I booked the pool car but driver was not able to locate moolchand hospital main gate and took lot of time around 20-25 minutes than he said that to cancel it.
But I am surprised that Rs. 63.60 is debited to my Acct without me even using the cab and cab cancelled not due to my fault.
Hence, would request you to reimburse Rs. 63.60 charged to me yesterday i.e. 8th May, 2017

    Today, I booked a cab from mohali 68 sector to phase 10 mohali. I pinned up my exact location. The driver didn't turned up for about 15 minutes. Then finally he said he couldn't find me and he himself cancelled my booking and was very rude. This wasn't the first time i had booked cab from the same location. All my experiences were great with uber. But, today it was a bad one.

    My question is, If a person dosen't know about locations why is Uber hiring him as a driver ??

      I had booked uber cab today for my father, mother and kid to travel from Gerugambakkam, Porur, Chennai to British Council, Chennai. The driver did not turn up on time even though he was near our location long time. When my father reached after walking 1km, he behaved very rude to my father using filthy words. I was charged cancellation charges. The following were the impacts on my side:
      a. My parents 70 year old were made to walk more than a km in hot conditions
      b. My son was late for his class by 15 minutes because of this issue
      c. When my father contacted the driver, he used filthy words and asked my father not to get inside the car and drove away
      d. They had to pay extra charges of Rs. 50/- because of mistake from their side
      e. I had to come out of my meetings very frequently to sort out this issue.

      Service is UBER cabs. Driver number is +91 [protected] (Ganesh)

      Kindly take necessary action on the personnel.

        I am concerned to note that when they are not looking after the complaints, they could have informed me to which mail ID I have to forward or they could have forwarded the same to you under intimation. I am sorry to inform you the status of the service rendered in this regard.

        As regards driver's claim, the same can be checked whether he had turned up to the place of destination from where the same was booked or he was quite away from the destination and cancelled on his own.

        Hope to receive a proper reply from you and resolve the issue.

        On 3rd May 2017 I had booked a trip from RBI Layout 11th main (my residence) to Town Hall, J C Road under pool. The Driver did not turn up to my residence and kept his vehicle away from my residence of about 1 minute. I had to wait for long time but surprisingly I have received a message stating that my trip has been cancelled and charged. Immediately I had to book another trip as I had to go to my office. This evidently shows that I had not cancelled and the driver has cancelled the trip on his own and caused me lot of inconvenience.

        I want to lodge a complaint against the driver for his act and causing me lot of inconvenience and the cancellation charges collected to me should be refunded immediately.

          I booked an uber cab on 10th may around 9:50pm. I got the booking confirmed. I called the driver. He said it will take around 10 minutes. But on the uber app it was showing only 2-3 minutes away.
          Then as i could see on the uber app, he drove close to my location and stood there. I could not see his vehicle moving. So i called him again and asked him, if he is coming or not. This time also he said he is coming. I told him your location looks very close to me on uber app.
          He did not respond to that, just said he will be there at my location in 2-3 minutes. I was not satisfied with his response, but thought lets wait a few more minutes.
          As i disconnected the call, within next few seconds he cancelled the cab.
          I got the message from uber saying : "driver_name had to cancel".

          So i booked another cab from uber.
          I reached home. But when i saw the bill uber had added 63.60 rupees as a cancellation fee for the last trip. I did not even cancel the trip. The driver did.
          Still i had to pay 63.60 rupees more on my bill.

            On 1st May I bokked a ca to the airport and waited for the cab after 20 minutes since i did not get a call i checked the app and the driver had cancelled the trip. I hurriedly booked another cab cause i had only 45 minutes to reach the airport. On 6th May I'm waiting for the cab on the street and spoke with the Uber driver and he cancels on me. On 10th May I had 3 of them cancel without any notice. Everytime I book after 10 minutes they would cancel and mind you at surge price of 2.0.

            This is ridiculous drivers cancelling on me 5 times in a span of 2 weeks. I have never had this issue before. Drivers need to be fined for this.

            Uber app has no option to complain, poorly done app.

            I frequently use Uber and this was uncalled for.

              I live in Mysuru-Karnataka, India. I travel by cabs frequently and I used to prefer Uber in the past. But Uber service now in Mysuru is pathetic. Most of the times cabs are not available, they arrive late and almost all the time there is a surge in their charges. Any time of the day or night, it is rare to get a Uber cab on normal rates.I am told that surge is applicable only in metro cities but it is always charged in Mysuru though it is not a metro city. I now take uber very rarely.

