I hav book a cab on 21/04/2017 and i talked to the driver he said he is coming but he didnt come and he cancel the trip. N again book a cab ride estimate was rs 99 but the driver took rs 162 from me. 63 ra was the cancelation charge. I didnt cancel the cab even i had to w8 for long tym n u chrged rs 63 on me. This is wrong it will effect the goodwil of your company. U sud punish that driver n refund me

    I am Mr. Saibal Adhikary having email ID [protected]@yahooo.com. is frequent user o[censored]ber India. On 20.04.2017 I booked your rental car from Netaji Subhash Chandra International Airport, Kolkata along with my wife. The driver along with the car arrived after around five minutes later . We are carrying two suitcases out of that one is cabin baggage & the other one is normal. The driver initially didn't open the boot where the suitcases could be kept. So I request him to open the boot, reluctantly he open the boot sitting in his driver's seat. I have to pull up the cover & kept the suitcase there, As it was a mini go car I asked him where to keep my cabin baggage, he just opened the front door & threw my cabin baggage in the front seat. I didn't told him anything at that time. After he start his car he told me that I have to pay him add itional Rs. 100/- as parking fees which I refuse & told him that whatever bill will be charged in the machine, I will pay only that amount. Reluctantly he agreed. After reaching home again on asking to open the boot he very reluctantly open the boot still seating in his driver's seat, I took my suitcase out & the cabin baggage . He didn't even bother to come out even once to see that everything is o.k. with his car & the cover of the boot was still opened & started drive away . I shouted & told him that the boot door is open he then came out & closed the door & then drove away, I am just asking you is it the duty of the passengers to open the boot door & then close it after taking all the luggages in & out & the driver will be sitting in his seat. The driver's name was Sankar driving a Maruti Alto & the number of his car was WB 05 4558. I am a frequent Uber car user but now onwards I will not avail your car in future unless I get a favourable. reply from you. My daughter is a daily user of your company's car but now she is also thinking otherwise. Otherwise I have always find friendly drivers in the past, this is the first time we are facing this type of behaviour from your drivers.

      I have booked this uber from satragachi railways station.Driver's name Manoj car no. WB19H7424 pH no.[protected]. Told us to wait in a bus stop since 1 and half hr. After calling him so many times he was still in his place and was not coming to pick. At last call he was behaving very badly and talking very badly and roughly. We told him either to come and pick us or eles cancel the booking from his part as it was not our fault rather his.
      After his cancelation we were also charged cancelation fees.
      I would request you to look after our matter and take step against the driver.
      Please take care of our cancelation fees which was charged on me without any fault.

      I have booked uber in the morning to go to the railway station at 4;30 am, after that i have also call to the driver to tell him about my address, that he picked up his phone and said to that me he will be arriving at 10 mins .
      After sometime i call him again, but he don"t picked up his phone.I called him several times but he didn't receive the call.And after that i have to cancel my booking and i have been charged cancellation fees.
      I would request to take actions against this driver
      please take care my cancellation fees which was charged on me without my fault.

        I booked Uber from Noida 93-A to Sir Gangaram Hospital on the 20th April 2017 at 12.30 pm. The driver who came to pick me up was different from the one that Uber app. showed. Half way thru when he started behaving unprofessionally like taking a longer route and rash driving, I asked for his licence. Initially he said he does not have one. Them when I insisted, he waved a small document saying that this is it. The document did not have any picture of him. I asked him why is he driving somebody else's car, he said, "the Uber authorities know of it and have given the permission. Also that I can go and complaint to anybody I want and nobody will take any action against me" . He told me a false name and then I checked his True Caller ID which showed his picture with a different name. He even threatened to end the trip, which I did not take as I was late for Doctors appointment. He deliberately took a longer route.
        This wrong identity drivers is a serious Security Lapse on the part o[censored]ber
        They have still not responded to my complaint with this regards.
        I am attaching 2 documents:- one the original trip details. Second the details of the driver who drove me.

          I tried booking Uber today to go to Gorai-2 from Oberoi mall. But didn't get any booking confirmation and was sent with a message saying my booking couldn't be completed. So I booked an Ola and travelled. Meanwhile as I was waiting Ola driver, I got a call from one driver asking for place of pickup. He happened to be from Uber which I came to know after I receive another call from Ola driver. I did not get any number of this driver from Uber nor a booking confirmation. Still cancellation charges of 60 rs were levied on me
          I want same to be refunded

            I just booked cab for a ride from C-108, Sarojini Nagar to Chhattarpur and subsequently cancelled as I had to reschedule my trip. The on line cancellation status continues to read as "please wait" for the last half hour or so.

