This is really ridiculous, i have placed my order '#9475d' to uber eats on 30th aug'17 at 12:21 pm and the amount was rs. 100/-. It was excutive thali from delicious food court through uber eats, first time i was using this app coz my frnd told me that the provide food so i have ordered but they dedcut my 100 rs money and did not delivered my parcel... This is really worst really worst.. They deduct from my paytm wallet.. Now i want my money.....

I took uber today to from jayanagar 3rd block to kempegauda international airport.

The price showed rs 805
But he took rs. 900

He said it is for the toll. But there is no toll coming to airport.
Pl let me know why i had to pay rs. 100 extra.
Also why it was not informed earlier.
This didn't happen before when i took uber to airport....

I undertook a journey on uber from dwarka to vasant kunj on 1st sept. The estimated fare was rs 217 but the driver demanded rs 400 plus saying that the app shows some pending fare. I took a uber pool on 30/08/2017, at 1:18 pm ist to unitech gate and reached my destination at 2:35 pm.

I had to attend an interview which was scheduled at 11. I booked a cab at 10. It seemed that he was stuck somewhere and we tried calling him several times but received a busy tone each time. I request all the uber drivers not speak on phone while they are on their way to pick up customers.
On another day, the driver was not aware of the booking and was aware of it only once i called him. He didn't follow the gps to get to my location....

The service provided is extremely poor. Sometimes the people just avoid the calls or they reject us and for no reason. It will never be on time. The drivers sometimes reject us because they feel that there is only 15-20 minutes of journey and they say that they only go for long distances.
