Dear sir i was in banglore international air port on 02.05.2017 at 8.00 pm . I went near coffee day uber taxi boarding point. Since my internet was not working, I have seen a person from uber was booking taxi at platform. he booked a taxi for me he took my name, email-id and phone number after that he said a nissan sunny taxi no. ka13 8917 will come within 2 minutes. I got a call from the cab driver mobile no [protected] he came to platform no 6 after 35 minutes . I asked him the charges he said from airport to godwin public school kodigahalli will be around 450 . After reaching toll gate he asked me to pay toll fees extra which i paid . after reaching kodigahalli around 24 KMS . he showed me a bill of Rs 1240. I asked him how is that and he started using filthy language. and said there is some old balance of 783 plus current amount of 456 and threatened me that he will call 500 taxi after intervention of public and heated argument, I said him many times that i don't have any pending bill as i used first time uber cab service but still he didn't understand and using filthy language.After around 30 minutes he took Rs 460 . he was using bad words .

After going through this horrifying experience i suggest that nobody should higher uber taxi. because your people don't have any ethic and on 05/05/2017 vijay karnataka news paper has already published the behavior of your cab driver with passenger.

    My sisters were travelling and the driver behaviour was very rude. When they sat he told that he will not be able to go saying that I had cancelled the trip. I showed him that i had not cancelled the trip but this rude driver didnt listen and asked us to get down from the car saying very bad words. My bill came out to be 62 whereas the ride didnt started at all. I want you to take serious action against this fellow and refund me the fare for both both the trips, Rs 62 and Rs 161 which i took after that trip because the same driver was alloted to me by UBER even though i gave a very poor rating. He was totally unprofessional. I want you to please do this immediately.You have no right to harass people time and again. I have complained about the same in UBER app atleast 9-10 times but i have got no response from them. I took the trip on 3rd May 2017 From Anuradha Cineplex to Panbazar, Guwahati. Once the fare was 62(the ride didnt start at all) and on next time when the same driver was alloted to me the fare was 161.61 for the same location. its in the name of Anand Surana and the registered mobile no is [protected]

    I had promo code of rs 75 and I took uber pool which was 91 rs so I have to pay driver only 16rs but the amount was 270rs .. how come the that much difference..
    Later he took 100rs from me..I lost 84rs.. please contact me soon and refund my money.. or else I will never use uber anymore ..

      On 2nd may I was charged incorrectly for cancellation when I had to wait for the cab for more than 20mins n driver was nt able to find my location n at the end the driver cancelled the trip. It was drivers fault n was very unprofessional so i want the refund otherwise I'll sue ola cab. If it's my fault I can agree bt it was nt mine. U guys need to hire some literate people. Need to value others time.

        Its been more than 3 months I am facing issues with UBER. Every day on a single route. Its from Manyata Tech Park to Aryan Pebble Bay of Ashwathnagar. The distance is 3.2kms. No matter what promo offer UBER gives, be it UBER Pool ride or UBER Go ride, it always charges more than what it has shown. UBER Pool specially should charge what it shows (if no other stops makes) I have screenshots of every travel in the UBER Travel history where it shows the same route on regular road. UBER always put the blame on Driver's GPS. But weather the Driver uses a 2g or a 4g. Issues remain same. Every day I have to complaint on their app as well as their Facebook page to get the refund. If I miss oneday, there will be no refund. Uber always promises to fix the issue but every ride has become as horrible as the last one. UBER drivers are certified rude drivers. Moreover UBER Process is another pain for consumers as there is no helpdesk phone number to contact.Customer has to mail and wait for their reply and no SLA is given to solve an issue. I am a loyal customer o[censored]BER and want a permanent solution for this issue

          Today, i opted for uberpool from my work place in kashmir house, rajaji marg to my residence in south moti bagh, today at about 5.15 p. M. The fare shown was rs. 49. The driver was mr. Harkesh in maruti suzuki wagonr ending with 1392. Mob. No. Of cab. Driver is [protected]. On dropping home the fare shown was rs. 106. How can uber charge rs. 106 in pool, especially when initial fare was shown as rs. 49. Uber will appreciate that such practices for no fault of the customer will imperil its own business and reputation. Further, the driver confirmed that the drive was less than 8 kms.

          I request that the balance amount may please be refunded to me at the earliest.

