This is very unprofessional of your drivers! You guys dont respect time, was waiting for the drivers from 15 min and at last he stopped picking up call. I booked cab at 7 43 and car was xcent and driver name was prakash. Extremely disappointed, not going to use uber from now!!! Pathetic service. Can you pay back my time and money, i had to reach hospital at 8, now its 8 30!!! Do u guys realise that!!

    I had booked a cab by uber app.. And it was the gps' fault about the location. As i am not from pune i don't know about the location. And when i asked the driver to cancel the trip automatically my rs.63 which i should not have paid.. I request rhe redressal authority to look upon the matter and kindly refund my money.. As i don't expect this loss to me by uber..

      Hello.. My self dr upasana i m regular use o[censored]ber today at 3:30 pm i finished my work and was coming back to my home i was waiting for uber.in that time one car was going toyota etios g and that driver was harassing me.. He was using bad words like come and seat next to me i wil not take money etc etc.. I called 100 and make a complaint against him i took the photo of that car just want to request u if this car is working under u so please take an action cos this is not save for girls..         Hi, i am piyush from delhi. Today, in the evening i took uber pool for destination and at time of confirmation application show 49 rs but when driver drop me at destination, he demanded 156 but uber application never show such bigger amount during pickup time.
        I request to u people plz about this fraud company and fraud people who are here for loot and drain of wealth from india. This is firangee comany for drainage of wealth from india

          Hi,
          It's namrata,
          We met with a small accident with one of your uber driver today at around 8:30pm
          We were near madhuri idli shop in kormangla, when our car got stuck on the left side near a pavement, as it was raining and behind us was vehicle no. Ka 51 aa 3784.
          The driver could see that car is stuck, but he stood v close to our car and while trying to back our car to get it out of the pavement we slightly touched the front portion of his car, he started shouting and yelling, but since no damage was done we stopped but then left the place, but he kept following us like a mad man and chased our car and then created a jam by coming in front of our car then started fighting with my husband, my husband was trying to talk with him in calm manner but he kept pushing him and hitting him and then i tried to separate them when the driver got mad and took out a rod to put in my husband's stomach. And then started shouting that will take you to police station.
          We have pictures of the driver, and his car no. Too.
          Please look into the matter
          And why uber has no. Contact no. Anywhere on the site.

            I took a uber ride today from upkar apartments, mayur vihar, new delhi to sector-3, r. K. Puram, new delhi.
            My app showed rs. 39 for the ride cost. But the drivers app showed rs. 149. Also the time of pickup and location was different in the drivers app.
            I argued with the driver, so he called the uber company which told me to pay rs. 149 and then register complaint. I had no option but to pay rs.149.
            So here, i am complaining against the uber.
            I booked the ride only because it showed rs. 39. I did not have enough cash, so i had to arrange rs. 149 which took half an hour.
            So, this incident cost me both money and time, due to which i had to suffer.
            This isnt acceptable and against consumer rights.
            I want uber to look into the matter and take necessary remedial actions as soon as possible.

              Every time when i send a mail to uber support team with some concerns or queries, the response that i get from the executives are factually shocking.

              1-it seems that the customer care executives are copy pasting from some already saved/available drafts in spite of responding to the core issue that the customer has raised.
              2-they are able to respond quickly (5-10 minutes) at times however, in majority of the cases they do not address the core issue.
              3-i am regular user o[censored]ber service for more than 2 years now in kolkata however, i do not see any customer connect as and when a customer demands for the same.

              My mobile number is [protected].After servicing my mobile due to some problem, I could save only the contacts, but not the apps like UBER APP.
              My downloading had happened a few years ago, so I do not remember my login i/d, nor password.
              When I log in with a new login i/d & password, I get reply stating mobile number is already in use /or it is not yours !!
              Today, I wish to log in fresh with a new password, keeping my mobile number same.

              Pl HELP or advise how do I go about.

                After my drop, on Driver's phone it was displaying that I cancelled the trip and on my device it was displayed that my trip is not cancelled . I did not cancel the trip and I was charged 200 rs extra, the amount directly deducted from my paytm without any information, inspire of having UBERPASS.

