On 23/8/17 i used uber to dg police office, i was shocked to see driver saying i have to pay old payment of rs 50 which i refused, as nothing is due from my side, my previous booking, your driver refused to report at my place, he didn't answered my call, because of it i have to miss my important meeting, i lodged complaints to pay me compensation of rs 500/ which is still due from me, lnstead you have audacity to charge me rs 50, if you show this again i will go to press & report how uber treats the customers, i am yet to hear what action you have taken on erring driver,
I expect immediate action from uber

    I have been debited rs.552.02 on 9.1.2017 on my sbi credit card for a trip i have not taken. Please look into this and revert the debit accordingly. Since the trip was never taken, it is not in the my trips section of the uber app. For your convenience, i have attached images showing the transaction details i have received from sbi which show the money being processed to uber.

      Hello there. I got promo code from uber that expires on 28/8/17. On my last two trips when i tried to apply promo code it showed invalid. On one side uber alluring customer by offering 50%off on rides and on the other side code is not applicable and declared invalid at the time of payments. It's a unfair trade practice. It's not expected from uber like reputed company. So refund my money its not fair to cheat regular customers.

          I, ajoy shankar banerjee, booked an ubergo from 20, k. G. Bose sarani, beliaghata, kolkata - 85 bound to shyambazar. At the time of booking the fare was shown as rs. 29.50. But, on reaching the destination i was charged rs. 75. It wasn't the driver's fault as the calculated fare was shown as that. Thus i would be grateful if you clarify this matter and grant me a refund of the extra money charged.

            This is to lodge a complaint against uber services
            V drs amita and dr rajesh ranade were travelling to mumbai airport from goa
            On 24th august around 9pm v hired uber cab at domestic airport from p7 parking lot to go to dadar railway station
            The driver name was mr pankaj, his phone no is [protected]
            On reaching dadar station v left the taxi and decided to hire other taxi to go to cst station
            While leaving uber car v left one of our haversack full of important goods in uber taxi
            On reaching cst v realised this and immediately tried to contact mr pankaj
            He accepted that our bag is in his car and despite our repeated requests to deliver our bag to either cst or dadar railway station he refused and stated he was travelling in opp direction towards ghatcopar and will courier our bag next day
            Which he failed to do so
            Next day he gave reasons that he fell asleep and could not send the bag back
            After that he is not responding to our any call or message
            V r genuinely disturbed as v know our important and costly belongings are there in the cab
            This is highest form of negligenceby a company of internationrepute like uber
            V r highly disappointed with your services as v have already registered complaiwith uber india and they called back and assured v will get our bag back in 72 hrs
            No follow up since then by uber
            No bag has reached us till now
            I request out o take cognigence of our complaint seriously so that our bag reaches us safely
            Otw v will be left with no option other that to reach to consumer court
            Hoping an early and sincere follow up from you

              Hi sunil here,

              On 15 th of august 2017 booked ola cab from my mobile no that is [protected] to rajarajeshwari nagar today. The quote was showing 88 rupees. When i reached destination it is showing 450 rupees. Driver forced me to pay 450, and without any other way i piad. Don't know for what reason it is. Help me out or else will go to consumer court.

                1. The trip that i had booked around 12:34 pm on sunday, 20 august 2017, was cancelled by the driver for reasons best known to him. I called him to give directions to reach me at 12:38, 12:50, 12:51, 12:54 & 12:56 (When he cut the call and stopped receiving calls). I also got a message from uber that the driver had cancelled the trip. But i have been charged rs. 47.25 for a cancelled trip from my paytm account. I had to book another uber trip afterwards (At 12:58 pm), for which i have already paid rs. 111.31 from paytm.
                2. When i try to reach the customer care o[censored]ber from the registered mobile number ([protected]), i get a message that i am not calling from registered mobile number, or my caller id is blocked.
                3. I had sent a message to 'uber receipts', but no action as yet.

