I have got an offer of 50% off (Maximum 50) in 10 rides from 21 - 28 august. I applied the coupon and it was showing the promo code is applied successfully. On 21st night i took ride from newtown to howrah. When the cab got booked the actual price (Without discount) was 303 rupess. After i reched the drop location the amount i have to pay was approx 480. When i saw the receipt it was showing distance surchage 96.32. The the coupon of 50 off was also not included in the receipt.
On the very next day, on 22 morning the same thing happened. I took another ride of rs98. The promo code was already applied however i didn't get the discount.
Please look into the issue as i am unable to get discounted price.

    Today morning 21/08, i choose Uber share from my place 9/840 Vasundhara, ghaziabad to vaishali metro station. The upfront charge showed as Rs 49.
    I boarded the cab and left the cab exactly at my selected drop location which was vaishali metro and there was no changes made during the trip. After the trip i was charged Rs 365 instead of Rs 49.

    I contacted their customer care team and they are saying i did not take the drop at the selected drop location which is false. I have suggested them to contact the Uber driver but they are not ready to cooperate.

    I was overcharged on my trip. On 21st morning I took a cab from Pimple Saudagar to Hinjewadi phase 1. The upfront charge shown at the time of booking was Rs 99. After the trip I was charged Rs 365 instead of Rs 99. I did not change my drop location during the trip. Also, the mail that I received with the trip fare after trip completion showed the total distance traveled of 22 km, which is insane, because the distance traveled was only 8 km. I want the amount overcharged to be refunded to my account as soon as possible. I raised this issue on Uber app but I haven't received any response yet. Seems like Uber is keen on cheating and looting people off their money.

      There are multiple issues.
      1. Charging me the amount of my previous trip (Which i had paid already) on my subsequent trips. I have paid the amount twice and still the next time i try to book a cab, it prompts me for payment! Such a poor software.
      2. Showing different trip amounts in my mobile and the driver's device. What logic is this? I had to pay the extra amount displayed on the drivers device. Whatever promo n stuff was offered had failed.

      I need the incorrect amount drawn from me to be credited back.

        Today i booked a cab the driver did not arrive in time he even diaconnected my cal when i called and said i have a customer to drop. He showed the trip complete even when he didn't even come to pick me.. Why should i pay for the trip if i haven't even taken it.. Please check this issue this is not at all acceptable.. My account is showing money due now.. I won't be paying for this trip.. It was a toyota etios driver srinivas

          I had an uber rider account in india and used them for long. Over a period of time there were uber credits that has accumulated in my account in indian rupees. Then i happened to travel to australia for a business trip and wanted to update my local number. They do not allow users to update an international number themselves and so i wrote to their customer care. They updated my australia number and incidentally there were charges that they had to reverse and provided my uber credits in aud. When i returned to india and wanted to have my india number updated on my account, i was told there are two accounts under same email and so i cannot update my india number. After much deliberation, they deleted one of the accounts and updated my india number. This account showed only aud uber credits and i could not use them in india. When i raised an issue about this they kept beating around the bush and dilly dallying to make corrections and restore my inr credit. Now they have agreed to refund aud credit, but are not restoring inr credit. They have also stopped responding to my inquiries and there is no escalation channel available.

          Eventhough i had paid the fare charge, showing an outstanding balance of Rs.250 in my Uber account, why should i pay the pending balance if i haven't used the service.

            How come a person is driving uber without knowing to use google maps. Today i requested an uber as usual, then i waited almost for 1 hour for that uber to reach my place but still he couldn't find my place because he doesnt know anything about the place and he doesn't know any location and he even don't know how to use google maps. Why uber is hiring such illiterate drivers?, please take some steos towards this driver. His name is binanda and drives a hyundai eon.

              Me and my senior ma'am booked an uber cab to go the office today i. E. 21-aug-2017. When we reached our destination, the driver showed bill of rs. 568 but the bill on the our phone was showing that trip is on and no bill was displayed. On this we asked him to give no. Of the head so that we can clear the matter happened. The driver dialled someone and start discussing the incident. We said that give us the phone so that we can talk the person on the other side with whom he was talking. He didn't give us the phone and said that he will call police. This is unacceptable. We were talking politely and just wanted to talk to some person from the uber company to clear the matter. We are very disappointed from the driver's behaviour and mismanagement by the uber company.

