Hi,

I would like to bring my complain into the notice to the uber management. Today, i availed ubergo for the travel from howrah station to 16 ft, krishnapur, kolkata and i was charged rs.501.79/- (Rs. 442.79 + rs.60/-). While i booked the uber cab, it was showing that i have to pay rs. 200/- after applying the coupon code (25% discount). But, while i completed the ride, i saw that the i had been charged an amount of rs. 442.79/- (Through paytm) inclusive of parking when i already had to pay in cash the parking fee of rs. 60/- at howrah railway station. So, my complain here is :

1) i was charged twice for the parking fee.
2) coupon code didn't work.

This is completely unexpected from a company like ubergo. Till today, i only trusted on uber and never even tried to look for other services. But, i[censored]ber cheats like this then i have to think for the other alternatives. I will also never recommend anyone to use uber if no action is taken against this.

    I availed an uber cab today at (12.08.2017) 6:26 pm from mohali sahibjada singh ajit nagar to chandigarh university. Cab driver name was sanmeet. I wasn't well so i was kind of having a suffocation inside the cab as the glass was down. So i politely asked him to open it so i could breathe fresh air. As i wasn't feeling comfortable and i have a problem of nausea. The driver made an issue out of that and talked very rudely and passed malicious comments to me to that extent that i would not avail your cab service anymore. What's the point of being so rude and passing nasty comments, when i'm paying you the entire amount you're charging.

      I have been charged ₹142 on my ride of ₹109 and when asked by the driver he told me that it is due to technical error meter is reading inaccurately and my due money is credited into my account but they now said that i dropped out a little away from my destination so i have been charged accurately but the thing is i am forced to drop out due to there meter reading.. So even i cannot even reached to my destination and m charged with excess fare
      Moreover they are not looking in to issue just simply reply with same message every time without noticing from my side
      Also not read to communicate through ivr

        Whenever i want to use my card to make payment for UBER rides i get an alarm to say that there is a due on my card and card can not be used.

        I see no payment Dues to UBER app for car hire, so this is creating an issue and i am unable to use UBER as my preferred car hire company.

        I fail to understand what this pending due is???

          Today i was travelling from vashi to kalyan i booked uber at 6.15 the driver - christopher took the wrong route. Took us frm vashi to roadpali to cng station n then to kalyan. When i booked dey showed us charge of 436 rupees but on dropping us at destination charge was 888 rupees. When called to verify at call centre the guy called rajesh spoke very rudely even without listening to us. I am feeling cheated and this is the 2nd experience with uber. Never ever travel with uber.

            July 15/2017 driver has cancelled my trip without informing me and i was charged with cancellation amount of 52/- ruppees when i have given complaint on uber driver then i got message that issue is resolved and there is no need to pay cancellation amount. Today we went to rajbhavan road in uber go actually bill was 242/-rupees and driver took previous cancellation charges of rupees 52/- is this the way u resolve an issue if driver cancels why we should be charged and other thing when i gave complaint they said no need to pay cancellation amount and they took 52rupees. I need my amount back

              Booked uber from aundh to shivajinagar.trip cost showed rs 107 final bill received at the end of trip was also 107. But the driver charged 238. Stop this loot and return my money back or i will complain to rto and consumer forum about your scam. We book uber for its reliability, i[censored]ber starts to steal money like this it would be a criminal offence..

                I booked a uber cab for going from ahmadabad airport to ahmadabad central bus stand nr gita mandir chowk, on 08/08/2017, around 0745 am. The driver nilesh, vehicle no : i m not getting on uber app, cheated me. The trip fare was rs143/, he took rs.150 from me. Also, he charged me rs.85, as airport parking charge. Later i came to know tht, if vehicle remains inside airport premises for more than 10 mins, then only airport parking charge is applicable. As per receipt, his vehicle was inside only for 3 mins, still he took rs. 85/, extra from me. Also, i hadnt received the receipt for this trip on e-mail, to claim from office.
                . Also, when i tried to book my next trip on uber app, it is still showing that ur previous trip payment of rs. 143/- is pending. First pay it & then book ur new trip, when i have already paid the driver in cash at the end of the trip.

                  For taking a 6 am international flight in mumbai i had pre-booked a uber suv cab to report to my house at 3 am. It did not turn up. So i booked another uber at that time which kept on saying arriving in 4 mins - but did not turn up for 15 mins. I had to run in the rain to get a normal taxi. On top i received a rs 150 cancellation charge - which i refuted and they have reversed the same. But no explanation or even a word of apology for such a big blunder. Where does one go at 3 am with 4 huge bags looking for a cab in heavy rain??!!!

                    I am an uber partner(driver) in Trivandrum since December 2015 . I received affordable income in the starting stage and but from the middle of 2016 company started behaving like a fraud and was reducing the incentives and making huge number of attachments which is higher than the trip level.Now it's difficult to earn atleast to pay the vehicle finance . The partners are in a very critical situation now. Uber is maximum harrasing and utilizing the drivers since they have no other way . Then cannot even sell their cars because if they need to sell they must have to spend a huge amount to close the vehicle finance..Uber is a international fraud company ..Uber guaranteed earnings above 1 lakh before attaching the car .They had also promised that we will earn minimum 1 lakh till when we stop driving for uber . But not it's very hard even to pay the vehicle finance .I have total debth of 6 lakhs as a result of this fraud.

