Uber in my opinion is a fraudulent company, I got a promo code BLRJUL75, which was supposed to work for 10 rides, but they removed the promo code for 1 ride only, and I had 2 rides each 50 off, for inviting my friend to uber, which also got removed.how can you people cheat the public in this way, please rectify this mistake, for people to travel happily.

    Second time in a day. This is thr biggest fraud by uber. You have to take serious action as we have been overcharged as₹450 instead of ₹209.We are staying in bangalore for long and we know all the routes.Driver was rude he had taken same route twice and even after asking continuous time he was not changing the route and stoping the trip.We need our fund as soon as possible and strict action should be taken against driver.Trip date:9th July 2017

      Me and my father were going from subharti university (Meerut) to Dilshad garden metro station in UBER car for first time. After traveling about 2 km he stoped and he started threatening, shouting and demanded money. My poor father end up paying rs. 2000 to that punk. When I clicked a pic of his number plate he left us nowhere.

        It is for the last three consecutive trips, that I am not getting my trip invoices.

        Every time I ask the respective drivers- I get a common answer from them that tax invoice would be sent to me by e-mail. Generally, after completing any trip, I used to get a confirmation message in my mobile too. But for the last 3- occasions, I did not receive such alarms/ messages.

        So, during my latest trip i.e., from near my residence at Howrah to Kolkata airport trip on last 28th June 2017, I asked the driver for the receipt on arrival at the Kolkata Airport. As usual, like the previous occasions, this driver too told me that the invoice would automatically come to me at my e-mail ID . And the driver told me that on receipt of the payment, he would push the button in his system confirming the trip as completed. Once the trip is recorded as complete I would get a message. The driver was very rude & was mentioning that he has no time to talk or explain as he has to take another passenger against a new booking. In this conversation, a few minutes have lapsed, & as soon as I dished out a 500.00 rupee note against the dues of Rs. 482.69, he just snatched the same from my hand & fled away shouting some filthy language and without returning me the balance amount of Rs.17.13.

        I know that like my registering the complains on previous occasions, this complain would also not be attended nor be answered by UBER. But to keep it on record I am registering this complain.

        I need these trip invoices very badly as I have to submit to my office. I am once again furnishing below the detail of trips :

        1) 28th June 2017 - Rs. 482.69 From Howrah to Kolkata Airport.
        2) 13th June 2017 - Rs. 621.80 From Kolkata Airpoprt to my residence at Howrah.
        3) 11th June 2017 - Rs.211.69 From Visakhapatnam Airport to Hotel Gateway Beach Road Visakhapatanam.

            I booked uber pool & ubergo many times but without any reason my trip cancelled by driver side and many times i booked ubergo but driver was not agree to come at pickup point and misbehaving with me on call.

            I paid 5-6 times cancellation charge without any reason if i cancelled trip from my side then i did this within time.
            My experience with uber was so bad last month.
            And i want my all unauthorized charge back.

              Share Details: First of all why do u hire such drivers? Who are dumb to rider instructions...because of that drivers arrogance I was late by 15 minutes and I am penalized for that...he drove round and round.. for the first time in life I realised uber also hires arrogant drivers like ola. I went to office in both possible routes because the Google say so...I want action taken in driver and I driver was blaming u uber that if they deviate from route shown u will penize them...both u and driver screwed my morning thank you...I want a proper response from manager...or else entire thing is going on online forums or Facebook page

              How would you assure me that next time board a cab? I wont face such arrogant driver who wants follow Gmaps and go, , i repeatedly suggested him we go in one way but he covered entire hyderabad to drop me at my workplace.

              He was blaming you guys for locking his device if he do not follow the route given by gmap. what non sense is this???? why dont you have an emergency number to deal with such situations?

                Dear Uber Team,

                Please note that I am taking uber services approx 6 Months.
                Sometime had some issues regarding over charges but I got reply & it's resolved by Uber Team.
                But after now I am not getting the reply on my complaint o[censored]ndue charges on 4th July Trip.

