Today (11/07/2017) at 15.30 i had a uber ride from gamma 1 surajpur kasna road, greater noida to takshshila apartment abhay khand 3 indirapuram ghaziabad and at the time of booking economy fare was shown on uber app to be rs. 353.43 paisa but the driver vikash driving maruti suzuki swift dzire having vehicle no dl 1ye-5386 charged me rs. 612/-.

Even at the conclusion of the journey the fare was shown on my mobile is rs.353.43 paisa. Showing on his mobile rs.612/- and since he was getting rude i paid the fare.

I have been utilizing your service since last few days commuting to and fro from my home to office and never ever even at peak hour such amount was charged.

I request to refund rs. 170/ at earliest.

    Today they charged me extra 53 rupees for the ride that i have taken.in the last trip driver came and said he is not carrying the documents and said he is not going in that route and said he is cancelling the trip. For that i am forced to pay. This already happened to me before when the driver cancelled the trip because it is far away. And they dont even have proper customer service that will help us in this time of trouble

      I have booked cab today and waited for more than 15 min. Cab driver stop in some location and telling me rudely to come over there. When i reached to him he told your trip got cancel. And this is not happening first time. So many times it happened. They are spoiling uber name simply. And one pathetic thing we can't contact to your customer care for same. App should have that option.

        Today morning, around 5 am i reseved a uber taxi, driver named nissan sunny, his contact no [protected] from ejipura to bengaluru ksr city junction. I called him so many times, he cancelled my all calls. I was getting late to catch my train which was scheduled to depart on 6am to hubaali. Thought to book another uber taxi but he didnt cancell the order and with that i waited him to almost 20 minuts but still he neither pick my call nor cancell my order. Finally i had cancelled without other options and booked another uber taxi. At last, he made rs 52 charges for cancellation. So is that my fault or driver? We all know your company is running well & repuded company. So you should eliminate such unworthy driver.

        Hi whenever I book a Uber cab they getting hundredrupees extra fare. I asked them they saying cab is canceled due to that we are charging that they saying. I didn't cancel any cab please don't do the same please. Please refund the amounts please.

          I have been charged 3-4 times back to back for cancellation of my trip that too we cancelled due to late pickup. I booked a cab at 9:30 and driver came at 11.30.
          I tried to cancel the cab at 9:40 itself but due to server error i couldn't cancel and after that i forgot to cancel the cab.
          But for same uber has charged me 3-4 times, i am tired of mailing them but they provide me only one response that is you are being charged due to ur last cancellation. They didn't even call to solve the issue. I mailed them 3-4 times but no response. This is too much from ubers end to handle as it's not first time this is happening with me. I have suffered with the same issue earlier as well but i didn't get time that time to follow up on this issue.

          Uber location reading us flawed. Driver penalized me saying he was at pickup location and i wasbbot available
          Uber deducted an amount of 350rs from my paytm account. Uber payment method is Paytm.i did some research and got some details from paytm and it is saying some hold charges by uber. It is really unexpected..i did not find any reason of this deduction. Request you to look into this priority..donot break trust that we have on uber these days..
          Came from the world, nayapalli, bhubaneswar to samantarapur, bhubaneswar around a distance of 8km. But as per your bill it is 62 km and accordingly charged rs437.00.so kindly take action to refund of money.

              I am not able to login to my uber account, after this trip.
              My uber charged more for my trip, as we accidentally paid in cash for a cashless trip.
              After this incident, I raised a complaint then, they told the money is added to my account..And till now I am not even able to see it.
              Please look into this issue ASAP.

                We booked an uber xl from bhandup station to sanjay gandhi national park in mumbai on sunday 07/09/2017 morning and got suzuki ertiga, driver - raja nadar.
                The estimated amount shown at the time of booking was 262 approx, but when the journey got over, the final bill generated was of rs 508. It was early morning and we didn't get any traffic, no waiting, so now i wanted to call the uber india customer care to understand how the final bill got almost double of the estimated one, but unfortunately i couldn't find any number to call them despite of searching a lot on the internet.
                Kindly help to forward this complaint to them, i want a genuine explanation for such a big discrepancy in the fare...

