An Uber driver of car number​ 7972 did not reach on time. He did not even cancel the ride and I was waiting from a long time. When I called him back he said he cannot come, didn't even cancel the ride and hung the phone without listening to us. We were charged unnecessarily which is not acceptable. Please look into such matters and stop hiring such drivers. Take immediate action.

    I have taken a driver with Uber on 17/5/17 Horamavu Agara, Horamavu, Bengaluru, to Aswath Nagar, Marathahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560037, India. The charge was around 183 and final i got bill of extra 100 rs for the cancellation of last two cabs. The cab was cancelled as per the driver request since he said it takes long time to cancel it and why I have charged for the cancellation ???
    I have never such worst service there no customer service number also

      Hi, I am raising this complain on bhalf, of the Delhi girl faced a bad behavior from a Uber car drive - Harrasing Taxi Driver Sandeep Uber - His contact is [protected]. This is really pathetic service provided by this taxi companies, and now this is the time to screw up thier lossen nuts, or otherwise if not done so, can be victim itself.

        I had booked uber cab for 3.45pm the pickup location being viharil college hostel, alipore kolkata. Firstly the driver arrived late and that too at the wrong loaction.. And then cancelled the trip. When i called him up... He picked us up.. And before we could load our luggage.. He ran away and from tgat time isnt receiving my calls. The driver's name arun.. Car was swift dzire and the no. Was 5165. Now i have incorrectly been charged rs.60 for it.. I would like a refund. The drivers no. Is [protected].

          On May 8, 2017 I had got a msg from uber that for next 5 rides they will charge 50% of the fare amount and the offer is valid till 15.05.2017. I took cab services on 11.05.2017 and on 14.05.2017. I was wrongly charged Rs. 500 for 18 KM (usually charges are 250-300) and Rs. 570 (usually charges should be 350-400) for the distance of 29 KM, full amount without any deduction. I request to take action against them for deceiving the consumers and charging extra money.

            Hello,

            This is to bring to your notice about today's scenario, as i booked an uber pool around 11:15 AM (UP 14 FT 7924) driver named Shiv received my booking and when i called him to ask about the cab he asked me to cancel the ride, and when i denied that i'll not cancel the ride as i am ready to wait for the cab (cab was only 3 kms away) but the driver continously denied to take the ride and was very rude and his statement was "mai nahi karunga ride cancel dekhta hu dusri ride kaise book krte ho". To book another ride i have to cancel the first one, so i cancelled the first ride for which i am charged with INR 64.

            My concern for this issue is that, why should i pay the cancellation amount if i am not responsible for the cancelling the ride, secondly the driver's behaviour towards the customer. No driver is allowed to talk rudely (the way Shiv talked to me) to their customers.
            Hope you will raise my concern and will take proper actions.

              Dear Sir on[protected] I booked a Uber cab for my wife and daughter who were to go from Great India Place sect. 38 Noida to Prakash Hospital sector 33, from my house C-11, sector 47, Noida at about 4 pm and spoke to Driver Ahmad Naim on Mob no.[protected], and the cab no. swift 5186, as shown in the app that the said passengers wanted the cab at gate no. 5 of GIP but the said driver suggested that as he will have to take a long U turn to reach gate no. 5, it is better to call them to come to Gate no. 4 near the Petrol Pump. I told the said passengers to come to gate no 4 and thereafter rang up the driver and specifically briefed him to take a U turn near the Mall of India under the flyover and then go through the underpass just in front of the GIP and then just after about 2.5 KM you will reach Prakash Hospital in front of NTPC office in sector 24 which he agreed for and even told me that he will be required to take U turn after NTPC office to reach Prakash Hospital which I also agreed. After a while I rang up my daughter and she confirmed that they have boarded the cab. At 4.23 pm I got a call from my wife that the driver is taking them through express highway to sector 106 noida so I asked my wife why he is taking you there while I had clearly briefed him about the destination. Than at 4.25 pm I rang up driver and asked him why he was taking them to sector 106 near Bhangel while I had specifically told you about the destination and his answer was that he is going as per my booking and app. I told the driver that either he should take them to Prakash Hospital at sect 33 as briefed OR take them back to GIP but he continued to insist that he is going as per booking and app after which I had to tell him that now if do not go as per our requirement I will have no option but to call the Police. In the mean time my wife told the driver to stop at the Bus shelter immediately and rang up my son who was by chance at sector 44 at that time who immediately rushed behind the cab and took them to my house at sector 47. Finally I took my wife to the Prakash Hospital in the evening where her mother is hospitalised. This was the worst behvior of a driver one can expect, and the case is no less than a kidnapping. It is, therefore requested to take stern action against the said driver by keeping me informed otherwise I will have no option but to register FIR in nearest police station against the Driver and UBER Co. It was a horrifying experience.

