Sir/ma'am,
I had booked a cab from cmr law school, Banaswadi to yelahanka. The driver's number being [protected] with the number plate KA05AF0650, name Puttaswamy. Denied going through the route I asked him to go in because the road he choose usually has a lot of traffic and said that he has to follow the map and that he can't go any where else. And secondly I had typed Yelahanka as my destination as I stay in Yelahanka old town. But he said the map shows as this is your destination and asked me to get down in a very rude and uncultured manner, raising his voice in railway Station Main road yelahanka. From where I had to take another auto and go home. Also he denied payment through paytm and took cash of rupees 233/-. He has acted very rude, unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable.

Firstly as I can see in the picture given by you, YOU had selected cash as the payment option .The drivers dont have paytm accounts as they are directly paid by uber, hence COULD NOT have taken cash in paytm.
Secondly, the drivers cannot do anything if the destination you give is wrong until and unless it is a small deviation but the driver will NOT take you to a different location then that shown in its map as they are paid to go till that destination only .

    I am unable to book ride as outstanding amount Rs. 233 is shown against me. This is ridiculous. I duly paid this amount in Cash whilst alighting at destination. The drivers instrument was not showing the amount, hence, he took amount as per my mobile booking. How I am at fault? inspite of paying fare, I am denied booking on Uber. Hence, per force I used OLA. I wish you sort out this problem or it is up to you to lose your customer. Prakash [[protected]].

    I forgot my purse in the cab which i realized after two three minutes dropping off from cab. thereafter driver denied that he doesnt have any purse in the car.

      On 29th may, 2017, i booked a cab from the uber app from the nscbia. The arrival time was 5 mins and the car no. Was wb19h6084 ;driver anup nath. We waited a long time for the car but the arrival time kept increasing and finally we cancelled the car. A few minutes later, to our astonishment, the car drove right past us. Absolutely unexpected behaviour from a service like uber.

        I booked a ride on 28th May at Kolkata. I was not familiar with the locality so i decided to book an Uber thinking the GPS service used by the drivers would not require me to give much implicit directions. The driver, Soumitra, called me up and i realised the GPS had not provided an accurate pickup location. There was no one around, so i tried my best to indicate exactly where i was waiting. Firstly, i told him i was just around the Moulali crossing and asked him to come that way, i would locate him by the car number. He did not do so. Instead he asked me for a landmark. There were mostly small shops around, the only remote landmark being a Punjab National Bank, which i mentioned, .
        However, he still did not understand. i realise that is very normal given the circumstances, but what he did next has left me very displeased.
        He started shouting at me over the phone, screaming that it is not possible to do pickups for people like me. He accused me of not calling him up with proper directions despite me repeating that i was unable to connect to him.
        Ultimately, i had to cancel and was in turn charged Rs 60.
        This is not my first unpleasant experience with Uber. Drivers keep accepting rides and then call to tell me to cancel as they are too far and cannot come all the way.I have also once been wrongly charged an amount for cancelling a ride despite the fact that the driver had clearly not moved an inch (for 30 mins!!!) since accepting the ride. i had complained then too.
        If this is the case, Ola would be a much better alternative. I have never been wrongly charged or faced such harrassment from Ola. I am in a good mind to uninstall this app and warn other people of doing the same as clearly, your drivers are neither professional nor are they suitable for booking rides in any area about which one does not have prior knowledge.

          Refers car driver Mo. No. +[protected]Mr.dhananjay) At Pune. Car was booked up to rly stn Pune from Lohegaon at 07:40 on 28 Jun 17 through Uber app.
          Driver charged Rs 300/ in place of Rs.174.80/ as shown on drivers app. In a rude behavior he states that your bag is more than two and you have to pay.
          Subject to public place and train timing I paid Rs.300/- cash and continued my journey.

