When without changing my booking app figure from Rs39 to 159 how just showing in driver app while drop ( saying penalty for previous cancelled that also not showing previous car no or driver name or contact no)how can u take cancelled previous car &, extra money .Please explain .As people spent cash by knowing his pocket how much he got .But u uber put people in trouble ( every one don't have credit or debit card in pocket always I will say it's just a cheating .Same driver came after 25 mints waiting your app showing looking for other passenger when pull is there & get passenger than never charge extra or show but when don't get passenger than this manipulation happen &take desire money by hook or cook.pleasr refund my money or its my last uber trip.FYI

    I along with my wife have booked cab from Ganguli Pukur to Howrah Railway Station on[protected] about 12.00 noon. Driver has not arrived the proper destination and after waiting some time, we went near cab waiting at bus stop of Ganguli Pukur. I just said to the driver for lodging complaint for not picking up at proper destination where we have booked and then he refused to pick up with rude behaviour and also left.
    But Txn id [protected] dated[protected] Rs.63/- stands debited from my Patm account; amount of which please be refunded. I have first time faced such type of rude behaviour /refusal of the Driver o[censored]ber. Why he had cancelled, please intimate me also.

      This is about uber taxi and their driver behavior. Today morning at 10:50 book a cab in chattarpur, new delhi and willing to travel to gurgaon. I got cab number and driver contact number, when i called him and ask to go gurgaon. Initially he said ok. But after few min, he moving cab to wring direction means opposite to my pickup location. After that when i called, he abuse me and after that he did not pick call. So i cancelled ride and uber charge me 63 rs for the cancellation.

      I am ready to board cab. Driver did not come, even did not pick phone they why company charge me cancellation fee. Is there my fault if driver is not willing to go guagaon. Why company offering such false services to riders.

      Please take action against him. This is not first time when i faced this issue. Even no contact number provided from uber side to compain. Their chat support is vert slow. On mail, they are not responding.

        Today morning(4/7/2017) i took Uber pool for 49. At the end of the trip it was showing 184.32 in drivers screen (Me or the co-rider have not requested for a route change). While discussing this with the driver he came out of the car and insulted me in public and entered my office using bad words.

            Hi. I took Uber Pool ride on 1st July 2017.
            App showed that I would be charged 49 rs when i tried to book the ride from Sunny dew apartment to Gurukul sports club, varthur main road, whitefield.
            But driver charged me 229.54 rs.
            On sending emails to uber, they dont reply promptly and when they reply, they gave incorrect and unfair reasons for charging high.
            I shall be refunded 180 rs .

              I had booked for a Uber car the previous evening ie 3rd for the 4th July morning. Driver Sanjay of Maruti Suiziki Swift DZire 3626 comes to my building at Nahar Amrit Shakti and I also get an intimation while I was waiting in the lobby. HE DID NOT BOTHER TO GIVE ME A CALL as he went and parked at another building in the complex. I live at Camellia. I have been waiting in the lobby of my building from 7.45 am. He then decides to drive away and when the Security Guards are telling him that Madam is calling you as I saw the number plate as 3626 being driven away, he said I do not want to make this trip and I have cancelled it. My cell No. is [protected]. A deduction of Rs. 63/- has been done from my wallet for NO FAULT OF MINE. Please deduct the amount from driver Sanjay instead of from my wallet. Plus I was put thru so much of hardship as I could not get another Uber nor a black and yellow taxi to go to work at Lower Parel.

              I demand that strict action is taken against this driver Sanjay. Please check from your records of my phone you will get his details. I use Uber each morning and this is the first time the driver does not bother to even call.

                I would like to complain regarding today's driver behaviour during late night bookings.
                I tried calling him, he didn't turn up after getting to know the destination around 2:18am bengaluru at mayura whitefield i was waiting all alone on the street and this is the behaviour of driver o[censored]ber.
                I cancelled thinking another driver would be picked up again same driver and same attitude. Finally i got a gentleman who actually dropped me safely at my place.
                I am attaching all the details below i need my refund for cancellation and also better you dnt employee such irresponsible driver.
                And in the map he didn't even move once from his location after my booking.

