I have booked uber ride today morning at 10.19 am and the driver and car details are rajesh (Maruti suzuki swift desire 1366). Driver has called me at 10.40 and asking me location details then he cut the call and cancelled the ride request without my knowledge. Because of this i have waited or than hour with my child and after some time i was received a notification that drive has cancelled my trip. This was the worst service ever that was provided by the uber and this should not been entertained when there is an emergency situation.

    I booked a cab from furgussion college to hyderabad house in pimple saudagar. Driver didn't reach the pick up location and the trip was started and cancelled and 67.53 was deducted from my paytm balance. When tried contacting uber driver he said the trip automatically started and the driver said that he was caught by police for no entry and still my money got deducted. And also same happened when i waa booking the cab from my another number [protected], driver didn't arrive at the pick up location. Both the images have been attached below. Please take urgent action and refund my money.

      This is to inform you that last week, i had travelled in uber twice but i am yet to receive the invoices. Generally it comes to my registered e-mail id : r. [protected]@gmail.com. But somehow neither i got any receipts nor any trip confirmation detail from uber.in both the cases i had paid cash to the respective drivers...

      I have booked uber pool for my father of Rs 89/- but uber have charged Rs 301/-. I have also register complaint against this. But uber is replying due to heavy demand they have charged this from you. What ######## they are saying.

      How can they charged for uber go or x as i have booked uber pool cab.that is shared one.

      If i would take only 90/- Rs from home how can they collect 301/- Rs from me.

        I have received a promo code on 20th june via sms from uber which is applicable till june 25, 2017. But, each time i try to apply the code system is giving an error message. Suddenly it got applied and i availed it during my trip this morning.

        But again i can see the code is no longer applied and now it is not getting applied again.

          Hi, uber has blocked my account from the last few months. I have fed up in sending mails to them. They are not at all telling the reason/s for blocking. Simple they are replying "on reviewing the details, it seems like your account has been flagged by the system for activities that overstep our terms and conditions."

          On the other hand, my friends are also facing the same issue. They simply disabled the login and say you have crossed the terms.

          In mind the left over? What, where, how, when, whom???

          I think we do not have any authority to check all these uncertainties o[censored]ber.

            You are charging rs.60/-for wasting my time for half an hour.

            In the first instance, when you assigned the car, mostly it was dzire for uberpool, at 9.16p. M. And car driver, a muslim, whose mobile number was [protected].

            Firs i talked to him at 9.16p. M., then he said i am at marine line, will be reaching in 10 to 15 minutes, then i said ok

            Again called twice on his mobile at 9.27p. M. The mobile was coming not reachable, actually that driver was not interested to come, therefore, kept his mobile on "do not distrub" mode, therefore, only one ring used to be heard, after that it was saying "the person you are trying is not reachable"

            Thereafter i tried again at 9.29, 9.31, 9.32, i tried to contact, but same message'"mobile is not reachable"

            Thereafter, having realised that your driver is not interested, i tried to cancel the cab hiring, however, you were giving the message that i will be charged for the cancelled trip, therefore, i did not cancel the trip.

            Your driver wanted to outsmart me, and hence, gave single ring at 9.32 & 9.34p. M., and immediately disconnected.

            Thereafter, i saw the car coming to my place at fanaswadi, however, the driver did not stop, in spite of my showing hand to stop the card, instead he drove away the car at very high speed, and thereafter, he might have informed the uber, that the customer was not available, and hence he could not pick up accordingly uber informed me of the cancellation of the trip. At 9.36p. M.

            This is all that has happened yesterday, thereafter, i again booked another car from pickup point vinay hotel, mostly xcent car at 9.41p. M., and started the journey by 9.47p. M. And i discussed this matter with the said driver, and he said there is no call centre number for loding the complaint, however, gave me the number 33992233 for loding the complaint, and i rang that number however, answering machine said you are working 8a. M. To 8p. M. Only.

            So if you feel ok in charging me rs.60/-, then better recover and tell me where to deposit the amount, and hereafter, i shall stop using the services of your company, and will spread the word, that you will charge the public, for no fault of them.

            God save uber.

            I have kept the call records of your above car driver, and can be mailed to you, as and when required, if at all you wish to take any disciplinary action against such drivers.

              Guys,

              Everyday i go to my uber page and raise a complaint but no one from you replies me. I have lost my jio wifi device and simcard in this uber cab and driver has confirmed me that it is with him. It is been a week now i am calling him daily to return back my device and he is not willing to help me. What the hell you guys are doing with me. It is my office device and i am helpless here. I will never use uber in my life now and i will post on facebook and twitter so other people will also be aware and stop using # servcies from uber.

                Dear team,

                I have taken a ride on 17/06/2017 at 5.38 from uttam nagar to chanakya place part 1 with my register phone no [protected] and just after a ride i checked that i forget me phone in the cab and i have called to a my mobile in just 5 min no witch was in the cab but driver diden pic the call after that i loging in my another divice and call to driver he sad i was busy on the second ride.
                I know he is having my phone thats why he not talking to me and after that he sad i am on 3rd ride call me latter and now i am trying his no he is not picking the call please do the need full as soon as possible.

                  I am not able to login to my uber account. I traveled in may 2017 in india in uber. I did not get the copies of receipts in mail. I need to submit the bills for reimbursement. I am not able to submit the travel claim because of issues with login. When i reported the issue in uber help portal. They asked me to send the copies of government id proof and phone no. Details. I sent. There is no response and no one is taking care.

