While booking the auto, shown charges are way less than what u show at the end of the ride, i have been using auto since 20 days now nd i have been faving this issue daily .. highly dissatisfied with the service ...stop this cheating with customers ..i cnt pay what u dnt show on the application...at the end of ride also, i cnt see the actual amount i have to pay ..and then the driver shows me ..its not how it should be..

    I started my ride at 5:35 pm from prestige tech park bangalore to hormavu bangalore on 29/06/2022.
    It was a grey maruti suzuki ritz when I reached the destination I paid the amount via gpay to the driver and even though i have paid the amount of 654.08 the application is still showing outstanding amount as 654.08.
    There is no help from the support and the application is not letting me take new cabs

      I book a cab from termina 2 to laxmi nagar when I reached at my destination I saw the manipulated bill that included so many fake charges that was not charged before whenever I traveled to airport. The driver manipulates the bill and charge money according to his convenience

          I paid extra amount because uber app generated an errored receipt for me . For drivers app the fare was shown as 152. However for me it was shown 213. I Paid the 213 trusting uber app. Later I noticed a difference of around Rs 60 between the ride history amount and electronic receipt popped in my phone . I raised this as a complaint to support team. As per their response the customer has to bear the loss for their technically errored receipt fare. And they are not updating on refunding the cash although they agreed there was a technical error in their app.

            I have been booking an auto in the morning to my office since past 2 hours.
            All that the auto drivers do in Uber is that they accept the ride and cancels it within 1 min. They cancelled almost 20 rides for me because of which I got late to reach office. Finally I had to uninstall Uber and book it through other vehicle booking apps.

            In the past one year I think Uber has become the worst in terms of customer experience and it is still declining. If the company do not take any actions on this, the time will come soon when people will stop using the application.

              I took a cab ride from uber on 9/6/22 to Sarojini Nagar Delhi. The payment method was cash and the fare was Rs 430. Even after paying the whole amount in cash the app shows partial outstanding fare of Rs 340. I have not been able to book a cab since then due to this outstanding fare. And i swear I am never going to settle this amount from my side, rather I will keep using other cab services.Uber team kindly resolve this issue and improve the customer support.

                It was an online payment, but due to bank server down i could not pay so i paid in cash it shows outstanding payment left and wont let me ride without the payment

                  On 16 June 2022 we travelled in go sedan uber cab in Hyderabad for a distance of 35 to 40 km, but the driver took us in different route which is longer than regular route and charged 3258 rupees, but actually it costs around 1000 to 1200 rupees. We paid total amount i.e 3258 to the driver.after that I asked for refund in uber help they are not returning my extra amount.

                      Dear All,
                      I booked a cab on 22nd June from T2 Delhi Airport to Gaur City (45 kms) and the estimated fare was 1200 INR. However, when the trip was completed, the bill shows +100 kms for an amount 2358 INR (with unlimited toll charges). This is a complete scam and fraud by UBER.
                      Please refund my money ASAP. The receipt is attached for your reference

                        I had travelled from Sushant lok III to DLF phase 2 via uber moto. It was a non cash drive but had paid using Paytm to driver (₹105). The app still shows outstanding payment.please help.

                            For some urgent work, I booked the UBER auto and the driver Mohd Rizwan accepted the ride with his auto MH04HZ8192. It's within 3min of reach in uber app. The driver called and asked am I going to Vashi and where should I go? And I replied to goto Vidhyavihar as per the booking and he confirmed the trip. Suprisingly after that he cancelled the trip and got message saying trip Cancelled.

                            Checeked to complaint via Uber app, but no customer service option to either complaint this case via app and no tel number to call them as well.

                            Uber charges if customer cancelled the trip and in such case putting customer under pressure.

                            Is it the rightful way of doing?

                              The customer care is so bad in this app. Yesterday, I left my earbuds in the uber auto and called the person so he could return it. He said that he is busy dropping off customer and asked if he could return it tomorrow which I was ok with But the next day when I call him he says that he is very far from my location and asked for ₹200-₹300 to come there or he will not return the earbuds. I am Trying to call the customer care and the website is jus redirecting me to the app . Very disappointing

                                Dear Sir/ Ma’am,

                                I would like to bring to your kind attention that I booked a cab from Howrah station on 20/06/2022. The cab number was WB04H 3630. Firstly it showed the arrival time of 4 mins then it became 8 mins. When we booked the cab the fare was showing as Rs 461.30. After boarding the cab we saw that the driver is taking the longer route instead of the shorter one and we also told him to take the short route. Once we reached our destination the fare became Rs 840. When we saw the break up of fare we observed that it has charged extra for 1.8x surge, round off and parking fee of Rs 75 which is absolutely meaning less. If this is the situation with us middle class people then how we can survive.

                                Therefore requesting your strict action on the above issue.