                  I m a regular customer o[censored]ber. But yesterday it was pathetic. The driver came and refused to go to our destination. He stood there knowingly for 5 mins. So that he can show he waited for us. It charged 92 rupees for waiting purpose and we paid 92 rupees in the next ride which is very unacceptable. If this happens in future i ll quit uber and choose another cab booking service.

                    Iam very really uber is a fraud cab service.. Govt should band this service.. Actually the matter is clear they charged to much... Even in starting the show only few rupees after complete the trip the are increases to much... Really a uber service is not providing very bad service and cheated the customers... Today i took a uber go from new ashok nagar metro station and the fair show only 183.56 rs but after reaching arunachal bhawan whenever our trip is done the driver told me that the fare show 380rs... Really its unfair.. Uber delhi you are frauding normal peoples... And even they show the reciept..in reciept they show toll taxes added and many more extra... Even we dont face any traffic the we reach very fast... If there is extra charge, than uber have to show the extra fare before ride... Fraud complany uber...

                      The driver took a longer route than necessary.. Was not able to follow directions and was verbally aggressive using curse words at me. He then overcharged me 500 rupees on a 100 rupees trip. This kind of a scammer should not be able to drive cabs... He was shouting and cursing the whole way and could have assaulted me at anytime... I was feeling scared as the cab driver was threatening me through the entire route.

                        This incident happened on 24/08/2017 at bangalore. Destination was between kempagowda international terminal 1 to adarsh palm retreat, deverbisanhalli, ecoworld. Time was 10:15pm. Driver name - arun, from girinagar bangalore. He took me to my destination and asked me that i had to pay 1100 rupees. I told him it was about 850 rupees as per i saw in the app. As i was in the basement i had no network to see my uber app. I anyways gave him 1000 rupees as he told considering that my credit card did not work.
                        Today on 26/08/2017 when i needed uber again between the same destination return journey to airport, uber app asked me to pay the previous balance by credit card for my first journey for which i had already paid 1000 rupees to arun.in doing so i had to pay again for the first ride and then make the new booking.
                        I have lost my 1000 rupees to arun and paid 857.52 as well online through debit card. Kindly resole this issue.
                        Ask the driver why he asked me for money if transaction was to be made through card.???
                        Or ask concerned uber app person why it was asking for balance if it was already paid.
                        This miscommunication between the driver and uber company has led me to lose money.

                          Today just 15 mins before i travelled from '50, masjid bari street' to 'howrah railway station'. It showed an amount of 59 rs in uber go. But when i arrived on howrah the driver charged 132 rs there. Without any previous pending charges. This was not desirable. Atleast one should not be misguided like this. If i knew i would have gone for other ways. Some price deviation is ok. But how such big change can possible?

                            On 17thaug i booked uber for my guest to airport from home to airport delhi terminal-3. Uber i booked using my credit card but driver misbahved with my guest at airport & insisted on cash inspite of my explaining him this trip is booked with the card payment. My guest was in hurry so he paid cash to driver to prevent himsef from unnecessary argument with driver. Next time today 18th-aug when i tried to booked for another trip uber apps is showing pending payment of yesterday trip to airport.
                            Due to misbehaviour of cab driver with my guest i felt embarrassment in front of my guest and my family.
                            I complaint my concern with the uber support center but they have no realization of my insult i faced in front of my guest & family.
                            Only saying... That it is my mistake i paid money but they are not accepting misbehaviour of driver and refunding money i paid to driver.
                            It measn they have given free hand to uber driver to misbehave and on complaint they are not taking any action. Even not ready to refund money driver took.
                            I am looking forward to do needful against o[censored]ber for cheating me & misbehaviour with my guest & manhani of me.

