Yesterday i was booked and waited 20 to 30 mins arrival time has been increased and call couldn't connected also around 20 to 30 mins iwas cancelled the trip after cancellation it showing unnecessary in my account why i have to pay its not my fault driver he came near to me and went other way i was checking in uber map

Please rectify immediately and cancel the charges which is showing unpaid charges in my account

Today Again Booked cab from Jayadeva to Jayanagar actual amount of current trip is Rs 49/- but the driver argued collected of Rs 101/- because that cancellation charges of Rs 52/- include why we need pay unnecessarily that driver fault why should we pay if need company has to pay or else cancel and refund.

I was traveled from vishwapriya lay out to bilekahalli its just 5 k l m .its shows me 49 rs .but driver taken 177 rs .kindly refund my amount.driver name Ramesh.car no KA05AF 4284, swift dzire.

This 4 th time I am asking refund it will taken serious action on this .

I was charged Rs 630 for some unnecessary previous unsettled ride but as i can see i have already made all my payment and nothing was pending from my end.I need refund of 630

    Hi, Yesterday night I booked an Uber cab near B.B.ganguly street to Sonarpur Station for the fare amount 113.40 /-. Trip began and I got down near Garia and let the cab go to the destination Sonarpur as my relative was on board it. Reaching destination he called me saying cab fare is showing 537/- and it became 5 times than what was journey was started with (113). I spoke to cab driver and he pleaded his innocence insisting me to talk to Uber customer care. I din't get Uber customer care no to speak and get it addressed yesterday night. He had to pay cash 537 /- to let the driver go for next trip. But, what we witnessed was a sheer cheating and fraud treatment meted out to us. Can I have somebody from Uber come and explain me the basis upon which this amount was charged. Thanks & Regards Shyamal

    Last time the driver cancelled the ride because he was far away. Why should I pay the fine then on my next ride. I want refund.This is happening with me for third time. But this time I want refund. Otherwise u will lose ur customer
    Today i booked uber around 7 pm.
    driver was unable to reach my location,
    i waited for 20 min so then after 20 min i cancelled uber as i was getting delayed for flight, and i cancelled uber.
    but uber has charged 100 RS on my tnext ride.there driver r so dum and careless and they r charging customer.
    i got totally dissatified with uber.

      I am unable to log into my UBER account suddenly. Although I have been using the UBER app since long, one fine day they say my phone no. do not match with my email id. The phone no. is registered with some other account they say.

      I have exchanged 10-15 emails with them, but to no help. They do not help, do not do any follow ups to get the issue resolved. In a city like Kolkata, where we do so much travelling, it is difficult to face these kind of issues.

      This is totally their internal issue but still instead of resolving it, they are harassing me.

      Please take proper action against UBER.

      Extra charges : Charges from sector 10 noida to sector 61 noida should be 89.106 as indicated in my mobile screen but driver charged Rs.165. Charges on my screen and on driver screen is different. I need back my balance money otherwise I will complant to higher authority.
      Today ie on 25/06/2017 I took an Uber ride from ITER COLLEGE Bhubaneswar to Master Canteen Chowk. Uber had issued me an offer according to which the fare should be around Rs106. But the driver took Rs 146 from me. so I want the money to be refunded.

        On 30th june 8.41 am, i have booked a uberpool which was initially showed me 79:00 inr but i was charged rs 316.87.

        I have submitted these details in uber portal and after chasing lots of time got response after 3 days. They are saying its charged you 79 but i have a bill of 316 which is deducted from my paytm. What a cheating service. I am a regular customer and this situation really afraid me to trust the uber.

        Most uber cars in bangalore have no back seat belts. This is true of most cabs, also.
        The law only requires front seat belts, but uber should have high safety standards and have seat belts in all seats.
        Dropping location in my mobile and driver's mobile were not matching. For more than six months I am using this drop location address. Today it went wrong. Please check this and do favour for customers.

          T is regret on my part to write these statements, on dated 18th June I booked a uber to pick up from Maidan Garhi Rd Phase 2, Chhatarpur Enclave New Delhi 110030.

          The driver war Mr. Saurabh (TATA Indigo) contact no. [protected]. Driver has arrogantly behave with me to picked me up from the exact location and denied that the care will not move from this location and that location, as my left leg has fractured so it was not possible to go near to the car, and i requested him to come just near to 2 more house, that fellow has denied me arrogantly, 2 times I had contacted him and he repeatedly behave with me the same. so in scared i cancelled my booking and i have to book another auto for my movement. it is really a shameful act done by the driver.

          My cancelled amount is Rs.63.60.

          The strict action to be taken against such kind of behavior of that driver, so that the people who are in critical situation must not suffer. I am a regular traveler o[censored]ber not only at Delhi but also at Odisha.

          I want to get back my cancelled amount as well.