                I have tried calling helpline number but non of the number is reachable .

                I want my full payment now . This is unexpected from uber

                  I booked an uber taxi on august 10, 2017 at 5 pm indian time i. E.in chennai tamil nadu. The charges were shown as rs.167 and i confirmed the booking. My receipt showed as trip fare 168.81, l subtotal fare 168.81 and total as rs.168.81 but cash as rs.387/- how is it possible the total is not correct i should have been charged only as 168.81. N i was as rs.387/-. This is a mistake by the person who is doing this calculation. Kindly look into the matter and refund the amount charged extra and give me justice.

                    I have booked the can today around 7.50. Pick up point at doddakannali. I can see in map that driver in same location. He made me to wait 10 minutes. I waited for 10 minutes and cancelled the trip.

                    After few hours later driver texted me in whats app, he is not at all professional. He did not texted me for any reason regarding the trip. He was talking non sense.

                      We booked an UberGo on Aug 5, 2017, which showed waiting time as 10 min while booking. But we waited for more than 20 min, still the cab did not arrive. When we called the driver, he asked to wait for another 10-15 min. So we cancelled the cab and took an auto as it was too late already. On the next trip I was charged Rs. 52 as cancellation Fee. Since it was not my fault, but the driver's, it was incorrect for UBER to charge me.

                        I have used UBER Go service from IFFCO Chowk, Gurgaon till Sector-5, Gurgaon on 17th July 17 at 10.07 PM and upfront fare was shown only around Rs 100. However driver forgot or intentionally (can’t comment) not ended my trip and went to Greater Noida & so.
                        Further, while making payment for booking next ride on 26th July (as payment is asked next booking through card on app), have observed incorrect billing of Rs 1852.55 (Trip started 10.07 PM, End Time- 7.05 PM, Total Trip time- 8 Hour 58 Minute)/ this wrong doing of driver. I still paid amount in belief that UBER will reverse excess charges once this matter/ wrong doing will come their notice.
                        Now it’s about more than a 2 week, I have raised complain about this on help section under “Someone else took this trip” on app, called IVR no.[protected], on web help and mail to UBER support at [protected]@uber.com with multiple reminder but no response at all (not even reverted).
                        Please help for corrective action.

                          Today (10.08.2017) at the time of booking a uber cap, from my home to mayo road, the amount shown rs99/- as per uberpass and after booking the same amount shown. But when i complit my trip at mayo road i paid rs255/-. This is happend in 2nd time, on 01.08.2017 same thing happend. Book uber rs99/- but paid amount rs318/-. I want to refund my excess payment.

                            Today it was raining and i could find a single uber in my area nor was the app taking my pickup location. I had to wait for not less than 1 hour to get a cab and even for waiting for so long i was enable to get a cab from uber. It is very problematic if i don't get a cab in such bad condition. This has not happened to me for the first time. I can't fathom how uber is giving such bad service.

                              Agreed to pickup at Kings Circle to Andheri Recreation Club, about 15 mins into the journey car stalled and driver Santosh said" fuel is low so can I switch off AC and I don't have enough fuel to drop you to destination, " we said no and then we agreed to drop us off near a station and then he dropped us at Bandra. When paying, driver Santosh asked for full price. Please look into this and advice uber drivers to make sure fuel is full tank before making a trip.

                                1) Travelled by Uber cab, Hyundai Xcent, MH48F4075 on 05.08.17 from Chattrapati Shivaji International Airport, T2 to Highland Residency, Dhokali-Balkum Road, Thane. Cab was booked by Uber Supervisorat P7 of Airport (due to some problem in my mobile). Supervisor showed me estimated cost of the trip as Rs.547. Received SMS on my mobile with Vehicle/Driver details. Upon reaching destination Driver charged Rs.685.

                                2) Whereas for my return trip from the same location to Airport T2 on 07.08.17 the estimated cost shown on my mobile was Rs.419.68 and the driver, Mr.Razi Ahmed charged exactly the same amount. So why it is different from the estimated cost in the above trip? Can I get refund?

