On friday i. E. 04.08.17 i booked an uber from new delhi railway station to greater noida. The vehicle booked was swift dezire with up37 — supposed to arrive at 11:15 at the given destination till 11:25 when he dint come i had to contact him. As i asked him to come at gate no. 1 metro station at new delhi as all the uber, ola is coming he refused to come and asked me to come out of the station and he started abusing me as i could make out he was drunk. The name of the driver was mahendra so i had to cancel the trip.

I feel these drivers should learn to behave with the passengers.

Then again i booked with uber at 11:53 who refused to go to greater noida the driver name was manish.

    On 10th August 2017 I booked an uber cab from Deloitte drive to Sanathnagar, Hyderabad. But he dropped me at wrong location (Kondapur X roads) and argued with me that was the location shown on GPS and asked me to get out of the car. The location where I had been left was double the distance from my actual destination and remote area where I couldn't get another cab or mode of transportation. I walked around 3kms to reach nearest bus stop and waited for 1 hr to catch a cab. The distance from my office to sanathnagar was 13 kms & because of picking this uber service and facing bad consequences It took 4 hours by me to reach home.

    Moreover When I said I will lodge a complaint he was very careless and asked me go ahead.

    I request you to take severe action on the driver and get me compensation for the rides I had beared to travel back from wrong drop point to home.

      I booked uber for a ride in delhi that showed fare estimate rs. 65 but at the drop location the total fare at driver's phn was rs. 197 and the receipt said the extra charge was of surge price. This is literally unexpected and surge prices must be indicated in advance. I want my refund for the ride. An auto would have charged rs60 for which i paid almost 200 bucks for no reason to uber. Company is just making fool to everyone

        @Uber is cheating customers. Everyone beware. I had booked UberX cab from Delhi to Indirapuram, but they sent UberGo cab, and that too ... without a carrier above. We had luggage but the #Uber small cab (that arrived at the cost o[censored]berX cab) did not have space. We booked an auto next. There was no point arguing with the driver. Nobody at #uberindia is responding to us, nor even registering this as complaint. It was time wasted, money wasted, and a headache I am not risking my time with @Uber ever. I am done with these ######### #####.

          My fare increased from 99 to 159.38 without any fair reason during the transit. The company keeps giving petty excuses that the pick up location and drop location was different, route was different.
          I gave them the route map clearly indicating that neither of the above 3 changed. The only thing that changed was fare without any reason. Kindly help me out with this.

          My distance is 7 km and they are always charging INR 89.00, but in Uber pool up to 8 km INR 49.00 is applicable. Even though I am travelling single person.

              On 6/8/17, i have booked uber via app through credit card payment.
              Location : chrompet to t. Nagar
              After booking i didn't got any information suh as drivers contact number and driver call.
              But they have debited my fare of rs 206.00 withot my travel.

              I have tried couple of times to the helpdesk but i didn't got any proper response from them.

              Please file this as a complaint against them.

                I booked a ride with uber on 8th aug 2017 at around 11.30pm. Since the driver could not locate my location and was getting delayed, i had to cancel the cab when the driver asked for it. Consequently, uber showed that they have not deducted any money from my account, but instead, 42 rupees cancellation fees was deducted from my paytm account.
                This is a clear case of fraud and customer dissatisfaction and i would like to raise it to the right forum

                  I rode along with my wife and she is pregnant. We requested driver to take care off jerks while driving. But he drove very rashly despite of our requests. And then he started arguing with me and my wife that it is his car and he can drive the way he like. He asked me to have my own car if you want your wife to have a safe ride. And he started arguing with my wife harshly with out any humanity that she is a pregnant also. He told me that he will destroy me. I warned him of complaining to uber and he said that you go and complain but he did not took that seriously. He said that if i have to go in his car, he will drive the same and he asked me to go by own car. I don't understand how uber have this kind of such drivers who even don't have humanity towards ladies

                    I booked the taxi on 9th aug 2018 at 9.18am
                    For
                    Pick-up date: wednesday, august 9, 2017
                    Pick-up time: 10:25 am - 10:40 am
                    Srinidhi apartments to ttd kalyana mandapam
                    And they gave the estimation of rs.112/- only

                    But after travelling the driver shown of rs. ₹247.96

                    9 august 2017 | ubergo | surge x2.2

                    10:27 | 10-5-3/2/1/b, owaisi pura, masab tank, hyderabad, telangana 500873, india
                    11:01 | 3-6-10, himayat nagar rd, chandra nagar, basheer bagh, hyderabad, telangana 500029, india

                    On argument driver mentioned that now the price is high
                    He also mentioned that it is mentioned over sms

                    But when i saw the sms, it is received at 10.28am after starting the vehicle
                    Got the sms saying

                    Fares are higher due to increased demand. You can cancel in the next 5 min without a fee. Please be ready within 5 minutes of arrival

                    It is 100% cheating customer business.. Without informing customer, they are charging double the fare.

                    Also the quality of the vehicle was very worst; no ac working.

                    I request and demand for refund and take necessary against uber company for such misguidance and cheating the customer.

                    When govt and company fixed and advertised as rs.10 per km;
                    How come suddenly they charge more than double without information

                    Uber website is not having any contact number or email id or no responsible person to take the complaints...

