Wrong drop off by driver

One of the driver on 27th june 2017 did a wrong drop off of my ride .i had mailed for the refund also but no reply received till date. Where should a customer complain and get the refund .when we r not getting support from uber app.

High Fare charged

Had booked an UBER Pass cab on Tuesday 27th June 2017 to go to Natraj Film studios from Millitary Road in Andheri East. The fare shown was Rs.99 while booking. However when the destination was reached the fare shown was Rs 292 and the same had been paid by cash. The charge is almost 4 times of what it would cost if we had taken an auto as the distance would be hardly 6 to 8 kms.

This is absolutely wrong on the part of the company...

Account suspended without any proof

They have stopped the account without any proof copy and same I had requested to provide the proof copy against which my account stopped by them but said details not provided yet as this is pending for last 7 months and had sent approx. 200 mails to them but no update rcvd from them. Charged Rs.424 for Rs.99 fare

I booked a cab on Monday using UberPass and fare shown to me was Rs.99 but at the end of the trip i was charged Rs.424 including 2*surge.

This is completely unethical and dishonest to show a different price at the time of booking and charging exorbitant at the end of the trip even though trip distance and location are same.

The worst is the standard response from Uber support after 3 days and 4 follow ups on...

Very bad behaviour of the driver and late arrival

I booked an uber today nearly about 11:30 from near the passport office and the rider Mr.Prem was about to reach the location by next 1min but knowungly he came late and when I called him he misbehaved and make me wait for near about 15mins..I was really very harassed.. Unethical and Dishonest behaviour

I booked a cab today. The total cost showing was RS 289. The cab was 15 minutes away from my location, but the drier started the trip at once. After arrival, he told that he started the ride erroneously. I need to inform you that the below receipt is duplicate.

I have booked for Uber yesterday but it went on trip from the drivers location "Regency Shopping Complex, Mount Poonamalle High Rd, Manapakkam" and ended in "2, Manapakkam Main Rd, L&T; Colony, Periya Palayatamman Nagar, Manapakkam". Just like that driver used my booking.

Overcharged for my Trip

I was overcharged exorbitantly for my trip because the driver took longer route .
The expected fare was 49 rs but I was charged 193 instead . When the driver took a longer route by himself why should I pay the extra fare .

Today evening i booked uber at around 8:45 pm at jb nagar (Sahar plaza), the driver (Rouge) suresh after acceptin conveyed me he was finishing previous route (Though the uber map didi not show tag of previous customer being served) and soon put me on trip (As it showed on my app). I called him conveyed him "you have not reached sahar plaza gate, how come i being shown on trip", he conveyed he still with his previous customer (I do not beleive)...

Excess charges

I booked an uber from ripon st to the whistling kettle, golpark on 28.06.17 at 7:15pm which showed me a charge of Rs 250. But after completing my trip i was asked to pay Rs 303 plus an addition of Rs 120. A total of Rs 423. I fail to understand such exuberant charges for such a trip and the Rs 120 charged. Such irresponsible and negligent attitude towards customers is neither appreciated nor acceptable. I would want an explanation to this...

Excess fare charged against estimate shown in app

I booked a uber cab from bandra kurla complex to swastik park which is only 7-8 kms. The ride estimate in the app showed 99rupees however i was charged a fare of rs426. Unable to access offers

Looting the customers and the drivers