                      I booked uber on 12 august at 9.32 am. But driver name eshwar cancelled without intimating also i was at the pickup point. I applied for refund but no reponse from uber. Instead of thefting others money go for begging. This kind of cheating i never seen if your unable to provide service to the customer get out of the market why are u wasting our time and money.

                      Go to temple and beg with a uber board atleast that is far better than cheating
                      We are earning money by working day and night.

                        My name is dipen halwai... My mobile no is [protected]... I am incorrectly charged 57/- rs twice as apart of cancellations... And on 1stbof aug. 2017 i have not booked any maruti alto and they have charge 57 as a cancellation charge which is not done... They are cheating us... I have paid for 1cancellation already for 6th july and paid through credit card... They told me to give credit it is reflecting too but again they have charge d 57 on 1st aug where i have not booked any maruti alto car... This cheating is not tollerated

                          This is very unprofessional of your drivers! You guys dont respect time, was waiting for the drivers from 15 min and at last he stopped picking up call. I booked cab at 7 43 and car was xcent and driver name was prakash. Extremely disappointed, not going to use uber from now!!! Pathetic service. Can you pay back my time and money, i had to reach hospital at 8, now its 8 30!!! Do u guys realise that!!

                            I had booked a cab by uber app.. And it was the gps' fault about the location. As i am not from pune i don't know about the location. And when i asked the driver to cancel the trip automatically my rs.63 which i should not have paid.. I request rhe redressal authority to look upon the matter and kindly refund my money.. As i don't expect this loss to me by uber..

My self dr upasana i m regular use o[censored]ber today at 3:30 pm i finished my work and was coming back to my home i was waiting for uber.in that time one car was going toyota etios g and that driver was harassing me.. He was using bad words like come and seat next to me i wil not take money etc etc.. I called 100 and make a complaint against him i took the photo of that car just want to request u if this car is working under u so please take an action cos this is not save for girls..                                 Hi, i am piyush from delhi. Today, in the evening i took uber pool for destination and at time of confirmation application show 49 rs but when driver drop me at destination, he demanded 156 but uber application never show such bigger amount during pickup time.
                                I request to u people plz about this fraud company and fraud people who are here for loot and drain of wealth from india. This is firangee comany for drainage of wealth from india

                                  We met with a small accident with one of your uber driver today at around 8:30pm
                                  We were near madhuri idli shop in kormangla, when our car got stuck on the left side near a pavement, as it was raining and behind us was vehicle no. Ka 51 aa 3784.
                                  The driver could see that car is stuck, but he stood v close to our car and while trying to back our car to get it out of the pavement we slightly touched the front portion of his car, he started shouting and yelling, but since no damage was done we stopped but then left the place, but he kept following us like a mad man and chased our car and then created a jam by coming in front of our car then started fighting with my husband, my husband was trying to talk with him in calm manner but he kept pushing him and hitting him and then i tried to separate them when the driver got mad and took out a rod to put in my husband's stomach. And then started shouting that will take you to police station.
                                  We have pictures of the driver, and his car no. Too.
                                  Please look into the matter

                                    I took a uber ride today from upkar apartments, mayur vihar, new delhi to sector-3, r. K. Puram, new delhi.
                                    My app showed rs. 39 for the ride cost. But the drivers app showed rs. 149. Also the time of pickup and location was different in the drivers app.
                                    I argued with the driver, so he called the uber company which told me to pay rs. 149 and then register complaint. I had no option but to pay rs.149.
                                    So here, i am complaining against the uber.
                                    I booked the ride only because it showed rs. 39. I did not have enough cash, so i had to arrange rs. 149 which took half an hour.
                                    So, this incident cost me both money and time, due to which i had to suffer.
                                    This isnt acceptable and against consumer rights.
                                    I want uber to look into the matter and take necessary remedial actions as soon as possible.

                                      Every time when i send a mail to uber support team with some concerns or queries, the response that i get from the executives are factually shocking.

                                      1-it seems that the customer care executives are copy pasting from some already saved/available drafts in spite of responding to the core issue that the customer has raised.
                                      2-they are able to respond quickly (5-10 minutes) at times however, in majority of the cases they do not address the core issue.
                                      3-i am regular user o[censored]ber service for more than 2 years now in kolkata however, i do not see any customer connect as and when a customer demands for the same.

                                      My mobile number is [protected].After servicing my mobile due to some problem, I could save only the contacts, but not the apps like UBER APP.
                                      My downloading had happened a few years ago, so I do not remember my login i/d, nor password.
                                      When I log in with a new login i/d & password, I get reply stating mobile number is already in use /or it is not yours !!
                                      Today, I wish to log in fresh with a new password, keeping my mobile number same.

                                      Pl HELP or advise how do I go about.

                                        After my drop, on Driver's phone it was displaying that I cancelled the trip and on my device it was displayed that my trip is not cancelled . I did not cancel the trip and I was charged 200 rs extra, the amount directly deducted from my paytm without any information, inspire of having UBERPASS.

                                        I have tried calling helpline number but non of the number is reachable .

                                        I want my full payment now . This is unexpected from uber