                I take trip in share from my work place to home @ Rs 49/- after my pick up, driver got pick of another person, when he reached the destination, the customer told him that he is on wrong location, the ride has been cancelled, after travelling approx 1KM, he again got the pick up of same person & he again went to the location showed by his Navigation & again it got cancelled, then he moves toward my destination & in mid way he again 3rd times he got a pick up & he take the pick up.
                Its take almost 40-45 minutes to reach at my destination & then drivers mobile my charges was Rs 225.60 instead of Rs 49/- but he said you just pay me Rs 50/- its some error, so I gave him Rs 50/-
                Next day morning i.e. on 5th July I take Uber & at end of the trip its showed my Outstanding Balance (Rs 225.60) along with my current day cab charges.

                I made the same complaint on immediate basis on 5th July itself but till today neither I receive any reply nor my money back.

                This simply not bearable at all.

                I am surprising for this kind of behavior received from Uber.

                Kindly don't harass the customer.

                  Hi,
                  I booked a uber ride today morning at 10:17 and I reached the destination by 10:35a.m. Since, I had booked uberpool hence the fare was Rs. 49 as the distance was less than 10 kms.
                  But due to network connectivity issue of the driver, he did not end the ride at that time and said he will end it as soon as he gets into network zone. Since, it was prepaid ride and paytm wallet was linked so I agreed upon same. But, the driver did not end the ride till next half an hour and I was charged Rs. 159.83 instead of Rs. 49.
                  I have already filed the case with Uber and inspite of several follow ups no response received till now.
                  This is a severe case of fraudulence on Uber and their driver's behalf.

                    This is to Inform that I booked a cab from contact no. [protected]. It was from rkpuram to vasundra sector 16. Cab no. I don't know as it is not showing. Cab driver:Jitendra. Contact no.[protected]. initially he came up to arrival point. And refused to go. I cancelled the cab to book a new one. He left. I again booked he received booking. And neither he did came up at arrival point nor he received call. I waited for approx 15 minutes. Then I was not aware he cancelled and other driver took up ride. Cab no. Dl1RTA1003. Driver name dilshad .Till the time I left and dilshad was on his way to me. Now I again cancelled and will be charged 72.45 in next ride. As I am a regular rider o[censored]ber. I hope it will not happen in my next. And if it will be, that will be my last ride in uber. Our relationship will come to end at that very moment. Hope you will get back to me with a good resolution. I am facing issues in my Gmail account. U can call me or leave email, I will get back to u in a couple of days.

                      My Mob. No. is [protected] and my name is Acharam Shanmukha Chary, staying at Nizampet, Hyderabad. I used to engage Uber service for my transport. Recently when I booked for Cab, I received a message stating that I am due for payment of Rs.123/- for the ride taken earlier. I am surprised. My mode of payment always is cash. How can the driver allow me to get down without payment of charges? Have you noticed this fraud? You have to take action against such erring drivers to up keep the prestige of an international Organisdation of your stature. On noticing this discrepancy, I have totally stopped using Uber service and presently I am extensively utilising Ola services for transport. Please identify the driver and take deterrent action against him, so as to maintain the status of your esteemed organisation. please keep me informed of the action at "[protected]@gmail.com".

                      Due to system issues I paid for my fare dt 22/6 Rs. 249.12 to driver in subseque00+nt trip dt 23/06 . Total payout was Rs. 500 plus. Still the old fare is showing outstnadngin and I cannot avail uber service until I pay this. According to me this is unfair as I have already made payment in cash.

                        On 5th July 2017 I booked the Uber Pool, at 8:51 am from JMD Gardens to DPS Sushant Lok, I was assigned Maruti Celerio, the phone no. of Driver was [protected] (Manjeet). I Called him at 8:52 am and asked him to tell F-102 at JMD gate and come to F-tower. He said ok I will take 2-3 minutes to reach JMD.After 3 minutes I received a call from him that he was on JMD gate, please come. I said you can come to Tower F as it takes 8 to 10 minutes from Tower F to reach JMD gate. He disconnected the call I called him thrice but the number was switched off. Thereafter the ride was canceled. I immediately booked another Uber and boarded it from JMD at 9:01 am.
                        To my surprise amount was deducted from my paytm.