                    I have charged inr 289.87 on june6, 2017 at 9.49 pm from my paytm account for an unknown ride. After contacting paytm, they have responded that uber is solely responsible for charging any trip and paytm is not responsible for that. They advised me to contact uber care. Now, contacting uber care is hopefully the most irritated one. They don't have a proper customer care, there is no toll free number or any contact point. After contacting through their help app, i got responded after 3 days, and some of 4-5 representatives have asked me the same question without any kind of clarification. I gave all the details and asked about the details of the charging. Again, as there is no such trip registered on behalf of me, i asked them to provide the trip details. After that, i have not got a single response from uber care. I had dropped my contact number there but those "unprofessional" customer service never responded back.

                    Now, the point is, why the hell they don't have a customer care number? And who is going to give me back that money, which has been charged wrongly? I need a proper clarification.

                      I have got the message from uber india with a coupon code on 20-june-2017 with some discount in the rides and valid the coupon is valid till 25-june-2017 but when i am applying that code in uber app it's shows that the promotional code is not valid for the account, if they don't want to give the discount why do they offer such useless coupon and messages.

                      Yesterday i was charged:212, today i am charged 324 .

                        I have availed a cab drive from salt lake aj block to prince gulam shah road. The cost o[censored]bergo showed 223, however when i got down the cost went up to 339. Why is that? The driver arshad said its some search fee. Please explain. I have not cancelled any trip whatsoever.
                        In other words, i have availed a cab ride in kolkata on monday morning (19.06.2017), from salt lake to p g a shah road. My fare displayed was rs.223. However it got increase to 349 without any reason or cancellation. Kindly make sure that the amount gets adjusted in my next ride. I always use cash payments. My phone number is [protected].

                          The driver denied duty cause he dint want to go andheri. Also we booked sedan and there was no space in dicky and we had no place for my moms wheel chair so we had let him but later i was charged 79 rupees. So unprofessional. He did help to accomodate the wheel chair. So so unprofessional. There is no reply from uber on this. They are supporting their unprofessional cab owners. This is bad and shud be stoppes uber shud reply to us.

                            I had booked an uber pool on 20th of june 2017. But i was charged with the fee o[censored]bergo that too at a surge of ×3.3.

                            Also, we had to get down in the middle of the ride when we were informed by our driver that the booking is for ubergo.

                            This is the first time that such a thing has happened in 4 years.

                            I was expecting to pay rs.59 but had to pay rs.278.

                            Kindly look into the matter and let me know.

When i booked the Cab, my charges were showing to be 89 rs. But when I reached my destination i had to pay 269 rs. Why did this happen? Please look into it and let me kno.

                              I have taken a uber share ride when i start the app the price is 29 and when i selected the ride for one person it showed the price as 29 but when i reached home the bill is 160.. When i raised the complain the say it's surge price.. But in general every time the surge price will be displayed before booking and i didn't see any price.. Once you book the cab the actual price will be shown even explain this uber is trying to hide their fraud.. I am not getting sufficient answers and they are copying the same answer every day.. I have all the evidences of the trip conversations with uber.. Kindly help me on this..

                                Mere apne sare dost se request hai ki uber ki rede na kare... Jara socho wo to main tha.. Mere se extra paise le liye.. Agar mere jagah koi ladki hoti to uske sath kuch bhi ho skta tha...

                                  Uber has deactivated my account and denying me service. When i enquired they responded saying this restriction is applied due to a system generated flag and cannot be reverted manually. Moreover they are not providing any details either as to the reason behind putting this restriction.
                                  To the best of my knowledge i have not done any wrong. The only last activity i remember on uber is that i wanted to go from blr airport to whitefield for which i had booked an uber, but the driver was quite far and expected wait time was showing as more than 15 mins... Because of which i had to cancel the booking. Which i believe was a fare thing to do, other than that i don't see any other issue.

                                    I booked a drive today & was provided with driver details & i contacted this gentlemen on phone who said that he cannot come as his cng is inadequate & he shall cancel the trip & tell uber also. After 40 minutes another person is calling me saying he shall pick me up for the airport. It is shameful that both the people were lying & u et deceived me by providing such drivers & didn't even care to inform me about the cancellation which was done by your driver unilaterally & he also told me to book any other nearby taxi which i finally did. Shameful! Insensitive!

                                      On 5/28/17 at 2.08 pm we started our ride from innovative multiplex, marathahalli to sathya sai layout, whitefield. The charge was expected to be around 200 but it came 555.80. My payment option is card payment. When i studied the route map, it was not the same we came by. The map showed the route from kadabeesanahalli via mahadevapura to whitefield while we really took the route from marathahalli to kadabeesanahalli road and then via varthur kodi we reached our destination. We didnot take the route to mahadevapura as shown in map.in the receipt the distance is shown as 185.77 km while we travelled not more than 15 km.

                                      I booked an uber pool and the destination was 2km from my pickup location. When I booked the cab the fare I confirmed was 49 but got shocked to see a charge of 179 which 3.5 times of the pool charge and 2.5 time o[censored]ber go charge. I complained to uber support but no explanation or refund so far.
                                      Every time i am booking cab through Uber, it is charging me twice. this happened like 3 - 4 times in a row, as it was emergency and i didnot have any other car hiring app I had to book it. but i am unable to contact the customer care. I tried reaching them but i guess they donot have a dedicated customer support to support customer issues.
