I am a daily passenger o[censored]ber.in some previous days, i have felt a lot of issues. Whenever i or driver cancel a ride, uber charges an extra fee. When driver cancel, it is not my fault. Moreover, they dont tell us they will charge an extra amount in the next ride, beforehand. Sometimes, we dont have lot of money and faces arguments with drivers. Uber also refund that extra charge amount in terms o[censored]ber credits, which forces us to travel with uber, the next time. Also, they dont have any customercare portal, where we can contact them. Today also, they charged me very high fare and i dont even know the reason. Perhaps due to the earlier ride, which the driver cancelled, with no fault of mine. First, i want to request you to take a serious action against uber. Secondly, i want compensation from uber. Also i request you to talk to uber about customercare portal.
