I wish to place on record that i had booked uber x - honda amaze (Driver mobile no. [protected]). On following the tracking your ride facility in the uber app i found that the drive had come to the entry gate of kanchanjunga apartment, sector - 53, noida (The entrance of my pick up poingt) and thereafter, cancelled the ride and went. I had booked this uber ride as i was doing so for the last many days for reaching wave city centre from where i board the metro train to my office.

As a result of this behavior of the uber driver i had to board an auto to reach wave city centre and thereby got late in attending office. Also, i was charged cancellation fee of rs. 57.75 without any fault on my part.

I request that the above issue may be examined to find out as to what necessitated the uber driver to terminate the ride without any cause after reaching the entry gate of the pick up point failing which i shall be compelled to stop using the services o[censored]ber and switch my patronage to the ola cabs.

    Today i booked a cab but i did not receive taxi number and driver contact number and riding was booked. He cancelled the ride without informing to me and why i need to pay 42 rs cancellation charge as driver cancelled the ride not me. And in uber go charges was unexpected 156 rs after discount what the hell is this. Refund my money as this is not my fault. Otherwise i an going to delete your apps. Thank you

      The driver of the cab namely bacchu abandoned the patron in amherst street. The driver spoke that he would not take the customer to the destination. This happened only 2 minutes after getting on the cab which too was available only after waiting 20 minutes. The driver also mentioned that there was a mixup with another patron and after a long persuasion the driver disagreed

        I was charged Rs 414.56 from my PayTM on 23rd Aug, whereas I didn't availed any Ride on 23rd Aug thru Uber. I have sent plenty of mails & raised complaints thru Uber Refund module/Overcharging module but still issue was not resolved. Even as per Uber Records of last Rides, there is no Ride on 23rd Aug in my account then I don't know why my PayTM account was debited? I have also received mail from Uber for this amount but unable to attach that mail as provision not available. Photograph of Debit of Rs 411.56 is attached herewith.
        I am tired of all correspondence but neither I got refund nor any suitable reply. All your team members handling complaints simply cut paste same reply again & again. Even there is no Tel No on which I can speak to anybody at Uber. Pl Credit my Debited amount immediately.

          Userid - dinesh. [protected]@gmail.com. I booked a uber cab on march which costs around rs 700 and i choose paytm as my payment option. Unfortunately, money was not deducted due to less amount in paytm wallet. Later i paid the amount through my credit card and now while i tried booking a cab it continuously asking to clear the payment. Please resolve my issue. As i already raised a complaint but nothing was happened till now.

          In my app outstanding amount is being shown when I'm going to book Uber. I pay by Paytm and there was no prior outstanding. Need to know from where the charges came and to reverse it.

            At 9-55 am today i booked a cab from nabin enclave geetanagar to gauhati high court old building.
            Your office confirmed the cab and the fare indicated was around 120 rupees. The cab was to arrive in 7 minutes as indicated in my mobile screen.
            The cab arrived at about 10-15 am/ the driver said he was at noonmati when thr booking was intimated to him.

            Now on my return from gauhati high court, assam, india. I checked the paytm account and found that you have deducted rupees 152.

            Why the extra charge?

            Why the cab allotted to me was at a distance when there were other cabs nearby? 15 minutes wasted.

            Uber service is earning bad opinion of customers. I moved in a cab from Nabin Enclave Geetanagar to Gauhati high court old building. The cab arrived late and overcharged more than the agreed amount while booking.
            Protect your business and help the customers.

              This is to inform the team that on 04/09/2017 i had a bad experience with your service.
              I have been a regular user o[censored]ber but this is the first time i have faced such a unprofessional behaviour from uber drivers.
              On the above mentioned date i went to rgi airport to drop my friend to malaysia while i was returning from airport i booked a cab. The location i have given pick up pint c and the cab was at free parking. There i have waited for half hour and i called the driver somany times he said on the way but after 30 minutes the cab was at same free parking area then i walked towards the cab for 2 kms after reaching the place driver ran away.
              I booked again 3 to four cabs after that when i contacted the driver they asked the drop location then they droped the call and never answered and canceled the trip. I have waited there for 2 hours from 10pm to 12 pm but no cab. So i just want you to make sure that this should not happen to anyone next time.
              I want to know from your saide that what action you are going to take. If these kind of things going to happen in future then i have to stop using yout service.
              if incase this happens is there any emergency helpline number you have? Then on the spot i can report to you.
              i have attached the screen short of some of the vehicle and drivers details for your reference.
              i expect a quick response from your side.