            Pl confirm cancellation of trip without any delay.

            2. Rs.50 deducted from my paytm account for driver cancelling the trip.

              Hi Today 20/4/2017 I have booked the cab at morning the first cab driver come to different place I asked the driver come to other side but he did not come he canceled the trip another driver did the same third driver come and dropped my home he charged me Rs. 204/- actual charge price Rs 104/- but it shows 100 over due because first drivers come to location he cancelled the trip and 2nd driver asked me to cancelled the trip that is drivers mistake but uber charged me please do the needful

                I m uber partner.
                please suggest me how to get incentive in uber.

                Last week i dont get any incentive in the payment i get.

                and what is the deduction scheme coz 180 rupees deducted from earning.

                Total earning 6020.81
                Deduction 180
                Earning after deduction 5840.81
                Cash collected 4886

                Deposited in account 985.

                As u can see in the statement, have not received any incentives even driver having acceptance =90% and earned money in peak hours which is 1 PM to 4 PM and 8 PM to 11 PM .

                The earning for me is only the incentives, right now the amount i earning, is only for the driver salary and petrol expenses.
                Please do needful otherwise i have no option rather than left the earning from uber.

                I have tried a lot to conatct the customer care at udaipur, rajsthan, india but no one replied me.

                  Uber during every offer calculates the longest distance path and applies the surcharges during any of its offer. These days uber is offering 99rs fare for 9km in UberGO, and distance of my home and office is 9km only in google map, but Uber while booking the cab and calculating the fare unnecessary takes the longest route and calculates fare with surcharges which generally sums up tp 200rs. This is clear cheating and causing trouble for me and all other commuters as well.

                    Dear Uber my registered mobile number is [protected] please tell me when will I receive a refund for the amount that I have been over charged for the 2 trips I made on the 17th of April 2017. I was advised by both the drivers that I need to pay the amount and it will be refunded back since there was a system error. I at least expect an acknowledgement from your side and if someone could call me and explain why I was overcharged I wouldn't escalate the matter.

Today at 3.00pm (19 april 2017) i booked a cab in go service. My driver came to my pickup location and asked me where to drop after when i knew my drop destination he drive out and cancelled my trip without informing me or telling anything else to me.                         I took ride on 13th April, 2017 to go to Pune railwaystation from my home (dhanori, Pune) but Unfortunately i have hired Uber HIRE option which I don't know what is that. not even driver told me that this is wrong option chosen by me. after 2 KM driver asked me. from station, where you want to go, I said how come I need to go to pune railway station to catch my train. then he told me to pay 550rs and you can send your query by email to uber..so that they will refund back to me..
                        I have paid 550rs but generally I will pay between 150 rs to 200rs. I would request you to refund my money back.

                          Driver of mobile no.[protected], of swift desire. We called him up at 8.10am on 19.4.17 at sarai rohila railway station to ride to new Delhi railway station. First he agreed to come. After few minutes when I again called him up regarding his status he refused to come.
                          He kept me waiting for few mins and due to this I had to face last min hassle in catching another train.

                              Subject: complaint again uber cab services. (How delhi can be save?)
                              I would like to inform and share my uber cab service experience which was horrible and it should be monitor and stopped. I already informed uber about this in the feedback and wondering if they take any kind of action.
                              Uber has disappointed me at my first ride. I had chosen cab service from old delhi railways station to igi terminal-3 airport yesterday 17/04/2017 and i had faced those hurdles:
                              1. Driver has broken/jump 4 red lights signals.
                              2. Driving on opposite one ways to save time and putting human life in danger including himself.
                              3. Rash and fast driving.
                              4. He didn't bother to come out from car and “help” to upload or download luggage.
                              I have the app booking information in case you need further information to take any kind of action or inquiry.

                              Please take a step to control those error which leads to mistakes always.

                                Sir i travel at 9.25 appx. From sheopur 63/150 to ajmerigate. Driver name giriraj. Total rs. Taken 250.0 instead 165.0 he said rs.80.0 due. Kindly clarify which amount due travel name mobile no also may be intimate. I can't travel with due amount. Kindly investigate whole issue so not repeat in future by any driver o[censored]ber. I surprise for such instances.

