Yesterday i booked a cab and i got a confirmation, while am calling the driver he said he got a another appointment so he guide me to cancel so i jus cancelled and booked a another appointment. But i charged extra of rs.52.. Reason conveyed by other driver if we are cancelling you get a charges but am not aware of that. I didn't get any notification also. I need that amount to be refund and that cab driver name is saravanan and his contact no is [protected] from chennai.

    I am not able to link my account nothing work, uber support also just ask verify mobile number which i did several times but they are not taking any action and i am worried as my card is linked to that account, which i want to remove. But still no support from uber guys.

    The only thing i want is to delete my account. And remove all my details from your database including my card details

    Now i am getting fake calls from these numbers [protected] saying there is charge of 10 rs give your card details,
    and also this number [protected].

    UBER is becoming fraud now. I dont think they ever gonna take any action for your or mine complaint, anywys i just want my account info to get it removed from their database. including my card details

    I have advance booked ubergo on the night of 20/7/17 for 9:15 am of 21/7/12.While booking the cost of the fare showed Rs.135-Rs.150.But after reaching the destination the driver asked 333.57 which is too high.Please refund the excess money.Email :[protected]@gmail.com, PH:[protected]. Now a days uber has regular practice.

      Sir, i go to jalandhar by pass chowk ludhiana from my house and same day i come back home from jalandhar bye paas chowk. Both times when i book the cab the uber go show me 49/- rs. Fare charges but actually first time they charged 49/- rs. & second time they charged me 99/- rs. Why the price is different of two fares of same distance? And can i get my money back?

        Booked taxi from race course to ajmera infinity. Taxi allotted was in 3 mins reach taxi drove away to 28 mins arrival time driver did not take 8 calls from me and finally i had to cancel & rebook
        Your first driver did not reach for 40 mins and now you want to charge me extra for poorest device given by you. Shameful indeed
        Instead of feeling sorry for poor sevice provided by you / misbehavior of your driver by not reporting thus leading to cancellation now you want to charge me for new bookings

        I got a promo code on 17.07.17 which was supposed to be valid till 24th July, 2017 and applicable to 10 rides. But, Uber has removed the promo code today itself (18.07.17) after using 2 rides. This is not the first time uber has done this. I have suffered the same problem couple of months back also. Uber should stop this kind of intolerable thing.

          Hi,
          I was travelling with uber on 23.07.2017 at 00:36 from netaji subhash chandra airport and was driving to new town. I missed my newly bought samsung on 8 phone in cab. While getting down from cab realized that i missed the phone in cab and tried calling the driver named swapan with tata bolt with vehicle no.337. Since the doors were closed and it was raining he did not listen and went.
          Then immediately i tried calling the driver but he said he did not find any phone.
          Then we told him to come back so that i can check once as i was sure that i left it in cab only. He came after around 20-25 minutes although it could have taken him only 5 10 minute to come back as we called him immediately and he was nearby.

            I booked 5 trips yesterday afternoon.

            All five trips drivers will start the trip without even picking me up and end the trip abruptly. I am waiting for me cab and it suddenly says your trip was completed even without me taking the trip.

            It happened 5 times in a row. On top of that, drivers even gave me bad rating for fun i believe. Point is i never called those drivers neither did i met them.

            My ratings went down and i was mentally frustrated because those 5 trips i got same driver twice who was mischievous.

            I complain uber and they are not doing anything about it. They just send me pre formed emails repeatedly on whatever i ask. They are not making things right.

              I am a frequent user o[censored]ber. I use it twice daily to go to my office and come back. But i had a very bad experience yesterday when i had to cancel uber trips for few times including both uberpass and ubergo and was finally showing error saying you have cancelled too many trips. Each time the nearby uber time shown was 5-6 minutes but the drivers refused to come and said they are too far and might take around half an hour or more to reach there. So in that case is there any other option except cancelling the trip. I relied on uber but this was really not expected from your services. I had a great experience with uber after using ola but now i think the services have degraded and really disappointed with this. If there are no nearby cabs available, the time should not be shown as such. Moreover this is not expected for your daily customers.

                I booked uber from hanuman camp for sardarnagar and waited for taxi, though it was raining heavily and there was no shelter so i was totally wet & shivering with cold, being 66years old. After waiting for 15 minutes i called my family members to take me to home. Then taxi driver called me and went on giving excuses for calling after 20/25 minutes.                   This is really pathetic uber. Daily i am availing your pooling service for my office and home both side. When i am booking a cab in evening time daily getting price rs 89 higher than the pooling price which is 49 rs. Availing your services after ola was a great experience but now i would say it's a worst experience ever. Same location two people are booking services which different prices which is not acceptable. Is this how you treat a genuine customer. This is happening past one month every evening. I think i should stop using your services rather providing offers to your daily customers you are charging that high. Shame on you.

