His is complaint against a UBER driver regarding cancellation of ride on 12th August at 4PM.
Driver is so rude and threatened me to cancel the cab from my end for no reason. He accepted the ride and as he is 4km away from my place (with 6 min for arrival to my place) he denied to serve the request and asked me to cancel the ride. As the cancellation initiated from his side I requested him to proceed with cancellation. As I am from different state which he understood from my language he started threatening me about his local power and he asked me to stay at my location threatened me to get into physical spats with his gang. I have disconnected the call but he called me 21times from different numbers. He came to my destination and asked me to come out. I even cancelled my emergency trip yesterday with the fear of physical assault with these kind of goons being hired in Uber. I severely regret for using Uber in our entire organization and I have already informed all my friends and relatives to give minimum rating and uninstall the app. I will lodge a complaint in my office too, to make sure we no more approve uber cabs and get all employees to use another portal for bookings, if no immediate and appropriate action is taken against him. I feel unsafe here with uber drivers and especially with women employees using this cab is a big concern to our organization. Please arrange a immediate call back on my number (+91-[protected]) from Uber support. I am not going to leave this here i[censored]ber doesn't take proper action against the driver. I am going to lodge a police complaint against driver and uber if this is not handled properly by uber.
There is no need of raising local/region feelings in this case. I have cancelled my cab many times when driver requested me to do that irrespective of the person who initiated the cancellation. As an IT professional, I will never involve in such disgusting matters and will try to solve things with utmost respect towards anyone. In this case, i followed the same but he started the conversation in a rude manner.
This guy is so adamant and threatened me and waited for me to come out. I have informed the same to my security guard and i have taken all the proofs related to the incident. I am ready to submit all the required proofs to take it to next level. If there is no action taken in next 2-3 days, I will file this matter in local police station and consumer forum. I am going to post this on my FB wall stating no action from UBER and explain them how dangerous to take rides with UBER. I do not want anyone else to face the same situation which leads them to mental pressure.
I need to understand on how UBER being a such reputed organisation recruits such kind of drivers because of which people loose trust on making bookings with your portal. I also want to understand on what kind of action will be taken against this person. I request you timely update on this else i will escalate this to next level with my organization's help.
Driver involved in vulgar spat with me stating that it is his own cab/diesel and neither UBER or my father is paying for him. We trust organization and not drivers and its our money which is feeding them and we are not dependent on UBER.
Already 5 members of of close aides have deleted the app and gave minimum rating and this will continue to happen in my organization and will reach in 100s if no proper/immediate action is taken against him.
I really expect an immediate call back for quick resolution on this matter.

I have provided all the details to UBER on first day itself but till today i did not get any response on such serious issue reported. They dont have any customer support numbers, no email id's nothing. i really fed up with the UBER drivers and no action taken against the driver till today.
For cancellation of booked cab, company charging from public and when we raise any complaint they are not even looking into the issue.
Serious action needed on this for the safety of public. I am cocerned about senior citizens and safety of womens/Girls.
Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I have raised complaint a week back, till today no one acknowledged the complaint from UBER and did not receive any call also. There is no communication channel to follow up on my complaint. Please help to escalate this to higher level to take proper action against the driver.
Being a reputed company they don't have any customer support centre and no mails accepting from customers. They are doing business with customers but not interested to listen customer complaints. i even did not receive single call from them to know about the incident happend.
Requesting you to take this incident with high priority and do the justice.