                                3) Another fine experience: Upon reaching Delhi booked cab at 00:30 AM (08.08.17) for travel from T3 (International Airport) to Residence in Dwarka. Estimated cost shown in my mobile was Rs.333.44 whereas the driver, Gulinder charged Rs.701.16. Detailed analysis of bill showed that I was charged T3 Airport surcharge as well as T1 Airport surcharge each amounting to Rs.157.50. After crossing Mehram Nagar, at Palam Crossing instead of driving straight to Dwarka Road, the driver played a trick and took left turn to Domestic Airport. When I protested, the driver said that his GPS showed left turn and asked me not to worry as there was a short cut to reach Dwarka Road and brought me to my residence, thereby the GPS picked up T1 Airport charge also. It was not a shared trip and exclusively booked for me. Then why the hell the driver touch T1 when I had to reach home at dead of night. Like this he must have cheated several customers.

                                Are you listening? (Uber). Can you refund the excess amounts in both of the cases?

                                  Uber is waste, they have disabled my account for no reason, & whenever I mail them they r simply telling the same answer again again, . Every time they will give the same answer,

                                    I had booked uber cab from my mobile number [protected] or [protected] from FORUM VALUE MALL, Nr. Varthur, Bengaluru to Gopalan Splendour Habitat, ITPL road, Bengaluru 560037

                                    I forgot my mobile in the car with the registration no. KA-01-AH-0690.

                                    I called up on my Mobile number so that someone my notice the mobile and may return it but after few rings tha Mobile was switched off.

                                    I called up the owner of the Cab on his mobile number and thereafter called the cab driver but he said that the passengers may have taken the mobile as it was a shared cab.

                                    I requested the owner to share me the number of the passenger but the driver said that it will be breach of trust with the UBER and the UBER Office will give you the number on request.

                                    I tried tracing the UBER registered office number on which I can log on the complaint but all my efforts went in vain as I could not locate the address or the telephone number of the UBER in Bengaluru.

                                    I was given one number[protected] but later it was found that this number belongs to the UBER Driver support system.

                                    Now I want to request the Authorities that these all service providers should have some of the number and a registered office so that in case of need we may take help with the service provider.

                                    How safe are we with these service providers in India. NO number NO Registered Office No accountability...

                                      Hi team,

                                      We had very weird experience on last friday, (4 aug 2017)
                                      We booked a cab on uber around 6 pm, the cab arrived approx 6 : 08 or 09 pm
                                      I called the driver ([protected]) and told him that our destination is ghaziabad railway station, we would come down in 5 -6 min. He said ok
                                      We were in lift at 6 :16 pm, the message flash on my phone of cab cancelled by driver and rs 42 has been deducted from my account.
                                      Since we had to catch the train at 7:05 pm from gzb, me and my family were in quite tension, how this can be done by driver without any prior information. The time was running and we were not in any clue how to reach gzb station, if we will book another cab it will take another 10 -15 min to reach at our residence, but we tried our luck (In the meanwhile the rain got started the fair which was rs 149 went to rs 203.17 in the blink of eye), since there was no option so i booked the cab for rs 203.17.

                                      In the whole journey we were in the mental stress, whether we will catch our train or not, we were lucky reached the station on 7:03 pm.

                                      This was very bad experience with uber. I use uber frequently from last 2 year.

                                        This is to complain that i booked a cab through my wife mobile no. [protected] at 8.18 pm from bagmari bajar, kolkata to birajmoyee road, dasnagar, howrah - 711 105, vehicle no. Wb - 4262 (Approx) driver name : mr. Shailendra.

                                        But, sorry to inform you that our family (My little son age 10 months, elder son age 7 year and my wife) when cab start for run, then driver told to us that uber service not for dasnagar area. We are several times use uber cab for this said location and he also force for cancellation this booking, when i refuse for cancellation then he canceled the booking and force to us for release the above cab.

                                        Sir, this is not fear for us, in future we think for booking your cab.

                                        I expecting your kind help in this regards.
