Dear Team,

At 10:30 I booked the uber, uber person called me I ask for the location, after that he told me I am not visit your drop location I will drop before that location he cut the call & he didn't pickup my call & didn't cancelled my trip. I have no option to call different Uber book. I waited last 1 hrs till time he didn't cancelled my trip what's type of misbehaving is there.

    I have booked an intercity Cab from Noida to Gurgaon today from Uber with the fare of Rs. 1106/- Accordingly by comparing with other alternatives, have booked the Uber cab. The driver enquired about the total fare shown then only he started the journey and dropped off as per the uber route shown in his mobile.
    As soon as my journey was completed to my surprise, I show two amounts have been debited from my wallet i.e. Rs 1106 and additionally Rs 575. I have even paid Rs 310 extra in cash to the cab driver. The total fare became Rs 1991.00i.e Rs 885.00 higher than what it fixed initially.
    I immediately reported the issue to the uber help section, but they are justifying the validity of RS 885/0 excess fare taken and illogically dropped my complaint and denied a refund of the excess amount collected.
    It is a clear-cut case of manipulating the fare by hiking 80% higher and unethical practice of doing the business and shall be treated as misleading with intention of cheating the customer. Even Cab Driver Mr Vinay [protected] is surprised by this increased fare by uber and even by repeated complaint, the driver was not contacted by Uber to hear his version.
    Requesting Senior people from uber to examine this malpractice and do justice by refunding the excess amount collected to live it up to Uber’s reputation.

    As confirmed by driver and monitor by me, not deviation of route has been taken what shown in mobile.

      Uber drivers are too bad... They don't accept the ride...even if somehow they accept, they start asking so many questions like where u will go, is it in cash or online ..how much payment it is showing...etc. after taking the details they transfer the ride to other and it goes on ... It's a harrasment to a uber users... For all this nuisance users have to keep waiting for hours and hours...
      In this such a hot weather if consumer ask to turn on the A.C they simply refuses by saying that they are not allowed to start the A.C... The uber company must look into all these things.. becoz of this all mischievous things which drivers are doing the company will be defamed

        We Booked UBER - the driver started the trip and then on the way informed that AC was not working. We asked him to drop us back to our pick up point. On reaching the pick up point their was a charge of RS 144 to be paid which we refused as its the fault of the UBER driver who did not inform us about the faulty AC. Hence I hereby request UBER to take care of such issues in future.

              I have booked a ride today. The initial estimated fare was 305 and the final fare was 529 which is far far higher than the estimated fare. Please look into the matter and refund my extra charged money. Stop looting your consumers.

                I am facing cab booking time...some one accepted the booking while he is another ride how can possible ...your wasting the people time and playing with people nessaseries.
                I am booking 2 rides in different mobiles same issue happend...what is the issue with uber guys...lay off the your service like this go in future ...never will belive uber 🤔 for bookings ...

                  The driver named Mallikarjun Ravutappa Kudari, Car Registration number KA 41 D 0303 is a criminal and he tried to run over his car on me which could've killed me or seriously hurt me. I booked the cab for 4 people which he refused after reaching the location due to new COVID rules regarding not taking 4 people, so I asked him to cancel it because there was no such mention in Uber app while I was booking. He made me wait 5 mins to let the timer run out before cancelling, so i tried to take a picture of his number plate to file a complaint later and that's when he literally tried to run over his car on me. This is extremely serious. I have taken Uber 1000 times at least over last 5 yrs and have never come across anyone like Mallikarjun. He is extremely dangerous, rude and a goon. He called his 2 driver friends to beat me up outside my society. I had to file a police complaint so that I could go outside my society. Please requesting you to take strictest action against him otherwise I'll have to make a public post on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram to let everyone know that Uber doesn't even take action against a driver when they try to run over and kill a customer. I have proofs of him trying to run me over as the security guard showed me the camera recording yesterday. Please take strict action agaist him or I am going to release the video and tag Uber in all the above mentioned social media platforms

                      I booked an Uber rental at 10.50am on 1-Apr-2022 for 3 hours from 4.45pm. At 4.50pm when the car doesn't arrive, I tried calling the driver. His location showed 20mins away and he told me it will take him 30 minutes to reach. I told him how could he be so careless when I booked the cab in the morning. I had an urgent appointment for my child and could not afford to reach 30 minutes late for it - else I would have missed it completely, so I had to cancel it, rush down and try and flag a taxi.
                      INSTEAD of an apology I was charged Rs169. Completely unethical and illegal. When I contacted Support by email, they decline refunding me the amount and instead send me this - "You may not be charged a cancellation fee if the driver takes longer than the estimated time to arrive at your pickup location." When that is EXACTLY what I am complaining about!

