There are two cases:
1. On 17.7.2017 at about 5.45 when i tried to enter into my booked cab (A hyundai eon) i found out that two obese ladies were already sitting on the back seat. It was impossible for me to sit. I had to leave. I was charged cancellation charges which was totally illogical.
2. Today (18.7.2017) at about 5.45 i booked a cab. The driver on phone asked me where was i going. I told him janakpuri. He said he would be coming. But he somehow managed to avoid the trip and the other cab came. Shockingly i have been charged cancellation charges.

What the hell with Uber pool, last time from manikonda to gachibowli it's 99, where as it took 292 I didn't got my money back, this time from gachibowli to sr Nagar 179 he took 232 due to last Balance 50, what the hell is this I want all my money back, horrible service.

    Firstly i have wrongly charged for the cancellation whether driver denied duty and when asked for cancellation he refused, still they have charged cancellation from my account. After so many follow up i got refund of this money but still they have charged by adding some extra amount in my next 4 rides. When i have again raised a complaint they said they already refund my amount but why they have charged extra amount in my next 3 to 4 rides? And now there is one payment pending from my side and i have tried with 3 to 4 debit/credit cards, even by paytm also but still getting some error. I have already reported this issue but every time they told me to uninstall the app and install again, i have tried so many times by doing this. At last i have tried with new phone but issue is there. Due to this unable to book any new ride. Report so many time this to uber but not getting any solution. Need to fix this issue asap and refund of my extra deduct money.

      Today morning we had a ride from safilguda to bachupally_hyderabad. Amount to pay was 670 but he charged us 880 for no reason. He didn't even drop us near our destination even on requesting which caused lot of embarrassment. We reached our destination one hour late and missed
      The exam.
      And i asked him to drop near our destination and he was like no i cant drop i'm having another booking..

        Dated[protected] at 7.30 i reserve a uber cab from new delhi railway station to u. P. Bhawan chanakya puri but till 8.00 am neither the cab reach the riding point nor the driver contact me. Than i reserve another cab but charged me extra rs. 63-00 for the cancellation of previous ride.
        So kindly refund me extra charged rs. 63-00

          I booked a uber pool cab from apollo hospitals, hyderguda to goshamahal as the price shown was rs.39.42 whereas i was charged rs. 103.69 for the same distance and destination. Uber app didnt show me any surcharge or extra charges or else i would have opted someother option. I booked it cos the price shown was rs.39 only. Further, i had no other balance or pending issues with uber. I have the screenshots of the fare shown, the invoice. I request you to look into this asap or else i will be constrained to approach legal forum.

            I m. V. Srinivas rao living in hyderabad uber send sms on 17.07.2017 with ride any were in 5km of rs. 49 only. I booked cab from yapral to secunderabad station.               I booked the uber on 17 july 2017 from kalina to sion-chunabhatti which is approximate 6.2 kms distance. Booking was done under uberpass for rs. 99.
              When i booked uber it showed me rs. 99 under uberpass and no surcharge was mentioned and that is why i had booked. I had clearly cheeked the rates were showing as rs. 99 without surcharge. Also in between the trip there was no notification of surcharge. Then how come now i am been charged rs. 679?
              Also the distance between the pick up and drop location is just 6.2 km. The driver took a different route which was long. I told him that it's a long route but he did not agree.
              As per the booking confirmation i should be charged only rs. 99. I need a refund of rs.[protected]. Kindly give my money back. I am not going to bare rs. 580 extra when i should be paying only rs. 99.
              Also there is no contact number to contact uber directly and also when i am sending emails all the ids are replying back as they did not receive this message. I dont understand how do i contact them for the refund.

                My name is imran khan and my no. [protected].
                Today early morning 7 am due to heavy rain i happened to book a uber share from ayesha masjid to us visa information centre begumpet. Fortunately the uber driver came to near by pick up location after half an hour but he said his car was punctured and can't able to come to pick me up but what i'm seeing on road he was driving the car from tolichowki to mehdipatnam road, and it made me furious and very angry thought to stop the driver and hit him hardly, for he made me to wait for half an hour and not even picked me up by lying. I want a serious action to be taken against that driver.in an urgent situations what do we do if these people do like this whom do we rely on a strict action needs to be taken against this person.

