Booked uber but driver was so unprofessional that he switchd off his mobile and i was like waiting and was trying his number more than 19 times but the result was off.
Special request please hire professional driver.
Please do give them some professional training coz most of them are illiterate.
And please tell them if they have accept the request then they have to go.

This is about ride from spaze tower b to sec 10 A Gurgaon at the time of.booking pooling fare was 69 rs but at the time of drop driver ask me to pay 253 rs and when I was trying to tell him my point he started shouting and he was litterlay misbehaving..pathetic services..!!
Driver canceled the cab and didn't came to the address and took 50rs. I want my rupees back.
I traveled from Nizampet Village to JNTU Joyalukash jewellery shop which is hardly 3km.
Initially while booking amount is showing 267. How it was calculated no idea. After my ride in my mobile aap it's showing 467. Need immediate solution. Worst service in Hyderabad. Drivers misbehaving over phone. The worst service by uber..

    Yesterday i used this uber service to drop me from supreme court to dwarka court. When i reached my destination i forgot my cell phone in the car swift dezire. I ran after that car but the driver didn't give any care about. From that time to this time my number gave me switched off. And no help is provided to me on the side o[censored]ber service despite filing a complaint on their website. Even they don't have any consumer care contact number through which i could get some relief.

      Dear sir,
      I booked a cab to meenambakkam airport from 1/1 balaji nagar (Near kumaran theatre, madipakkam), chennai through uber app on my mobile no. [protected] around 8.30 am on monday the 5th june 2017 but after 6-7 minutes of time the driver, mr. Yuvaraj cancelled the trip/cab without any reason".
      After that i booked another uber cab and went to meenambakkam airport, chennai.
      In the meantime to my surprise, a sum of rs.50/- deducted from my paytm account towards cancellation o[censored]ber cab booked at 8.30 am on 5th june 2017 for the trip to airport.
      It was totally unprofessionalism on the part of your driver and also unnecessary harassment to uber rider. Kindly take necessary action against the drivers when they willfully avoid the customers by not picking up the calls or make excuses one or the other, particularly when they are not interested in a particular trip.

      I regret to state that your charge of rs.50/- against cancellation of the trip is also against the professional ethics. Before penalizing the customer please find out the exact reason for such cancellation.
      I request you to kindly refund the said amount to my paytm (Mobile no. [protected]) at the earliest.
      This is the first such experience faced by me & i do hope that it would not be repeated again in future.

        Hi

        While coming from delhi, i booked a cab at mumbai airport t-2 through
        Uber app on my mobile no. [protected] around 1.45 pm; got a cab &
        Called the driver at his no. [protected] but he did not answer my call;
        Thereafter i called on him at his given number about 4-5 times but
        There was no answer; left with no other way out except to cancel the
        Trip/cab with remarks"ün-professionalism on the part o[censored]ber driver".

        I booked another uber cab through app & got the details of the driver
        With contact no. [protected] & when called on him, he told me that he
        Is at andheri fly-over & would take 20-25 minutes to reach level-7
        West; i asked him to come as fast as he can; when called again, he
        Advised me to cancel the trip as he may take a longer time; that
        Driver himself cancelled the trip.

        Thereafter i booked another cab through uber app & got the driver
        Details & contacted the driver at his no. [protected] & he finally came
        & picked up me for my home destination i. E. New saptarishi chs, sec 4,
        Nerul, navi mumbai-400706.

        While travelling in that cab, i tried to contact uber customer care at
        Number[protected]/[protected] but i was unable to get the line; i
        Took the help of just dial & got kolkatta no.[protected]; when
        Called at that number, a lady picked up the call & the entire
        Hard-ship was explained to her; she advised me to put it in a mail to
        Customer care.

        To my surprise, after reaching the destination on that day, the driver
        Asked me to pay rs. 60/- towards cancellation charges which were added
        Into my account though no fault on my part.

        It was a bad day for me as i was kept waiting at the mumbai airport
        T-2 for almost 45 minutes by your errant cab drivers; it was totally a
        Un-professionalism on the part of your drivers & i strongly object to
        That;
        It was totally un-fair to harass the customer like they did on that day.

        Moreover, if the customer is late at the pick up point, they lodge a
        Telephonic complaint to the company & sometimes the company makes a
        Call to the customer to reach the pick up point immediately. Why then
        The service provider (Uber) do not follow up with the drivers when
        They willfully avoid the customer by not picking up the calls or make
        Excuses one or the other, particularly when they are not interested
        For a particular trip.