                                    There are issues with 2 recent
                                    rides.
                                    First 10/06/22: On 10th i
                                    was charged 140 INR for my ride
                                    with already had some wait time
                                    issue because i had entered the
                                    Cab before the threshold time
                                    given after which you guys start
                                    charging per minute.
                                    "In some locations, a per-minute wait time
                                    fee will begin a few minutes after
                                    your driver arrives at your
                                    location. We'll notify you that the
                                    charge has started, and it will
                                    continue until your driver begins
                                    the trip." On 11th morning without
                                    my permission or making me
                                    aware of this deduction Uber withdrew 9 INR from my PAYTM wallet and that too
                                    without any description as to why
                                    was i charged for it? When i book
                                    a ride it shows 133 point
                                    something IN because it's my
                                    daily route so i know. Upon ending
                                    the trip I'm being charged 140
                                    point something INR. You guys
                                    are literally looting customers.

                                    Second 13/06/22: Again i
                                    entered the cab under 3 minutes
                                    of it reaching the location. And
                                    again instead of charging 133
                                    point something INR for which i
                                    had booked the cab, i was
                                    charged 140 point something INR.
                                    Upon looking at the receipt it says
                                    5 INR for waiting charge. How
                                    does 133+5 = 140? What nonsense
                                    math and scam are you guys
                                    running? First i pay for a RIDE
                                    PASS every month and then you
                                    loot us like this on EVERY TRIP i
                                    take.

                                    Today when i check the price o[censored]ber from my place to office it shows 133.69 INR AFTER DEDUCTION of ride pass discount. And for the same route it shows 111 INR on my fathers app.

                                      Despite being a loyal and frequent user with 1200+ trips taken on a personal account ([protected]) and being a corporate profile holder on Uber, the company decided to deactivate my account (first noticed on 3rd June 2022).
                                      Before this, I'd booked a ride with Uber on 31st May 2022, during which the driver started the trip without my confirmation by just asking for my contact no. in the in-app chat feature. When I protested against this and threatened to raise a complaint if he didn't call me back to explain why he did so, he made excuses to evade. I raised this issue using the 'Help' section of the app and was assured I would get my money back. Meanwhile, the driver completed the trip without even picking me leading to an INR 151.24 charge on my account, which I had to pay later to book another ride. After multiple complaints and intensive follow-up, Uber refunded me on 1st June 2022. However, when I tried booking the next ride on 3rd June, I couldn't because I had logged out, and my account was deactivated.

                                      Since that day, I've been trying to raise a complaint regarding this with Uber via mail. Despite so many days of correspondence (10+ emails exchanged), Uber gave a standard response and could never explain why this action was taken. Moreover, every time I tried to follow up on their previous reply in the same thread, some other executive would be assigned who would then reply with their default responses and not understand the context. During this while, I haven't been able to use Uber at all, leading to the highest inconvenience for me in my work life as my corporate profile linked to my account allowed me seamless work travel.

                                      After all this harassment, I decided to stop pursuing this and focus on getting a solution as I have to use Uber for work. I had to buy a new mobile number and register a new email address to create a new account ([protected]) with Uber. Again, when I tried adding my payment modes to Uber, it didn't allow me to book a ride even with the new account. On raising this issue, the Uber team gave the same standard response that duplicate accounts for the same user are not allowed and that they can't disclose details about the previous deactivation either. Furthermore, they have blocked my device completely, inhibiting me from using the service.

                                      Apart from the apparent lapse in communication, it's unreasonable for such service providers to ask for trust from the customer regarding every detail (payments, addresses, location, personal information, etc.) while not having the basic courtesy even to explain why they terminated my services and caused so much harassment over the past two weeks.

                                        My account on Uber is registered with same mobile number and name only.

                                        I had booked UBER ride @ 4:05 AM from Sarai Rohilla Railway Delhi station to Kilokari- Delhi on 13th June 2022. While booking the ride amount of trip was shown was INR 370. At first it was showing 2 mins waiting and after that consecutively 2 rides were cancelled by drivers itself post asking drop location, probably they were not interested to go on said location. Finally ride came @ 4:35 AM and due to which waiting time was 30 mins along with my family members and 1 infant outside railway station.

                                        We took ride with making no changes in the entire process as 2 cabs changes happened by its own and ride started @ 4:35 AM.

                                        Moreover while payment @ drop location billing amount came out to be INR 1252 for travel distance of less than 18 km. Unable to understand that how come a ride booked @ INR 371 and final billing is INR 1252.

                                        How come uber cab afford to make customer harassment with such unprofessional behavior?

                                        Also how come 18 Km distance can be charged with INR 1252

                                        I need immediate reversal of excess charges of INR 881.

                                        Looking forward for positive revert from esteemed organization like Uber.