                We book a cab from sec 37 to mohali sec 81in uber. I was with my junior female friend. After reaching the destination the driver charge the surplus money. But there was no information on moblie how much money it cost on trip and did not end the trip. When we asked him to give his head no. With whom he is talking continously. He did not allow us and demand the money. He threatened both o[censored]s that he will complain to police and dial the 100 no.
                He really talked in bad manner. I am really disappointed by the drivers behaviour and we gave him money of rs 560. Because we are students and need not involve and especially girls. We are research scholars pursuing our ph. D. We are really disheartened by the service these companies provide with no good behaviour and threatening nature of women. Kindly take action and refund our money. Soon we will be complaining to women cell

                  I am a daily passenger o[censored]ber.in some previous days, i have felt a lot of issues. Whenever i or driver cancel a ride, uber charges an extra fee. When driver cancel, it is not my fault. Moreover, they dont tell us they will charge an extra amount in the next ride, beforehand. Sometimes, we dont have lot of money and faces arguments with drivers. Uber also refund that extra charge amount in terms o[censored]ber credits, which forces us to travel with uber, the next time. Also, they dont have any customercare portal, where we can contact them. Today also, they charged me very high fare and i dont even know the reason. Perhaps due to the earlier ride, which the driver cancelled, with no fault of mine. First, i want to request you to take a serious action against uber. Secondly, i want compensation from uber. Also i request you to talk to uber about customercare portal.

He just a 10 step away from my location but he rejected to come to my point... Now we were at my flat's gate which is a common location... Now i bookd uber again then another driver telling that location is too far... Now driver cancelled my trip and i have been charged for it... Is this service o[censored]ber??

                        This is just to highlight the pathetic experience with uber. I signed up for a new account -[protected] using my sister referral code. I was promised rs 50 off each of my first 3 rides.

                        However, the promo code was not applied on my first ride and i never booked a cab the second time. I got a call from the driver around 6.30 on the same day. I informed him i never booked it second time. Unfortunately, i was charged rs52 for the cancellation.

                        It is a fraud and it is wrong practice followed by uber to get more customers. I need a rs 50 off my first ride and rs.52 the cancellation charge since i never booked it the second time.

                          I booked the uber cab for my family at 12:37 pm on 14th august. As per the uber app the cab supposed to reach the pickup point withing 8 mins. I called the driver just after the booking and he responded that he will come in 10-15 mins. I waited he did not come. Then i called many time to him but he did not pick up the call pfa the screen shot of the same.
                          I booked the cab for my family who had their flight at 14:30.

                          Then we tried to book the other cab but no success.

                          Finally i asked help to our neighbor to drop them at airport.

                          Unfortunately, my family was late at airport and they denied the boarding into the flight. There were no refund of money as well.

                          It was drives fault and we suffered mentally and financially too.

                          Please help for full refund of money from uber.

                          driver has mentally harassed me and he was so rude .
                          and he did not cancel the ride. I want my money back.

                          Driver took toll charges from us when we left the international airport parking Mumbai which to my best knowledge must be paid by uber and not the customer.
                          I jaipur a book a cab from my stop to nahargarh and it was showing estimate of ra 150 but i was charged rs 600. There is no customer care resolve that issue at that instant and after arguing with the driver we have tk ultimately what they charged.

                            1-we mentioned the correct location in our app informed the driver many times regarding our destination but still he took us at wrong place and claimed tht his cell was showing something diff, (I mn what's the damn use of such drivers who dont knw the places well nd after even aftet multiple confirmations still make mistakes) so to get at right destination it took us too long and also the fares were unexpected. Even though the journey wasnt of much distance. Our another uber cab reached the same destination just in 60rs and we were made to pay 423
                            2- the fare of the trips wasn't matching b/w the driver's cell and in our app..in ours it was showing 70rs but we were made to pay 289 due to all this mess. Almost 4 times what a pathetic service..
                            All this ruined our day. I mean seriously man 700rs for travelling for just abt half a day.? Places in jaipur aren't that far. N above tht the rediculous software system.. We are very old and frequent user o[censored]ber and this kinda mess wasn't expected.. N this is unanticipated act is coercing us to switch to ola for our next rides.
                            #still hope to see how efficient is ur grievance redressal system.

