On 13/6/17, i have made uber request from saravana stores, padi, chennai to arumbakkam, chennai. Request went to mr kannan, car no-tn12r6576, next minute i made the request i called the driver and informed pickup place and he replied ok i will come, after that we were waiting for 30 mints but he didn't respond to cal, then i called the driver and asked wer r u and it is getting late pls cancel the ride i'll make another request, but in return he spoke with me in rude voice tone and told me i can't come and i will not cancel ur ride either and told me do what ever u want to do, then he cut the call, in that situation i cannot able to cancel the ride either, since über is charging cancellation charges from customer nor i cannot make a new ride because my previous ride in process stage, pls take an disciplinary action against the driver and i need a feedback update in email (Rajeswari. [protected]@yahoo.in) regarding the action taken against that driver from uber end.