                I have overcharged on my cash trip on 27th Jun 2017. Actual cost estimation was shown 59 rupees but I have been charged 292.80 for the trip. Kindly look into the matter as early as possible and refund excess amount to my uber account.

                  I had booked a uber cab from vss nagar bhubaneswar to railway station bhubaneswar on 03 jul 17 at 2245hrs. The booking was conformed. At 2235hrs the cab driver called me and ask about my exact address. After that he told me, he was in kiit campus which was 7 kms away and refused to come to the pick up point address and disconnected the call. I have to catch my train at 2345hrs and i had faced a great inconvenience to reach the station. Is this the booking service uber is providing to the people of bhubaneshwar. Iam really disappointed and i will never recommend uber to any one also. I am giving the mobile number of guennies the cab driver [protected] and true caller showing his name as uber laxmi narayan telugu. Let me see what is your course of action. Thanks

                    I'm using uber since 2 years and this is very much unexpected.
                    First of all, Rs 63 which was charged for cancellation of last trip, I didnt cancel the trip, the driver himself denied his duty and cancelled the trip even though I asked him that I can come where he is...still he denied and then I am charged 63, Wow!
                    Today for uber pool, they showed there are flat charges and payment of only Rs 39 and then it randomly increased to 171 including that fine and surge ...seriously!
                    So it is just a clear way to fool customers...unexpected!

                      I would like to complain against Uber cab for charging hire fare unnecessarily twice and even informing them about they initially refuse to make any adjustments and without see into details denied to make antly adjustment and after telling them to see the information properly they had made adjustments.
                      So I would like to raise complaint that had unnecessarily waisted my time and harrasing me and even they are not replying to my complaint.

                        I booked uberpool today from lansdowne to ruby hospital @ Rs 39. The driver was soo busy chatting over phone that he didnot bother to come at my pick up location. The driver took a wrong route ignoring my request for the right route and the navigator too sincce he was trying to convince that he knows the route better than me and went to jadavpur thana, kalikapur and then to VIP Bazar to reach Ruby hospital. I was thinking of contacting my guardian since I was fearing the driver is taking me to some other place. On arrival after 56 mins, I was charged Rs 296 and the driver went on asking me Rs 296. He made me talk to the uber car owner stating that he is a memebr o[censored]ber, who asked me to pay rs 39 and requested me not to lodge a complaint. Yet I did because I felt uber should know. just after few hours I got a call from [protected] and the man on the other side was extremely harsh and was asking me to leave my job and meet him. I disconeected and mailed again. Just after that I found Uber chrged me Rs 530 for 8 km distance on uberpool at 8.40 am. I mailed several times, but they have not contacted or resolved the issue. Now I am feraing since the driver knows my home address and my work area, he may resort to some practices to endanger me and take revenge.

                          After seeing the estimated price I have made a advance booking for an important trip and when driver arrived a message been sent by uber "Fares are higher due to increased demand. You can cancel in the next 5 minutes without a fee. Please be ready within 5 minutes of arrival." which I have received after getting into the cab.
                          What's the purpose of providing advance booking option? If they want to raise prices in last minute.
                          If they increase the price in last minute which I cannot afford, then how would I need to plan my trip in last minute?
                          The time which got wasted in waiting till the last minute, how would uber justify this?
                          If intimation was provided at the booking itself, I would have planned other ways of transport.
                          It's purely cheating people in last minute as they won't have other options at that time if it is an important trip.

                              Today Again Booked cab from Jayadeva to Jayanagar actual amount of current trip is Rs 49/- but the driver argued collected of Rs 101/- because that cancellation charges of Rs 52/- include why we need pay unnecessarily that driver fault why should we pay if need company has to pay or else cancel and refund.

                              I was traveled from vishwapriya lay out to bilekahalli its just 5 k l m .its shows me 49 rs .but driver taken 177 rs .kindly refund my amount.driver name Ramesh.car no KA05AF 4284, swift dzire.