                Dear team,
                I am sending this complaint again as no one has responded. Would appreciate i[censored]ber can help please
                Had booked uber through the app at 17:45 pm local time, india, chennai, 30/08/2017. The time mentioned was 10 mins. Had to be at my destination by 1900 hrs for a doctor's appointment and trusted that uber would be of help.
                Off late have been having issues with uber which has been delaying all my trips by almost 30 to 40 mins. Today had contacted the cab driver's mobile number [protected], and cab no tn22 cv 7418, initially when i had called he mentioned he was completing a drop. Having waited for 10 mins i called back to find out where he was and he said he is on the way. Later after having lost 25 mins called back to find out what happened when he coolly mentioned his tyre was punctured. When i asked him can't be inform me as i have to be at a doctor's place by 7 pm and the time was already 6 10 pm with only 50 mins left to cover a distance of 15 km in peak traffic, he gave me a shock by saying cancel the trip if you want in a rude manner. Having told him that i won't cancel the trip he abused me and used profane language which was the shock of my life. This is one of the worst services ever and i request an explanation with proper action that would be taken for the driver.

                Now, i have lost my doctor's appointment which was critical and have to reschedule the same.

                With all the good memories with uber this incident has just left me absolutely disappointed and i might never want to book uber again.

                I do have the screen shot of the booking which was cancelled by the driver. Though another cab was sent for me it was too late and hence had cancelled the trip myself.

                Hoping someone would initiate appropriate action and would revert to me at the earliest. Also requesting a refund of the deduction made.

                Have been raising complaints in the UBER help centre available in the app but no response at all. Please help. Have also attached the snap shot of the UBER site where the complaint was again raised today.

                At the time of booking travelling charges appear less but after journey I have to charge more than that . It is happening for about 5 trips

                  I booked an uberpool ride in chennai from west saidapet to adyar on the morning of 4th sep 2017 and was shown an upfront fare of ₹69.53. But i was charged ₹179.53 at the end of the trip and there were no changes in either the pickup nor the destination point to warrant this sudden hike in the price. Subsequently, i raised a complaint under the uber help section and got standard run-of-the-mill response saying i was charged what i was shown upfront by at least 3 support executives now inspite of my repeated confirmation that i was shown 69.53 upfront and not 179.53. I feel its unfair for a company o[censored]ber's stature to show this level of indifference to the problems faced by its customers. Not one person had the courtesy to acknowledge that it might have been an technical issue and addressing the problem instead of letting the customer pay the price for it.

                    Today i travelled with uber, when i was getting down from uber at 8.10 am in the morning, suddenly a totto came at back of mine hit my and the door, my hand git injured and door got damage, but instead of taking care of me, driver was asking for the money to repair his door, what a best way to care for the customer, that human life is not matter most, matter is the money for this big company like uber... 0.                       Pathetic driver pankaj [protected] - has cancelled the ride without informing to me. And why i need to pay 42 rs cancellation charge as driver cancelled the ride not me.
                      And he even not bothered to call me, i was trying to reach him but he disconnected my phone. Very very unprofessional behavior of cab driver.
                      Refund my money as this is not at all my fault. It's driver unprofessional behavior.
                      And also its not about 42 rs., it is the process which everyone should follow. And take restrict action for these types of cab drivers.

                        Had taken a trip on uber cab on 25 december 2016, at 11:08 hrs from palam vihar, gurgaon to greater kailash, b-block, new delhi with cab driver balraj. The fare was rs, 440=35.
                        Full fare as indicated on the meter of the cab after the trip was paid in cash to the th driver on his demand. He stated that he was not aware for to put it on system and demanded cash as it was demonetization period.
                        The uber company is demanding payment separately stating it was a card trip not cash trip. Inspite of repeated messages to the uber company they are just sending stereotyped standard statements saying the matter is resolved and demand additional payment without confirming it from the driver.
                        Kindly assist by asking some senior customer care executive from the uber company to handle our complaint..

                          When i tried to book a cab, it showed insufficient funds so i added amount of inr 350 in paytm. But the ride was not booked and it showed again insufficient funds, so i added again inr 300 and this time ride was booked and payment was done. Inr 350 still is kept in hold by uber and the transaction was completed by paytm end. Now the amount is not showing in my paytm balance and kept in hold by uber with no reason. Later on i had a ride and payment was made and still the forst amount is in hold.