          Uber is not safe at all me and my family ride on 9 may around 6pm and the driver send me msg on whatsaap next day and he is continously sending me msg on whatsaap its the big issue in india women are not safe and there is no facility provide in uber aap to complaint these types of issues
          Driver did not report to pick me up after I requested my Uber service . Instead of showing up the driver rejected my call ...this kind of service should be looked upon and the driver should be call for explanation for his very act of service .

            Today i booked a cab in uber from yashwantpur to whitefield, i forgot my mobile in uber cab, i tried calling on my mobile but driver have switched it off. I have raised a complain in uber app but till now there is no response from there side. Car no is 5885. I have waited a lot tomorrow i will be going to local police station to file a complain against the driver and car. Since i have his pic in my mail. I cant expect this kind of service from uber.

            I bookoed an uber cab yesterday from chandmari HP patrol pump to Milanour shiv mandir. The driver told me that he was in Paltan bazar area so he could not come. After finishing the call I saw the same cab was crossing the road in front of me already a customer inside the car. This is really unprofessional and fraud.

              Driver in order to avoid red lights took long route and therefore we were charged 125 instead of 49 which was mentioned while booking the ride. Iam a regular user of this particular route and each and every time I was charged 49 however this time driver drove unsafely and took longer route to avoid red lights.. I will take the matter to consumer forum if the amt is not refunded and ask all the people in my social grp to not to use uber... It's the 2 nd incidence in this particular month earlier also my cousin booked the ride and I was charged 130 later on Co realized the mistake and reversed 109 bed the driver took the longer route.

                Hello ... my name is monika yadav, Yesterday i booked a cab with uber.my total charges was 99.56.but driver was take 150 rs.my uber app was showing only 99.56 rs.this is not good.i though uber is good compare to other cabs but i thing i am wrong.you take extra money without any reason.I want my money back.

                  I have been a regular Uber customer since quite a few months now. Never had any problem before this ride that I am in right now. Had booked an Uber share from GuruMauli CHS, Ganesh Chowk, D.N.Nagar, Andheri West to Prasad Food Divine Banquet, Goregaon Mulund link road, Opp D Mart, Mulund West at around 5.15pm when it showed Rs 226. Something... as the tariff. I have a default Paytm option selected on my Mobile so I went ahead and Okayed the trip. To my surprise after the car arrived the tariff suddenly showed Rs 348.84 without any changes in the destination or the route.
                  I am forwarding you the details of the trip for your redressal and hope you take appropriate action regarding the same.

I have been trying to reach my nos ever since, but no one picked the call. I had booked uber from the phone that i have lost, hence i could not contact the driver.                       As per mail attached herewith please acknowledge my complaint against the driver subodh who asked me to pay the parking charges of rs.60. Moreover when i asked to bear the said charges he replied he wont bear the charges from his pocket then asked me what should i do with this ride then i cancelled that ride which levied the charges of rs.60 in the very next ride.
                      This seems to me very unfare and rude behaviour of service experienced from uber when i started my relationship 2 years ago.
                      Please investigate and seeking the justice at earliest.

                        After reaching the destination his device had issues, I showed him my phone about the trip details and I had to pay him 195 he agreed and after a while he calls me back and asked me to pay more he should have made sure before it caused me a lot of inconvenience and I had a very bad experience with uber I don't recommend it to anyone. His name is Prasad and his car number is KA04AA3340 he also threatened me and I was scared. I wasted alot of time and It was a very bad experience please do something about it so that no one els falls into such a situation with this person. I didn't expect this from uber.

                          My uber pool driver happily accepted the drive and then was found sleeping in the car. When I enquired he was abusing me because I disturbed his sleep. What professionalism is this. I am not having any problem in sleeping but why waste my time and make me wait in the middle of the road. Driver name is Deepu. vehicle no is KA1A5039.                             Traveling from world to bandra at 4 45 pm.. on 27/05/2017, had an unpleasant confrontation with this uber/ ola car (wagon R) having registration no. MH 47 N 4670, who not only drove rash without lane dicepline but also threatened and abused for no fault. All his frustration he remove with passenge on board.
                            Strict action must be taken and even suspension of license should be the punishment that has to be given for such behavior. Do not take this complaint lightly as this could be sign of road rage and can lead to future disaster.

