My uber pool driver happily accepted the drive and then was found sleeping in the car. When I enquired he was abusing me because I disturbed his sleep. What professionalism is this. I am not having any problem in sleeping but why waste my time and make me wait in the middle of the road. Driver name is Deepu. vehicle no is KA1A5039. Phone number +[protected]. Any action on the same will be really appreciated.

    Traveling from world to bandra at 4 45 pm.. on 27/05/2017, had an unpleasant confrontation with this uber/ ola car (wagon R) having registration no. MH 47 N 4670, who not only drove rash without lane dicepline but also threatened and abused for no fault. All his frustration he remove with passenge on board.
    Strict action must be taken and even suspension of license should be the punishment that has to be given for such behavior. Do not take this complaint lightly as this could be sign of road rage and can lead to future disaster.

      Dear customer care..
      The driver named was ajit and the vehicle was wagon r.. Vehicle number is as 01 hc 3023
      The driver was really unprofessional... I booked a cab at 11.08 the driver confirmed it.. After wasting my 15mins he refused to come to my exact pickup location as i mentioned him over phone when he called me.. I called him 2times but he was too rude and misbehaved with me.. He asked me to cancelled my ride after wasting my time for which i had to pay extra 40rs on my next ride. Hope u'll take action against this unprofessional behavior as soon as and refund my payment.

        I booked an Uber today, i.e. on 27th may 2017, and my driver was not driving according to the location and pickup point issues were there also, which wasted aoot of my time. This is clearly unprofessional. For this reason i had to cancel my ride and it is showing additional 60 rs will be charged to me on my next ride. Now this should not happen as this is the mostake of driver who has been unprofessional, i want a reply to this as soon as possible and hope that my voice will be heard and responed and final outcome will be in my favour and additional 60 rs wont be charged. I had faced this issue in UBER kolkata.

          Cheating with customer... showing charge something else and deducting something else and it's almost in every cases since last 2 weeks, I have a record of screen shot and deduction, charges now doubled, please take action quickly esp. in Kolkata. Ask people that UBER is betraying in different way and deducting.

          During booking time they shown 234 INR and then post ridding they deducted INR 317 which is extremely high without any reason and this happens not only one time but times, I fight for couple of cases and their attitude not changed yet and still cheating and saying there many factors during the Ridding and then no reason and fall flat and they even not stopped replying on the feedbacks.

          Few months ago my account is logged.When i was trying to login on Uber app, it was giving me message that your account has been disabled.I can't able to login to my account and book any cabs through Uber app.What is the reason for disabling my account.I want a quick solution for this issue.

            This is to inform you that i, Rashmi Sharma, booked a cab yesterday i.e May 26, 2017 at 10.22 pm for Moti Nagar Fun Cinema from Mamchand Park, Delhi.

            The driver named was Vishwas and the vehicle was Tata Indigo.
            The Driver was really unprofessional and when I told him to switch on the AC he tend to be very rude and categorically said that he won't switch on the AC and was abusive too. To add cherry on the cake he deliberately did not follow the instructions of the way and wasted the time by dropping us very far from the destination and we had to walk and then take a rickshaw to reach the destination.

            Being a female, hope you understand what kind of problem I had faced because of this kind of behaviour. He was demanding for extra money wherein while booking the ride I had clearly put the destination and while boarding the cab I also informed him about the destination and he agreed on the same however all went in vain.

            I am really disappointed with the behaviour and I am afraid if this is the kind of services or behaviour the driver shows, it will certainly impact the image o[censored]ber and surely I can say it would not be safe for females to travel in Uber.

            Looking for stern action against the driver and expecting a call back from your customer service department on [protected] or [protected].

              Today 26 May 2017, Uber Driver for vehicle number WB07J-2446 was driving the car like anything and pushed my car from back side and behave like anything. He was trying to kill me. I never expect this from a Uber driver. I car got damaged due to that push or collision from back side. When I asked for the repairing he used rubbish words and beaten me. This driver and vehicle should be removed from Uber with immediate effect.

                Hi,
                As a consumer I feel extremely powerless when I see a brand like Uber getting away ever after committing zillions of frauds.

                There have been innumerable occasions when they have over-charged me and the ones that I could notice and highlighted to them, they have conveniently refunded the excess money that i was charged. Which practically means on Uber's part is that- "if consumer finds out, we refund the fund that we have illegitimately charged and if the consumer doesn't notice, we sit on the undeserved profit".

                They continue with their wrong practice of overcharging and victimizing consumers.

                Request a strong action against such bodies who have zero respect for their consumers.