                    Booked uberpool from l n papan marg to lehri house for which the fare stated was rs 71. And some paise.
                    However on completing the journey i am being asked to pay rs143 and some paise. I think that amt is for ubergo.
                    I pay by credit card so i have still not paid.
                    But if i want to book again on uber i will be asked to pay first and then my booking will be done.
                    I request u to resolve the matter so that i can have the pleasure of traveling by uber again. U can view my account details and see that i travel very often by uber but always by uberpool.
                    Kindly expedite

                        Hi team,

                        Today i opt uber from new gajuwaka (Vizag, andhra pradesh) to vizag railway station.

                        When i check the estimated price it's shows that 50-60 inr but when the trip end driver status that trip cost is 196 inr.

                        I called the driver for some clarification but he said that this trip cost 196 inr that's it and i need cash.

                        Post that i got a massage that trip cost is 186 inr only.

                        Now tell me what is this?
                        1st thing in app the fare estimated value is below 60 inr and trip value was 186 inr and driver charged 200 inr and he said no change.

                        Is this new way to rob the customers?

                        I need clear explanation on this.

                        I need my money and total amount is 160 inr i lost today.

                        Please find the attached screen shots for your reference.

                        Check and credit the same to my account.

                          My name is anjana bose and phone number is [protected]. I travelled by uber on thursday july 20th, 2017 at around 1936 hrs in the evening from nehru place metro station. I called a cab and the app said i will be charged rs 22 after using the promo code but i have been charged rs 302.

                          There is no way to call uber or send an email to them.

                          Please help

                            I had booked a uber from west marredpally, secunderabad to aparna cyber commune, nallagandla, hyderabad on 17june 2017. During the booking time i was shown a fare amount range between rs 360 to rs 460. Which seemed reasonable amount for distance of approx 27kms for tata indica. At the end of trip the fare shown was rs880. I was shocked and i had written to uber support team who quoted gps issue and updated fare amount to rs 790 merely reducing rs90. Even this amounts to approx rs 30 per km. They didn't explain any basis for such high fare as rs790.
                            So it means uber will show totally irrelevant fare amount while booking and at end of trip customer will be charged any amount. Which could be even 200% of booking amount. There is no control on such open cheating and unfair trade practices from uber.

                              In the morning i hired a uber from zirakpur to sushma urban views n the uber aap shows that it cost rupees 67 n am ok with it but when i reached sushma the driver told me to pay 110 rupees dont know how but he did. So plzz can u justify me how the extra would come and return my money as soon as possible... Other wise i never use ur service again n i also advise our frnd not to use your uber service... Thanku

                                This is a harassment to me. More over u have charged me for cancelled trip which has to be canceled due to ur driver refusal
                                I think ur company does not take action against erring drivers and in turn the customer suffer
                                Any how it is my experience the company does not take it seriously and take action against drivers

                                  We hired cab from gurgaon cyber park sector 39 to chattarpur. During the passage driver stalked the girl while driving, misbehaved with the girl, used abusive language, stopped the car between highway and asked us to leave. He used very bad language and we are sure he was drunk as well.
                                  Then we requested again to drop us on destination.

                                  These kind of incidents trigger rape case and molestation cases later on. Request you to please take strict action against driver.

                                    I am regular user o[censored]ber. Today, while i took the ride at 9.45 am to go to office, the ubergo vehicle had a break down. I was not dropped to my destination (18 kms away) but was dropped on the way (3 kms) as a result i missed office. Instead of compensating me for this, uber has charged me rs. 60/- for the trip which is highly unacceptable. I will definitely escalate it to the next level if it is not resolved. It is not about the amount but a very unethical practice on the part o[censored]ber.

                                        On 20/7/17, i booked uber go from 197/2, motilal gupta road, kolkata 700082 upto aurora film corporation, 125 a, lenin sarani, kolkata 700013. It was suzuki swift dzire. The driver knew that the car had a clutch-gear problem and the car was moving slowly. Near for barlow, chowringhee road, kolkata 700020 (Rabindra sadan metro), the car had a breakdown at the signal, the gear clutch wasn't working, and the driver asked us to get down. And charged me rs 92.71 which i'd to pay.
                                        I cleared the payment and wrote this complaint in the help section mentioning a detail in the "i would like a refund section". But there is no response from uber yet. I'm a regular and diligent customer o[censored]ber services, but i find that since the last 1.5 months, there are several unnecessary harassment that uber is implying on me, like the driver says he won't come and asks me to cancel and uber wants me to pay for the cancellation. But yesterday's incident is simply not accepted from a professional company of this repute like uber. When the driver knew that there is a problem with the car, he souldn't have picked me up at the first instance itself. Uber should be liable for its services. Note this factor and do the needful to provide better services and above all i should be refunded and compensated for the loss i have made. Neither i could reach my destination, nor u ber showed any kind of responsibility towards me. I was compelled to get down in the middle of the road and make a payment instead. Please look into the matter and take necessary action or else i'll have to quit your services.

                                        A driver call to say madam cancel ur cab I'm stuck in traffic. I refused and told to come late. For 5 Km rs 551/- charged .. Expected rate was 83 - 98/-. Took 1 hr. Driver said ask company due to rush 2 hrs charges were increased. No info from company . It's more than 5 times expected rate . Want refund .
