I am unable to get trip receipt after i travel.. I mailed to uber support there were around 20 mails in between us but no solution.. Am very agitated and its annoying that even am a registered user i have to prove myself that iam registerd user by sending mail from registerd email id. I need only trip receipt.. Which they cannot resolve for 2 days.. Pathetic support.. There is not even phone number to call.. It would be resolved within 5 minutes on call.. But these guys are taking 2 days..     Actually i used to book uber previously, from past 1year i had bad experiences with uber. The drivers tell they are on the way, if again i called they will tell very rashly it will take more time so cancel the trip. If we cancelled or he cancelled money will cut from my pocket only. With these type of incident s only for forced cancellations i paid around 700 rupees.

      Hi,
      I am writing this email on behalf of my wife mrs. Shreyanka saha sharma. She traveled on monday from ozone manay tech park kudlu gate to bellandur, bangalore, india. By uber share. The tata indica driver named harish kept on misbehaving with her as she did not speak kannada. He kept on harrousing her abusing her in foul language. He also drove insanely ad applied breaks so thtat she falls. She fell and got hurt on her face. The driver said if you know only hindi english not to book an uber cab in bangalore. Knowing kannada is a must which sounded untrue nd started abusing her and make racial comments and abuses. She went into a mental trauma and when she pressed the emergency button in the app the uber guy called but did not take any action. At 12:40 am in the middle of the night the driver harish called her again and abused her very badly. I have the screenshot of the call from harish's number. The hone number for harish - uber driver is [protected]. The driver threatened her on the call because of which she is feeling very unsafe and insecure. Please terminate his cab so that he doesn't do the same with any other lady passenger. I demand some serious action to be taken against the driver harish and i should be notified of what action has been taken. If not i will make a police complaint against the driver qand will publicize the incident in social media. I need help please help me the driver harish is continuously threatening me.

        Booked a sharing cab waiting at the point, driver reached somewhere else and saying i am the point where you said. they cancelled the ride and when i booked my next ride they took 100rs extra saying that its the previous cancellation charge. a great business i must say they are running for getting 100extra bucks. from today deleted my uber app and advised all my friends and family not to go with uber anywhere in the world. they sucks.

          I booked a trip with ubermoto at 9:55 am on 26th april 2017 in gurgaon, india. The driver (Bhupender), after coming to my pick-up location 10 mins after i had booked, says that he will not go to my destination and that i have to cancel the trip. I did not receive any calls from him in the time he took to come to my location. I got late for work and on cancelling the trip i was also charged rs. 15 by uber for cancellation. This is just ridiculous that even though i am provided bad service from uber, i am charged a penalty (Of rs. 15) by them.

          Were cancelled by the driver & cancellation charges have been levied on

            Your system unable to deduct money for my travels so that I have to paid by cash for next ride each time and it's too irritating. So when I complain about this UBER customer care reply with how to add diff payment mode, how to change payment method, so dumb people were hired. so I deleted my account.

            After few days when I again create they block me and told me that our policy has been violated when you push me into trouble then your policy has not been violated. After demonetization I rarely keep money and when you forced me to pay by cash, it's not the issue. And not only blocks my account but also block all saved cards on that account.

              I was booking ola cab from the fortis hospital in jaipur and i called the driver to come my destination at fortis hospital to pick up and the driver called and said i am at the jwahar circle you have to come there i am not coming that what was that.i said why he was saying i dont know agar apko ana hai to jhwar circle se chalo otherwise cancel kr do. What the rubish driver dont come and have cut the phone
              And saying me dusri cab book kr lo and after some time i booked another a cab from gt for the jgatpura then he charged me 50 rupees for that cab that i not even saw and dont get ride and he said you have rided you dont go from that previious cab and he charged 140 rpy 90 +50 adding before i dont go and the prev cab driver pintu yogi has cancelled my cab and say me that you have to pay for it what that hack is this.i did not go there for the ride and i dont know what the driver did he turned on location even he was not come there for own purpose and i payed ruppes for what when i was not going there.its a bkwas app people pls dont use this if anyone compny and driver is making charge from there choice.i am unistalling this app or driver was also saying after that meri complain kr dena cahhe i dont care wah had hai.esw loot rhe h compny logo ko ye facilty isliye h kya ki logo ko esw bewkuf bnao poor company.

                Dear team,

                I am regular traveler with uber. The experience of 22nd night was really very bad. The first cab i booked at 11.50 pm on 22nd april. The driver (Mob no. [protected]) made me wait more than 20 minutes but didnt turn around and so i cancelled the trip. Next booking i made again driver ([protected]) made me wait more than half an hour but did not pick me. It was midnight and my situation was very pity. Any way i managed to reach my home with a lot of problems and issues.in morning i was astonished to see the bill. I just want to know if i have not been picked and so not traveled, how the bill came.