                I have just received a call from one person by name Deepak, saying he is from uber customer service and he is asking my bank account details like 16 digit debit card number expiry date and my cvv in order to process my request further he is saying need to do a transaction of 10 rs but I'm getting a transaction amount of 20000 I have share my 16digit debit card pin and my card expiry date but i didn't shared him the cvv, why uber service asking confidential information from the customer, I need a quick response on this issue and it needs to be sorted out as early as possible, this uber guys asking my bank sensitive information and I'll complaint this to the cyberabad police about this issue.

                  They always charge high fares compared to the ones they show under the name of "surge" whenever we ask about such foolish business they say some silly and stupid reasons. At first it showed rs.49/ for the whole ride and later the driver charged rs.191/ and told that there is a surge which is only visible to driver but not for traveller. I think this is a huge injustice for people who believe in uber

                    I have been using uber cabs for the past few days.

                    It was unfortunate, that even though i had not confirmed my ride, i was charged a penalty.

                    The software needs to be upgraded since, exploring options should not be mistaken for confirmation.

                    One confirms only after knowing the time factor and the availability.

                    The car quality varies and there is no link between the vehicle efficiency and the price charged.

                    The kind of vehicle available, time factor, pleasing manners of the driver, comfort level inside the vehicle, wi-fi etc is what should decide the rate!
                    I am very unhappy with uber for making my ride unpleasant by charging me a penalty for cancellation even though i did not confirm my ride!

                      Hi,

                      This is raghavender from hyderabad. On 16th july around 11 am we booked uber for a nearby place and while booking, amount displayed is rs 49 however when we got down bill was showing 160.65. We booked uber several times for rs 49 for the same place why not sure why the premium was charged. Driver name is meraj. Online receipt was showing distance as "32.61".

                      I tried my level best to reach uber but realized they do not maintain any customer care facilities, neither emails nor call center. Looks like this is effective strategy to get away with poor customer service and customer exploitation.

                      Hope uber will take a note of my issue and react positively

                        Today i was charged 223rs. For a ride supposed to be of 49rs.
                        A ride from south campus, delhi university to iuac vasant kunj which normally costs 49 rs. Costed me 220rs. Today because one of the rider had to go to jnu which increased the distance for my drop off location. Also the driver the driver got confused with the directions shown in map. I was unfairly charged extra. They said they would refund my money back as soon as possible and now they are not even refunding my money. I don't know what to do.

                        Yesterday while booking a UBER Cab in Kolkata fare shows Rs.210.00 but after releasing the Cab I find Rs.410.00 has been debited from my paytm account. I don't find any place to complaint in UBER web site.
                        I book an uber pool ride for 29rs they charged 175rs when i asked uber support they told they put an surge fare on top of 29rs. But they did without informing and also if surge is applied on 29rs its ok but the charge increased to 125 and then they applied surge on top of it. Hence please take my complaint

                          This is 2nd time such thing has happened to me, when a uber cab driver who couldn't find the correct pick up location from the aap, even after talking to him on mobile multiple time he didn't reach the correct loaction, and cancelled my ride and i have to bare 50rs.
                          Whereas multiple times i booked the cab from that same location and drivers are able to reach there all the time.
                          Driver name madhu swift dezire (0660) last 4 digits of reg number.
                          I was charged 52 rs unfairly and i want my money back also i have to suffer alot due to that driver, i got late in my schedule and have face difficulty in re booking the cab

                            Hello team my self bimal i am using uber since last 5 months but now i am in kolkata and i was travelling in dhakhineswar kali temple. The fare shown is 286 and driver collected rs 324 from me which is illegal. I have sent screenshot from my mobile and dat driver mobile too. I hope ur team can help me out of dis problem i called help line that time only they said to complain

                              I booked a cab from the airport in kolkata on wednesday july 12 at 8:53 p. M. And someone else got in the cab and took the trip while i was charged rupees 179.21 for it via my paytm account. Uber's customer support first denied a refund and then promised to refund the amount within three days and email me an updated trip receipt but neither has arrived. Since then they have not replied to multiple messages to the helpline via their app. The fact that i did not take the trip is not in doubt as i had to book another uber from the exact location once i was told what had happened to the first one.

