On 17thaug i booked uber for my guest to airport from home to airport delhi terminal-3. Uber i booked using my credit card but driver misbahved with my guest at airport & insisted on cash inspite of my explaining him this trip is booked with the card payment. My guest was in hurry so he paid cash to driver to prevent himsef from unnecessary argument with driver. Next time today 18th-aug when i tried to booked for another trip uber apps is showing pending payment of yesterday trip to airport.
Due to misbehaviour of cab driver with my guest i felt embarrassment in front of my guest and my family.
I complaint my concern with the uber support center but they have no realization of my insult i faced in front of my guest & family.
Only saying... That it is my mistake i paid money but they are not accepting misbehaviour of driver and refunding money i paid to driver.
It measn they have given free hand to uber driver to misbehave and on complaint they are not taking any action. Even not ready to refund money driver took.
I am looking forward to do needful against o[censored]ber for cheating me & misbehaviour with my guest & manhani of me.

    The conduct of the driver is totally unacceptable, he acted with utter unprofessionalism and rude manner. I and my mother wanted a ride to phoenix market city, booked a tata indigo driven by a driver called balagurusamy, (Tn64k0042) and got cancelled. Then i had to try again, it got booked with the same driver mentioned above on (26/08/2017). The amount to be paid for availing the service by uber showed rs.102.75. We boarded the car and he never utter a word on cancellation or charges for the same and also any balance due. When we reached our destination we were shocked to see the amount charged by the driver, that was rs.207. It was twice the amount quoted when the uber cab was booked. Then we asked him the reason for the charge and he gave very abrupt and vague answer. The two reason quoted namely:
    1. Cancellation charges (Which i never got any notification as soon the service was cancelled)
    2. The balance money was not paid earlier (How that even possible and how can anyone let me go without paying the money for service availed by me)
    Over all the uber app is not effective as needs to be because the employees are manipulating the loop holes of the app and creating inconvenience to the customers.in addition the driver balagurusamy has violated the traffic rules and tried to evade the fine. The uber needs to give training to the employees a personal development class and learn how to talk to the customers, specially woman customers. The behaviour was unacceptable and i was disheartened by uber service. I need an appropriate explanation and the extra rs.104 has to be compensated with an apology for facing an insult and mental agony by myself and my mother.

      I have travelled by uber from ahmedabad railway staion to iim ahmedabad on 26 august 2017. Driver has charged rs 57 extra charge for showing outstanding balance.

      Please resolve this issue and get back my rs 57 charged extra by the driver while travelling on 26 august 2017 from ahmedabad railway station to iim vastrapur, ahmedabad.

      Kindly refund this amount from uber to me, charged as extra money.

      have travelled by UBER FROM Ahmedabad Railway Staion to IIM Ahmedabad ON 26 AUGUST 2017. Driver has charged Rs 57 extra charge for showing outstanding balance.

      Please resolve this issue and get back my Rs 57 charged extra by the driver while travelling on 26 August 2017 from Ahmedabad Railway Station to IIM Vastrapur, Ahmedabad.

      Kindly refund this amount from UBER to me, charged as extra money.

        I am complaining on behalf of my father who is a senior citizen accessing the services late evening. It has happened twice that when he has booked it has shown a confirmed price on booking but charged three times more after reaching the destination. Upon reporting the matter to uber they have unjustified explanation like track change or destination change. After a particular point they stop responding and the consumer has already paid and is now helpless. This is contrary to the values proclaimed by the service and unfair.

          My mobile number is+91 [protected]. I have been duped twice by uber after showing fares on app.
          On 19/8/2017 i had booked an uberpool for 1 seat. The fare it showed me was rs. 39 but wen my trip ended i was made to pay rs.93. How can my fare change if i had booked an uberpool fr 1 person. I had to pay 54 extra. Wen i complained in the app, they refused return of extra charged money.

