Uber driver sachin phone number [protected] (Truecaller says goldie) driving hyundai xcent.
My mother and sister - took uber go at 11:52 am from sector 14 faridabad, haryana (Set destination lajpath nagar, delhi) on 16/06/2017
1st - this guy was sorting a bunch of papers while driving (Which obviously was slow and erratic) when they complained sachin replied will sort this in no time. And then will drive fast.
Note: as part of the payment made to uber the toll and other expenses are covered (125/- has been charged as toll fee from us - mentioned in the receipt attached below).
2nd - he insisted on avoiding the toll (Badarpur toll). When they enquired he says he didn't have money to pay the toll. And took the bus lane which was jam packed with the same response - ma'am the lane stays free and we will reach in no time and i quote his response (Mere pass toll ke lia paisa nai h, madam thoda sa jaam h, isse nikalte hi goli ki tarah pohnchadunga.) and nelgecting my request (Of taking the toll road).
In the meanwhile, while sorting the paper (And driving) he found a form which he then started filling while driving - you'll find the attached video.
3rd - then he gets a phone call. Which he answered while driving - talking with someone and the conversation was cheap and disgusting. My sister and mother had hired the taxi but and the conversation made them so disgusted uncomfortable that they had to ask the driver to drop to the closest metro station (Tughlakabad metro station) as they started feeling worried and unsafe, to which he insisted not to stop half way as he could be questioned by the uber. And commanded to give a good rating and not to complaint against him.

    Very bad communication on uber drives. And also used wrongly language. Yesterday i used on uber app. From gurgoan sec15 to sec-49. Drive have demand 115rs but my app show only 49 rs. His behaviors is very poor, wrongly language have used and also my bad and some money have gone... I lost of 2000rs for u app used. I hve also customer customer care, her not response to me...

      Hello, i booked an uber from north delhi to the airport t3. Even though i paid the driver by paytm, i'm still being asked to pay the pending money which is the entire amount. I've already paid though. So i'm having trouble booking cabs now. Can't book them anymore until i pay up even though i've already paid the amount. And that is really inconvenient.

        I am a regular customer and have noticed that your services are becoming pathetic each day. On monday 12th june i had booked an uber on my return journey from ravet. The driver said he is very far away and will take half an hour and so to cancel the uber. You should teach your drivers how to speak, cause they really don't care. By the time i cancelled i was asked to pay rs 64. It was then credited to my uber account. When i was paying cash to the uber person, he refused to deduct the amount of rs 64.
        Today i again booked an uber at 8.40 am, the driver called saying he cannot locate me on his app and so to cancel the ride. As i went to book my next ride i was asked to pay the amount of rs 64, after which i got my uber. My credits in the uber app now shows rs 128. How do i get the refund for this amount. Also 5 minutes is too short a time, because sometimes your drivers do not call until we make calls to them. I would want a refund of my amount.

          On june 14, 2017, around 1:45 pm i have booked an uber pool from my home (U-46/53, dlf phase-3, gurgaon). I did not get into the cab and did not take the trip. However, the driver has started the trip at 1:51 pm and ended the trip at 1:59 pm. Also, i was charged rs. 15.58 for this through paytm (As i have connected paytm for payment option). I raised several complaints to uber through uber help. However, i did not get any response nor my money was refunded.

          Thank you. Rs. 15.58 has been credited to my PAYTM account. I received a message through UBER App that the problem has been resolved and the amount has been credited to my PAYTM account.

            I have been a regular user o[censored]ber and thrice this has happened that the cab i book denies duty very rudely and they mark arrived before even they reach so that when i cancel i may get charged for a ride that has not even reached me. Today i booked a cab again thinking things will get better and i waited for half an hour eventually taking an auto rickshaw because the driver had said he has arrived and i walked miles only to find he has not yet arrived. Please refund me my money and remove me from uber i do not want to use this stupid application ever again because o[censored] i got delayed for my job

              I did the booking and driver himself told me to cancelle dthe trip as he refused to come. ([protected]) cancellation was from his side but i have to pay for it. Again i did booking and then again booking was cancelled from drivers side but i have to pay for that. Also driver disconnect the call in between ([protected]). Both the times cancellation was from company side and i have to pay for that. Ai gpot late for my office. Not at all satisfied from the service as i have to face inconvience from your side both the times. U need to told your drivers how to behave with the customers.