        Your charge of rs.60/- against cancellation of trip is also against
        The professional ethics. I feel that before charging, it is your duty
        To find out exact reason for such cancellation rather than punishing
        The customer straightwa.

        My entire family has been using the uber taxi services not only in
        Mumbai but at other places too. This is the first such experience
        Faced by me & i do hope that it would not be repeated again.

        I would like to know the action taken by you against the errant
        Drivers on this complaint.

        I was walking on the side road when the car no MH 02 EH 4054 being Uber Driver deliberately came & banged me on 9/6/17.
        I complained to Uber but they informed that since it was off trip they are not responsible for the same.
        Uber India needs to discipline its drivers on off trip incidents also.

          I had post a complaint in the help section of the uber app on 12th june, 2017. I didn't get any response even after repeatedly messaging. My complaint was:
          Hi,
          I'd reported this issue in the app as well but didn't get any response. When i booked the uberpool ride the fare showed rs. 49. Then the driver went to pickup another person who eventually cancelled the trip after we reached his place and the driver called him. The while returning he got another passenger and then dropped me. My pickup and drop points were the same as at the time of booking the ride. I don't think it is my fault if the driver took a lengthy route to pickup other passengers or one of them cancelled. Why should i pay for all these? My time was wasted and you guys are even making me pay for it?
          Please look into the issue. My pickup and drop points are the same which i use almost everyday.

            Hi,
            I booked uber car in ahmedabad. My route is maninagar to relief road. We are 3 person. Me and my parents. We are seated in car from maninagar area. After we reached vijli ghar lal darwaja area the uber car driver said sorry i can not come your location because of the heavy traffic and he dropped us at lal darwaja and take a charge for full ride. The car number is gj1 az 1500. My parents are too old and they have to walk from lal darwaja to our actual location ghee kanta char rasta in heavy sun light. I really disappoint with uber car.

            Please provide me any solution asap. I hate uber car.

              This is to bring to your kind notice that i was traveled today from the local area of visakhaptnam ie from adarsa nagar to seethammadhara with your cab no: 7551, murtuthi suziki swift desire and the name of the driver is mr. Chalapathi rao. The estimation cost has also shown the amount in between rs.90 to rs.100 when i opted to ride at the time of 9:32 am. The travelled kms should not be above 6kms and in your bill it was shown as 31.5 and an amount of rs.348.80 which has been charged against my ride.

              I would like to know how the kms will be increased than the actual kms, i was travelled. I would like to know how the surge charges will be applied and to be known to the customer at the time of reaching to the destination place. How can anybody estimate the charges would be more than their expectations by charging more than three times of normal billing.

              In may case, i am very disappointed the way you have charged the amount against my ride. I am having more expectation on your service and i have not expected the way you have started collecteing money towards like this way without any information before the ride.

              Please go through my issue, and please arrange my money back which was charged towards extra amount. My details are given under

                    On 11.06.2017 car was booked driver no. [protected] before coming to pick up he kept his mobile switched off so i forcefully cancelled ride n charged extra 60 from me. Today on 14.06.2017 i booked ride, i spoke to driver [protected] within 2 minutes he replied due to system problem ur ride is cancelled and i am attending other person. U can check from my record i am regularly travelling by uber and why so happening. Kindly refund my amount.

                    Dear concern, I have booked a cab from rajiv gandhi airport hyderabad. I got the cab details. The cab didn't moved to my place. So I have called the driver number of times but he didn't picked up my call. After long wait I have cancelled the trip. But I have charged 85rs. Why I have charged. I want my refund back.

                      I booked cab in the morning dwarka sec-12 to dlf tower moti nagar.

                      1. Firestly, i did the booking and driver himself cancel the trip with himself without communicating with me. I waited 5 min fo rthe driver and driver cancel the ride. I got late for my office. You people charged me 65 inr for the cancellation of ride.

                      2. Second, again i did booking for the same route and than fair soon to be was 231 inr. Driver took the another route himself and than he charged me 396 inr for the ride.

                      The car was not clean and two bear bottle was there in car.

                      Kindly look into the matter.

                        We travelled from khanpur, new delhi to molar band extension, mithapur, badarpur, haryana on 12th june'17 at 8:55pm. The driver's name is raghavendra and his number is [protected].

