Outstanding payment showing in the app even after paying the full amount

I took an uber ride ( Bike share) on 30/05/2022 in Nagpur. Initially the trip amount was shown as Rs 98 and after that it was shown as Rs 119. I have paid the driver the full amount to his upi id . And immediately after I left he reported that I haven't paid the full amount. Now an outstanding payment of Rs 119 is showing in my uber app.
Payment transaction details is attached herewith.
Kindly do resolve this issue quickly....

I completed my ride and paid him via Googlepay. After sometime when I tried booking a ride for way back to home ut was showing ride in process and the application didn't allow me to book another ride. After a few hours he ended the ride with a higher cost and the application wants me tp pay the ride which I have already paid for my destination.
I had to suffer to fina a ride way back to home in mid afternoon and hot whether. The application is not user friendly. I tried reaching then several times but there was no response. I waited there for a local auto, i had to walk for a few minutes and take auto or a higher charge. Complete waste of my time and energy. I fould have fainted whole searching for an auto it was hot and I had no water bottle.

      This happened on 25th May 2022. I booked a cab for my father to Delhi Airport Terminal 3. The cab was booked from my phone which was linked to my Paytm account. As soon as the ride was finished the amount was automatically deducted from my account. Despite of that, the driver took the entire amount from my father (whose phone was unreachable as he was traveling to abroad) in cash and then proceeded to block my number from his phone. I contacted the uber through help section immediately but they informed that they will not be able to help reimburse the amount that was stolen by the driver. No action was taken by Uber against the driver and there was no customer official who contacted me or someone I could contact. Shameless attitude of the company.

        Hi in January i have complaint about driver that he has taken extra money from me. So, after this complain i got my extra money in my uber wallet.
        But, i was not using that money money because I was not traveling but after one month when checked my wallet amount was getting reduced and once i tried to use my wallet amount so my wallet was empty.

        Kindly, requesting not to do such activity. Please i want my money back it was (249).

          I had hired uber auto on 25th may 2022 1.56 pm (trip ended) with a charge of rs.197/- (uber app.) for my family. (my nber[protected]. From umaya matha mandir 12b sector, gandhinagar, gujarast india to green villa residecy, chandkheda/d cabin ahmedabad.380 019 gujarat idia
          however the driver asked my family by showing some other application and was forced to pay rs.257/- which my family paid without much arguement. I do not how there can be 2 applications for one travel... Screen shots of actual travel which i have and the screen shot shown by the driver is attached. Driver name is ajay vaghela. Vehicle nbr gj02yy1768.. Pl go into more details hence, please give me credit of rs.50/- by debiting the driver's money.

            The customer service keeps stating that they have rightly compensated their drivers for toll when travelling from Bangalore airport to the city, however the drivers always take a side road from a village and there is no toll on that road. My question to Uber India is, if there is no toll receipt, no toll transaction that as occurred, then why are you charging customers to "rightly compensate" your drivers for the toll incurred by them.

            This is robbery/scam by Uber India and the drivers.

                Today around 11.30pm I had a trip from Howrah railway station to my home. At Howrah station parking I have paid 71 rupees as told by driver and I have the receipt. But when the trip ended then he charged me 190 rupees that was trip charge and parking charge combined. I paid extra 70 rupees. Refund my extra money.

                  I want to bring to your notice that after booking the rides...it started to cancel which results in wasting of time. If it can't fulfill the booking why it takes the booking. It irritates a lot . After Losing all my patience, I am complaining...today also it happened the same...which makes me to lose 25 minutes.
                  This is very much unprofessional ethics.

                    Whenever i Book Uber Auto for Small distances. The Uber auto drivers Do not accept my journey not only one all uber auto drivers cancel my trips.

                    They want Big Amount of journey.

                    They dont accept low amount of journey like 50 to 60 rupees Fare.

                    One Morning I booked Uber Auto for Low journey. He took me too far to drop me instead of my journey where i wanted to get down to take a Bus.

                    He took me to another bus stand and he charged me 110 ruppees.

                    Morning Morning I lost my 110 Rupees.

                    All Uber Auto Drivers do the same things.

                      The driver demanded 100 rupees extra as toll tax although it was included in the fare. he denied turning on AC.
                      Upon completion of the ride, he insisted on cash payment. I gave him 500 rupees against payment of 447/- he demanded the amount in change and has already accepted another ride. I gave him 450/ - in cash apart from that 100 rupees. he left without returning my 500 rupee note!! I immediately called him and also CONTACTed him through the application but till today no response from him. Despite several failed attempts to lodge a complaint on the Uber app there is no acceptable resolution provided from their end. I was advised to visit help.uber.com by app, but their website is ### too. their website suggests me to visit their app again!! and so goes my money and time circulating in an unending circle with no resolution. they don't have any CUSTOMER care number, their site doesn't work and their application cant provide a thorough resolution and the CUSTOMERs are cheated eventually. Welcome to the new world of loot by Uber