                        Today I was trying to book auto or cab from 9:30 am to till 11:30. Some drivers picked my pick up but not came towards my location and also said cancel my ride .and waiting time showed 18 min and they even not moved his place . 5, 6 drivers behaved same . Then I had complained in Uber no one customer support helped me in this same issue. I had faced this issue for last many months . And Uber support services never helped me. They have very unprofessional drivers and poor services and even not took any action against the drivers .

                        I request you to kindly help me out this. And take strictly action towards Uber customer support and unprofessional drivers . They are not deserved be a part of this services .

                          On April the 3rd, 2022, at around 9pm we booked a short ride from Ramachndrapura, Bloonfeild Gardens in Bangalore to RK Gardens, New Bel Road Bangalore. the initial wait said 20 minutes, we waited with a diabetic brother in law, calling the driver after a 15 minute interval after his arrival time increased further. no response. after a 30 minute wait and multiple phone calls went unanswered, we decide to walk home at 9.40 pm, there being no the vehicle at that time of the night. the driver we got was Mohammed, Tata Indica, car no KA01AC8563, PIN number for this trip was 1448. we arrived home on our own and 2 hours later he has neither responded to us or cancelled the trip. this is the fourth time such an incident has occurred with Uber drivers where they do not arrive and do not cancel, forcing the client to do so and pay the cancellation fee. On principle, we decided not to. as of 11.30pm the driver has still not cancelled the trip and still will not answer. Uber needs to provide a solution by allowing customers to complain unreal time, not after the trip is complete, especially in cases of misbehaviour or unscrupulous acts such as these. This driver has a 4.8 star rating!!! who gave him the rating? he's the worst to date.

                            I had booked a ride at Hyderabad from App on [protected] at 0315 hrs of 31st March 2022 from Secunderabad to Hyderabad Airport about 8 hours in advance. A message appeared in app on my phone that driver shall report to me at my given address between 0315 hrs to 0330 hrs on 31st March 22. At about 0200 hrs of 31st March, a mesg appeared that some driver Mohammad shall report to me at 0315 hrs. I waited till 0345 hrs but driver failed to appear. And no phone came also, Driver did not attend my calls. I was to catch a flight. This is the trust o[censored]ber. At 100hrs of 31st March, a sorry msg appeared on my phone. I have lost complete faith on Uber, and I shall advertise this failure on all social media sites. I shall now not take any servicres from UBER.

                              Fraud uber driver, Today i was traveling from Raja Puri to Gole Market, uber driver (neeraj) forced to me for payment in cash, after when i reached my location i paid in cash of Rs. 220 (actual bill is 214). But in your uber app is showing unpaid. Please check and confirm, Uber scam driver or company doing fraud, fooling customer and harassing, there is no any customer support system, i dont know uber company is aware of this.

                                  I had taken a ride on 13/03/2022 and paid for the same by credit card but still it is showing outstanding in the uber app and no option to get it resolved even after trying several times. Not getting updated and still showing outstanding

                                    Dear Uber,

                                    I relied and booked Uber cab from Rohini to Rajouri Garden, New Delhi on dated 21st March 00.15 am. The driver reached on time with his un-maintaned noisy and dirty car i.e. Maruti Swift Dezire. I was travelling with my family. He was not even ready to turn-on the AC but later he did with difficulty. His car broke down with in 200 to 300 mtrs of distance and he left us at night on the road. He was asking for money which we didn't used but even we faced harassment. Me and my family faced too much difficulty reaching back home late at night.
                                    I am now even unable to register a complaint for this issue on the application and the application also demanding Rs.91 from me. It's not the issue of Rs.91 but it's the issue of customer's complaint addressal which is lacking in Uber.
                                    It's only your set questions and your set answers.

                                      Hi,
                                      The person from Uber came and took the packge for delivery. Without reaching the proper location, the driver completed the trip so that i cannot contact him. I reached out to Uber support and they did not respond to me as well. Not even answering when i asked for driver's number so that i can contact him about my package.

                                        I booked a ride to malad driver messaged and asked were I want to go, I said malad then the driver canceled the trip stating that he will not go for small destinations. Then I got a discount from Uber second time we booked again driver called and asked for fare I said 88 rupees he said I will not go because fare is very low, I mean this is just not done. I must say Uber India is getting worse day by day. Something must be done. Drivers are pathetic and rude.