                I booked an uber for myself from Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Rd, Churchgate, Mumbai to Gateway of India(Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Marg, Fort, Mumbai) on 13th may around 19:35 pm and it was charged Rs. 91.12 for 2.11 kms only. This wasnt expected as no surge in price was shown and for travelling 2 kms and paying Rs. 92 is too much. My invoice is attached with this complaint clearly showing how many kms and the amount calculated.

                Same day I travelled at 22:59 from Santacruz East, Mumbai to Chhatrapati Shivaji international Airport, mumbai which was around 5.81 kms and bill was only Rs. 123.43 which looks correct. So comapring this with the above travel I need uber to check this and I want my extra amount to be refunded back

                This is the first time that i decided to use the uber app installed on my phone and was dissapointed as i was unable to do so...it kept saying that my account has been deactivated when i have'nt used it yet.As i was travelling with my two young kids and my old mother. I reached bangalore airport at around 10.45pm and tried opening the app but was stuck as it kept saying that i was deactivated.very dissapointed
                I am unable to login to the uber app downloaded on my phone. It keeps saying this account is deactivated and I should contact t.uber/account- when I try this page it says this page is down.when can i log in as book a ride..I am travelling at the moment and was left stranded.

                  Hi uber team,

                  Your service is really pathetic!!!

                  Once i booked uber cab, the driver named darshan with tata indica cab kept me waiting on my location without informing me anything. I waited for almost 20 minutes and then finally called the driver and asked "when will you arrive at my location?"

                  The driver answered that the cab is auto cancelled and so he wont be coming to my location and before i could speak anything else he disconnected the call.

                  When i checked the uber app, i found that the trip was still not cancelled and intentionally the driver told me lie that the cab is cancelled, so that i may cancel the cab and pay the extra fare on my next trip additionally.

                  Such a horrible experience i never had before. If you can't provide service truthfully then please stop this non-sense.

                    This was charged Rs. 101.26 and i paid by cash after the ride got over on 23rd March 2017.

                    Today after I took a ride on 16th May 2017, apart from my actual fare ride of 181.47, i got charged again for the last ride that was taken on 23rd March 2017 for Rs. 101.26, making the total fare Rs. 282.73.

                    I need a refund of Rs. 101.26 to be processed again immediately as I have been erroneously charged twice for on older trip which i've paid for.

                    I along with my father and brother traveling to my office and a uber car came in front us with great speed and our car got struck by it. We stopped the car asked for compensation but he refused and fled.

                      I booked a uber pool in my uber application at 8.33pm in High court to Wimco Nagar, they accept pick up, and he came near my pick point they said never go to that my residency place, and I was shocked, due today bus also no service, and waiting now for bus still at 9.07, driver name iyyappan, Tata Indica, uber had good reputation that I can't expect, this type of behaviour from uber cabs Driver, requesting to necessary action against the driver, they spea very rudely and black word's, taken necessary action

                        I took an uber cab from hotel ripon palace to cst railway station.. On riding and moving 50 metres from my pickup point. The cab driver said the destination which is cst is not showing on his navigation and he cannot take me to the destination and asked me for money and said and argued saying that u will have to pay the money when i refused. He admitted that it was the app fault and said to file a complaint to get a refund for the amount. I agreed an filed a complaint but the customer care team is refusing to pay the desired amount back. Moreover i missed my train due to this inconvenience. I want a complete refund of my trip as well as my train fare as they did not solve my query on asking just the trip money.

