I had booked an Uber from Sumati Hotel to Beverly Hills - at Baner Pune through my wife's mobile. Now while paying with cash the driver took an additional Rs 120 as it showed pending payment on his mobile on our previous ride. Since he didn't have cash on his mobile to make a call he was given the phone - he marked himself 5 star and took the amount for the previous ride...failing which he says he will face the loss. Uber surge pricing.
I was wanting to travel from nariman point to chembur.
I tried booking an uber pool at 7:00 pm.. The price surged from 190 rs. To 780rs.in 15 mins period.

I fail to understand how can a company have no logic or explanation to such surge pricing.

I request the govt. Authorities to take strict action and stop surge pricing once and for all

This is to bring to your notice that wrong charges of rs.60 is levied on me unnecessarily when actually it is the fault o[censored]ber driver. Inspite of me waiting for him at the said location he didn't turn up as he was not able to trace the place. Later to my disappoint & shock he himself cancelled my ride saying it is not possible for him to reach me. So i request you to immediately reverse the wrong charges of rs.60 levied on me....

Booked a cab around 15.18pm and received confirmation with driver anjaneyulu and he spoke once cofirmed that he is reaching the pick up point. As he reached the location i waved my hand asking him to stop but he did not stop and drove away. Inspite of repeated calls he did not answer my phone. Finally i received a message showing my trip concluded and amount of rs 53.00 deducted from my paytm. It is a clear case of arrogance and misbehavior...

An Uber driver of car number 7972 did not reach on time. He did not even cancel the ride and I was waiting from a long time. When I called him back he said he cannot come, didn't even cancel the ride and hung the phone without listening to us. We were charged unnecessarily which is not acceptable. Please look into such matters and stop hiring such drivers. Take immediate action....

I have taken a driver with Uber on 17/5/17 Horamavu Agara, Horamavu, Bengaluru, to Aswath Nagar, Marathahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560037, India. The charge was around 183 and final i got bill of extra 100 rs for the cancellation of last two cabs. The cab was cancelled as per the driver request since he said it takes long time to cancel it and why I have charged for the cancellation ???

Hi, I am raising this complain on bhalf, of the Delhi girl faced a bad behavior from a Uber car drive - Harrasing Taxi Driver Sandeep Uber - His contact is [protected]. This is really pathetic service provided by this taxi companies, and now this is the time to screw up thier lossen nuts, or otherwise if not done so, can be victim itself.

On May 8, 2017 I had got a msg from uber that for next 5 rides they will charge 50% of the fare amount and the offer is valid till 15.05.2017. I took cab services on 11.05.2017 and on 14.05.2017. I was wrongly charged Rs. 500 for 18 KM (usually charges are 250-300) and Rs. 570 (usually charges should be 350-400) for the distance of 29 KM, full amount without any deduction. I booked an uber for myself from Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Rd, Churchgate, Mumbai to Gateway of India(Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Marg, Fort, Mumbai) on 13th may around 19:35 pm and it was charged Rs. 91.12 for 2.11 kms only. Your service is really pathetic!!!

Once i booked uber cab, the driver named darshan with tata indica cab kept me waiting on my location without informing me anything. I waited for almost 20 minutes and then finally called the driver and asked "when will you arrive at my location?"

The driver answered that the cab is auto cancelled and so he wont be coming to my location and before...

I took an uber cab from hotel ripon palace to cst railway station.. On riding and moving 50 metres from my pickup point.