                        When we boarded, we put our samsung galaxy trend (Black) on charging near the hand brake that was visible to us clearly. But during the trip, i don't know how the driver just removed the phone from our sight. When we got off we realized the phone isn't there and the driver just moved away. We contacted him but he did not pick our calls for an hour. Then he called and said no phone was there, we interrogated further so he agreed to have seen the phone. He flirted hearing a girls voice but when a guy spoke he started abusing us saying if any complaint is filed he will see us well!

                        Have tried all means of contacting uber but of no use. The phone has two sims with much important details stored in it. We want our phone back. Please help.

                          On 15th of may 2017, our car was parked as usual on side of the road in 8th cross, laxmi layout, bangalore.
                          At 09:07 pm, uber taxi ka-44-6483 hit our card causing dent and scratches on the body of the car.

                          Instead of waiting for us to discuss the matter or apologizing for the damage, the uber driver tried to flee the scene. When the neighbours tried to make him wait (As we were not there at the time of the incident), he argued and ran away.

                          The incident happened in Pune, Near Amanora Mall. On a straight road, the Uber Cab, MH12 NX 3510, on overtaking, damaged my bike and continued moving forward. On asking, he threatened me indirectly about hitting from the front rather than from the back. The incident happened at around 930-940 with 4 passengers inside the car.

                            Dear uber management,

                            I would like to inform that uber taxi driver deepak walia[protected] banged in my wife's car driven - on 8th june, morning 8:25am in sector 27-d
                            Deepak came to drop/pick someone in sector 27-d. My wife left for office at 8:20am and on the very next turn to our house, she turned the car to right
                            When deepak was coming from the straight road and after seeing my car, he still continued to drive on same straight road and didnt bother to slow down.
                            Eventually, his car's right side hit our car's left side. Thus, destroyed left head light, fender and bumper. I had got it analyzed from agency and got estimate
                            Of 19000. When i called deepak back to tell the esitimate i got, he started behaving like anything and started giving lame excuses.

                            I strongly recommend uber to check in this matter and ride on which he made this accident on 8th june and enquire about the episode.

                            If such cases will continue to happen, uber or any taxi company will have a very bad name in market.

                            When i asked if he can be of any help to me getting my car repaired, he blunlty said no and just have one excuse that his car also got some minor dent due to the bang.

                            My family has suffered alot due to this uber service in chandigarh where drivers dont take ownership and just make fool of people of chandigarh.

                            Kindly let me know if i can be of any help to investigate the deed of this uber driver and now ignoring the victim like anything.

                                Charge extra for parking

                                I booked a uber cab from howrah railway station. I boarded on the cab at parking place. As usual driver asked me for parking fee, i gave him rs - 50/-.

                                When i reached destination and went through the receipt, i saw that they charged parking fee within the total bill. This is completely unfair. The uber should inform his customer that he/she will be charged for parking. There will not be any other transaction.

                                Hello, i am using this app from around one year. Today it was really a very bad experience for me. He didn't came to the location and arguing with me in very bad words. Even though the app is clearing indicating 2 mins away, he was arguing like he was in the place. Scolding very badly, does we customers won't provide the money to them... Even though providing money if they are talking so rudely who will listen. His phone number is +[protected]. I got a call from this number. Dear uber, please don't recruit this mentality people. Car is mahendra vertigo.

                                  I booked an uber at 6:00 pm, called the driver to ask in how much time will he arrive and he answered me very rudely that he is arriving. After that i kept waiting for him for several minutes but he did not turn up at the pick up location. I tried to call him several times but he had switched off his phone. Now, my trip total is showing as rs. 63.60 as cancellation fee. Why should i pay this amount when the driver did not even show up and wasted my time?!
                                  Next, i booked another uber from a different account. This time the driver did show up but his gps system wasn't working. He took us from long routes and made the ride miserable. Instead of charging the amount which shows on the app he charged us more. Why should the customers pay for this pathetic, worthless service when even your navigation system does not even work properly. How did the escalated bill show on his phone when his gps was not supposed to be working?!
                                  I want action to be taken against these drivers and i want to be informed of the action taken. Otherwise, this is going to be my last uber ride.

                                      Chose paytm option for payment but later on i realised i don't have anything in paytm wallet so i handed over the cash to the driver. But when i took on another ride, it said that the payment of previous ride is due and i was charged double for that fare i. E 109 in total whereas i clearly paid 53 already for the previous fare as the receipt also proved that.
