2oo/- and he left. No problem so far. When i tried to book uber for my return home at about 3.30pm it showed that an amount of rs.201. Xx due for the morning trip and doi i want to charge the credit card (I usede on an earlier trip) or pay the driver on this trip. So i swithced to ola and reached home after several trials in uber.
                          On coming home a friend told me the uber complaint no in hyderabad and to complain soon. I tried several times on aug 27/28/29 and could not get. So from google i got this email address and am sending you this message. Since i have already paid the driver the metered charge of rs.196 pl. Cancel the second charge of rs.201. Xx.
                          Iam a regular customer o[censored]ber in hyd. (Where i also have my car), invishakhapatnam where i go often and in washington dc, usa where i go once a year. Pl. Advise action taken.

                            I the undersigned inform to you that the driver namely pappu das (A uber driver) drive in kolkata area, car last digit is-9366 probably... I booked auch as the car for going to admit my mother to hospital, during the time period was at about 13:00 hrs. I called and say him to connect with me at the exact area where i stayed.

                            But, he directly denied and duly refused and told me that — "he is unable to look out the exact area or location"

                              I have got a message announcing a 50% off on 10 rides till 4th. September. But while trying to book no discount option is displayed so that i can avail the discount. If i am not entitled to get any discount then why such message is sent to me. Please helpme. At least tell me how to book a cab without the discount option being displayed on the screen.

                                This is a complaint regarding your driver naveen (Chevrolet beat) from bajwa. Is this how we supposed to get treated? Do they have the right to talk to us in such manner? How could you possibly take such ill - mannered people in your company. And who give them the right to talk to us disrespectfully?

                                Naveen was audacious enough to insult my 53 year old mother. If this is how you are selling your product with the tag line of "apni gaadi"? It is contrary to what we have experienced today.

                                Your driver was supposed to enter from gate no.1 of our society to pick my mother, rather he took a different route and that gate is forbidden for outsiders and cab drivers. And usually they know this. But naveen argued standing on that gate and complaining that they are not letting him enter through that gate. We cannot possibly argue with the rules and the regulations set by an authority. My mother asked him through gate no.1. His reply was "aap gate no. 3 par aajao". To this my mother replied "aapko gate no. 1 se aana padega". He said i will not drive for extra 3 kms to pick you up. How could you ask someone to walk when the person has a broken ankle?
                                To this my mother replied that you should than cancel the ride if you are not willing to come.
                                He even threatened my mother saying he will register a complaint!

                                I want a revert as soon as possible.

                                  Very disappointed with the amount charged as on my mobile phone when i booked the ride it was showing rs.49 and when i reached the destination the driver asked me to pay rs.80. This cheating is not good for such a brand. Very disappointed with this as today it happened again and neither my extra money refunded.. Now i decided to wait for some more minute but will use ola service in lucknow as they dont cheat like this. My number from which i used to book is [protected] and i am sachin.

                                  First ride:5th aug 2017 at 3:22 p. M shown 49 but driver charged rs.90.
                                  Second ride: 29th aug 2017 at 12:29 p. M. Here amount at my phone shows 49 and driver charged me rs.81.

                                  Pls check and do the needful as this way you will loose your customers.

                                    I am using uber almost daily to go to office. But on 26th august 2017 my mother become ill and i needed uber to go to hospital. When i tried to book cab from uber i was denied saying that i need to pay rs 303 first. I contacted support team and they said i have not paid for a ride on 4th of feb 2017. I checked the details and mailed them the uber as well as paytm receipt to them as i paid via paytm on 4th of feb 2017.
                                    After that their support team did not responded till now. I am still unavailable to book cab via uber. Its been 4 days and i needed uber the most in these days as my mother is hospitalised and we need easier communication.

                                    I request uber to resolve the issue asap.

                                      Very disappointed to inform you that i had a ride on 10-aug-2017. The driver, jagadeesh (Swift dzire) had behaved very rudely. I asked him to take u-turn and go straight, in the map also it was showing the same. However, he did not see map and later he was blaming and scolding me. When i tried to settle the matter, he raised his voice, threatened me to keep shut my mouth. This is really not acceptable and i am going to file a petition against uber. Immediately, i raised an emergency alert also. It was entirely disturbing and horrifying experience for me. The time for us to boycott uber.

                                      Second incident, on monday 21-aug-2017 morning i have booked uberpool and i was waiting for the car. Later, i got a sms saying the driver has cancelled the ride. Immediately, i booked another ride as i was late for the office. The payment was showing as 79 rs. However, after completing the trip the driver asked me to pay extra 42 rs. Upon asking why, i got to know that 42 rs. Is the cancellation charge for the first ride i booked. Now the question is: when i got a sms saying my ride is cancelled why will i pay for it?

                                      Uber driver accepts the rides but do not come to pick up and tell us to cancel the ride with various reasons and once we cancel, uber charges us with cancellation fees. I was charged 3 times with this..

                                        I had booked a cab for prasar bharti on 29th august 2017 at 11:45am tata indica. The drivers name was raja sekhara. He dint know either hindi or english. He dint know the area of banjara hills at all. As i was trying to explain him the address, he cancelled the trip and i got a msg that the driver has cancelled the ride n u have to book another cab. When i booked the other ride i got another msg that i will be charged 45 rs as cancellation charge. Why should i pay for his cancellation? The driver cancelled it. Totally unprofessional. I want a call back from uber asap.