              I booked for rides several times. But the driver cancells the ride. For the next ride, the driver demanded for payment for the previous ride which was not undertaken at all. Moreover, discount is not being considered. Pl. Revert back

                I have never seen such a pathetic service provider like Uber, I booked a taxi from Bhagwati Garden Extn. to T3 terminal and the fare comes Rs.223.45. And I told the driver to stop the trip as soon as we reach the destination and paid him for the trip. He was willing to wait for me but I told him that I will take time and not to wait. After few minutes, he call me saying that he is going to that route and he will wait for me. However, to my surprise he did not stop the trip and he was trying to fool me and charge me high amount. Still I confirmed with him that I will be booking another taxi and you go ahead with you own work but later on once I come back with the same cab and ask him the fare, the bill comes another 1071.55. I was surprise to the core and ask him the previous trip cost me 223.45 and why this much now. The driver and the car was smelling a foul smell of weeds and I tried calling Uber care but hopeless service altogether. I need my full money refunded writhing 24 hours and I will not let even a single penny go in lost. This is really a bad experience with Uber twice and I want the whole world to know how pathetic Uber is!

                  Uber in Bangalore is charging higher than permissible limit, as per law. Legal limit is 14.5 per km for normal, and 19.5 per km for ac cabs. This charge is including all type of payment like taxes, surge premium etc.
                  I have been charged 130 for 6 km ride, in normal cab. Kindly guide me to escalate my complaint to relevant authorities, as I m not getting satisfactory response from uber

                    Hi everyone,

                    I took a pool trip today morning. The estimated price
                    Of the trip was rs. 113. Initially, rs. 113 was deducted from my attached
                    Paytm account. However, the driver couldn't follow the map directions so i
                    Made a complain. As soon as i submitted the complain, an additional
                    Amount of rs. 195 was deducted. The trip fare now shows rs. 309.

                    Can you guys look into this issue?

                      On 8tb May17 at 2:55pm I was overcharged and the reason given on overcharging was some additional surge charges that are not applicable. It's just like fooling customers. The original cost of the trip was ₹59 and I was charged ₹469 and when asked for the receipt got to know some unwanted charges on the trip. Kindly see to this matter otherwise need to go for more strict options.

                        My self Sourabh Kataria, Mostly i booked cab from uber, But im frustarted from uber from last few trips due to unfair charge and cancel cahrge put on us, On 07.01.17 Uber driver cancel the trip and u put cancelation charges on me, On 15.04.17 i book a cab but uber driver cancel the tri and told me he doing dinner and cancel the trip after that how Uber put cancelation cahrges on me, On 29.04.17 im book uber for Hyderbad deccan station and uber charge 2.8 time fare from me reason provide less car available but i recd. the uber with in 5 mins then how u charge unfair rent from us.

                        This is totally unfair and ungenuine u cheated with us and charged double triple fare from us, this is my genuine request to you kindly reverse the extra amount to me else im going to consumer forum.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          Please note that during my Jaipur visit dated from 03/05/2017 to 06/05/2017, 3 times UBER made the penalty on me as Rs. 50/-, Rs. 50/- and Rs. 80/- respectively i.e. Rs. 180/- has been deducted from my pay back balance and on 05/05 deducted Rs. 125.79/- when the displayed fare was shown as Rs. 49/- only.

                          However, all the times it was not my mistake in any circumstances as follow:

                          1. First day, I called the UBER GO from my Jaipur hotel and continuously called the driver to pick up from my destination. However, ultimately the driver informed me that his car break the rules of traffic in near the place Chtrakut and caught by the Traffic Police. Then reluctantly I “Cancelled” (Date: 05/05) the booking and UBER deducted Rs. 50/- from my balance as cancellation had been happened after five minutes. In the same day, from my hotel at Jaipur to my Jaipur office at Vaishalinagar it shows the fare is Rs. 49/- only, However, it was deducted Rs. 125.79/- i.e. it has taken around 2.5 times more.
                          2. In second instance, I called the UBER to attend a meeting near Udyag Bhawan and after sometimes I tried to call the driver for the delay. But I have astonished that the dirver’s phone is ringing but he doesn’t bother to pick up. Repeatedly I tried to call him and after 7-8 times calling I “Cancelled” (Dte:05/05) the booking. This time also already past may be 8-10 minutes and UBER deducted Rs. 50/- from my balance.
                          3. At last on 6th May, I booked the Uber at around 4:30 pm for dropping me at Jaipur Airport and same thing happened as driver told me he is waiting in front of a Petrol Pump but failed to come my place as he didn’t know the area of Vaishalinagar. My colleagues talked to him and requested to come at pick up place as per schedule map of Google. Ultimately after sometimes, I cancelled the trip and once again booked another UBER and reached to Airport.

