Dear Uber Team,
Please note that I am taking uber services approx 6 Months.
Sometime had some issues regarding over charges but I got reply & it's resolved by Uber Team.
But after now I am not getting the reply on my complaint o[censored]ndue charges on 4th July Trip.
I take trip in share from my work place to home @ Rs 49/- after my pick up, driver got pick of another person, when he reached the destination, the customer told him that he is on wrong location, the ride has been cancelled, after travelling approx 1KM, he again got the pick up of same person & he again went to the location showed by his Navigation & again it got cancelled, then he moves toward my destination & in mid way he again 3rd times he got a pick up & he take the pick up.
Its take almost 40-45 minutes to reach at my destination & then drivers mobile my charges was Rs 225.60 instead of Rs 49/- but he said you just pay me Rs 50/- its some error, so I gave him Rs 50/-
Next day morning i.e. on 5th July I take Uber & at end of the trip its showed my Outstanding Balance (Rs 225.60) along with my current day cab charges.
I made the same complaint on immediate basis on 5th July itself but till today neither I receive any reply nor my money back.
This simply not bearable at all.
I am surprising for this kind of behavior received from Uber.
Kindly don't harass the customer.
\and return my money unduly charged.