                            I am a permanent usero[censored]ber. But when i wanted to book a cab through your app i couldn't do so. Reasons it said that my password wasn't matching.in turn i tried to contact the help line or the customer care. To my dismay there was no customer care number was available. The secret behind not to disclose customer care god only knows. Again i tied to register a complaint. It was my e mail and password. As usual same problem. Once again i logged into my mail and changed the password to register this complaint.
                            Now i want that i should book cab through the app. How it can be resolved. Could you assist me in doing so. This complaint is for both the purpose. One is to disclose customer care number where in i can call and solve the problem next is to book the cab without any hastle.

                            On Tuesday 29th August 2017 while coming from Airport I have been charged two times one cash and one from paytm wallet. Now uber is not returning the amount t and is not ready to adjust the same in my next ride

                              I use uber frequently for my travel like office, outside etc...

                              In my few recent trips uber is charging 2 way toll charges including gst even though the toll route is having one entry and one exit.
                              Moreover the cab driver buys only one toll charge and govt also charges only one for exit and another for exit.

                              I have raised to uber about the issue several times, but there is no use and again and again they say what ever they charged is correct and i crossed two toll routes and they are unable to understand the toll charges.

                              My time is getting wasted and there is no proper action against the system.

                              I am not sure how many of the passenger checks the trip receipt where they charge these kind of incorrect amount.

                                I had an uber trip from international bangalore aashram to prestige shantiniketan, whitefield, bangalore and i already paid via my debit card after the trip. The charges were 957.38 and this amount already got deducted from debit card. But uber says the payment was unsuccessful. I cannot book any other ride until this gets sorted out. Below is the message that i received after deduction-

                                "your debit card — has been used to make a purchase of rs. 957.38 at zes uber india systems ne on 19-aug-17."

                                I have complained to uber may times but nor do they provide any contact number and neither do they look at the issue. It has been approx two weeks now and uber is being highly irresponsible. I need uber to reslove this issue asap.

                                I have complained to uber many times but i don't hear from them. This is so frustrating to see that how irresponsibly uber is handling their customers. I need a solution for this asap.
                                There is still no update from Uber! Very careless behavior and have been overlooked since many days!

                                  I am a regular customer o[censored]ber india but on 22/08/2017 at 11.21 pm, i book uber cabby tapzo app, which vehicle no was ka19ab5498 and driver name was shreeshail. I booked uber xl because i was with my friend and all are girls that's why i booked xl but after booking cab i wait around 15 min but cab was not moving so called driver and he told i am sleeping i am not coming and abuse me and also told me why you people wandering at night. And uber advertise like "ese apni hi gadi smghe" is this a manner to talk with customer at night. I told please come 4 girls are with me and might its dangers but he just abusing me and cut the phone. So please solve my issue other i will go up label.

                                    I have been charged. Unnecessary cancellation charges by uber. My driver informed me that he is coming but he did not come I am waiting in pickup point properly. Driver never called second time.Then I have charged. When tried to report uber is removed" in correctly charged cancellation" option.😃. No customer care no notavailable if you make call you will be charged Rs 8 per call.😂. If you report it throuh help no proper discussion about issues. REASON: THIS CANCELLATION MONET MAX SHARE MAY GO TO UBER COMPANY. NOT TO DRIVER OR RIDER. BY THIS TIME MANY MAY BE CHARGED LINE THIS. OLA IS BEST BECAUSE OTP IS GIVEN TO RIDER SO NO UNNECESSARY CHARGES. This is genuine complaint.

                                      The driver didn't have his phone showing the routes and i think that hos gps was not even working as i had to tell him the routes. I think some thing with his phone went wrong and thus the trip route got changed showing some route different from which i have travelled. The estimated fare showed extreme surge which is not feasibly possible. I travelled to the same place in the same route and the estimated fare was what i had to pay. I want a prompt action to be taken and want refund of the fare which i had to pay extra.

                                        Yesterday at chennai at 10.53 there is a cancellation shown by the driver and i am charged rs.52.50/. I was waiting for the car and to my surprise he never turned up and later cancelled the trip. I had never requested the cancellation of this trip. I am a regular traveller in uber and i am surprised to see this happening in uber for the first time. Hence pl. Investigate and credit the amount deducted in my account. These type of incidents from the drivers affect the credibility o[censored]ber. Pl. Do the needful.
