My pickup location was from enhance salon, anandnagar road, ahmedabad to destination: judges bunglaw road, satkar appartment, ahmedabad i got uber go with 49 rs fare price. The driver claimed of 2x charge for no reason. No where in uber app were written about 2x charge or so when i booked it. And when my trip was ending i got that fare receipt of 49 cash. Here by i am sending u the screenshot.

I didn't agreed upon any surge rate of 2.0 as there was not any option mentioned in uber app. They can't overcharge customer while trip as this service is made for customer

I want my money back which i paid.

    I am regular user o[censored]ber. I use it every day. From past a week my trips are highly overcharged. Uber shows an amount and it charges double the time of it. I complained every single time, but u ppl don't even value the regular customers.2 days before i paid 219 rs for 109 rs true. Today i paid 169 for 104 rs trip. I have uninstalled your app. And will not recommend any one to use uber. Ola provides good service than u ppl.. You are such a fraud that u ppl don't even have a customer support number

      I just have a single word for your services that is pathetic. I took pool cab twice today from paschim vihar to g k 1. It took 2 1/2 half to reach not due to traffic its due to in pool u have the full authority to take the cabernet to anywhere in delhi. And while coming back from last two half an hour m still in the cab. Driver has stopped the cab for more than half an hour without informing me. He has taken the longest route to reach
      I will go to the maximum highest level to esclate the same as how u make fool to people.

        On 26/8/17 travelled in your taxi from sports authority university campus bangalore to embassypristine bellundur
        Around 10.30am and charged rs480/=. I returned back to my place in your another vehicle at 3.30pm reaching about 4.30 appx and charged 845 rupees.           I am vinay kumar. I have booked uber suv on 14/08/17 7:18 am mahindra xylo driver name is sunil - this driver is not at all willing to pick us first and he is chewing some guktha and speaking in a vulgar language. More over he is stating all sort of # to me and at the same time i have book 3 ubergo they reached me. What is the problem with him? The uber guys have charged 105rs for cancellation.

          Another cab maruti ertiga driver (14/08/2017 6:38am) name vishnu he came to secunderabad station and moved off without picking us and told me that he tried to call me, but he didn't call me. He said i have come out of the station so that he will reach in 15mins, where he is not interested to pick the passengers

          This uber are charging very badly without knowing the proper reason

            This is bring you in notice that we have lost our bag in uber cab, which we had taken on 26th night from sector 29 gurgaon to apna enclave. Even yesterday we lodged a complaint and we got confirmation also from the driver that he has our bag but till now, even i gave him my number to contact and give my bag to me, we have not got any kind o[censored]pdate from him, he has our laptop bag, which contains lunch, charger, bottles etc.

              27/8/2017, 9.52pm from arasan mahal-chrompet to labour colony - pallikarannai we travelled by car no tn 0926 driver mr. Vedachallam.

              After car started, a call received by driver, wherein the previous customer who travelled before my trip. He told driver that he had missed his mobile and enquired that whether it is in back seat.

              The driver stopped the vehicle and asked us to get down from the car, and searched back seat, removed the mat etc. Inspite we told that there is no mobile in the seat.
              Then again the previous customer toldl the driver that sometime, new people travelling in the car (Us only) might taken the mobile. Pl check with them.
              This is totally mad, and incompetent of previous customer to keep and handle a phone.
              Driver told us that he was sitting in the front seat only, and his lady only occupied the back seat.
              How dare that previous # asked these questions, and stoped the vehile on way - in by pass road, that too very little traffic on the road.
              How can i come to know that the phone call is genuine. We do not know who had insulted us??
              The whole night we had totally sleepless light and insulted, went to mental agony. Morning my wife bp raised, went to doctor's clinc (We are senior citizens)
              What remedy uber company give and compensation.

                1). While booking for a trip, uber app showed a failure of paytm payment for trip to devanahalli for ₹772.38 on[protected].
                2). On enquiry uber wanted screenshot by mail, which was sent.
                3). Uber informed failure was actually for a trip on 23rd feb.
                4). Paytm passbook entry showing payment made was sent for trip of 23rd feb
                5). Uber apolized and advised to delete the app and reinstal through their website as the error is due to technical snag. This was done.
                6). During booking for uber on today 28th, same failure message was shown and the matter refered to uber.
                7). Now uber is informing that it is for a trip undertaken by friend or relative using my account. This is impossible as no one has access to my account.
                8). Uber says the charge cannot be reversed.
                9). Informed them that i refuse to accept their views and will look for legal remedy.