                              The conduct of the driver is totally unacceptable, he acted with utter unprofessionalism and rude manner. I and my mother wanted a ride to phoenix market city, booked a tata indigo driven by a driver called balagurusamy, (Tn64k0042) and got cancelled. Then i had to try again, it got booked with the same driver mentioned above on (26/08/2017). The amount to be paid for availing the service by uber showed rs.102.75. We boarded the car and he never utter a word on cancellation or charges for the same and also any balance due. When we reached our destination we were shocked to see the amount charged by the driver, that was rs.207. It was twice the amount quoted when the uber cab was booked. Then we asked him the reason for the charge and he gave very abrupt and vague answer. The two reason quoted namely:
                              1. Cancellation charges (Which i never got any notification as soon the service was cancelled)
                              2. The balance money was not paid earlier (How that even possible and how can anyone let me go without paying the money for service availed by me)
                              Over all the uber app is not effective as needs to be because the employees are manipulating the loop holes of the app and creating inconvenience to the customers.in addition the driver balagurusamy has violated the traffic rules and tried to evade the fine. The uber needs to give training to the employees a personal development class and learn how to talk to the customers, specially woman customers. The behaviour was unacceptable and i was disheartened by uber service. I need an appropriate explanation and the extra rs.104 has to be compensated with an apology for facing an insult and mental agony by myself and my mother.

                                I have travelled by uber from ahmedabad railway staion to iim ahmedabad on 26 august 2017. Driver has charged rs 57 extra charge for showing outstanding balance.

                                Please resolve this issue and get back my rs 57 charged extra by the driver while travelling on 26 august 2017 from ahmedabad railway station to iim vastrapur, ahmedabad.

                                have travelled by UBER FROM Ahmedabad Railway Staion to IIM Ahmedabad ON 26 AUGUST 2017. Driver has charged Rs 57 extra charge for showing outstanding balance.

                                Please resolve this issue and get back my Rs 57 charged extra by the driver while travelling on 26 August 2017 from Ahmedabad Railway Station to IIM Vastrapur, Ahmedabad.

                                Kindly refund this amount from UBER to me, charged as extra money.

                                  I am complaining on behalf of my father who is a senior citizen accessing the services late evening. It has happened twice that when he has booked it has shown a confirmed price on booking but charged three times more after reaching the destination. Upon reporting the matter to uber they have unjustified explanation like track change or destination change. After a particular point they stop responding and the consumer has already paid and is now helpless. This is contrary to the values proclaimed by the service and unfair.

                                    My mobile number is+91 [protected]. I have been duped twice by uber after showing fares on app.
                                    On 19/8/2017 i had booked an uberpool for 1 seat. The fare it showed me was rs. 39 but wen my trip ended i was made to pay rs.93. How can my fare change if i had booked an uberpool fr 1 person. I had to pay 54 extra. Wen i complained in the app, they refused return of extra charged money.

                                    Again today when i booked an ubergo, it showed me a fare of rs.59 but when i got down it charged me 104. I had not directed or changed the route. It was as per the driver discretion and his app. However i was made to pay rs.45 extra.

                                    Would request you to kindly update ur app before blaming customer's to double check the fares before booking. I am a regular rider in both ola n uber and hav never faced such humiliating nd taunting remarks by customer care. I fail to understand wat an international company o[censored]ber stature frauding with customer by duping them of money.

                                      I took a uber pool cab with the details below from rangadorai hospital, bangalore to 6th main 6th cross kenchenahalli rr nagar bangalore.
                                      Driver's name :suresh
                                      Vehicle: swift dzire no ka 05 af 4689.
                                      The driver took a long route and we landed 40 mins late.in addition he charged me rs. 179. At the time of booking the trip uber pool indicated rs. 89 and ubergo indicated rs. 139. Opting uber pool i landed up paying more, reaching the destination late from a hospital. This is very bad. Strict action has to be taken against the driver and money rs. 100/ has to refunded to me. As a priviledged customer i receive all promotional rides offer. Pl act

                                        Every time i have taken the service, i have faced some of the other issue. The latest being had to pay the amount twice. The driver asked to pay the amount and the amount was deducted from my uber credit account as well. When i asked for the refund they say that last time it happened they made an exception but can't do it this time! Why doesn't their system show that the charge is being deducted from the uber credit account and that the customer to pay would be 0! I hate to use the service but have to take it as they do refund the amount in credit account.

                                        I believe this is the reason people prefer ola than uber.