                  I have booked uber cab on friday night i. E. 7.7.2017 around 8 p. M. From bheemachandra kala mantapa to jp nagar. Driver had cancelled the ride, again i booked the cab, again that driver also cancelled the trip despite made us to wait nearly halfen hour.. On next trip on 10.07.2017 at 4 p. M., i booked cab from jpnagar to bes college, estimated fair showed as rs.29. When de-boarding, driver asked the earlier charges of rs.86. I have not cancelled the cab both the times. Kindly refund or waive off the said amount.

                    This is about my trip on 9th july'17 in kochi. I booked an uber from lulu mall for my residence. Post my booking confirmation, the driver called me and asked for the exact location. While i provided the same, he was complaining about the traffic and said he will take time to reach the pickup point. I told him i do not have any issue since i had lot of stuff with me and i will wait for him. Post this he called me couple of times and each time i told him i am waiting and gave him exact location. Before reaching the point for pickup, he gave me a call and told me to look out for the car and wave when i spot the car. But unfortunately he was not driving in the left lane and brisked thru from right lane. He went quiet ahead and again called me. This time he started screaming at me stating that he told me he could not come to the spot, i should have waved at him and blah blah... I told him to stop screaming and asked him where he had parked his car, i will come near the car. He told me he was opposite seema's. I asked him to wait there while i walked all the way to seema's with my mother - in - law (Who limps while walking coz of polio effected leg) and my 5 year old daughter not to forget the multiple shopping bags i had in my hand. While walking, i again called him and told him i am coming near the cab and to wait there itself. Finally i was able to spot the car and once i reached, i asked him to open the car boot so that i could place my bags in it and board the cab. Post this we boarded the cab and once seated is when the driver is telling me that his phone got switched off. I told him not to worry, he can start the trip and anyways its a card payment so once he starts the trip, the distance will be automatically calculated. That's when he is telling me that he cancelled the trip and when i asked him why he cancelled it, when i specifically told him that i am coming, he again started yelling and screaming at me. Post this i also lost my cool coz he was constantly screaming since the time i booked the cab. Though the cancellation charges has been refunded to me, i am not bothered about this. My concern is on the behavior of your driver and the unruly way they behave with customers. I am not sure how uber systems work. But if your calls are recorded, you may verify the calls and listen to exact conversation between me and this driver. With so many safety issues for women in the city, i think only refunding back the money or decreasing the rating of the driver is not sufficient. I would appreciate if strict action is taken against such drivers so that similar incidents do not occur.

                      On 9-7-2017 i navin aggarwal m-[protected] have booked for dayanand vihar at 7.50 p. M. Approx to nathu colony chowk shahdara fare shows rs.49/- but bill genrate rs.158/- approx. How it may be possible no refund or satisfactor answer givev by uber. They say a little ahead destination. No little ahead destination change or drop by me uber check gps location.

                      This uber driver behaved with us like monster n giving calls randomly n abusing. Please take some action against this fellow driver 'coz he is tarnishing ur brand name. Feeling afraid to ride on uber as the driver o[censored]ber are becoming local gunda. Plz let us know whether any serious action will be taken against him.

                        I took uber cab from munnekollal to chicpet in bangalore, fair was 259.72 which i paid through paytm, but driver has again taken 388 rupees in cash by saying he didnt get through paytm and that too overcharged, he was reluctant to hear what i was saying he simply took 500 note and gave 110 rupees change in return.

                        Immediately i raised this issue in the uber app but i didnt get any response.

                          I had to travel from employees provident fund organisation kaloor cochin to subhramanya temple at nayarambalam kochi...448 for 19 kms is damn too expensive when you people say that u charge 7 per kms... This is around 23 per km... I have the details of the trip with me... Please take the needful action... Since people we had an urgent case we had to opt this... Kindly take action and deduct the proper amount and refund the required amount...