                Dear sir,
                I murali b. From bangalore booked a uber cab for chennai central to gajalakshminagar (Chromepet, chennai) on the night of 15th june 2017. As soon as i contacted the driver, praveen kumar, refused to take me to chromepet and said he will cancel the trip. But, he did not cancel the trip and actually cheated me but taking another passenger in my place and billing me to my paytm acct for no ride done by me.. Such cheating drivers o[censored]ber cabs have to immediately be removed from the cab service as they spoil the brand now and leave a trail of dissatisfied customers like me. I have been using your cab service for quite a long time and i had a bitter experience this time..
                I request that i be immediately refunded the amount rs 65.11 charged to my account.. For no fault of mine..

                  Arrogant, rude driver. Name anil. It was on my to kalyan from bandra (West) on 9th june 2017 at almost 10.15 p with my daughter. Had to cancel the drive bcoz of this behaviour mid way and book another uber. We had to stop at an unknown place and wait for another 15 mts for the next uber. Is this what you tell your drivers how to treat customers total unethical. Imagine me with my young daughter waiting at a junction 10.45 pm. Fortunately to our good luck the next driver mr sameer was very very good. You should have more drivers like mr sameer.

                    My name is sanil khemani. I took a cab from south extension to safdarjung enclave, new delhi on 15th june 2017 in a white colour maruti wagon r driven mr rajinder singh.
                    On reaching my destination i got out of the cab to pay the driver but unfortunately left my iphone 7 in the back seat of the car. I realised this after about 10 minutes and tried to dial my number. The phone rang but no one picked up probably because the phone was on silent mode. Using findmyiphone app i was able to track my phone till africa avenue road which is less than 250 metres from where i was dropped. Yet suddenly the phone was switched off suddenly by someone. Repeated attempts were made to contact my phone but it all led to nothing.

                    I tried to login to my uber account online to get details about the driver in order to contact him. However i was unable to log in due to some mistake on your part as somehow my account was created by only taking my name and not my contact number or email address. Due to this i wasted over 4 hours online trying to login. I dispatched many emails begging you for help but clearly your time was better served elsewhere. Your customer care is probably one of the worst in the world, something i will definitely attest to. Finally i got the address of your offices in hauz khas and reached their immediately. There i was told about the issue in my uber account which left shocked as to how do you run your cab service. It took another hour over there to retrieve my past trips and get the number and name of my driver. Several calls were made by them to contact the driver but he failed to pick up their phone. I was informed that since dropping me he had taken only one more trip and since been off duty or inactive. Repeated attempts were made by me as well as your employees to contact the driver but to no avail.

                    Eventually my uncle was able to contact him. He claimed ignorance about the simple fact that he even gave me a ride in his cab. On eventually recovering from his
                    “short term memory loss” he seemed unaware about my phone which all seemed a little fishy considering the fact that he had been inactive for 3 hours and had not picked up his phone call despite repeated attempts by not only me and my family members but also the people working at uber in hauz khas. He denied everything and refused to take any responsibility.

                    I have been thoroughly disappointed by the events that have occurred and as a result have filed an fir at the vasant vihar police station. The driver is the most likely culprit and hence i would like to uber to take strict action against the driver for misdeeds. I am angst by the fact that uber does not have the complete details of the driver and seemed disinterested in helping a customer in time of need. I am surprised by the customer care
                    Of this supposedly "multinational company “ and plan to spread the word about it online unless strict action is taken swiftly.

                      Today i had booked one cab from ranger's club kolkata. The driver kept me waiting for almost half an hour. Neither he came to my location nor he intimated me before cancellation. He abruptly cancelled the trip. Then how is 60 rupees charged for cancellation? I had to wait for another 20-25 minutes to book another cab from uber.
                      Kindly initiate refund of the cancellation charge.

                      I was charged Rs 63 for my 1st trip and for the 2nd trip from same pickup point to same destination I was charged Rs131 and for the 3rd trip from same pickup point to same destination I was charged Rs 149. I had logged a complain on Uber website, however no call or response.