                              The driver named was ajit and the vehicle was wagon r.. Vehicle number is as 01 hc 3023
                              The driver was really unprofessional... I booked a cab at 11.08 the driver confirmed it.. After wasting my 15mins he refused to come to my exact pickup location as i mentioned him over phone when he called me.. I called him 2times but he was too rude and misbehaved with me.. He asked me to cancelled my ride after wasting my time for which i had to pay extra 40rs on my next ride. Hope u'll take action against this unprofessional behavior as soon as and refund my payment.

                                I booked an Uber today, i.e. on 27th may 2017, and my driver was not driving according to the location and pickup point issues were there also, which wasted aoot of my time. This is clearly unprofessional. For this reason i had to cancel my ride and it is showing additional 60 rs will be charged to me on my next ride. Now this should not happen as this is the mostake of driver who has been unprofessional, i want a reply to this as soon as possible and hope that my voice will be heard and responed and final outcome will be in my favour and additional 60 rs wont be charged. I had faced this issue in UBER kolkata.

                                  Cheating with customer... showing charge something else and deducting something else and it's almost in every cases since last 2 weeks, I have a record of screen shot and deduction, charges now doubled, please take action quickly esp. in Kolkata. Ask people that UBER is betraying in different way and deducting.

                                  During booking time they shown 234 INR and then post ridding they deducted INR 317 which is extremely high without any reason and this happens not only one time but times, I fight for couple of cases and their attitude not changed yet and still cheating and saying there many factors during the Ridding and then no reason and fall flat and they even not stopped replying on the feedbacks.

                                    This is to inform you that i, Rashmi Sharma, booked a cab yesterday i.e May 26, 2017 at 10.22 pm for Moti Nagar Fun Cinema from Mamchand Park, Delhi.

                                    The driver named was Vishwas and the vehicle was Tata Indigo.
                                    The Driver was really unprofessional and when I told him to switch on the AC he tend to be very rude and categorically said that he won't switch on the AC and was abusive too. To add cherry on the cake he deliberately did not follow the instructions of the way and wasted the time by dropping us very far from the destination and we had to walk and then take a rickshaw to reach the destination.

                                    Being a female, hope you understand what kind of problem I had faced because of this kind of behaviour. He was demanding for extra money wherein while booking the ride I had clearly put the destination and while boarding the cab I also informed him about the destination and he agreed on the same however all went in vain.

                                    I am really disappointed with the behaviour and I am afraid if this is the kind of services or behaviour the driver shows, it will certainly impact the image o[censored]ber and surely I can say it would not be safe for females to travel in Uber.

                                    Looking for stern action against the driver and expecting a call back from your customer service department on [protected] or [protected].

                                      Today 26 May 2017, Uber Driver for vehicle number WB07J-2446 was driving the car like anything and pushed my car from back side and behave like anything. He was trying to kill me. I never expect this from a Uber driver. I car got damaged due to that push or collision from back side. When I asked for the repairing he used rubbish words and beaten me. This driver and vehicle should be removed from Uber with immediate effect.

                                        Hi,
                                        As a consumer I feel extremely powerless when I see a brand like Uber getting away ever after committing zillions of frauds.

                                        There have been innumerable occasions when they have over-charged me and the ones that I could notice and highlighted to them, they have conveniently refunded the excess money that i was charged. Which practically means on Uber's part is that- "if consumer finds out, we refund the fund that we have illegitimately charged and if the consumer doesn't notice, we sit on the undeserved profit".

                                        They continue with their wrong practice of overcharging and victimizing consumers.

                                        Request a strong action against such bodies who have zero respect for their consumers.