                              This 4 th time I am asking refund it will taken serious action on this .

                                Hi, Yesterday night I booked an Uber cab near B.B.ganguly street to Sonarpur Station for the fare amount 113.40 /-. Trip began and I got down near Garia and let the cab go to the destination Sonarpur as my relative was on board it. Reaching destination he called me saying cab fare is showing 537/- and it became 5 times than what was journey was started with (113). I spoke to cab driver and he pleaded his innocence insisting me to talk to Uber customer care. I din't get Uber customer care no to speak and get it addressed yesterday night. He had to pay cash 537 /- to let the driver go for next trip. But, what we witnessed was a sheer cheating and fraud treatment meted out to us. Can I have somebody from Uber come and explain me the basis upon which this amount was charged. Thanks & Regards Shyamal

                                  I am unable to log into my UBER account suddenly. Although I have been using the UBER app since long, one fine day they say my phone no. do not match with my email id. The phone no. is registered with some other account they say.

                                  I have exchanged 10-15 emails with them, but to no help. They do not help, do not do any follow ups to get the issue resolved. In a city like Kolkata, where we do so much travelling, it is difficult to face these kind of issues.

                                  This is totally their internal issue but still instead of resolving it, they are harassing me.

                                  Please take proper action against UBER.

                                  Today ie on 25/06/2017 I took an Uber ride from ITER COLLEGE Bhubaneswar to Master Canteen Chowk. Uber had issued me an offer according to which the fare should be around Rs106. But the driver took Rs 146 from me. so I want the money to be refunded.

                                    On 30th june 8.41 am, i have booked a uberpool which was initially showed me 79:00 inr but i was charged rs 316.87.

                                    I have submitted these details in uber portal and after chasing lots of time got response after 3 days. They are saying its charged you 79 but i have a bill of 316 which is deducted from my paytm. What a cheating service. I am a regular customer and this situation really afraid me to trust the uber.

                                    Most uber cars in bangalore have no back seat belts. This is true of most cabs, also.
                                    The law only requires front seat belts, but uber should have high safety standards and have seat belts in all seats.
                                    Dropping location in my mobile and driver's mobile were not matching. For more than six months I am using this drop location address. Today it went wrong. Please check this and do favour for customers.

                                      T is regret on my part to write these statements, on dated 18th June I booked a uber to pick up from Maidan Garhi Rd Phase 2, Chhatarpur Enclave New Delhi 110030.

                                      The driver war Mr. Saurabh (TATA Indigo) contact no. [protected]. Driver has arrogantly behave with me to picked me up from the exact location and denied that the care will not move from this location and that location, as my left leg has fractured so it was not possible to go near to the car, and i requested him to come just near to 2 more house, that fellow has denied me arrogantly, 2 times I had contacted him and he repeatedly behave with me the same. so in scared i cancelled my booking and i have to book another auto for my movement. it is really a shameful act done by the driver.

                                      My cancelled amount is Rs.63.60.

                                      The strict action to be taken against such kind of behavior of that driver, so that the people who are in critical situation must not suffer. I am a regular traveler o[censored]ber not only at Delhi but also at Odisha.

                                      I want to get back my cancelled amount as well.

                                      Every time I book a ride on uber its reaching time is much more then showing on map. Every time I have to wait for almost for half an hour or more.. and if I m getting late and cancel the ride because it's being late I have to pay cancellation fee.. why I pay this ? This is your fault not mine. Going to drop uber for next time

                                        On 2nd July'2017, I have booked cab from Uberpool. While booking Uberpool amount showed was RS 39 but I was charged RS 173.12. I need refund of the extra money charged.

                                        I have submitted these details in Uber portal but there is no response. It is more than 12 hours now but there is neither any reply in email nor has anyone contacted me. Also there is no way to contact customer support.

                                        This is very unprofessional and not acceptable.
                                        Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        This gave a medium to escalate to Uber as there are no alternative ways of contact. But there is no way to follow up on status check.
