This is complaint against driver ajay vehicle number dl1rt9261 who overcharged us double fare. We hired this cab from location eicher school sector-46, faridabad, haryana-121003 for mansarover park, shahdara delhi-110032, 40 to 45km distance

Usually the fare comes between rs. 500 to rs. 800 which is under maximum 40 to 45 km but this cab driver charged us rs. 1600 stating that his meter machine is showing this what can he do.

The intentionally took the wrong long route when we enquirer about this wrong and long route driver said we need to drive as uber gps. He ignored our recommended route and took gps route which was very long.

Its clear a cheating on part o[censored]ber. How can uber cheat and allow its partner to cheater passenger.

We request you to please refund our overcharged money, otherwise we need to complaint to india and us authorities for uber cheating nexus.

This is our first ride on uber and uber cheated us. There is no customer support number or email id where we can complaint. We are also forwarding this complaint to transport department, govt of india to stop uber operation in india.

Never recommend uber in my circle.

Please reply us as soon as possible.

    I have recently booked a cab. When he is trying to contact us i had cut the call because i thought that is a company call. After that i realized and redial that number and we started riding. That uber driver was making cheap comments on us for not attempting call. We kept silent because its our fault. After that he need to take a u turn to reach our destination. We are not aware of that route so we told him to take a u turn to pick us. But he didnt informed us that our destination is opposite side. Its completely driver fault for not informing about the route. But he is making comments on entire girls. He said"these girls dont know anything. Thats y girls should not book the cab. They dont have knowledge etc etc". We are dissappointed for that senseless comments. How can he talk about girls like that. Such kind of drivers are very irritating. U please take care of your staff for not repeating such mistakes.. And atleast teach that driver some commonsense, not to make such rude comments on girls. Driver name is raghavendar goud from hyderabad. I will attach his details via photo. But please make sure that driver doesnt make such cheap comments on girls and let him know his fault.

        Sir/madam,
        It is to inform that from the last few months the promo code/gift code which is received though sms doesn't work/applied in my uber account against mob no. [protected] and shows "promotion codes are not available for this account and all trips will be charged at the full price".
        Recently i have received a promo code "gold50" valid for 13 august, but still it is also not working.

        i didn't get any promo code and which other i applied didn't work

          Today i booked uber cab with the following details :
          Maruti suzuki wagonr dl1rt7535. Driver name was ayub.
          He refused to drop us to our destination after we sat in the car. He didn't even bother that i was with two ladies, one small baby and lot of stuff in my hand.
          We requested him to drop us but he asked us to leave the car and that too with lot of arrogance and attitude.
          I can't expect such thing happening from such a reputed car hire agency. I request you that a strict action should be taken against him for his obnoxious and unprofessional attitude so that no one else suffer in the future like we did today because of him.

          I cant use any of the promo code its been two month now... I got so many promotion code but i cant use it... every time I use it says ( Invalid promo code )... what is happening ???? Do somthing
          I have booked a cab on 26/06/2017 from mylapore to koyambedu private bus stand. Where the driver drooped opp to koyambedu cmbt bus. i have walked all the way to private bus stand with all my luggage. When i raised complaint with the uber help its says sorry. And refund rs 50 where the total trip cost 215.00 the driver was unprofessional.

            Hi, First of all i requested a UBER ride from JCR Layout Panthur, the location was automatically picked up by UBER app where I stood. I gave only destination.I waited for cab more than 10 mins in the same exact location.

            Driver was not able to identify my location. He did not come to the location then he asked me come to nearest location so i moved to main road then he was able to locate me.
            Driver spent some time to identify my location this is not fault but UBER charged 17 rupees by mentioned this as waiting time period.

            Though this is not fault they charged more.

            I request you to resolve this issue.

            On 25th July2017 at about 10 pm I had booked UBER from Ulubari Hanuman Mandir near Flyover, guwahati to Birubari Kalimandir, guwahati but your driver Rupan didn't come to pick-up me, there after about 20 minutes I booked OLA and reached my destination.This is very very bad, your service really disappointed me.

