I am regular user o[censored]ber. Today, while i took the ride at 9.45 am to go to office, the ubergo vehicle had a break down. I was not dropped to my destination (18 kms away) but was dropped on the way (3 kms) as a result i missed office. Instead of compensating me for this, uber has charged me rs. 60/- for the trip which is highly unacceptable. I will definitely escalate it to the next level if it is not resolved. It is not about the amount...

Today 21/07/2017 i booked cab ballabgarh to nekpur for that bill was showing rs. 172 but driver took rs.233 and said that you have to pay. I m helpless lady travelled. No emergency no. And no help. Pls action should be taken agst. These cheater driver and companies. Name of driver is rahul and vehical car wagon r white color. His mobile no.[protected]...

On 20/7/17, i booked uber go from 197/2, motilal gupta road, kolkata 700082 upto aurora film corporation, 125 a, lenin sarani, kolkata 700013. It was suzuki swift dzire. The driver knew that the car had a clutch-gear problem and the car was moving slowly. Near for barlow, chowringhee road, kolkata 700020 (Rabindra sadan metro), the car had a breakdown at the signal, the gear clutch wasn't working, and the driver asked us to get down. And...

On 14th july, around 10:30pm,
I booked a uber cab from noida, dlf mall of india to lakshminagar, delhi for my colleague.
After 5 minutes, a driver named manjeet came to my location and asked about my booking details and picked her up and take her to drop location.

Then after 6-7 minutes, while she was journeying, i got another call from a uber driver named rakesh, that he is at the pick up location and ready...

I have 5 free uber rides 3, 50 rupees off and 2, 75 rupees off i booked uber x from aakash institute to patel marg mansarovar, jaipur later i cancelled my ride but when i again book my ride there is no ride available my all 5 free rides are automatically cancelled i am very helpless please give me my free rides back my all free rides are automatically cancelled...

Today morning[protected], i booked a uber pool from sector 50 noida to sector 125 noida.
During booking time it was showing fare of rs 49. But during leaving, driver charged me amount rs534.
Reference screenshot is attached below.
I don't know how there system calculate rs534.
Kindly resolve this issue by taking any action, so that i get my money back. Waiting for ur reply.

Last time i went on uber from anna nagar to egmore in chennai in uber pool. When i booked it showed 109.53 rupees. But after completing my ride for it showed as 165 rupees. It is maruti suzuki ritz. After long negotiation with driver i left the car.

Already wrote review to uber directly from app. But uber didn't take any action.

Before confirming pickup total fare showed 0.00 and i was charged 98 for it.
The next time it showed 49 and i was charged 99 for it.
When u submit a complain using app their is no reply from them.
Also for a couple of weeks..
My friends account was showing 20 rs and my account was showing 100 rs for the same trip at the same time..
Not once but continuously for 2 weeks....

Yesterday (19/07/2017), i was booked uber pool from tughlakabad metro station to new ashok nagar, new delhi and its show around rs-90,
But when i was my final destination (Mayur vihar phase 1) driver mobiles show me the charge of rs-407. Please refund my money.

Today on 20.07.17 i took uber from my residence in sector 9a gurugram, haryana to my office at bhikaji cama place, new delhi; which is approximately 31km by uber go, hyundai amaze vehicle no. Uber cab have charged at a very inflated rate on pooling/sharing rs.424.67 for almost 8.0 kms journey on pooling from my place to destination.. The total distance from my place-, abul fazal, new delhi to destination-jamia hamdard, new delhi, is only 8 kms and you have charged for 33.7 kms. This is unfair and cheating on your part.

I used uber cab on 19th july from munnekolala, my residence to l&t campus in manyata tech park, bangalore. When i was booking, it showed a price of around 350 inr and i confirmed the trip. Due to some delay on road, it finally happened to be a long trip. The fare was deducted from my paytm account. And when i realised there was surge pricing of 1.6x times added additional to the time and distance surcharge. Otherwise there should be one price...

Uber charged me for faults in their mapping system. I was charged rs.50 in excess when i booked through uberpass.
My fault - i asked the driver to drop me at the front gate of my office when uber mapping system was showing the drop location as the back gate (Exit only).
The funniest part is that to reach the back gate i had to go 1km extra. So i was literally charged extra for saving my time, the drivers time and fuel.

Last week received a promo (Enclosing message screenshot) on flat 50% off on uberpool. While trying to book, saw fare not getting applied and normal fare only coming. Wrote to support. They told (I have those emails) take a ride and write to us. We will refund. Believing them took a ride on friday afternoon. As usual no discounted fare. I paid the full fare with mastercard and then my mastercard free ride was applied and 75 rs was discounted...

Every ride charging extra money and I already Please solve my problem I am just fedup with the service o[censored]ber, from last 10 to 15 days they charged 500 extra than fare charge..., please listen my complain and do the neadful. On 16th july sunday at 5 46 pm i booked uber at rajiv gandhi international airport hyderabad. Mr peeru maruti suzuki ritz was engaged and i got his details and called him to come at pick up point. He asked me the destination and i told him panjagutta but after 10 minutes he called me to cancel as his vehicle has problem. I told him to cancel this trip instead of me but he insisted and because i was getting late i cancelled it and got charged...

Today as while reviewing my account i found near about 8400 amount deducted for two week in reason of my new driver had purchased mobile phone from uber last year for his business. Which he left for some reason.

This is for your kind information that i am a regular rider o[censored]ber. But last few months my payment option was changed from paytm to cash. I have paytm money unused but cannot made payment. Every time i have to make payment through cash. As a result i have to go for ola cab. Hope you can help me to resolve the issue. Previously self was making payment through paytm....

I am writing this mail with utmost disgust. Inspite of several mails and also visiting the uber kolkata office many times, my issue remains unresolved.