          I had booked an uber and the fare was shown as Rs. 270 when I booked the cab. However, when I finished the trip I was charged Rs. 850 which is extraorbitantly high. I did not change the destination nor did I stop anywhere on the route. This is a clear cut case of cheating. Request you to please refund the excess amount of Rs. 580 to my paytm a/c.
          Every time I book a ride on uber its reaching time is much more then showing on map. Every time I have to wait for almost for half an hour or more.. and if I m getting late and cancel the ride because it's being late I have to pay cancellation fee.. why I pay this ? This is your fault not mine. Going to drop uber for next time

            On 2nd July'2017, I have booked cab from Uberpool. While booking Uberpool amount showed was RS 39 but I was charged RS 173.12. I need refund of the extra money charged.

            I have submitted these details in Uber portal but there is no response. It is more than 12 hours now but there is neither any reply in email nor has anyone contacted me. Also there is no way to contact customer support.

            This is very unprofessional and not acceptable.

            This gave a medium to escalate to Uber as there are no alternative ways of contact. But there is no way to follow up on status check.

              I booked uber and called driver. The driver informed me that he is coming in 5 minutes after dropping a guest. I waited for him and called him again after 15 minutes but this time also he said he is coming in 5 minutes but he did not come. After about 30 minutes of wait, he did not come and cancelled the ride. Still Uber charged me ₹52.50 and wasted my time in night and I had to suffered due to it as from Airport I came to Bus stations and then traveled to my final destination.
              If driver was having already the guest on board, why did he accepted my request and why did he lied to me that he will be there in 5 minutes? Also, if the ride is cancelled, why do I need to pay for it without any mistake? Now, Uber not only need to refund the money which has been charged on me but also need to provide compensation for mental stress and wasting my time.

                Your driver name Venu have been asking for extra charge then the estimated fare I.e 400rs extra and also have been saying u have to pay extra or elz u will not get the cab its like.                   I took cab from Bangalore International Airport on 30th Jun 2017 at 22:31.

                  Driver forced me to pay toll fare and told that it will be adjusted whatever amount it will show at end of journey. When journey completed he was showing me that total fare not included with toll charges where I told it's not possible. It always add and this true.

                  So finally he collected with me - App total charges i.e. Rs 878 + Rs 125 for toll.

                  When I checked my mail on invoice - it is like this
                  Trip fare - Rs. 600.53
                  Toll, Surcharge and Fees - Rs 278
                  so Total amount - Rs. 878.53

                  I strongly believe driver has cheated me toll charges Rs 125 and I want return back this money.

                  I put this question clearly on Uber help center but no response yet. Please let me know how to take it forward.

                    I, Yugantak raj gupta ([protected]) last trip was with uber is on Friday 8:15am, 30/06/2017.
                    I booked uber for my friend from lingampally to jeedemetla which cost rs 355.47 which prepaid from my paytm account. But driver asked 350 rs also from my friend to total paid for that trip was rs 705.47, which is unexceptable. Please do need full for me.
                    I had complained via mobile app, but I didn't receive any response.

                          I was shown Rs. 534.66 when I booked Uber from delhi airport (T3) to my home. However, when I reached home Uber charged Rs. 612.93. When I complained first, the customer care executives started explaining me how the surcharge worked and how it could be more than usual. I persisted with the complain as the surcharge was already included in the price I was shown in the beginning, how come I was charged more than what was shown.
                          Then there was no reply from Uber for two weeks and later they try to fend me off by saying the dropoff location was different. The dropoff location was exactly what i had entered in the beginning, but Uber has made a mistake and is not willing to address it.

                            Am currently sitting in the cab with two kids and mom who is a senior citizen. I asked him to switch on the ac and only after telling him multiple times he switches it in and keeps it at one. I ask him to increase it and he said I ll keep it at one only else i[censored] want you can get down in the middle of the road. Insensitive and rude driver and also driving rashly with continuous honking.