                  Dear uber customer care,

                  Just want u to aware about my uber services experience!
                  Today morning 8:30am i booked cab from madangir dda flats delhi till passport sewa kendra ghaziabad. After confirmed booking when i contact driver he asked me to cancel booking from my side, due to his some up pass expiry. I confirmed from him that it shouldn't be charge to me but the time i canceled the booking it displayed rs 63/- will be charge to my next ride.
                  Later when i booked 2nd cab & contact driver (Mr. Dinesh das [protected], maruti suzuki swift dzire). He asked me to wait 2 mins, i waited for him 20 mins, called more than 10 times but neither he picked call or revert back.
                  Finally i booked ola but i got delayed to my very imp. Work just because of your stupid driver service. If this kind of service you provide & unprofessional behave to your regular customer then it would be my last ride to uber.

                    On 19th May and 22nd May i took Uber from Mulund to Kalyan. In the way there is Kharegaon toll naka which was declared non-operational from 13th May.

                    In both my trips i was charged toll fees even if the toll naka was un-operational. On contacting Uber support team, instead of rectifying the issue gave me absurd reasons for not crediting back the amount.

                    Need the correction to be done in the system as and when a toll gets de-commissioned so that commuters do not end up losing money like i did.

                      The app is incredibly slow (as compared to Ola) and it takes 15-20 mins to book a cab. Also, it takes several attempts to book a cab as it keeps giving the message 'Sorry! Your request cannot be processed' 4-5 times at least before a cab is booked.
                      If after seeing the message that my request is not being processed, I start to book an Ola. However, suddenly I receive a notification that my Uber is arriving. Which means I have to cancel either the Ola or Uber ride and so I am charged with cancellation charges. This is a regular occurrence with Uber app.

                        I had booked a cab today from my location to powai and it was booked for two... The another pick was at few minutes away distance from where i pick my colleague, it's been never an issue until today where i the driver refused to pick the other person from that location and told me that the other person has to be from same location where i booked my cab. Not knowing this set of rule as i always been booking the cab same way and never encountered such problem. When i tried to find the customer care number to resolve the matter as the driver refused to move his care, i could not find the customer care number at all. Driver then called the customer care which seems they are only allowed to, i was then routed to the customer care agent names as trisha. And oh my god what uncultured and arrogant lady she is, she doesn't have the manners to speak with customer and yelling at me saying that i may traveling for the first time and don't know the rules and that she doesn't want to talk to customer like me...
                        This is so stupid.
                        Is this the level of customer service we provide. I am further more worried for any female passengers traveling in uber as there is no midum to connect in case of any concern or issue...
                        I am still working on my best to identify the top most escalation level both nationally and internationally and flag this matter...
                        Very disappointed.../

                          I live in Chennai. Uber is trying to cheat me. They showed Rs 50 as my Uber-pool fare when I made the booking, but after the trip they have charged Rs 135.16. I contacted their support team, they are saying that destination has changed. But that is wrong. Like every other day, i traveled from my office ffice (4th Cross Street Tharamani CIT campus to my home at 61B, SH 49 Netaji Nagar Thiruvanmiyur).

                          I am adding today's bill copy (25May.png) and the day before yesterday's bill copy (23May.png). You will see that the start and end address are the same. The root was different today because the driver needed to pick-up another passenger, but it was uber-pool. Picking-up another passenger should not change the fare,

                            I am sorry to say that today morning i missed my mobile ([protected]) bsnl. While travelling in uber share (Front seat) 8574 etios driver name vinod kumar from picup at madipakkam at about 9.40am today moring drop ticel bio park at 10.15am. Uber mail not able to contact. Driver ghone number not known. But my phone is ringing at the time of dialing just now. Please do the possible. Sorry for the trouble

                              Hi i booked uber on wednesday - 24th may 2016 he came we were 3 ppl with 5 mon old kid. Firstly he denied i wont take luggage and all then i asked him u can cancel ill book another.. He started fighting then he drove us finally.. He was behaving weirdly since start.. Then in mid he called someone talked slowly and then his phone rang and he said there is some emergency at rajiv chowk some accident i have to go urgently.. We said ok u drop us till there since its midway only.. But he didnt drop us till there also instead stopped car before that only and dropped us at a place where there was sand all around and left in opp direction of rajiv chowk... I had 5 mons kid with me and 2 more people 1 14 years old boy and my sister.. There was no uber available nearby 12 min one uber was showing we waited almost 25 min it didnt come then we booked another 10 min again - it came and we went in that but it was too late and we missed our train.
                              I want to claim all my extra money spend - my whole another day got wasted due to unavailability of tickets and now i will go tomorrow ie friday that too in 2 parts no direct availability to my place is there.
                              Rs. 3010 - new tickets
                              Rs. 222 - uber will cost
                              Rs. 2500 - mid way to my place
                              Rs. 222 - return from railway station to my home after missing train
                              Total - 5954
                              It might seem a small amount - my whole enery, time got wasted - its too much o[censored]nprofessional behavior standing in mid of highway with 5 mons old kid - it was horrible experience
                              I want to claim rs. 10000 from uber against all this hassle

