Today afternoon at 12:36 pm, i have taken a ride and the fare was shown as inr 49. However when the trip got ended, the total fare came to inr 103. What is this. I have not deviated even 10 metre from the gps proposed route.

Don't try to cheat people with the wrong information. While interacting with customer care executive they are saying that i have deviated from the route. You may pls check with the driver whether any alternative...

I am from kolkata. I took a trip this afternoon at around 4pm from sahidnagar, kolkata.
As i had a promo code already registerd when i was checking the fare it was saying the fare would be only rs.14/-. I had that money with me so i booked my trip. Now when i reached my destination my fare was of rs.109/- and with my promo code it came to rs.59/-.
Now i was shocked to find that my fare has suddenly changed from rs14 to rs.59....

On july 9, 2017, in evening i have booked an uberx from dagadusheth temple pune. I did not get into the cab and did not take the trip.
They charged me 94.50 rupees twice for the ride that i have not taken. The driver was very late and then himself cancelled the trip. Once again the same thing happened and third time uber was finally booked but that time i was forced to pay double cancellation charges in addition to the fare estimated....

I have been driving for uber for almost a year now. There is a minimum business guarantee where in if you do a certain number of trips, you get that minimum earnings amount. I always do 13 trips minimum so i'm eligible for 4700 per day. Uber cuts 26% towards its fees which is very high. But they never pay that amount. Every week i earn only the amount i have made with trips and promotion amount. But i i never get the minimum business amount....

Today i have done uber car pooling from shivani park punjabi bagh new delhi to vikas bhawan new delhi 110002
But
My charge was too high (Rs 210) as compare total charge of two other passengers (Rs 183 only) even though they were coming from paschim vihar on same root and picked up me on the way by same car.

I had booked one ride with uber past 6 months ago. Mode of payment was my debit card. After the ride complete, driver told me that payment has been done and the amount has been deducted. I was driving to my office and was on the s. G. Highway ahmedabad. I was on a normal speed of 30-35 kms and all of a sudden your driver took a full speed turn (Nearly 40-50 kms) and trashed into my car. My bonnet and number plate are badly damaged. I had already raised a complain with uber on 8th june 2017, but no action has been taken yet and i got a response that you had selected wrong payment option they refunded earlier so cannot be refunded.

Its open cheating and grabbing hard earned money in the name of wrong payment option selected.

I booked uber but driver called me and said that his vehicle has some problem so he can not come to pick up me, he needs to go to repair, i thought he may come but he didnt came and he told me to cancelled then i booked another uber and reached to my destination... And these happen two times in last three months. Two times i gave extra charged i. E 150 rupees.....

I was ride with uber on 1st july from mohali to chandigarh. During payment i was left my cell phone in car. I contact with my cab driver mr satnam, mobile no-[protected] & request to return my mobile. He accept the same and give me time on next day to receive the same. But still he didn't return and he didnt my call right now, so it was my bad experience with uber. & one more thing that was my first ride with uber....

I was incorrectly charged for my last ride from sector 48, gurgaon to mg road, gurgaon on 13/07/2017.
The amount shown in the app was 140 but i was charged 293 for the ride.
In the receipt it clearly seen that they have incorrectly charged me.
I need my refund in the cash and also want a compensation for the inconvenience.
I have attached receipt.

I got message yesterday for 100rupees of on 10uber rides. I tried applying the code, it didn't show invalid so i thought the coupon has been applied but i didn't get the 100rupees off. Check the information before sending such message neither 75rupee worked nor 100rupee....

My contact no is [protected]. I have been charged 629 rupees just for 4km (From Fun to shahara ganj ) . While booking the ride it was displayed only 49 rupees no peak charges but they have charged 629.
Request you kindly refund 629-49= 580 Rupees to my account.