                        Hi i completed my trip at 11:43am on 3/02/2020 from kowkoor to St Andrews School, Ahmedguda(before two years and 3month almost) and paid the total amount of 200 to the cab driver in cash...
                        But it is showing that 196.37 is outstanding, from that time never chooses to uber as they are asking to clear outstanding amount.Ehy I need to pay again if i already paid the amount to that can driver even I rated him 5star at that time. How it is possible do you think your cab drivers are so good to let us go without collecting money...really is it possible no na.Then why still showing outstanding amount from two years
                        This is so unprofessional...very very bad don't expect this from uber...I hope Uber will do needful so that I can use uber app

                            I have book a cab on 20 /05/2022 uber driver misbehaved he took from long route my 15 mins trip he increased to 35 mins i was charged extra he did not then drop me to the drop location even he dropped me 500 m away my drop location i have to walk till there he passed wrong remarks

                              I had made a ride on 6:35 PM on May 18, 2022 from my M g Road Mrero station Delhi to home by uber bike (I guess) and paid the driver for the trip. When I open Uber app it shows that I owe Rs. 101. The driver asked for Rs. 100/-. I paid the amount . That trip payment still stands outstanding and this needs correction.My Mobile Number [protected]

                                It has been observed that Uber Drivers do not maintain their cars. And because of this, the customer bears the consequences a lot of times. Today and many times before Uber AC was not working! Just after booking the cab I called the driver and asked whether the AC was working. He responded, "AC is working sir". I booked the cab for my wife and she's suffering from Heatstroke. It was really hard for her to travel for a 40 minutes journey ride as she wasn't able to breathe the temperature outside was 40 degrees! Uber needs to refund all those rides whose drivers do not maintain their cars properly!

                                P.S. Uber is playing a monopoly in increasing or decreasing fares each second! The Govt should really take an action!

                                  I'm writing this to inform you that last year on 13/dec/2021 I had a ride. I chose an online payment option but could not pay due to an internet issue. I paid in cash. It is very much understandable that the driver would never leave me without payment.
                                  Thereafter I didn't use Uber. Till now, I was tring booking a cab and i found that it is asking me money got my last year trip

                                  Trip is old and iam not getting any help from uber.

                                  I have already paid that amount in cash to the driver otherwise driver would not leave me without payment.
                                  But anyhow that payment was still pending in the Uber app, not deleted from the app from your end after driver confirmation also.

                                  From the Uber app, the customer support team is saying that they are unable to adjust it as it is 90 days older trip.
                                  Now tell what should i do? should i close the uber forever.
                                  Hope I'll get relief and a prompt reply.

                                  Above all, there is no contact number for customer support which is a very pathetic system.

                                  I request you kindly remove the charges so i can use the app again.

                                  I paid the amount in cash to the Driver when Online payment from my HDFC credit card was declined due to an internet issue. The driver agreed to take the cash amount. I paid in cash. So the charges you are asking unreasonable.

                                  I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                                    I do travel travel from uber in morning or evening since long . But highly disappointed with one thing whenever I book my ride driver ask me first ’‘ JANA KHA HAI & after get know my location they cancelled the ride .
                                    Uber not taking this problem on seriously. There’s no command o[censored]ber in Uber driver.
                                    Further they all do issue to on ac in car . Some driver say Ac is not working or ac will doing cooling .
                                    I am enclosing screenshot of recent problem which I faced to do booking.
                                    Please resolve this problem at earliest otherwise will go to consumer court.

                                      I am Shivangee. I am registered with Uber with my personal phone number and not my email id.
                                      I had a trip from Gandhipuram Tamilnadu to Podanur Railway Station Tamilnadu with uber. The driver first was standing at a particular location and was not moving when I called him he was telling me that I am dropping customer there was no such indication on app. He was actually wasting our time because i had told him to hurry because we had to board a train to Bangalore. I was giving him uber call so he messaged his personal number on uber app so that i should contact him on his phone and not on uber app. Since I did not call him on his personal number he was not picking my uber call and was hanging it so many times. He finally picked up and asked me to come to his location. When I reached he asked me for 50 rs for waiting(this was his first intention for taking up extra money when he was not moving his car) and secondly he asked 100rs more on the fare and said the current charge given by uber is 5 years back and uber has not updated the same. He started the car after arguing and started sending voice messages on whatsapp to someone in Tamil language(which was unknown to me since I was a tourist). I could only figure out that his voice note was all about picking up and dropping us to different location than expected. Than he started driving in opposite direction and was hiding his phone. I was tracking the route so I asked him why are you doing so he told he is taking me from shortcut and he told the google map is wrong.
                                      I call uber safety and discussed all this to them. The driver got angry and he started driving rashly and he stopped and threw us out of the cab and told to find other he was not even speaking uber customer executive. He was so angry that he could have hit me but since I was on call he could not do anything. He just held his head and started getting angry. We dropped the trip in between. And we were saved.

                                      He had a big plan of raping me since we were three girls in the car or theft or something serious. Since he was continuously on phone and not concentrating on trip and taking me in wrong direction.

                                      I compliant the same to uber but it seems uber has not taken any action on the driver they instead charged me. My question uber is why did they still didn’t take any action on my on the spot complaint? Are they waiting for some terrible cases to happen because of this driver?

                                      I am dropping my email for contact. So that I can share further proofs to this incident.