                  Dear sir,

                  I am totoally dissatisfied with uber service as i have been charged the amount of cancellation around four times and all the times it is cancelled due to driver problem or due to luggage with us

                  On 1/07/17 it made the booking with uber in ahmedbad for railway station the driver refused to carry the luggage and told he will charge for the same so we cancel the ride. It is not our fault sir, your driver dont know who to treat with the client. Further the same issue arise in jaipur also. One time i had made the booking with uber by mistake due to network issue the uber site did not work in the mean while i had booked another cab and later on the earlier ride was confirmed and i had been again charged with the fine.
                  I request you to please refund my amount as i am using uber frequently and in different cities of india. It is the hard earned money of the people lease do not collect unneccesary without providing services. Please look into the matter and take the action as early as possible.

                  16/06/17 indore cancellation charges 50/-
                  12/10/16 jaipur cancellation charges 80/-

                  If my amount is not refunded that is deducted due to your negligence i and my family members will stop using uber and will delete the app. Please refund our hard earned money that you are charging from customers on account of cancellation

                    Hello,

                    I am going share my experience with uber cabs on 27th august' 2017 i. E. Yesterday. The incident took place in vanasthalipuram, hyderabad city, telengana state, india.

                    I had booked an ubergo cab at around 2:30 pm. After booking the cab, the driver did not even called me to know the location. After few minutes i called him (Driver raghu) to ask where exactly he is & to guide him about the location as gps sometimes takes to a different lane. The driver picked the call & came near my lane. I asked him to come in front of my house as my pick up point was a little far from the main road & there were ladies from my family who were also there to board the cab. When i asked the driver to come to my home, he straight away denied even after coming near my lane. When i asked him the reason for not coming to the exact location, he had given a false excuse that his car cannot pass from my lane as there is less space & disconnected the call. There were other cars which were passing in my lane. I have also attached the lane picture to this email which i clicked at that movement to show how much space was available for the vehicle to enter my lane.

                    I called him again & insisted him to come as there were no issues at all. He responded in a very rude manner saying "are you coming to the main road or shall i cancel the booking?". I asked him to behave properly & also asked him not to waste anymore time. You will not believe what words he had used in a very rude manner. He uttered in telugu language that "gudda lo anta khujli vunte, vere cab book chesko". Let me translate this in english language. It means " if you have so much pain in your #, then why don't you book another cab". We were shocked to hear such a language from an uber driver. I went to the main road to check with the driver what is his problem. But, by the time i reached the main road, he left that place & cancelled the booking (Not sure what reason he has selected for cancelling the booking). I wanted to book another cab & unfortunately i get the same booking (Same cab) again which i had cancelled. Utter disappointment from uber. Two times cancelation charges were charged to me. I want uber to take serious action against the driver & also refund me my amount.

                    I have attached all the pictures which i have taken during this incident. I am expecting a proper & professional response from uber in this matter. I[censored]ber fails to resolve this issue in a right manner, i am going to take this issue further. Also, going to share this on facebook, watsapp, twitter etc.

                      I am happy to explain, i was overcharged for toll from aiprort to electronic city.
                      There are two tolls on the way 125+45 are the charges all the time however was debited 351 and your representative tell me the driver had gone two and fro thus these charges are debited to me.
                      It is not legal to debit me for bith ways as its only oneside i am liable to pay.
                      Please investigate and help before it take this legal.

                        Hi good morning my name is kiran thakur i am from delhi this incident occurred in delhi vivek vihar i have a uber account i am very disappointed from the service which you guys have provided me (No service & -42 from my uber account). Great for business

                        What happend?

                        I booked uber @ 7:44 am on 28/08/2017.
                        Uber confirmed my booking and provided me number of mr ravi (Wagon r dl1r t9233) contact number (+91-[protected]).
                        Conversation with mr ravi:-
                        1. I am in preet vihar i will be at your location within 10 mins or more i am very far from your location. (That is viver vihar which is hardly 10 mins drive from preet vihar at this time of the day 7:44 a:m.)