                              This complaint is against an uber driver driving hr 61 c 8062 who was trying to overtake my car from the left and hit my car from the left... As there was no space on the narrow road he literally barged in from the left and as he tried to overtake he hit my car from the left... And after hitting he tried to escape... And when i told him to stop... He misbehaved and was rude... He also had uber passengers with him... He also had gujjar sticker on the car... He hit my car from the left i front of goodearth mall... Sector 49 gurgoan

                                I am a user of a uber services, but last sunday when i use uber services it was most pathetic and horrified experinced of my life.

                                I had taken the uber from dnd flyway as your car had been punctured.

                                The driver names was pradeep and using the hundai axcent. He stop car for about 10 mins and first deduct the taxes. And i had paid rs 211 from dnd flyway to bikanerwala sector 18 noida. Is this ok?

                                1st time i feel scared and not to use the uber as i was with the family and the driver was behaving like anything and fi nally returning me rs 11 from the bill

                                Is this kind of world class services you are providing. I am afraid that you are loosing your credibility and services if you are proving this kind of services, i had been over charged and even as per my prior booking driver didn't turned out

                                So is these are the customer faults.

                                I have other option to use my services like ola. Jugnu and my local cab guys where i feel safe and the fare is fair enough

                                  I used uber app with this number [protected], 18/08/2017 at jaipur. First i booked a bike, mahaver prasad login with hero splendor bike at 9:20. I wait for him and after 20 minutes waiting he canceled. Than i again booked a bike again he login and canceled. After that i again book a bike now different bike satya with bajajbike login at 9:50 i wait for him after 10 minutes he didn't phone and not reached there. Than. I booked car hansraj with maruti swift dizire log i at 9:56 i waited for him but he didn't come nor he informed. After 20 minutes he canceled ride and than i again booked now babulal login with eta toyota car at 10:14, i also waited for him about 20 minutes but he niether replied nor reached at location than 11:14 he called me that he has reached there and i said you are too much late than he abused me and misbehaved with me at phone. So it was very bad experience with uber jaipur yesterday. I request to authorised person to have some stand against these drivers.

                                    Form last 3-4 days it's showing more then 49 rs for 8 km ride.

                                    Kindle check the system or revert if i have miss some information from your side. Because from few days due to high price i am not able to take the uber services.

                                    Is there is some uber pass or some think for 8 km in 49 rs please let me know.

                                      I have analyzed that uber dosnt have a complaint cell nor a customer based network a head to raise a complaint.in india which we are driving a service industry in our market dosnt have such kind of things is really annoying to any indian but i see they have customer cell in usa it seems.
                                      Noting this point to the pm also to for allowing such companies in india.
                                      My issue is related that i have been a frequent traveler and service user for uber. Recently which i have travelled in uber taxi in ernakulam city, i have paid a cash of rs 220 in which my apps is still showing that i have an outstanding of rs 218 to pay where as i have to pay via paytm or the next driver or other means it seems.
                                      Why should i pay them if i have already paid, and couldnt find a means of demanding my views to them which was annoying. Behalf of this i was not a able to book my ride with uber because of that, which they have clearly stated me as an outstander.in this behalf i am ready to fight against their mean way defamation of stating me as an outstander.
                                      Kindly suggest me how to go ahead on this behalf.

                                        My Office is in Kormangala 4th block(Wipro park Signal / Srinivagilu Main Road) and my house is in Kengeri Satellite Town. I know the distance is too much(Approx. 21Km) but however, its not too far to pay 825.90 for Uber pool.
                                        I thought, this price is shown because of surge prices. But, then this price is shown even during noon when there is no surge applied.

                                        Ola on the other hand costs around 200 in Ola share. Infact, I liked Uber a lot because of their good customer service and good cars etc. So, everytime I need to travel anywhere, I used to first open Uber. However, due to Uber being overly costly all the time Uber is never in my options now neither for me nor for my family and friends.

                                        I request you to revise your rates, I really don't think its fair price that you are quoting.
