Driver did not pick and canceled the Trip

Today Evening the Driver of Taxi No. GJ24X0727 named Jitendra came to our pick up point, waved his hand stating that he is canceling the trip and left in the moving car without even stopping.

We were shocked at the behaviour of the driver. Not stopping at the pick up point and driving away is bringing disgrace to the Company.

For above aborted trip (not undertaken by driver) you have charged me some amount.br...

Of late it is becoming very difficult to get response from Uber auto as well as cab drivers for rides booked through Uber app though the drivers are available nearby. It amounts to illtreating senior citizens like us. What is the use of having a company which does not respond to requests for ride, though the drivers are available within the vicinity as per the map...

Payment showing outstanding inspite of having paid

On 4/6/2022, I took a trip from DPS Ruby Park High school at shanti pally Naskarhat, East kolkata twp, Kolkata - 700107 to 183, lake east, 6th Road, Santoshpur, Kolkata - 700075 at 11:14am. After the trip was completed the payment value was not shown in the drivers app nor in my app. Although, I paid the driver rupees 150. But still now it is showing unpaid and is being added to the next trip.This is highly inconvenient. PLEASE LOOK INTO...

It is with respect to the issues I am often facing with Uber India that they are charging me Rs 50 cancellation fee regularly even though the driver himself is canceling the ride and why should I pay for them. It's beyond my patience level now I feel cheated.

I want the team o[censored]ber India to look into this as it is absurd and come up with the solution at the earliest.

Driver called and used filthy language

Company levied extra toll charges which they are not reverting. Driver asked me to pay toll charges. I confirmed with him but he mentioned as per policy I need to pay and in middle of highway I couldn’t argue with him. But when I saw invoice later I got to know that it is there in invoice as well. Driver flew away with my mobile

Address:MGF Mega Mall

I booked a auto numbered 8606 at last. His name was Samay. When I needed to pay him, he had no change. So I asked him to come with me to my shop inside the MGF mega city mall but he denied saying police will take my auto away and he asked me to keep something for security so I kept my mobile. And when I returned back with the change he was not there and neither he is answering my call....

Need of response

Yesterday and today i have raised a complaint on increased in fare the fare before trip was something else and after the fare was something else. the price was higher.

Availability of Uber auto/go

It's so annoying that drivers keep cancelling according to their wishes. They don't feel like going somewhere they simply cancel. Orelse they call and ask for drop location and then conveniently cancel after saying that they are on the way to pick up.

This is so so annoying and inconvenient for customers. Even if we are willing to pay higher charges, we dont get any advantage of getting the ride faster. Peaktime/normal time/rain/no...

No Answer from customer Service

Yesterday i have done an ola auto ride in which the fare after the ride was very high so i raised a complaint but till now i haven't recieved any response for it .

Uber India Paid cash for my trip but shows outstanding

Hii uber india
I took a Uber Auto ride with Ratan License Plate: TS11UC9816 on 30/05/2022 from Saranya, Nagarjuna Hills, Panjagutta, Hyderabad to Aparna Cyber Commune, Kanchi Gachibowli Rd, Nalagandla, Telangana, as usual i paid the driver 250 rs in cash, but when again i tried booking new ride the app is showing pending payment of rs 249 for previous ride and asking me to pay, like how you one should pay double for the same ride....

Outstanding payment showing in the app even after paying the full amount

I took an uber ride ( Bike share) on 30/05/2022 in Nagpur. Initially the trip amount was shown as Rs 98 and after that it was shown as Rs 119. I have paid the driver the full amount to his upi id . And immediately after I left he reported that I haven't paid the full amount. Now an outstanding payment of Rs 119 is showing in my uber app.
Payment transaction details is attached herewith.
Kindly do resolve this issue quickly....

Driver didn't end the ride & Uber didn't supported

Address:Pune

I completed my ride and paid him via Googlepay. After sometime when I tried booking a ride for way back to home ut was showing ride in process and the application didn't allow me to book another ride. After a few hours he ended the ride with a higher cost and the application wants me tp pay the ride which I have already paid for my destination.
I had to suffer to fina a ride way back to home in mid afternoon and hot whether. The application...

No response from customer service

From today i was using uber auto and every i was charged double i have also raised complaint but there is no response from there and i have also tried calling but no. is invalid

This happened on 25th May 2022. I booked a cab for my father to Delhi Airport Terminal 3. The cab was booked from my phone which was linked to my Paytm account. As soon as the ride was finished the amount was automatically deducted from my account. Complain for my money deducted from uber wallet.

Hi in January i have complaint about driver that he has taken extra money from me. So, after this complain i got my extra money in my uber wallet.
But, i was not using that money money because I was not traveling but after one month when checked my wallet amount was getting reduced and once i tried to use my wallet amount so my wallet was empty.

Kindly, requesting not to do such activity. Please i want my money back...

The customer service keeps stating that they have rightly compensated their drivers for toll when travelling from Bangalore airport to the city, however the drivers always take a side road from a village and there is no toll on that road.