              I am not able to acess my free code every time i enter the code the output comes that this promocode is not valid but in my inbox message it is valid upto 2 weeks please tell me how to fix it.                 I am santanu jana. My resister mob no [protected]. I am a very satisfied customer o[censored]ber. But yesterday evening at 6:14 pm i had very bat impression with uber driver, name - sankar, mob no - [protected], car - swift dzire,
                I booked the car for esplanade to bapuji aashram road. When i catch the car driver showing his expression that he is not wishing to go that destination. With in 1km from trip stared they cancel/stop the trip from his mobile and told me the trip was cancel by uber automatically and drop me took rs 63. After that again i had book another uber cab to reaching my destination.
                Kindly take the attention to this mater seriously otherwise the reputation o[censored]ber will come down as like yellow taxi.

                  Dear team,
                  I had booked uber pool yesterday and we are waiting for cab. Cab will be crossed me and driver didnt call or wait for me to pick up, suddendly within a 2mins he cancelled the trip. We really got stressed bcoz its a un-time at 10.20pm. So finally we booked another uber pool, once we reach the destination bill will be 102 rs but trip charge is 49rs only. We didnt cancell the trip he cancelled the trip but they charged from me as a double. The full fault is driver alex, then how we can accept this. Kindly take an action for this immediately

                    As i book uber go the fare shown was rs. 49 but as i ended the trip the fare was 150 rs.
                    It was due to surge.
                    I am not against the surge charge but at least you need to inform previously before the ride regarding the surge.
                    I want my money back except those of 49 rupees.
                    You need to prenotify to the passenger regarding the surge. This charge after the trip is considered as costomer fraud.

                      I am highly disappointed by uber services provided by noida office.
                      I visited at counter no 1 having executive named darpan.
                      He is communication is so rude and also passing wrong information to customers.
                      He also refused to give any information in written.
                      Mostly uber office remains vacant due to irrelevant stall.
                      I have complaint many times regarding this on calls and google reviews.

                        I travelled today in uber cabs from vinayak nagar to kalyan nagar i was promised 338rs but the driver changed to ring road which was 9 kms extra and charged me 530rs this was first time i was using uber but not happy at all. I never asked the driver to change route he decided himself infact i told him its a long route he told me this is 26 kms the first route is 19 kms. Y did he change the route i did not change location what route they take is not my fault.

                        It's being 15 mins but the cab did not come and had to cancel the cab request and charged 42/- . This is not the first time . It happened many a time in Bangalore .

                        Why this type of things are happening ?

                          I had booked uber from shrinivas nagar
                          The driver had to arrive in 5 minutes but he called me and then he cancelled the ride
                          So i want my money to be refunded because twice it has happened to me every time 52 rupees will be charged.
                          That driver made us to wait for 12 minutes and then he cancelled the ride.
                          He called us asked the location and then he cancelled.
                          We were waiting for such a long time.
                          He could have cancelled at the time of booking.

                            Hello. Today i. E 6-8-17. I have taken uber from ayanagar, delhi to vasant vihar, delhi. And came back return also. Both the time they have charged 105 as an toll charges. I havent crossed any toll gate then how can they charge this.
                            The fare was 337 and 331 respectively for the trips. And this was written in the receipt that additional toll and taxes with rs 105 each time

                            Today mean on 31.07.17 at 12.30 i booked uber and after a while it showed that the driver has cancelled my trip then i booked another car to go to my destination meditec diagnosis and uber pool showed my fare of RS.40 but i was charhed RS.103 for wat what do uber thinks i m a fool to pay this amount so return my rest money or i will stop your service
                            Today i booked uber pool ride to meditec diagnosis but after a while it showef that the driver has cancelled my booking so i booked again and my fare showed RS 40 but i was charged RS 103 this is not done i want my money back or i will stop using uber rides.