                                On 15th may 2017, I have booked Uber at around 1.20pm from Ramanthapur, Hyderabad to D.D. Colony, Hyderabad. I believe that the driver was Mohsin.

                                The driver was insisting on dropping location. The driver made us to wait for 15 minutes after giving the directions of pickup location in spite of GPS location sharing.

                                After 15 minutes, the driver stopped responding to our calls, and after 30 minutes when we reached the driver with other mobile number, he asked us to cancel the booking/ride and told that he cannot come for pickup.

                                I am unable to reach and attend our meeting in time because of this unprofessional behavior o[censored]ber driver and incurred heavy loss.

                                We have mailed the concern to [protected]@uber.com by marking a copy to support.[protected]@uber.com but in vain.

                                When submitted the concern on Uber helpline received a reply at 10.46pm on 24th May 2017 as

                                “we have sent a verification email to [protected]@gmail.com” and Uber wanted us to confirm submission by mail within 24 hours. Till 25th May 2017 9.10 am not received any verification email from them.

                                Uber don’t have customer care number in India to address the concern of customers, on mails Uber don’t respond, on Uber customer care helpline also not responding. Very unprofessional with unprofessional drivers.

                                  I took a ride on[protected] from amberpet to begumpet police line, fare was shown as 222 and they charged me more Rs - 53 twice even for cancellation of trip, as i used the same cab to visit my relative. Total amount they charged me for Rs - 328. Even i have a mail confirmation for charge. This way it is very bad they have charged me as i was with my family i could not ask any explanation with them. I hope my issue will be resolved and the same thing will not happen with others, i want my excess amount back.

                                  For my last trip to newsprint Vellore, I got a receipt for rs 530 where as the driver charged an excess of rs 300

                                  Last time, when my brother was waiting for the cab, the driver called him and cancelled the trip himself but he gave a false report that customer cancelled the trip. And hence, my mom had to pay 64 bucks extra today.

                                    Your gps n customer gps show different locations, you are not providing customer care solution for Mumbai by installing customer
                                    Its only due to our government doesn't have experienced what public facing problems.
                                    People are looted by you as only you decide cancelled charges, even driver unable to reach in specific time.
                                    On going ride only you command driver to act or follow as you are restricted to talk to customers, because no customers care set up.or set up of email address id.
                                    You dictate your problem of probablility of customers without requiring feed back of customers
                                    All this loose ball due to Goverment or ministry of transportation not taking care of people and you can take Ride to customers top of it.
                                    Please do in spirit of customers. Or you leave.

                                    How should I use my uber credit? It's always turned on but never gets utilized against the subsequent trip. Secondly, the app is now showing an error which says that I need to text GO to the number specified therein. However, this message is not getting sent. I've tried sending it 4 times.

                                      Hi Today afternoon i.e. 23 of May 2017, i have booked Uber pool cab from vijaynager to JP nagar, while booking it shows me 122rs, When it reaches to destination it showing 350 rs to driver his name is Dorraih ph: [protected], car number is KA AF 9207 that to pool cab how come the cost varies from low to very high, and he drived too rashly two times we missed from the accident.

                                      I was told that i would be eligible for 20% cashback on my rides if i pay through my standard chartered ban credit card but from last few months no such credit is being given.

                                      I hv booked airport category cab which was supposed to be a 6 seater but the cab which i received was 4 seater cab. Then i have to book another cabs for 2 members.They have deducted the money as per 6 seater cab and now not refunding my money.

                                        We booked a cab at a pickup location of Ahmedabad domestic airport and after landing there we checked that our ride will reach in 15 min, we were okay with waiting and then we get a call from driver stating that he is willing to fulfil this ride only if we allow him to pre start the ride 8km prior.
                                        As we disagreed to it the driver cancelled our ride and there was no avability of other cabs at midnight and then with all luggage we have to look for auto in midnight which we found unsafe !

                                        In order to cancel the ride they must give reasonable reason.

                                        I had taken a ride from profit market to mira road and my charge was rupees 57 but the driver took 1000 rupees from me and when I contacted him he doesn't pick up the phone