                If i would have traveled i would have come to my booked destination uttamnagar but your bill is showing drop destination vishwakarma nagar. It shows the driver started my trip without picking me.

                I request refund in cash with penalty of inconvenience caused to me at mid night and serious action against drivers.

                Be sure if i don't get your proper action and revert i will go to social media and consumer court because its not rs. 250/- its cheating and i cant tolerate cheating.

                Further i will request you again to share customer care no.. I have asked the same so many times earlier too but did not get.

                misbehaving with us & starts using abusing words. We are going to do complaint in police also.
                My pre booked rise to airport was cancelled without any information.
                I am sure this was to put in the surcharge as user would anyways book another ride to go.
                This is so unprofessional and rude of the company.
                They are literally exploiting the resources and money of people and no body is there to watch them do this.

                I rode a uber pool on 20/4/17 in Delhi. The ride estimate was ~ rs 49/- during booking. There was no other riders (other person canceled his ride) for the same ride. When I deboarded the bill was rs 197.37/-, even more than a normal cab booking.

                  Today[protected] I took a ride around 7.30AM from Maruthankuzhi New Bridge to PRS Hospital (Trivandrum). The payment, after the ride, did not come up in the driver's mobile. I paid the driver 125 Rs, as I was in a hurry to reach the hospital counter. Subsequently, when I booked a ride from the hospital, a due of around 110 Rs or so was appearing. Anyway after my return ride I paid the driver only 130 Rs or so for the return ride. Please do the needful to remove the balance due amount. This is not a complaint against the driver. The drivers were pleasant. Non-appearance of the ride amount on my first trip, might be due to my not understanding well your software. S. Krishnan

                    With reference to my ride with uber go on 23rd apr'17 from pedestrian over pass, railway quarters, gynapuram, visakhapatnam to marripalem vuda layout hardly it is 6km you have charged an amount of rs 252.32 which is really not fair price. It will cost only rs 90-100 only as per my previous experience. It is not fair on your part in cities like visakhapatnam where is no demand for vehicles you are charging more. Please review this case refund the excess amount charged by you.

                      I have been a regular user o[censored]BER services in Bangalore and been recommending people who cant drive up to use the same. Offlate, I am very disappointed with their pricing. I have to spend 190 rupees to UberPool for 17Km. Why is it so high? I also see good concentration of vehicles when I am booking. Are they misusing our situation as an opportunity to loot us.. where is all the cost advantage they gave us over autos.. !

                        Today I booked a car for travelling from Yelahanka to Basaweshwarnagar.Car no was KA51 D 5593.
                        Though the fare indicated at beginning of ride was 266/-, the driver demanded Rs 401/- at destination.I was forced to give the higher fare.

                          I booked an Uber pool cab today at 10:13 AM. On calling the driver, he told me that he is in my vicinity but he won't be picking me up. To this, I said OK and canceled my trip. I again booked a cab and the same driver asked me to cancel my trip. This happened a total of 3 times and the fourth time as well, the driver denied duty even though he himself said that he was just outside my society. The fourth time I wasn't able to cancel the trip on my own and I asked him to cancel the trip at his end. He was very rude and denied to do so. When I called him, he simply picked up the call and kept it aside. I called me a total of 12 times and every time he picked up my call and kept it aside without uttering a single word.

                          I then booked a cab from Ola and my trip started at 10:33 AM respectively. It is to be noted that all this while, my Uber trip was still active even though I was not picked up at all. on the other hand, I received a notification at 10:29 AM that my UBEr trip has been completed and that I was charged INR43.39 for this trip. All this while, I was actually traveling in an OLA cab that I booked.

                          I want to complain against the UBEr cab driver who not only denied my pickup 4 times, but he also ignored my calls and refused to cancel the trip at his end. I demand strict action to be taken against him or else I will escalate the issue to higher authorities and also publish it on all social networking websites. I was a loyal Uber rider but today, I was pushed to use another cab facility.

                            Hi Team,

                            Yesterday i was trying to book a cab from Uber for the first time, but my phone got hung and after that i was logged out from Uber app. When i was trying to login on Uber app, it was giving me message that your account has been disabled.
                            Next morning i checked with Uber helpdesk, but they didn't specify the reason for disabling my account. But i requested them to re-enable my account so that i could use its services, but they denied stating that you can use some other mobile number to register in Unber app.

                            It seems that Uber is playing with its customer. Please help me in getting my Uber account([protected]) re-enable and the loss that i faced of no cab services during that crucial time.