                                In the name of pool uber is looting their customers. Today i had took pool cab at 9:28 am from iffco metro station, my driver took me to sushant lok for another rider he spend 15 mins to find her and dropped her first and then me but now they have charged me extra 80 rs for distance and time, so tell me is it fair to charge me for someone else mistake, driver took long route another rider made me travel more but guess what who is suffering me and paying extra bucks as well. I need action against them. I don't care if i have to go to consumer court as well, its not about money its about rise against corruption.

                                Uber Pool is doing this with everyone i book uber pool from sector 52 to sector 32, they pooled me with someone whose drop is in sector 14, so driver dropped him first crossing road near by my office and then dropped me. this took approx 1 hour whereas it takes 25-30 minutes otherdays.

                                they charged 141 instead of INR 49 and their support says this is due to surge price of heavy demand, how come if i book cab for Rs.49 and then have to pay 3 times of booking amount.

                                i know surge price is 1.2 or 1.3 how come it can be 3 times, i think i have to put this to consumer court as they not only waste my time but charging me extra too

                                  On 11th july i had took pool cab at 6:20 pm and paid 49 rs. Through paytm and at 7:46 pm i took another ride on pool and this time i have opted cash payment method then i received message from uber that you need to pay previous balance of 49, which i already paid via paytm, i thought may be there is some technical glitch so i paid 98 rs in cash, but after writing several times uber did not bother to respond to my query. Pathetic customer care service. They must be stopped otherwise they will loot us

                                    Yesterday 16/7/201 i booked uber around 9. He accepted the ride., i called him and confirmed the pick up and drop place., he was on the way for pick up., his car was not moving in the map., waited 10 min s. I clicked screen shot of that map., i called him he told on the way., seen his car moving opposite direction and stop and further no movement., i called him further he didn't pick the call., again i clicked screen shot the map., i will upload the photo below kindly check the time top of that both pic., i was not able to book another uber ride because this ride is on., after half and hour he was in the same place and he cancelled., and uber charged 52 rupees

                                    From Railway station - we had booked cab 2 times. But there was not a single message received from uber about confirmation and we waited fro 30 minutes. Not a single uber came.

                                    Very bad service.

                                    Can not recommend to any one.

                                      I have been charged incorrectly and after multiple follow ups they are not taking any actions, they are just giving scripted responses..
                                      I have taken uber sharing, rs 49 was showing at the time of booking but i stepped down from cab before my destination as the cab was smelling as yuck as if someone has vomited, and uber charged me rs 105 (Double the fare), they gave reason that you changed the destination when we dont have an option to change the destination in uber pool.in just stepped out the moment i could see an auto to commute to home..
                                      Please check the attached screenshots for your reference.. This will help in understanding the issue better..

                                        I booked a cab from ombr layout to rmz infinity bangalore on 14th july 2017. A promotional code blrjul100 was already applied in my account and i had taken 3 rides using that code. That code was for 10 ride till 16th july 2017.

                                        When i booked the cab the estimated fare was showing as 97 which after 100 off amounted to 0. Now they have billed me for 90. Later they changed it to 70. And they are adamant on the fact that promotional code for 75 off was used which is a mistake on part of their system but they are putting liability on me.

                                        Even after repeated requests to furnish the details about when i applied this 75 off code and why they billed me for 70 rs when the estimated fare was 0 they are not giving any satisfactory answer. I am very frustrated by their attitude