                        Please payback my amount back, I am really disappointed by the behavior of your cab driver for switching off his phone, and not listening to the rider

                          My niece, nina premnath, an american citizen, who was visiting us booked an uber for the airport as she was due to fly out on her way back to the us. She booked an uber on her uber application and the trip was accepted by a shivananda n, driver of the cab. The registration no. Of the car was not noted by me, however, the trip cancellation and levy of cancellation charges mail received by nina can be sent to you for tracing the driver.

                          The car came to the pick up point and while we were in the process of loading her luggage, shivananda asked for the drop location. When nina told him that she was headed for the bangalore international airport, he closed the car dicky and said that he would not go and drove off in spite of her pleading with him, that she would miss the flight as there was just enough time to reach the airport in time.

                          This is highly irresponsible behaviour on the part of the uber driver and is not acceptable at all. Besides, this kind of indifference brings a bad name to uber india. Strong remedial action should be taken to ensure that such drivers are not kept on the uber rolls.

                            The above is my Uber Receipt for Travel on 5th July from Goregaown(E) to Ghansoli. While booking App showed me Rs. 221.88 for 2 person with UberPool but when I got down It charged me Rs. 390/-, Additional 180/- for the trip for no reason and I had to pay, this is 2nd time happened with me.

                              I had to cancel a trip because of wrong pick up location on 22.6.2017 for which I was charged rs 42.40 and after complaints it was resolved. After that in all my 5 rides, the earlier rs 42.40 is added every time . if after promotion, my bill shows Rs 8, I have to pay Rs 50, for rs 20, ;I have to pay 62 and so on. Kindly resolve or let me know were and how to get refund?

                                I booked a uber cab .he awaited us for1 hourthen after coming he had very bad behaviour then for luggage he asked 100 rupees for luggage we were 3 personand there was 3 luggage the cab no was "MH 04 AD 2353" the driver had very bad behaviour .this was accepted by uber .very bad service.ubee has a such big name for having one of the most best service for cabs. But this time the experience was not good, but the worst.I request Uber to do something for me .if I cancel​ the booking I will be charged 63 Rs for cancellations .why should I pay 63 Rs because of driver.therefore I request Uber to do something about this matter.this was not expected from uber.the name of driver was "Santosh Gupta" & THE CAB NO IS "MH 04 AD 2353"

                                  Rash driving by uber and hit my car from left side and tried to run, but we chased and caught the cab. After that he has begged me to don't complain uber and he will repair my car. On that day i have waited on main road almost 4 hrs to meet his owner of the cab .After the driver made many calls and multiple requests( they told me lot of stories).I agreed to come discuss on nextday. Almost i waited 10 days. i have called themMultiple times but till now even single time they have not called me back to resolve my issue. This is very bad driver behavior from Uber. On that day itself i have taken the original driver licence and RC of the cab.

                                  Even cusomter also scolded the driver and he booked some other cab.

                                    For taking Uber rides, when I select PayTM option, I am prompted with an error message that I need to pay in cash. On asking for the reason, I was told that try to reauthorize and if that also does not work then pay by cash :D. Funny answer

                                    Next I asked them to refund my PayTM amount and they said my account has been restricted due to some rules and regulations which obviously they did not mention.
                                    While selecting the PayTM option, they first made me put 591/- in the wallet and then not letting me use it.

                                    All fraud people here. Beware people!

                                    One more great update on this. Just received an email from Uber saying that the system finds my account suspicious and hence they can bar all transactions made from this account. And it is all system generated. These humans cannot do anything in this. And on top of that, they have marked the complaint as resolved!!!

                                    Worst experience. Money eaters. Fraud people. All corrupt. Ridiculous!!!

                                      Took a family ride with the driver Hakim with car number WB04G6994 had a worst experience with uber ever today. He doesn't wanted to get customer's needs/problem for a single time other than he was damn busy with this won argument & worst navigation idea which took me more than 30mnts to reach my so closed destination. Felt extremely down front of my family!!

                                        After the completion of this ride driver asked me to pay 230 Rs in Cash...as i was travelling in Pool and for 3 KMS charging 230 doesn't make any sense...so i have requested for refund..but haven't get any reply till now...
