Rejecting short trip

I want to complaint against Mr.Suraj uber auto rickshaw driver, vehicle no. MH12KR0622.
i booked my trip from uber app from vishrantwadi bus stop to tingre nagar lane no.11 it is a short trip.
Mr.suraj first he picked the trip and called me asked me where is the drop, and i answered drop location is tingre nagar so he disconnected the call and rejected the drip due to short distance.
and i want to ask uber india that...

Double Charging and poor customer support

I had make two payments for my ride today in Gpay and Uber App. On raising multiple tickets, there is absolutely no response or support. There is no option to track the concern as the the request disappears with a message 'We have received your message'. Poor service from Uber India....

Ignorant, arrogant and profit minded Uber company

UBER INDIA Negligence to provide assistance over Theft of Mobile by UBER driver.
They have one of the poor customer service but overpriced service....

Legal complaint

Dear uber team, today i booked uber auto for my home for my self and my mother . After crossing more then half way suddenly your uber driver stopped auto and refused to take us to home and arguing that the final location is just little away from home .
He started fighting with us in late night with us on road that i can not go to home as ginal loction is there .

Unethical practices by cab drivers

I am from Kolkata, and in our city like most of the cities, Uber have become an essential part of our life.

Slang used by uber bike driver

Today i.e. 26th april 2022, around 11 am in the morning, i was trying to book uber bike to reach alipore court which is hardly 3kms away from my home. The booking was accepted and almost 4 to 5 drivers cancelled the trip ether by saying " pay me extra" " i don't want to go, i am here only for a ride and not for booking", " uber themself will drop you and not me", one of them called and asked my drop location, I refused to say the location...

I paid cash for my trip but shows outstanding. It does not let me ride further.

I had made a ride at 6 pm on 24 March 2022 from my relatives place to Khar West, and the trip got over at 6.39 PM. I paid the driver Rs. 211 for the trip.

After few days when I opened my Uber app to take a new ride, it showed that the said trip's amount is outstanding & I need to pay the amount to proceed further.

I had not opted for any online payment & have chosen for COD.

Rash Driving by Driver/DL 1ZC 7968

Today 25.04.22, while coming office at Noida sector 62 under pass, this CAB driver had almost tried to hit me from right side to overtake. I tried to confront him for his rash driving, but he started shouting and talking in abusive language. I want the company UBER INDIA should take appropriate action against this Driver, as they can kill someone someday with their reckless driving....

I have paid cash on non cash uber trip. On uber app it sti shows the trip is unpaid

I have took ride from malad to Muland on 25 April 2022 by uber auto. I told driver that I will pay by non cash mode but he insisted on cash payment. So I made cash payment of Rs. 340 to auto driver. I raised complaint on uber through get trip help option. Still on app is showing the trip is unpaid....

Paid fare by cash, still showing unpaid in app

I booked an ube xl on 24/04/2022 at 4.40 am. At that time the fare was showing as 681 rs. After reaching my destination at 5.39 am i paid the driver 681 rs by cash. He took picture and confirmed it. But after he left, i saw the fare is showing as 701 rs. I wanted to give him the extra 20 rs. But he already left. After some times in my app it is showing as pending 701 rs. I am ready to pay the outstanding 20 rs. But uber is asking me to pay...

Charging huge money for covering less distance

I was shown rs.277 for covering the distance from Salt Lake DL block to Haldirams, Teghoria but at the end of the trip I was charged with rs. 483 which is huge. This is extremely annoying. If I would have known earlier that this much would be charged then I would have never avail that. And if this is how Uber works then I would have to recommend others not to go for it....

Over charged me 600 rupees

I booked a ride with uber .. which showed up front price of Approx Rs 430

But when driver ended up the trip I had to pay 1019 .

How come there is 2X of difference in the price .

This is pure loot !

What if someone is not carrying up that much cash .. what if I book this up for my...

No way to reach them

I have had the most disturbing trip ever. The car broke down on a road and the driver panicked so much. He did not care about the customer. We could have been in a terrible accident. There was no way to reach uber helpline. He did not cancel the ride so i was stuck in a car for more than 1 hr with no ac and such bad traffic....

Uber driver scammed me. He's not giving me my money back.

On 13-Apr, I booked a cab around 4:30 am from my home in Sohna to New Delhi railway station PaharGanj Side. After the pickup, driver told me I'll have to pay Rs 90 for Sohna toll which I did. After reaching Delhi he dropped me away from the station as per his convenience at AjmeriGate side instead of PaharGanj. Now the fare for ride was Rs 972 which is paid him via UPI. The money got debited from my account but due to some technical issue...

Taken extra payment of rs 2270

I have booked uber outstation from pune to mumbai dated 18/04/2022 and selected uber cash as payment method.
At the end of the trip when i asked uber driver final amount he said his network is not working hence he cant complete the ride in his uber app due to which in my app as well trip not showing completed because uber driver not pressed the complete button. Driver forced me for cash l. I paid cash.

I selected UPI for that trip. Because of driver forced me to give cash in hand. I gave cash for my trip. But in app.. it's showing not paid.. i contacted uber 4 times, but I'm not getting any support from them....