          Again today when i booked an ubergo, it showed me a fare of rs.59 but when i got down it charged me 104. I had not directed or changed the route. It was as per the driver discretion and his app. However i was made to pay rs.45 extra.

          Would request you to kindly update ur app before blaming customer's to double check the fares before booking. I am a regular rider in both ola n uber and hav never faced such humiliating nd taunting remarks by customer care. I fail to understand wat an international company o[censored]ber stature frauding with customer by duping them of money.

            I took a uber pool cab with the details below from rangadorai hospital, bangalore to 6th main 6th cross kenchenahalli rr nagar bangalore.
            Driver's name :suresh
            Vehicle: swift dzire no ka 05 af 4689.
            The driver took a long route and we landed 40 mins late.in addition he charged me rs. 179. At the time of booking the trip uber pool indicated rs. 89 and ubergo indicated rs. 139. Opting uber pool i landed up paying more, reaching the destination late from a hospital. This is very bad. Strict action has to be taken against the driver and money rs. 100/ has to refunded to me. As a priviledged customer i receive all promotional rides offer. Pl act

              Every time i have taken the service, i have faced some of the other issue. The latest being had to pay the amount twice. The driver asked to pay the amount and the amount was deducted from my uber credit account as well. When i asked for the refund they say that last time it happened they made an exception but can't do it this time! Why doesn't their system show that the charge is being deducted from the uber credit account and that the customer to pay would be 0! I hate to use the service but have to take it as they do refund the amount in credit account.

              I believe this is the reason people prefer ola than uber.

                Hi last three days i am using uber cab n i have availed n apply the promo code of 50% off on your next 10 rides. But i think uber people don't understand the meaning of 50%. Instead of that they only reduce rs50 from total fare. If rs50 is off then why they r promoting 50%. 50% is something different half of your total ride.
                So plz stop promoting.

                  My self rinku rajai. Yesterday i used uber first time. I booked cab but it was cancelled automatically... After that i book the cab agai from uber. It saw estimated fair 164 clearlly. Transaction id is as follow. T5e133a8e62cd0051f0cd2b00. 24 aug 2017, 01:22 pm. I travell trough that cab & reached destination confortably. At that time driver demand 275 ₹ insted of 164₹ may be it is 5 to 10₹ variation i can understand but it was huge difference between estimated and real fair. I argued with the driver but he did not want to understand the thing. So thats why i have to pay 275₹ at that time. Now i request you to refund difference money. Otherwise i have to take legal action. I m telling you second time first booking was not cancelled by me & also i don't understand what was the reason for charge more money then estimated.
                  Please justify...

                      This is my second complaint with uber for the same problem. I haven't received any reply /action yet.

                      Every time i book a ride with uber, if i select paytm option, my booking shows error in the payment. It forces me to compulsorily select cash payment.

                      Does this mean the passengers have to carry loads of cash to utilize the service. Uber doesn't stand it's purpose of cash free travel!!!

                      I request you to rectify this issue at your earliest and stop the inconvenience caused.

                      I will be compelled to switch to ola cabs.

                        Uber has overcharged me on this trip to railway station to my home, driver has told me that there is some search issue and file a complain they will return you the money as it is too much but now they are not accepting that this is unfair amount.

                          I am a doctor, on the way to attend the patients booked uber yesterday. After showing the car and waiting time of 19minutes, the cab driver arrived to nearby place about 200 meters away after 30 minutes and unilaterally cancelled by going off line. Driver by name sharanappa at 9.15 p. M. He could have refused at the first instance itself instead of making me to wait. If this is the kind of service one would get from uber i s thing i should warn the professionals against relying on the service. Please look inot the matter.

                            Dear concerned,

                            I am really taken aback and astonished to see the total bill o[censored]ber for today's ride for such trip!!!

                            During high demands there may be higher rates but this amount cannot be expected at all. This is just like fooling a customer wherein there could have been no hint at all. There had been an estimate from your end as rs.300 to rs.500 odd amount. But post trip completion it's rs.1000 odd amount? Is this justice and this way uber is doing business?
                            Normal taxi fares even during rush hours is around rs.350/- odd amount.