                        (Mr ravi for uber) i am very far from your location kindly cancel your ride with uber and please book your ride once again for which you will not be charged any amount as i am very far from your location. There for i canceled my booking with uber. (While standing on the road at this time of monday morning to rush for my office and see what uber staf does to give some a very unpleasant start of the morning what a great company (Uber). Thanks in tons for making peoples life more difficult.
                        Next i booked uber once again @ 7:45 on 28/0/2017.
                        Uber confirmed my booking and provided me number of mr deepak (Wagon r dl1r ta 4574) contact number (+91-[protected]).
                        Conversation with mr deepak:-
                        I called deepak and brief about my location and he replied as he is on his way pleas wait i will be their in 5-10 mins i replied ok this conversation happen @7:45 am local time
                        After watting for mr deepak for almost 10 mins i received a call from uber (In true caller) contact number (+[protected] contact name (Mr rakesh)
                        Once again he told me that he have receved my booking though i booked a cab and i was already wating for mr deepak so i dont have a clue from where mr rakesh have jumped in the conversation he was very unpolite, unprofessional, argumentative and very rude i even told him please talk politely. Mr rakesh told me check ur uber app you have received the booking details so cancel the ride and you will not be charged for cancellation. So i cancelled the booking and again called to mr deepak (Wagon r dl1r ta 4574) contact number (+91-[protected]) @ 8:02 am on 28/08/2017 he once again assured me that i will be there in 2 mins please wait. After waiting for so long on the road in this summer weather again i contact him for his where about and when is he coming to pick me up @8:09 am and he said i left my lunch at home that's why i was late so i am on my way and will reach in your location within few seconds. Then i again called him up twice @ 08:10 am he didn't answer my call and knowingly on ever occation he disconected my calls (Call times -08:10 am, 08:11 am, 08:12 am, 08:13 am, 08:14 am, 08:15 am. Then i took auto and reached to my office.

                        I have just receved a call from mr deepak @ 10:01 am (Wagon r dl1r ta 4574) contact number (+91-[protected])

                        Hahhaha uber just having a laugh such a prompt reply called at 7:45 am till 8:15 am and uber company is replying at 10:01 am uber expect customer should wait for 2-3 hrs to avail the service (This is torture)
                        Kindly remove this minus 42 from my account and reimburse my 1 hrs torture and my auto fair and half day salary deduction i will take you guys to consumer court as the way you and your uber staff misbehave and big time miss communication from ubers end.
                        I am sending all the evidences as attachment call list, booking screen shots etc. I will even go on this pages and spred the info to people how you guys are troubling people.

                          I booked a ride today morning @ 7.30am to canadian international school and the driver name was govinda, mobile number [protected]. After the booking the driver called and asked to cancel the trip. I did not cancel and i received a message from uber that i have performed a journey which i did not. Such drivers should not be allowed to operate in uber as they are of criminal mentality. I request uber to compensate me for the illegal journey performed by the driver and also my son missed an important event at school. We felt ridiculed by the driver which gave us very tensed moments in the morning hours when we had to urgently reach him to school.

                          While booking the trip fare that comes on my app is Rs.59 always. But at the end they end up charging Rs.69. This has happened with me alot of times now.

                          I am also attaching a screenshot of the fare that was displayed on my app before booking the ride.
                          I am a uber user, I am getting offer codes through sms, but when i am applying it is showing error the offer invalid like that. Then what is the use of sending offer code then? Kindly check into this issue
                          I have Lost my LG mobile set which is very expensive at ur company vehicle after contacting ur company driver he said tat it's not in the car... Plz take dis matter seriously and find out d mobile set as soon as possible

                            Hi by mistenly left my mobile in the car which i remembered within couple of minutes after my cab left, i tried calling the cab guy and my mobile but he refused to answer the calls..

                            I thought atleast the uber service will atleast help me to contact the driver which is also leading to be useless... The customer service don't even respond even after multiple messages and concerns since 12 hrs from my first message to the team.

                            Such a bad management.