                              I was on an uber ride on 1st of august around 12 am in delhi. I was travelling from cp to mayur vihar. I asked the driver to wait for me at a place where i got off the cab and asked him to wait for a while. I left my purse and phone inside the cab as i have been using uber since 2 years and i find it quite reliable and trustworthy. As i came back i couldn't find the cab where i left and asked the driver to wait. I searched for at least 2 hours. My phone was inside the cab through which i booked my uber so i had no details of the driver or cab number. I called on my number but it was not reachable. This sort of careless and unprofessional behaviour is not expected from a reputed cab company like uber. I was very disappointed by such incident as being a girl it was quite unsafe for me to be stranded on road outside. Next day i called on my number and somehow managed to connect with that driver and took my things back. I thought to not complaint as it might be by mistake and i paid him how much he asked for. But now as i tried to book another cab it notifies me that there's an outstanding amount of around 600 bucks. How is it possible. The distance wasn't that much that it can add up to an amount of 1300 approximate. This needs to be fixed by you people asap.

                              After booking driver didn't picked call and didn't arrived for 20 mins and app showed coming in 6 minutes from the time of booking he didn't moved a single metre even cost me 50 RS such a worst service !! Ola is far better than uber
                              I had booked an Uber once for which I paid in cash on the very day . But still I m seeing an outstanding payment on my Uber account . This amount has been charged to me illegally since I had already paid the amount in cash and now I m.not able to book a ride due to this outstanding balance .

                                I use uber regularly. As a company that transports people from place to place, safety should be of prome concern. We know how many lives are lost by not having a seatbelt on!! In india we take this very lightly and dont use seatbelts in the back. We also do not have regulations that support it. But uber whose basic job is transporting people, this should be basic hygiene! Some of your care have seatbelts in tge back but most of them do not have the option - either the seatbelt is missing or the locking sytem has been removed or the lock is removed completely!! Many a lives can be saved if you make a guidline for drivers to have seatbelts available for all seats. Whether passengers use it or not is their choice - but this would demostrate that you as a company promote safety!

                                  Today i booked a uber pool 2 seats for ₹139 however the driver also picked one more passenger and while dropping him to his location there was a huge traffic the route and everything was decided by the driver itself and after reaching my destination the price the charge went from ₹139 to ₹333 this sudden hike in price was without any fault of mine infact i wasted my time in that traffic and top of that paid extra as well. Please look into it.

                                    My wife on her phone [protected] booked ubergo today noon but was made to cancel the ride by the driver as he said he was too far after some time she tried again and it was the same ride that came and that too it was an xl which was good for them as they were 4 adults n 3 children but on getting on the driver refused entry above 4 heads and demanded extra charge so my wife shifted children to another cousins car and they all 4 adults entered this chevrolet tavera kl 07 bz 514 but the driver saji refused to go for the ride and made all 4 of them get off the car and insisted to cancel the ride my wife objected and so he himself cancelled the ride and told them to complaint if they wanted and left. It is their first bad experience from a uber driver and they felt really bad. My wife said he was unpolite disrespectful rude and not at all fit to drive uber. Pls take note.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      Wish to bring to your kind attention that today evening at 4.45 pm i have booked uber from venkatesa agraharam, mylapore, chennai 600004 to somasundaram street, gayathri nagar medavakkam chennai 600100, by tata indica (Driver _ mr. Jayson). At the time of booking the tariff rate displyed rs.433/.
                                      But unfortunately due to unavoidable circumstances i requested the driver to wait for 10 mts on the way to my house. And after reqching my house at the desitination point and when closing for payment i surprised to see the tariff rate as rs.609/- and accordingly i have paid the amount to the driver.
                                      In this regard i would like have your clarification for this excess tariff and in case of wrong calculation request you to kindly arrange to adjust the excess fare at the time of my next trip booking and oblige.

                                        Today i have booked uber from amity temple bay to central bellandur (17 km) and it says i will be charged (348-40 = 308 rs) rs for the trip. As the rider was unaware of the route driver took longest route to reach the destination and the bill was 648 rs. Which is way higher than earlier quote (More than double). It is a clear classical case of misleading the customer.

                                        I have attached both pictures. Bill before and after the journey.