            Hi Sir,
            My Self Avinash from Hyderabad ([protected]), booked uber cab around 3:30 PM on 3-May-2017 from Asain cinemas Attapur to Hydershakote. And got a cab confirmation and in my uber app that cab reache but no call received from driver, so I called the driver and found this no. was switched off driver No.([protected]). Hence again I booked another cab from uber only. for which I was charged twice 1st.Rs. 53/- & for send trip Rs.90.84. And same day it was repeated in evening also, I booking cab from hydershakote to dilsukhnagar around 7:00 PM and cab no.TS08UB9928 reached to my home also, but driver refused after boarding the cab stating that he got a call from Uber customer car not continue the trip and need to go to another customer, so driver cancelled the trip from his end for which uber charged me rs. 53/-. after that driver allowed me to speak to uber customer cab from his mobile, and customer care person ensure that I get my refund. So I booked another cab and went to dilsukhnagar for which I paied Rs. 303/- . But till now I have not received this amount.

              Hi,
              Today May 4th 2017, I was waiting at my pickup point for 45 minutes expecting the Driver to show up. He said he wasn't allowed to wait there so he went forward almost 20 minutes away from my pickup point. This is a Metro station and people can wait there. I have been booking cabs like this for weeks and I know this. But this driver went away for more than 20 minutes and then picked up someone else and started his ride. When i asked him Why the ride has started when i'm still at the pickup point he said he thought it was me and picked up someone else. I know he is lying because I payed Paytm and he bloody started the ride and went in the opposite direction and not in the direction of my drop point. And he was taking even more time and i was forced to cancel the ride because he was arguing with me.

              This Uber doesn't even have Customer service to call and talk. Only online complaint which I did and no one replied to me in my emergency when i wanted to complain. I was standing hopelessly in the middle of the road.
              I did not expect this to happen. Now since I cancelled the ride because the ride was already on route without me. I was charged with Rs.87.45 today at 10.10AM.

              I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED.

                Few days ago, I took a ride with uber. Driver came with empty tank and we were out of fuel in the middle of trip. He left me there with no help. Uber also didn't do anything. Later I was charged for the complete trip. I raised complaint to the customer care but they didn't refunded the money. Nor provided any resolution.

                Today again I took another ride. I was in hurry so when reached my destination, I left. My ride was 10-11 minutes long. However, driver did not ended the trip and was roaming here and there to find another pickup. Later I was charged around thrice of what should have been actual fare and receipt shows ride time as 50 minutes. Again I complaint and no resolution.

                  I booked a cab at 9.40 am and i paid the amount of rs 220 which was billed... Later in the evening when i booked a cab again it showed rs 220 was payment was due but i completed the payment in the morning. My evening bill was rs 97 but again 220 was added to it and i had to pay a total amount of ra 314. This is absolutely unfair. I will go the core of this case if it is not resolved or if my extra amount is not returned to me. See to this matter asap.

                    I have received a receipt from uber on 02/05/2017 for an uberpool cancellation trip on 13/03/2017 after I made a complaint at Uber support for deduction of an amount of Rs 63.60 from my paytm account for the trip I did not avail. Moreover I don't have any record in my Uber account with regard to this trip dated 13.03.2017 in my Uber account

                    Uber don't allow to book a next ride untill and unless the previous amount is pending, then how come I have been using the uber account without any issue till date if this invoice is pending from my end. Moreover the said invoice doesn't show any map from where I have booked the uberpool and where was my drop for the same. There is no mention of details o[censored]ber driver which is there in every uber receipt. Its is very clear that the receipt is not genuine and it was just made up to fool the customer. The invoice that I receive is fake as it doesn't show my pickup or drop point although it had been cancelled as in my uber account every previous cancelled trip show the pickup and drop point in the map.

                    I did wrote an email at Uber support with regard to this issue but instead of giving me a valid explanation my complaint was answered stating that,

                    "Hi Rk,

                    We reviewed this receipt and can confirm that it is not from a recent trip. Although trip receipts should be sent immediately after a trip ends, this receipt was delayed".

                    Please find attached the fake receipt sent by Uber for your reference and kindly resolve the issue at the earliest as Uber is fooling the customer in this manner frequently.

                      The promo code is not getting applied after trying so much also so please see to it and the fact is that the promo is being send by the uber itself. So please look into the matter. The promo code is koloff which uber has sent to me via message so i followed the way to apply the promo but after applying it is shown that the promotion is not valid so please look into the matter.

                        I was very excited about uber hire in Mumbai as I can use the car without waiting or booking for another car. The minimum is IRp 600. I took the uber hire to my first location which cost INR 250. I asked the driver to wait for me but he refused and terminate the service and ask me to pay for INR 600.
                        In view we of this I have to book for each location of my visit as a result I missed one visit.
                        The driver should not take advantage of the situation to charge uber hire rate . He may have done it for other hirers as well.