                      From mehdipatnam i booked a cab for oldcity in uberpool, after 10 minz the # driver cancelled the trip so again i have to book another one but the same issue has happend, 2nd driver has also cancelled the trip due to which i have to go by auto.
                      But the same day i booked a cab at the time of returning from mehdipatnam to nanal nagar, the amount shown as rs 50 for the trip but after the drop, driver was saying that i have to pay 154. And i said for what i have to pay 154 then he said u have a credit balance of cancellation trips. It was very shocking and disappointing. So had to pay 154 instead of rs 50.
                      This was my fresh account cause in my previous account they did the same thing thats y i made a new account and the same day this # has happend. They r cheating customers. And drivers r vry rude n negative. Kindly refund my amount for my nxt trip. And they wont give any free trips. I tried many times but drivers didn't agreed.

                        I booked an uber ride on 8 august 2017 from dum dum park to kolkata station and the fare shown was rs. 152 but the driver took 284 as a cancellation charge but i haven't cancelled any of my rides before... This isn't correct. This is harassement for the customers. Uber services thinks that they can charge any amount... I would like to give 1 star to uber... Worst policy ever

                          Reference to the subject kindly note that my uber promotional trips has gone without using it, the expiry date was in oct 2017 however, it was showing while calling for the first ride but suddenly error appeared and the free rides deleted itself.
                          Please check and advice as i just came to india for one month and wanted to use uber but it's like cheating now i'm afraid.

                            I have time and again tried uninstalling and reinstalling uber in my android phone.

                            Despite all my concerted efforts, i am still not aware why uber credit of rs.243.41 is not being available for my future rides.

                            The details:-

                            I was wrongly charged rs.604 on thursday 3 august 2017 for my trip from west mamabalam chennai 600033 to chennai central railway station.

                            I had represented the issue and i was given a credit of rs.243.41 and it is visible clearly under uber credits.

                            The uber credits is in switch on position.

                            Yet alas the credit of rs.243.41 could not be utilised in upcoming / future rides.

                            It flashes a error message and force me to make cash payment only

                            I therefore request you offer an suitable solution at your earliest.

                              I took ride at 01.08.2017 at 20:32 from 9, elgin road, sreepally, bhawanipore, kolkata - 700020 to charaktala milani culb. But it took wrong location.
                              I was overcharged on my cash trip. It was a very bad experience, and the driver was very rude. Although i was very ill that time with fever that time he do bad behave with me. I am giving you the car no it is wb053264 and the name of the driver is laltu. I want the overcharged money.

                                Hello,

                                It has happend 3 times that i have been overcharged for my ride from wakad to vishal nagar.

                                At first uber app shows that it will be charged rs 49.
                                Later they charge me like 115 and 83 rs.

                                When i file a complaint on their website have pre written text that says :
                                "when you request an uber, the price displayed in the app at the beginning of the trip is the fare you'll be charged for the ride. These fares are calculated dynamically, based on your pickup and drop off locations. This fare will also include elevated rates in case of high demand, if applicable."

                                Tomorrow they will charge me rs 1000 also and i cannot do anything.
                                How is the fair while booking not shown as a mazimum amount.
                                These are ill practises

                                  I have booked a cab for nizzamuddin railway station but the driver didn't reach my location and he is calling me somewhere else, he was saying i can't come inside your street but i was on the main road and i was calling him there only but he denied to come there and drop my call and it was not first time, the behaviour of your many drivers are like this they behave very rudely and after 30 min they deny to take our ride last time also i missed my train just because of this issue and again it happened today how can you keep this type of drivers who don't want to take rides and deny after 30 min, this kind of stupid man are spoiling the name of your company and wasting our time too here i am sharing his number [protected] and his name is umesh.
                                  I want my reply quickly what action you have taken against him otherwise i have to take any other steps. Hope you will take necessary action against this stupid man.

                                    Honestly do not know what the charges are?? And when do i owe uber, as i have always settled my dues for the trip.

                                    In view of dues shown, i am forced not to use uber.

                                    Request resolve the issue, by withdrawing the dues claims to enable me to patronise uber and continue relationship.

                                      Dear uber please stop sending me the promotions which i can't use. I get alot of messages from uber, giving promotions and sharing there own new information which i dnt mind and happy about it...
                                      But the main thing i want to say is that i get 40, 50, 75% off message everytime and from there i can use only 40% off. If i can use 40% only than dnt send other offers. Please send me only the offers which is usable.. Everytime i type the promotions example 75% than it shows invalid

                                        Today i had booked uber cab from naroda-dehgam road to ghodasar at
                                        9 am. The timing of arriving driver was showing 5 minutes but driver came after 15 minutes. He was stopping car every after 500 mtrs and driving car like a bicycle. I have requested him not to stop car without any reason but he behaved very much rudely in presence of my daughter. I was stopping car on the plea that he wants to paste his device on the glass, then he said that he want to fill up the air in the tyre. I have told him that since one month i am regularly using uber cab but never seen such type of driver. He replied that this is my style. I seen that his behaviour is very rude and hence i have cancelled the ride. He charged rs.70 just for 2 kms. I have paid him rs.70/- to avoid confrontation. Such type of driver may tarnish the goodwill o[censored]ber. I request uber to refund me my payment of rs.70/- and strong action against the driver may be taken to avoid future complaints.