                              Today I booked for sarvana store, Padi from my pickup point Mogappair west bus depot at around 1545 hrs. I was stand in front of bus depot and keep continuously call the driver (7 times) up to 1603 hrs but driver not identified me and he ignore my calls & on second call at 1552 hrs he said cancel trip, but I didn't do it, finally automatically cancelled the trip. After that I agained book for the same place but u r charged extra 50/- due to cancelled the last trip. It was totally driver fault. Vehicle no. was 4728. So Kindly refund my money in my next trip.

                              Previous outstanding of a ride was 112 rs .I have got my card attached to the app.the card is usually charged, when I am to take a new taxi ride. I'm ready to make payment but the app is not accepting the card.and also another credit card is not accepted

                                I am extremely disappointed with my last ride with Uber. The estimated price was between 135 to 165 but on reaching the destination it amounted to 271 I did not have that much cash in my purse. I am forced to uninstall this app which bluffs it's customers. I want a refund. How can it rob its customers like this? This can't go on Please take a drastic step to refund money.

                                I took a ride from 126 laxmi nagar to ramdeobaba college nagpur . The fare estimate shown before ride was Rs.107- 130. I was charged Rs.208 . So I expect a cash back in my uber account
                                I had booked uber dated on 15th April 2017 but uber was not available at that time. car was dropping customer so i had to cancelled my ride but i charged Rs.60 for cancellation in next ride.

                                  When I booked my Uber pool ride yesterday, the fair estimate was shown as Rs. 29. But when I reached my destination, which was only some 2-3 kms from my origin, the driver demanded Rs. 128. I had to pay Rs. 128 for a trip that should have costed me only Rs. 29!

                                  Another girl was pooling with me and her ride took nearly half an hour for which I PAID Rs. 128, and all the while I was inside the cab circling around the world to travel from Brookfield mall to Marathahalli bridge, which was pretty straight forward. The driver was very inefficient and didn't even know the routes, let alone use Google Maps. We, customers, have great expectations from a company like Uber.

                                  I need the refund to be processed at the earliest possible as I'm already pissed at Uber customer service. For the complaint I submitted through Uber app yesterday, I have received no reply yet, which is again something not acceptable.

                                  In a country like India, these kinds of behaviours from companies like Uber need not be tolerated! I humbly request consumer complaints to take strong actions against companies like Uber for tricking their customers.

                                  If I don't get see a positive action from here as well, I would love to post this incident on every social account I have, quoting the fact that even consumer complaints couldn't help me get my issue resolved.

                                    😍Uber India. A cab booked by my elderly mother, the driver standing at 10 feet away blatantky lies to her and says he is 2km away and since he has got another booking, she should cancel the trip. When denied, says he'll only cancel and that she has to book another.
                                    She was made to step out of the vehicle (Uber regulations unknown to her she did.

                                    Moreover, in the subsequent trip she made on account of the driver's malpractice and misbehaviour, she is debited a cancellation charge.

                                      I have booked a ubergo cab from my flat at Silver Spring Apartment, Guwahati 35 at 12:59 PM on 22nd April 2017. Driver's name was Dibyajyoti, mobile No. [protected] and his car was at that time at ISBT which is just 0.6 km away from me. Driver call back me about my position but after that he has not responded and found that he has switched off his mobile. After waiting nearly 40 minutes I cancelled the trip and took an Auto-rickshaw with higher price. But I found a cancellation fee of Rs. 40/- in my account which is not my fault.
                                      I therefore, request you to look after this matter and take step against the driver.
                                      Please take care of cancellation fees which was charged on me without any fault.

                                      I am using uber account since two months ago, unfortunatly my account has disabled. I have send lot of mails regarding this subject. Please let me know what is the reason for account disable or guide me how to account sign-in my disabled login.

                                      Total charge shown was different in my mobile and driver's mobile. I received Rs.0 as total charge in my mobile but it shown Rs.30 in driver's mobile. First, I gave Rs.30 to driver and after that i saw my mobile that shows Rs.0.
                                      I had request for discount. Unfortunately my network was done and I paid what the driver asked. It was only Rs.48 but he asked 220 which I paid.

                                        I took an uber go to prasad exotica from Lake town . I applied the coupon and it should success. But on completing the trip I had to pay rs 65. Instead I paid 115 .the trip was from Lake town and I also applied the coupon code successfully.. it has been 3-4days when uber isn't initiating any refund and ignoring my mails . A serious step should by taken against the worst taxi service organization .
                                        Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Driver asked me to pay RS 190 when fare was RS 89 only. Driver was rowdy, as I was in hurry I did not want to create scene so paid Rs 190 instead of RS 89. I took a ride from Dr Ambedkar air port nagpur, but driver was rowdy since his first call. Most unprofessional.