                        Goes like this i have scheduled a pick up between 9.40-9.55 pm the fare was showing 214 -280. I have confirmed the booking and then a pop up comes up stating fares are rising ok it can goes up by 100 200 or 300. When i reach my destination bill shows 787 for a distance of 10-11 km 🤤🤤🤤. I[censored] can show a pop fares are increasing then why dont you show what is the surge price u will be charging. That means u raise any amount of bill irrespective of the confirmation of the passenger totally a fraud business.

                          Booked uber but driver was so unprofessional that he switchd off his mobile and i was like waiting and was trying his number more than 19 times but the result was off.
                          Special request please hire professional driver.
                          Please do give them some professional training coz most of them are illiterate.
                          And please tell them if they have accept the request then they have to go.

                          This is about ride from spaze tower b to sec 10 A Gurgaon at the time of.booking pooling fare was 69 rs but at the time of drop driver ask me to pay 253 rs and when I was trying to tell him my point he started shouting and he was litterlay misbehaving..pathetic services..!!
                          Driver canceled the cab and didn't came to the address and took 50rs. I want my rupees back.
                          I traveled from Nizampet Village to JNTU Joyalukash jewellery shop which is hardly 3km.
                          Initially while booking amount is showing 267. How it was calculated no idea. After my ride in my mobile aap it's showing 467. Need immediate solution. Worst service in Hyderabad. Drivers misbehaving over phone. The worst service by uber..

                            Yesterday i used this uber service to drop me from supreme court to dwarka court. When i reached my destination i forgot my cell phone in the car swift dezire. I ran after that car but the driver didn't give any care about. From that time to this time my number gave me switched off. And no help is provided to me on the side o[censored]ber service despite filing a complaint on their website. Even they don't have any consumer care contact number through which i could get some relief.

                              I booked a cab to meenambakkam airport from 1/1 balaji nagar (Near kumaran theatre, madipakkam), chennai through uber app on my mobile no. [protected] around 8.30 am on monday the 5th june 2017 but after 6-7 minutes of time the driver, mr. Yuvaraj cancelled the trip/cab without any reason".
                              After that i booked another uber cab and went to meenambakkam airport, chennai.
                              In the meantime to my surprise, a sum of rs.50/- deducted from my paytm account towards cancellation o[censored]ber cab booked at 8.30 am on 5th june 2017 for the trip to airport.
                              It was totally unprofessionalism on the part of your driver and also unnecessary harassment to uber rider. Kindly take necessary action against the drivers when they willfully avoid the customers by not picking up the calls or make excuses one or the other, particularly when they are not interested in a particular trip.

                              I regret to state that your charge of rs.50/- against cancellation of the trip is also against the professional ethics. Before penalizing the customer please find out the exact reason for such cancellation.
                              I request you to kindly refund the said amount to my paytm (Mobile no. [protected]) at the earliest.
                              This is the first such experience faced by me & i do hope that it would not be repeated again in future.

                                While coming from delhi, i booked a cab at mumbai airport t-2 through
                                Uber app on my mobile no. [protected] around 1.45 pm; got a cab &
                                Called the driver at his no. [protected] but he did not answer my call;
                                Thereafter i called on him at his given number about 4-5 times but
                                There was no answer; left with no other way out except to cancel the
                                Trip/cab with remarks"ün-professionalism on the part o[censored]ber driver".

                                I booked another uber cab through app & got the details of the driver
                                With contact no. [protected] & when called on him, he told me that he
                                Is at andheri fly-over & would take 20-25 minutes to reach level-7
                                West; i asked him to come as fast as he can; when called again, he
                                Advised me to cancel the trip as he may take a longer time; that
                                Driver himself cancelled the trip.

                                Thereafter i booked another cab through uber app & got the driver
                                Details & contacted the driver at his no. [protected] & he finally came
                                & picked up me for my home destination i. E. New saptarishi chs, sec 4,
                                Nerul, navi mumbai-400706.

                                While travelling in that cab, i tried to contact uber customer care at
                                Number[protected]/[protected] but i was unable to get the line; i
                                Took the help of just dial & got kolkatta no.[protected]; when
                                Called at that number, a lady picked up the call & the entire
                                Hard-ship was explained to her; she advised me to put it in a mail to
                                Customer care.