                          I had chosen an Uber ride on 26 April, wrongly chose the payment method as "Paytm" however, I paid the driver INR 141 in cash as switching payment method was not working.

                          Today, I tried to book for an Uber cab, but it debited INR 136.29 to the driver via Paytm for the April 26 ride I already paid for, I request that you refund the INR 136.29 which is paid to the driver.

                          Why was the payment still default even after paying the driver in cash? please refund the amount that has been charged double to my account. There must be an alternate method to track whether the passenger has paid the driver in an alternative method rather than charging the passenger twice...

                            I have taken a ride where in uber have charges rs. 372 for 21.57 kms but the ride distance is only 7-8 kms...

                            They are just doing fraud... And the driver is saying this the billing; you have to pay this.. Without thinking that how the billing can be so much for this 7-8 km distance.

                            I request you to kindly look into this matter.

                              On 28th April 2017, when I booked a uber cab from Salt Lake Sector 5 to Sukanta Pally, Rajarhat through "UberPASS", the total fare was showing Rs.89/- only. I have showed this to the Uber driver Mr. Rajesh also.
                              But when my trip end, its was showing Rs.637/- which was totally unaware and unknown. That time I repeatedly requested the driver to talk to uber once as this was totally against my knowledge and information from uber end. But without my knowing, he submitted the "collect cash" button and started to fight with me. On the road at evening I just totally felt awkard and harrassed. try to reach you and the Driver call the uber support but I didn't get any response. Now in my uber app its showing Rs.537/- outstanding. Please tell me how much time I pay this amount which I have paid already. Kindly look into this matter. I have already paid this amount in cash to the driver.

                              Yesterday we took a uber car for hire from Chennai central to Nanganallur. The Driver name is Vinoth Kumar the vechicle is Toyoto Etios with Karaikal registration. He behaved aggresively and he dont know route also. We were charged with Rs.301 .But he asked is Rs.400 for that ride. He stood in the locality area shouted harshly..Very worst trip ever we had...Very very bad...

                                Hi,

                                I recently added my credit card to payment option within Uber and at the time of adding the card, i was provided with a message that read " enter your CVVand we'll verify your card by making a Re1 charge. Don't worrry we'll refund it"

                                I still haven't received the refund. Question I have is, I am sure, i am not the only one and Uber may have charged Re1 from several people, but do they return?, if not, ain't it cheating?

                                1 Re per customer, imagine 1 Re per million customer. It's not about the money or one could say, it's just 1 Re, leave it, but that's not fair right?

                                  On 30th april, 2017 i took uber ride between faridabad to delhi. When i checked the breakup of the fare they charged 325 rupees as tax, toll and fee. While it should not more than 137 rupees (Rs 100 delhi mcd tax and rs 37 badarpur flyover toll). When ii checked the tax breakup they charged me rs 94.34 as up link mcd tax toll, rs 94.34 as up state tax toll and rs 117.92 as new delhi mcd tax toll. I did not understand why they charged up tax while delhi - faridabad have direct way no up is involve. And one more thing if ocme via up as well then there is no tax or toll at up entry at kalandikunj border and dnd is also free now. And i am pretty sure driver also did not pay anything at up, he only pay delhi mcd tax toll at badarpur border flyover toll. That means uber is charging fake amount on account o[censored]p tax while they are not paying that amount to govt. I file a complaint in uber as well in this regard and asked them to provide me up tax receipt copy but they simply deny that, they can not provide.

                                  I am a regular uber user. The fare that uber is charging is becoming abnormal day by day. For last two days I am using other modes of transport instead using uber. They​ are charging 3 to 4 times of the original fare. I have left using it. Sooner or later others will do the same. Good luck UBER

                                    Uber is completely cheating with normal people.

                                    For one side journey they charge rs.129 and for same journey in reverse same distance same route, they have charged Rs. 670 which almost 5 times of normal fare. We agree that at overnight fare may go double of normal charge.

                                    While booking the cab, uber app should show the maximum fare.
                                    while booking the cab it shown me maximum fare range in between 155 to 195
                                    so i booked the cab, when i reached my place driver asked me Rs. 670

                                    which is almost 5 times of normal fare.

                                    This is complete cheating with normal people. Never believe uber service.

                                    Worst cab service of India.

                                      On 3 may 17 i booked a uber from palava city to phadke watch center dombivli and applied promo code for 1st ride at that time it applied successfully but did not get cash discount on finishing trip.
