Not able to use payment method

For taking Uber rides, when I select PayTM option, I am prompted with an error message that I need to pay in cash. On asking for the reason, I was told that try to reauthorize and if that also does not work then pay by cash :D. Funny answer

Next I asked them to refund my PayTM amount and they said my account has been restricted due to some rules and regulations which obviously they did not mention.

Driver's worst communication and worst navigation idea

Took a family ride with the driver Hakim with car number WB04G6994 had a worst experience with uber ever today. He doesn't wanted to get customer's needs/problem for a single time other than he was damn busy with this won argument & worst navigation idea which took me more than 30mnts to reach my so closed destination. Incorrectly charged: amount not refunded

As i have booked uberpool by 4th july morning...for 3 kMS only..Usually i Paid 39 Rs for this ride.on 4 th i booked cab on the same amount as previous Rs:- 39..
After the completion of this ride driver asked me to pay 230 Rs in Cash...as i was travelling in Pool and for 3 KMS charging 230 doesn't make any sense...so i have requested for refund..but haven't get any reply till now...

Excess money taken than shown in my app

I along with my wife have booked cab from Ganguli Pukur to Howrah Railway Station on[protected] about 12.00 noon. Driver has not arrived the proper destination and after waiting some time, we went near cab waiting at bus stop of Ganguli Pukur. Driver insulted me in public

Today morning(4/7/2017) i took Uber pool for 49. At the end of the trip it was showing 184.32 in drivers screen (Me or the co-rider have not requested for a route change). While discussing this with the driver he came out of the car and insulted me in public and entered my office using bad words.

Unfair and Overpriced uberpool ride

Hi. I took Uber Pool ride on 1st July 2017.
App showed that I would be charged 49 rs when i tried to book the ride from Sunny dew apartment to Gurukul sports club, varthur main road, whitefield.
But driver charged me 229.54 rs.
On sending emails to uber, they dont reply promptly and when they reply, they gave incorrect and unfair reasons for charging high.
I shall be refunded 180 rs .

I had booked for a Uber car the previous evening ie 3rd for the 4th July morning. Driver Sanjay of Maruti Suiziki Swift DZire 3626 comes to my building at Nahar Amrit Shakti and I also get an intimation while I was waiting in the lobby. Driver didn't turn up not responded during late night

I tried calling him, he didn't turn up after getting to know the destination around 2:18am bengaluru at mayura whitefield i was waiting all alone on the street and this is the behaviour of driver o[censored]ber.

Refused for arrival at pickup point

Overfare charge

I'm using uber since 2 years and this is very much unexpected.
First of all, Rs 63 which was charged for cancellation of last trip, I didnt cancel the trip, the driver himself denied his duty and cancelled the trip even though I asked him that I can come where he is...still he denied and then I am charged 63, Wow!
Today for uber pool, they showed there are flat charges and payment of only Rs 39 and then it randomly increased...

2.3x surcharge charged for advance booking

After seeing the estimated price I have made a advance booking for an important trip and when driver arrived a message been sent by uber "Fares are higher due to increased demand. You can cancel in the next 5 minutes without a fee. Please be ready within 5 minutes of arrival." which I have received after getting into the cab.

Disproportionate fare was charged

I am unable to log into my UBER account suddenly. Although I have been using the UBER app since long, one fine day they say my phone no. do not match with my email id. The phone no. is registered with some other account they say.