                          These people charge dehuroad cantonment charges from the customer in the bill. However there are no such charge from the cantonment board collected.
                          Also they charge surge price which really not a good practice. It is basic cheating customer. Consumer rights are violated some strict action is required.
                          If no toll is applied by the authority how can they charge the same to the customers.

                          It is unfair. Please do something.

                          IF the authority is not charging the toll then why it is charged to the customer. It is not fair. Please help in stopping such unfair practices by travel operators.

                            Hi,

                            Uber is highly charging customers while you are travelling at peak time i think thats their moto to be the best cab prove service in INDIA and cheat as much as possible to customers. Per kilometere it charges 20rs, i paid 200 per 8 KM of ride. Its showing some fare in the app during booking and finally overly charged once you reach at the destination.

                            Why don't uber driver check the map and observe traffic details and multiple way to reach at the destination and show the correct price at the time of booking.

                                My sisters issue. Today she booked a cab twice and the cab driver cancelled the booking and she had to pay rupees 53 each time. I have all the proofs to show that the drivers cancelled both the times. On top of this, they were extremely unprofessional!! Is this what we expect from the brand name uber??                                   I booked an uber for my family to travel from grant road area to bandra terminus (mumbai) on 15th may 6:03 pm and My total bill was 583 rupees including toll charges and the driver asked for more 60 rs as toll charges when it was already included in the bill, my invoice attached with this complaint clearly shows my bill to be 583, the driver took 583 + 60 = 643

                                    I used to be a regular customer o[censored]ber. But recently my experience with Uber has made me to stop using the services.

                                    Uber charges INR 63.5 in India if we cancel the cab after more than 5 minutes of booking it. But what about the cases when even after booking the cab, the driver didn't come at all?

                                    In recent times there have been many times when I booked an Uber cab but the driver came more than 20 minutes after booking the cab, in spite of showing a distance as close as 5 minutes. I would be getting late, but still couldn't cancel the cab as it would charge me so much. I still continued taking Uber services hoping that it wouldn't happen any more. But what happened next was unbelievable!!! I booked a cab on April 10, 2017 and got the confirmation message. In spite of driver telling me multiple times that he would be reaching in 2 minutes, he didn't come at all. I waited for more than half an hour and after a point the driver stopped picking up the calls. I kept calling him again and again but he didn't pick up the call. After waiting for around 45 minutes so sadly I had to leave and had to cancel the trip. I was charged INR 63.60 for no fault of mine.

                                    I thought being a regular customer o[censored]ber and since it wasn't my fault, I will be refunded the amount deducted. But No, there is no refund even after more than a month passing after the incident.

                                    Is this how you treat your customers? Charge them for your own fault? This is extremely unprofessional o[censored]ber and I never expected this. I can clearly state that I am going to make people aware about the fraud services o[censored]ber. In this era of availability of multiple options, I will definitely go for other cab service providers instead o[censored]ber. In fact I have already stopped using Uber from the past one month as I was expecting a refund. Neverthless, Thank You for your service.

                                      I routinely book trips to syndicate bank layout, which is near the nice road. Since you are aware of the geography of bangalore, to get to nice road, to travel on nice road and to reach the destination after nice road, all adds up to a long distance.in addition, there is a significant toll involved. The upfront fee calculated always takes this route into consideration, therefore calculating a the fee based on this very long distance and toll.

                                      However, in reality, the driver never even gets onto the nice road, and rightly so, because it would be unnecessary with local roads being available. However, the fare deducted is always that very high amount based on the long route and toll.

                                      Why am i having to pay for the long and tolled route, when in actual, my driver takes a short and toll free route? To worsen things, i am not even given an option to pick my route during the upfront fee calculation. This is fraud, and if i don't get a satisfactory answer and compensation, i will take the issue with to the regulatory authorities.

                                        I haven't been able to use Uber for booking rides since months. About a day ago, I complained to them about this. Since then, they have only replied that my account activity had violated their terms, and that the account would be suspended until further notice.

                                        I asked them what "exact" action violated their terms, and also about "when" would my account be reviewed again. Every time, they are pasting the same reply.