                            I have booked uber ride from jankipuram to vibhut khand gomti nagar lucknow and the app shows the amt ie rs253 and the due to driver fault (Bcoz he was unable to find the correct address as he was wasted my more than half n hr just to reach the correct location) my ride got cancelled by him then he charged 310 as cash.

                            I am recently using the services i thought its betters than ola but i found... All guys are having the same strategy to make a fool to the customer just to earn a petty cash as i can see their services reviews i think customer care or customer complain fouram is of no use for them.

                              Hello uber my last ride with hanumanthappa was been charged 152. During starting of trip it shows me 49 rs and the guy took poor route than usual. And at the end it was showing 152 rs later i checked the reciept and i found the breakdown is like this trip fare-49 subtotal 49 transport. Farmlimit_max_fare_discount -54.95 total 0 and at the end it is shoing cash 152.07.

                              I want to know why this was been charged.
                              This is too much. This was my second time when i was incorrectly charge than original fare shown to me. Earlier instead of 49 i gave 62 and now instead 49 i have to pay 152 its too much.
                              I want my money back this time. Fooling the customer.

                                I have been overcharged from the uber for the trip on jul-08-2017.
                                The original fare was 156.76. Overcharged:357.06. Total cash paid:513.82

                                The reason they say is i did not complete payment on the previous trip on dec-02-2016, which is false.

                                Previously on dec-02-2016. Since my online transaction to pay 357.06 failed, i have paid the driver through paytm due to urgency and i have recharged the driver number.
                                Driver details: bharathiraja ph:[protected].
                                I have also the paytm history proof and the payment done through my card. I can attach if required.

                                How can the uber be so irresponsible and inefficient failing to update their system and overcharge the customer, who has actually done no mistake.
                                I demand for the refund amount and struggling to get from them for past two days. But no response from them. Please help

                                Nothing has been done or no response till now.Any other ways to lodge a complaint against uber?
                                Whenever I try to book Uber ride..it throws an error.Try to solve the issue ASAP.After giving source and destination Details..App looking for cabs nearby and after confirming the ride..an error comes saying that there was an error processing your request

                                Hello, i had last used uber cab on 15 June and had made a cash payment to driver, 662 Rs.
                                However in my app account, outstanding amount of 662 Rs is still reflecting and I am not being allowed to book another cab till I settle this payment again.
                                Can you look into this and help resolve.

                                  Hi,

                                  I was booked cab on uber on 7 th july 2017 from office to home on shared basis.

                                  During booking the cab, it was showing 0 rs to be paid for this trip as the coupon applied worth of 50 rs.
                                  But when i get down from the cab and the bill amount was 237 rs, i shocked to get this bill and i did not carried that amount to pay to driver installation, then went to nearby atm and paid the bill.

                                  When i reported this incident to uber customer care, they were saying you correctly been charged for this trip and we can not refund the amount.

                                  It seems uber has started another business to looot indian customers through hidden charges.

                                  Uber customer support is worst, 1 out 10 rating. We can not expect any immediate support.

                                  I don't understand why government is not banning to such company who is not liable to their customers. There is no phone support.

                                  However, i m still hoping to refund my money which was incorrectly charged to me and the distance was showing in the bill was 78 km which is hardly 8 km in actualy.

                                  It's rediculous, it was not expected with uber.

                                    Today (9.07.17) i requested for an uber go from new town to howrah station. On confirming my booking, price showed was rs. 489. On reaching my destination i was asked to pay rs. 714. Prices cannot change suddenly. Ride should take place on the given amount which is shown. It's should not change no matter what happens. Customers should be informed earlier about the hike in price. Plus toll tax amount is also added to my bill which actually i have paid and not uber. I would like my money refunded.

                                        I booked an uber go ride from Madiwala to Basavanagar and it shows 178 as fare but when I reach to my destination it shows charge as Rs 476.It is really very disappointing to get this kind of service from a reputed service provider like uber. Additionally the cab driver's phone was not working properly and was not able to track location on GPS.I was guiding the driver to reach to my Destination.

                                        Kindly treat this as a priority and take action immediately.