                                To my surprise, after reaching the destination on that day, the driver
                                Asked me to pay rs. 60/- towards cancellation charges which were added
                                Into my account though no fault on my part.

                                It was a bad day for me as i was kept waiting at the mumbai airport
                                T-2 for almost 45 minutes by your errant cab drivers; it was totally a
                                Un-professionalism on the part of your drivers & i strongly object to
                                That;
                                It was totally un-fair to harass the customer like they did on that day.

                                Moreover, if the customer is late at the pick up point, they lodge a
                                Telephonic complaint to the company & sometimes the company makes a
                                Call to the customer to reach the pick up point immediately. Why then
                                The service provider (Uber) do not follow up with the drivers when
                                They willfully avoid the customer by not picking up the calls or make
                                Excuses one or the other, particularly when they are not interested
                                For a particular trip.

                                Your charge of rs.60/- against cancellation of trip is also against
                                The professional ethics. I feel that before charging, it is your duty
                                To find out exact reason for such cancellation rather than punishing
                                The customer straightwa.

                                My entire family has been using the uber taxi services not only in
                                Mumbai but at other places too. This is the first such experience
                                Faced by me & i do hope that it would not be repeated again.

                                I would like to know the action taken by you against the errant
                                Drivers on this complaint.

                                I was walking on the side road when the car no MH 02 EH 4054 being Uber Driver deliberately came & banged me on 9/6/17.
                                I complained to Uber but they informed that since it was off trip they are not responsible for the same.
                                Uber India needs to discipline its drivers on off trip incidents also.

                                  I had post a complaint in the help section of the uber app on 12th june, 2017. I didn't get any response even after repeatedly messaging. My complaint was:
                                  Hi,
                                  I'd reported this issue in the app as well but didn't get any response. When i booked the uberpool ride the fare showed rs. 49. Then the driver went to pickup another person who eventually cancelled the trip after we reached his place and the driver called him. The while returning he got another passenger and then dropped me. My pickup and drop points were the same as at the time of booking the ride. I don't think it is my fault if the driver took a lengthy route to pickup other passengers or one of them cancelled. Why should i pay for all these? My time was wasted and you guys are even making me pay for it?
                                  Please look into the issue. My pickup and drop points are the same which i use almost everyday.

                                    I booked uber car in ahmedabad. My route is maninagar to relief road. We are 3 person. Me and my parents. We are seated in car from maninagar area. After we reached vijli ghar lal darwaja area the uber car driver said sorry i can not come your location because of the heavy traffic and he dropped us at lal darwaja and take a charge for full ride. The car number is gj1 az 1500. My parents are too old and they have to walk from lal darwaja to our actual location ghee kanta char rasta in heavy sun light. I really disappoint with uber car.

                                    Please provide me any solution asap. I hate uber car.

                                      This is to bring to your kind notice that i was traveled today from the local area of visakhaptnam ie from adarsa nagar to seethammadhara with your cab no: 7551, murtuthi suziki swift desire and the name of the driver is mr. Chalapathi rao. The estimation cost has also shown the amount in between rs.90 to rs.100 when i opted to ride at the time of 9:32 am. The travelled kms should not be above 6kms and in your bill it was shown as 31.5 and an amount of rs.348.80 which has been charged against my ride.

                                      I would like to know how the kms will be increased than the actual kms, i was travelled. I would like to know how the surge charges will be applied and to be known to the customer at the time of reaching to the destination place. How can anybody estimate the charges would be more than their expectations by charging more than three times of normal billing.

                                      In may case, i am very disappointed the way you have charged the amount against my ride. I am having more expectation on your service and i have not expected the way you have started collecteing money towards like this way without any information before the ride.

                                        I booked the around 9:15 am and called me and told that he is waiting in the place by the time i reached their is was not their i waited and called him twice he did not even pick the call after 20 mins he tells me that he are already in different location and he talked vulgarly with me, he does not know how to talk the customer especially to women and regarding this i have to complain because what happened to me should not happen to anyone please take serious action against the following