                            I will put this information to all and this is just a service cheating a regular customer by uber.

                            Will wait for your proper acceptable revert.

                              I booked an uber ride on august 12 early morning 5:25 am. I waited for five minutes but the driver's location was not coming near me so i called him and said why was he not coming to my location but he said he was new to the location and assured me he will come to the location asking the address given or see the map. I waited but saw that he was taking detours but never came near me so i again called him (It was nearly 5:45 am and i was standing there waiting) and told him if he could not come pls cancel my ride and i will book again but he argued me to cancel (Which will charge me 52 rupees) i called again and shouted him to cancel and cut the call. I called my friend and asked him to drop (Time was 6:00am and i was already late).

                              But the things that happened after that surprised me. I got notification that my morning trip in uber was charged 101 rupees and it showed that driver picked me up and dropped me (On the route in which he was taking detour). It really created a bad impression on you uber.

                              I have attached a screenshot of that "trip" and also my email id. Uber, if you are really serious about customer send a mail to me and i will give that driver details for taking further actions on that driver.

                                Hi, i want to say that now uber customer service is pathetic, in india uber customer care service is totally on ventilator, they didn't bother to reply any complaints, which may be very serious, earlier i complain about driver behavior with female which is very scary n horrible, but i complained uber help, but they didn't bother me to give me a single word reply, then i complained to police by online procedure, after couple of days i have issues with my fare, which is completely different to my actual payment shown by at that time when i booked my cab, i wrote all issue with detail, but then also they didn't reply, i m not only person who is very disappointed with uber customer help, every single person facing same problem. Finally we all decided to delete our account, but there is also having problem to delete our account, hence i requested so many times that please delete my uber account, but same they didn't listening n not bothering at all, this kind of behavior showing you that time almost come to demolishing, i m sure that you guys didn't reply my this mail too.

                                  I was travelling from mumbai domestic airport to dadar station on 23/08/2017. Driver name is pankaj and vehicle no is mh03bc4366. His mobile no is +9-[protected].
                                  I forgot may bag in the taxi on that day. Personally talked with the driver and asked him to send my bag via courier and promised him to pay him for the expenses by paytm.

                                  Driver did not attend the contact point. While telephoning to him, he was started to abuse us in such a manner that can not be expressed in wards.
                                  While booking uber from Ramesh Chandra Parekh to stanarayan ac uber charged shown as 15.75 paise while at the time of payment it tools @pprox 60 ..please refund d extra amount charged
                                  My driver mentally harassed me. After few days of trip, he started texting me and harassed me mentally. I warned him that I'd complaint against him but he just did not bother. Please just look into the matter as soon as possible. Otherwise I'll have to file a police complaint against him
                                  This app o[censored]ber Is showing some complications in india. If you can't show same charges on both parties. Not having customer care. Is careless. Try to respond digitally atleast.

                                    I have booked an ride but driver was not getting the address, i have called him continously and in last when he haven't got address i have to cancel the ride, i don't want to cancel it i have guided the driver about the location by calling him but he haven't get the location then i have no other option the cancellation.                                         I am a traveller from delhi.
                                        Uber, a cab service provider twice charged extra money from me. When told the driver 'sanjeet kumar' about the same, he started quarrelling and fighting with me. The driver was extremely rude and mannerless.
                                        After which he called some uber helpline desk wherein the lady on the desk ordered the driver to take full amount otherwise he will have to pay the difference. Listening to this the driver talked to a higher executive, who again gave that stupid suggestion to the driver!
                                        The lady at the desk also suggested the driver to call the police, whereas the company itself was on a major fault!
                                        Highly unproffesionalism shown by uber india!

                                        I ride on uber today and tried to make payment with debit card however all verification has been done and some minimal charges also deducted but still I have to make the cash payment for the same.