                              I booked a ride on 27th august 2017 around 5-6pm and the cab bearing number ts03ub5733 accepted our ride request but he did not reach our location point. He might have been roaming on the main road even after we guiding him he couldnt come and he cancelled the ride. We couldnt even find him nearby. Why do we travellers have to pay the cancellation fee everytime when it is cancelled by them also. I need a refund of it else we are never gonna use this again and neva suggest it to anyone.

                                Hi,
                                I travel a lot using uber cabs.
                                On 16/8/17, i booked a cab from munirka to noida, the charge shown was rs.486. I boarded the cab and the driver did not had fuel in his car so he took me to a petrol pump near ambience mall vasant kunj, i told him there will be extra charge for waiting, the driver said no. We waited almost 25-30 minutes and then we moved from there. Then he took a longer route to drop, he took me from ina to barapullah instead of south ex to dnd.

                                When bill came it was rs. 975.29 instead of rs. 486, i paid using my credit card. I did put an refund request online and it said they will contact me in message in 2-3 business days. I did not get any message nor a call. And the worst part they don't hav a customer care team where we can get a live agent to take a call nor we get a complain number to prove that we raised a complaint.

                                Its just frustating to see what kind of crippled customer service they are providing.

                                Instead of charging RS 49 uber driver named narendrabhai charged RS 127..ubergo charges RS 49 for 5 kms...I took ride from Paldi to Navrangpura which is within 5 kms still he overcharged me...I want my money back..I posted a complain on uber app but did not receive any satisfactory reply..kindly resolve my issue at the earliest..

                                  I am registered with uber & have taken several rides with uber india. Few of them are listed below.

                                  1. On 9th august, 2017 @ 03.24 hrs. Driver cancelled the booking.
                                  2. On 27th august, 2017 @ 12.09 hrs. I was shown a fare of rs.794.98 where as i was charged rs.899.98, upon checking with customer care they told me that there was a balance payment of rs.105/- to be made against the cancelled booking done on 9th august, 2017 as listed at no.1 above. I had no option but to pay this rs.105/-.
                                  3. On 27th august, 2017 @ 19.15 hrs. I was shown a fare of rs.811.07 where as i was again char rs.916.07, again an excess of rs.105/- charged.

                                  Now i do not know where to complain regarding this with uber. Hence i am complaining with you.

                                  Your early action in this matter would be appreciated.

                                  Even they have charged the parking amount twice, cash given by me and charged in final receipt also
                                  Uber has overcharged me on this trip to railway station to my home, driver has told me that there is some search issue and file a complain they will return you the money as it is too much but now they are not accepting that this is unfair amount.

                                  I was travelling from panjab university to khuda lahora .. the fare that Uber app shown was RS 32 but when my trip ended fare increased upto RS 106. And the reason that u people gave was inappropriate to me.

                                    I booked uber vide car no. As01gc6468 from guwahati airport to basisth pillingkata road in assam. The name of the driver was bhairab vide mobile number [protected]. After arrival of the destination the amount displaied his mobile rs.472. But he demanded rs. 472+60 (Parking charge at airport). He threatend me with abusing language again and again for easily to collect my money from my pocket. I am a heart patient, so to avoid his rude behavior i paid the amount quickly.

                                      Hello madam/ sir
                                      We are suffering from many problems in uber cabs.in the app you show a different rate and after reaching the destination you show a different rate to the drivers. What is this? In my last ride i booked a cab for ₹160 and the driver demanded ₹344. This is not good. Kindly reimburse the difference amount or else adjust to the next ride.

                                        Dear sir, i am submitting a complaint against uber india who currently displays an offer on the android app stating that customer using standard chartered mastercard will be given every 6th ride free till dec 2017. There was a second instance wherein i took 5 consecutive ride and there was no 6th free ride offered. Today, i reach-out to the customer service requesting to help and got a very ambiguous response stating that "they don't know what happened as its an automated system trigger". If i accept this response from customer service, this would allow uber to publish a false advertisement on its website and continue to fool it's customer. I have attached the offer and policy screenshots, response 1, 2 and 3 and the offer still on uber application as screenshot.

                                        Note: kindly note that this is a generic offer applicable to all standard chartered mastercard users and there should be no discrimination on the line of technical issue.

                                        The most disappointing part about uber is that you cannot explain the issue to customer service and they continue to give such vague responses till you give up. Further they are also not adhering the offer policy they have established.

                                        Please help!!
