On 15th April, 2017, I tried to book UBER cab from airport. The app was not working and an UBER support personnel helped in booking a cab. He was in UBER uniform and he told me that I will have to make a cash payment.
On reaching destination, the driver told me that apart from the ride fare of Rs. 862, I have to also pay 600 rupees since that is ‘Rider’s outstanding balance’. I do not have any outstanding balance in my Uber...

Around the 2nd of april, 2017, my uber app started to glitch continuously. It would show that i was on rides that i had completed a day ago, and i was unable to book new rides. To attempt to fix this glitch, i uninstalled the app. When i reinstalled it and logged in, i was told that my account has been banned.

Unsure of what had happened, i tried searching for a customer care number. I didn't find one that worked. So i reached...

I booked a ride on uber on 14th april 2017. The fare was rs 131/- and i had rs 137/- in my paytm account, linked to uber. However uber refused to accept payment through paytm insisting that the minimum balance should be rs 350/- or the estimated fare, whichever is higher.

This is illegal. Uber cannot dictate how much balance i should have as long as it covers the fare.

3 times i complained about this and each...

The driver did not properly track my location... I saw the car going ahead of me near rajabazar... Then i called him and told to come back... But he did not instead he was arguing with me and then cancelled the booking... Then why should i give 60 rs in next ride??? I wanted the ride.. I called the driver three times and tried to take him to my location... But he was telling that there is no such location... Moreover he spoke to me very roughly...

Today, I had a ride to princep ghat but due to the persisting net problm there, the driver could not close the ride. But I had paid the fare. Then, while returning from princep ghat I had again booked uber cab. When I reached my destination, it showed that my previous fare was due so I had to pay the current fare plus the previous fare again as the driver said he can't help any way for this and I have to pay the total amount. I am feeling terrible for having used Uber cab this morning. I took a cab from bus stand to home and I happened to leave my phone in the cab.

I have been trying to find out the customer service number o[censored]ber and it is nowhere to be found.

I will immediately asking all my family members and friends to not to use Uber. If something goes wrong, there are nowhere to be found. They shouldn't be allowed to operate...

I booked a car from city centre 2 kolkata. Before starting the trip I asked the driver if I can pay by debit card. He said no, I cant. I agreed. When i reached my destination I said I will pay by cash. He srtraight away said I cant and I will have to pay by paytm. He was too rude. I said I might have paytm account but I dont have paytm app installed in my phone and I was not well aware the whole paytm payment procedure so I will pay by cash....

I am an international user o[censored]ber services but here in India today I was too much disappointed with the services of this company and there driver in particular...

I had booked a trip which was cancelled by this idiot driver dont know why ???
He was one of the most rude person I ever meet ???
On top of this, why the amount is being deducted from my account ???

Today i had a very bad experience from Uber. when i booked a ride to Howrah i got a cab which was about 100 meters away from my pickup point. the driver willingly made excuses about traffic jam (actually there was no traffic jam). he was continouosly moving away from my pickup point with a motive to not to pick up us and made us run for about 1 km and he himself cancelled our ride without our consultancy and ran away. the whole thing happened...

This morning (14th Apr 2017) i booked UberX from Bangalore -Silkboard signal to Begur. I noticed the car pass by and called the driver. By that time, he was almost 400-500mts ahead from the place i was waiting. I had 3-4 bags and suitcase with me as i was traveling from out of town. . He asked me to walk the distance, since i couldn't walk with luggage i requested him to come reverse. He then cancelled the trip....

I have been over charged for the ride taken from choolai (Angalamman koil) to Porur trunk road, which is actually is Rs. 262 but i have been asked to pay Rs. 485 and i paid it. I always use uber when I go out of station for some work/personal trip. Recently I went to Pune and used uber 4-5 times. I didn't received uber receipts and wanted it as I needed to settle my bills. After sending mail, they disabled my account. Now, even after sending so many mails, they have mailed saying they can't help and suspended my account. For my today's 5.30 am journey from Pune against my scheduled advance booking o[censored]berGO for Pune railway station, the cab didn't come. Driver did not pick up any call and I got panicked and puzzled how to reach station. Finally I had to cancel the booking and had to book a new Uber cab again which I could fortunately get. Do you know uber charges every trip to kial airport in bengaluru, a toll charge of ₹120/ ₹125? Please observe your receipt section of the app. Toll is to be charged only when leaving kial airport to the city per nhai guidelines. From hennur road d mart to chamundi nagar how ever he dropped her at drop point and he asked to pay money my wife paid money and start going then drive call her and told give my money but my wife allredy paid she told I have paid but he was not agree and started shooting to her on the road and he made her to pay again

I left my power bank by mistake in the car. Got his number from my app and called the driver with 2 minute and confirmed from him. He said he have it but he is not going to come to give. However he is not ready to come back and give me my item back. He said he will give me back when he will come near to that area. My uber came 12 mins later than the estimted time of arrival which was 10 mins. So i had to wait for a total of 22 mins for my uber in 37 degree celcius on the road.
On the way he took wrong turns, got in the way of another car and hit a guy. And drove like its his first day at the wheel.

Im 30 mins late for work even when i booked it 20 mins earlier....

I was not dropped at the location where I asked him to.. instead the driver made me walk saying the the road is blocked which is a blatant lie.. I had to walk 1 km and odd to reach my destination.. the driver was lazy to go and take a U-turn which I asked him to.. however he collected the fare that he is supposed to have collected if he had dropped me at the location.. which means i was charged excess., and the driver in the photo displayed...

I take a uber cab for work commute everyday. Off late Uber drivers have been accepting the location, calling to confirm the pickup point and then cancelling after few minutes. This has been happening very frequently since last month.
At a time, i am faced with almost 2-3 cancellations.. delaying my overall waiting time upto 30 mins - 45 mins, till I find a new driver.

Please rectify this as the dependency on the Uber...

I try signing in to my Uber account, through my Uber app, unfortunately, everytime I use my number, I get a pop up message saying, "your account is currently disabled. Visit t.uber.com/account- disabled for more information." This is absolutely nonsense. Why the hell would my account be disabled if I haven't used it ? I need it to be resolved at the earliest....