I Have One Driver who drive My Car but form last one monthe he was not medically fit and not able to drive, I request to Your Uber Office Chandigarh and Request to Add new Driver with My Car but They not adding new driver, the driver i found have worked with uber via another uber partner, but now his old partner hire new driver and he don't have work now form last one month, My Car not in road much more as i don;t have driver and uber office Chandigarh not helping me to add this new driver which i have. its going 15 days to request but no response.                                 This is to inform you that today, when I was booking an Uber cab, the fare shown to me for the UberGo ride was Rs.123.48 but after the ride was complete Rs.189 was charged from me.So, I had to pay that amount.
                                I have been your customer since I have faith on Uber. So, I kindly request you to refund the extra fare that was charged from me, that is, Rs.63.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  This mail is regarding an incident I have passed through yesterday when I booked a ride on your Uber form Subhash Nagar, Jaipur to Jai Bagh Palace Kukas. The fare shown on the expected rental calculator was Rs. 239/- for small car & Rs. 253/- for a bigger one.
                                  I booked a small cab no. Huandai Eon No. 5025 with a driver named Naresh. After completing the ride when we made a payment i have been charged Rs. 532/- instead of expected amount of Rs. 239/-
                                  I am hereby sending you the screen shot of fare paid by me along with a copy of invoice. None of the tol was paid by your drive where as its written Rs. 200/- paid as Amber fort Uber Surcharge. If you check the route, you will come to know that he went through ramgarh mod not via amber fort.
                                  The behaviour of the driver was also not professional.
                                  You are requested to refund the excess money charged by you without any delay i.e 532-239= 293/- with in 3 days else I will take this matter to court.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    This mail is regarding a trip in uber pool i took today at 7.30 pm. Kindly let me start narrating to you as how things took place in seriatim. I booked a cab (Uber pool) at 7.10 pm for a fare stated being rs 35, on reaching my pick up spot and me in the process of getting into the cab, my neighbor told the driver that his tire was punctured, hence before starting the trip he sat to change his tire. On my request to cancel the trip he refused bluntly, after which i tried to cancel and realized that i would be charged cancellation fees of rs 60, thereby i refused to cancel and decided to wait for him to finish. Ultimately the driver managed to change the tire with the help of my neighbor and the trip started at 7.30. During this point another booking took place and a next passenger was supposed to share the cab with me. However on the the way to pick up this next passenger, the driver decided to use google map since he could not find the exact location as per directions stated by the next passengers. This led the driver to a different direction since the next passenger had not given the right location on her uber app, after repeated calls from her end, the driver realized that she was in a location we passed by long back. Moreover at that point we were stuck in traffic midway and and on a no u-turn road. However after waiting in front of her house for another 15 mins while the security guard doing his check before we entered the premises, the driver picked up the other passenger at around 7.45 who's drop was barely 15 minutes away from pick up spot and thereafter was on the way to my location. At this point i was sick and tried by the entire ride and the amount of time i wasted on such a trip. Finally on reaching my location what surprised me was the fare as per the drivers uber app showed rs 290 at around 8.20 pm.
                                    And yes i did see the calculation of charge of the trip, funny thing is the driver roamed all round different locations for the next passenger and she paid a bill of rs 25, where as my drop was in a location only 30 mins away and i have to pay a bill of rs 290 including surge charge! Why was i not informed before booking that during the trip also if surge takes place, i have to pay all the extra charges.

                                    All this only led to me to contemplate situations which any girl could face alone at late hours of the night, a drivers tire getting punctured and he refusing to cancel the trip, a wrong pick up location given by another uber passenger while on a uber pool trip, a fare (Absurdly charged) which one has no capacity of paying at that moment. What are the solutions to these problems, how are we supposed to equip ourselves for such horrid experiences. I have no issue against the driver or the next passenger but i would like to hear of some protections or guidance given by uber to their valued customers especially when faced with circumstances like this. I was taken aback and stuck thinking of no alternative at that moment and hence would not want any other person to face such a situation like i did.

                                      Today on 29/06/2017 I landed to Delhi and booked a uber. I got a Ritz for pickup at the airport. The drivers name was Rajesh who was extremely unprofessional he was talking on phone while driving, rash driving, no seat belt, a/c was not ON for the whole trip. And at the end of the trip I was charged ₹718 instead of ₹349 stating an old due which was already paid via Paytm. On asking for help from customer support no help was provided and I had to make a cash payment of ₹718. It did not end here the driver drove almost 5-6 KM extra for reaching the destination without my permission. Then on reaching the destination he threatened me of paying the full amount of ₹718 emphasising that the amount has already been deducted by uber from his account. I have been staying and travelling all over the country but, have never seen such unprofessional and cheated service. Heard a lot about UBER before this on various issues faced by different people but had experienced it for the 1st time. I am never gonna recommend nor gonna travel through UBER. Never expected this kind o[censored]nprofessional service from uber.
                                      Hope it reached out to the TOP management and taken care and action on. If Not then I don't think anyone is safe travelling with Uber anywhere in India atleast. attaching the copy of old payment made through Paytm from the uber app itself.

                                        I booked an uber cab for the destination from ramjas day boarding school anand parbat to dda flats gulabi bagh on the date 29 june 2017 and even contacted the driver to know his location and he confirmed that he has received my pickup request and is reaching my location but he did not reach my location in the specified time and when i checked the uber app my trip was shifted to the new driver without my information and when i contacted the second driver he confirmed that he has received my pickup request and is reaching my location but he did not reach my location in the specified time and when i checked the uber app my trip was shifted to the new driver without my information and finally i had to come on my own despite of booking the cab