                          Al the above are the fact and figures which you may track through your software and for that UBER authority deducted from my wallet Rs. 180/- with a full of injustice manner. I have received a message from UBER also in this regard that the authority will talk to me later but till date I haven’t received any call from your side. J

                          Hence, I am requesting you to return back those money to my wallet as those are not any mistake from my side and hope you will do the same for me as I am the frequent UBER user and only using UBER at all times.

                            Date of ride: 8-May-2017 at around 5.30PM

                            I have booked a shared pool ride of 49 rupees and driver came but his navigation was not working he told me to on my internet and help him in navigating. On reaching my destination he told me that due to less speed the ride will end in a minute and i was charged 49 rupees I thought everything went well but suddenly today morning my paytm wallet was deducted with 186 rupees and i dont why a new ride was there with a surged price.
                            I have raised this issue to uber but there is no customer care number with whom we can report any issue. And mails no one is ready to help me.
                            I want to bring this in notice of every girls specially please prepare yourself as this is a issue of money but what is the security Uber is giving to its female riders?
                            Such a shame on Uber- INDIA.

                              I was travelling with Mr Pankaj yesterday from Anuradha Cineplx Bamunimaidan to Panbazar and i had booked an Uber PASS for myself. The upfront fare that was shown was Rs 99. However, the driver stopped the trip at AMbari near Dighalipukhuri and my destination was still more than 1 km away and he said that he wont be able to go. When i saw the fare it was showing to be Rs 246...How can it be possible??/ You drop a customer midway wihtout his consent and still charge a fare which is way higher than the upfront fare that was reflected.
                              My name is Anand and my no is [protected]. I have already raised my complaint through the app but still i havent received any response from the Uber Team. Please look into the issue and credit me back my Rs 246 because you dont have any right to drop me off at any location...I am alos atatching a picture of the bill

                                Your driver janardan did not complete the trip from sevundarabad rly.station.over phone he told that he has cancelled my booking.then my son d s dubey booked cab and your driver samsuddin comleted the trip.
                                janardan falsely shown payment of Rs.98/- with this he has chitted you and the consumer also.

Then i called my son d d dubey who booked my trip with samsuddin .janardan has shown false payment of rs.98/- where as my trip was for above rs.200/- janardan attitude as shown over phone is not proffessonal it is rude.

                                  I took Uber pool from Indiranagar Bangalore to SAP labs White Field where I was charged RS 154 but the Paytm has kept Rs 350 on hold even after my ride was completed. I am now left with no money for dinner. The ride was on 8/05/2017. Now I am not sure who has given the authority to hold our payment beyond our bill. I am confused on whom should I complain.

                                    Today i booked uber to ride to my college for exam, after booking i called the driver and told him the exact location as per my location and my address but driver rather coming to that address went somewhere else and he called up saying that "yaha aana hai toh aajao 1 min ke andar andar warna main jaa rha hu" and he cancelled the ride which cost me around 65 rupees on my uber balance. I even insisted him to plzz come to my location as i did not knew where he was and i was getting late for my exam but he behaved so rudely on the phone as if i have to pay him from past 7 births.

                                      Dear Sir / Madam

                                      I had booked a trip with UBER and i got confirmation for UBER accepting the booking @ 05/05/2017 23:00 hours. I called the driver at 23:01 Pm, He said the will reach in 5 mins and he asked me where is the drop, I told him its near Indian Express near Cunningham it was just 3 to 4 km and the amount was just 80/-. At 23:00 hours onwards i was waiting for the cab with my wife and 1.8 year old son in middle of the road. Is this the right way to behave with a customer.
                                      I am waiting for a reply from ( UBER ) If i dont get a proper reply for your end i will legal action against you ( UBER ) For not fulfilling a customer service and causing inconvenience to a family. I am Attaching the screenshot of the calls made. I Hope you will take action and reply soon.

                                      I should be Compensation for the trouble caused by your driver and been stuck in middle of the road for 30 minutes at 23:30 Pm.

                                        My name is minu tewari, i booked an uber cab yesterday from kubera society, kondawa road, pune at 5:30 pm to seasons mall, magarpatta city. While booking it directed me to payment page, i paid the amount of rs.220 in advance, which was very well deducted from my account, but the cab never turned up. After waiting for more than half an hour, i tried cancelling the booking which never happened as well there was no other way to contact either the driver or uber customer care as i did not recieve any communication or message from uber. So now to know how would i get my money back??