                                Sir, I went from 63/150 Gulab Bihar, Sheopur, Pratapanagar to Ajmerigate at apprx. 9.30 on 18.4.2017 with Driver Shri Giriraj. He asked fare Rs.245.00 for this journey. I asked this amount very much. He said Rs.80.00 is due on his account. I paid to him Rs.250.00. I inquire to my family members in this regard. They said they have not due account Rs.80.00. Sir, I surprised for the case. that Uber Driver can receipt excess Rs.80.00 to me. I know why Rs.80.00 excess charge to me without my any journey & without any reason. I request investigation in this case & penalised to such Driver & excess amount return to me. After this instance I no trust in such uder driver . I hope for justice in this regard please.

                                  Hi team,

                                  I had booked my ubergo on 16th apr'17 at 07:13pm, the booking was from kithaganur colony to nagawara, bengaluru. The name of the driver allotted was madhukar.

                                  The cab stated to arrive in 18 mints, for which i waited (As there were less cab available in that area). After a long wait the cab arrived, but to my utter disappointment there was a man already boarded in the cab. We had a small argument and cab driver asked to "adjust" whereas we were 4 (3 female & 1 male).
                                  Later he asked me to cancel, for which i cancelled and rs 50 was deducted from my wallet (Cancellation charges).

                                  Later got to know, he was his personal person in the cab.

                                  I really wonder is this the service we receive from such a professional transport service?? How can you & your driver be so unprofessional??

                                  Being a reputed transport service provider it was least expected from you. I had many other local option but safety & service was my concern, so i opted uber.

                                  But this disappointment & misbehavior is not at all tolerable.

                                    Vehicle no.: tn 11 p 3984 (Tata indigo)

                                    I am a customer who pay cash and take the drive.

                                    On that evening when i completed my above drive it showed me an outstanding balance of rs. 49/- of my previous trip.

                                    (Which i undertook on the same day and was duly paid while i got done from the car. But the previous driver did not close the trip - details as below)

                                    When i reached my destination the driver created a huge scene for the balance rs.49/- which was already paid. Big crowd was gathered and he was using indecent language to me being a lady customer.
                                    A person in that crowd came out and said to the driver that you should not behave to a customer and she being a lady treat her with respect. The driver was least bothered. Took away my respect at the main road in the crowd for rs.49/- for 45 mins.

                                    It became a mental harassment for me being ill-treated in front of the public that too for no reason.

                                    How can a cash customer have an outstanding?

                                    Being a lady i feel unsafe and insecure to book or travel in uber for myself or for my family or friends.

                                    Booked the trip from chennai airport and waited for 5min and tryed to call the no but no response. So waited for 10min still no response. When I about to cancel it says 50rs will be charge extra in next trip so I waited for more. But after 15min driver cancelled the trip without any answer. Is that they think we are stupid.

                                      I travelled from Indira Gandhi nagar, Jaipur to Nahargarh fort, Jaipur on Sunday 16th April. The price shown while making the booking was 230 something but the price charged is 612.41. I did not make the driver wait or make any such stoppages. There was no traffic so no traffic charged can be added or toll was paid. But after speaking to other drivers found out that a toll of 200 twice has been added to my account. If I was supposed to pay this charge, this should have reflected while making the booking, if it was not I am not paying it now. You can also check, even right now if you make the same booking charge would be somewhere around 300 not 600!

                                        You may please refer my trips details and my grievance is that
                                        (1) on 8th apr'2017, i booked your uber car (Swift dzire) to kurhinisetty sangha. Though it did not show the final figure of the trip, the driver showed the details of trip value in another way wherein he showed to me that the total trip cost is rs. 197/- with discount of rs.38/-. So he collected rs.160/- from me.
                                        (2) in the return trip, when i traveled by your uber etios on the same day, the charges was shown by that driver for rs. 373/- which included the previous trip cost. Immediately i discussed through the mobile of that driver with the respective uber helpline man who advised me to pay the balance amount of rs. 38/- (As it is not discount in the previous trip) - and also the trip value of etios., concluding that it (Paid amount of rs.160/- to the swift dzire driver) will not carry forward further. Accordingly i cleared the amount to the uber etios for that trip.
                                        (3) after that on the same day, i traveled to city railway station by your tata indica, where i got the advice of rs.243/- and i paid the same to him.
                                        (4) but surprisingly, when i booked trip to city railway station on[protected], i was asked to pay his trip value of rs. 180/- (After availing 25% discount) and the value of rs. 160/-. Here again i tried to convince the driver of etios through the customer care. But he (Driver) did not accept even for the customer care words and so i was forced to pay the amount of rs. 180/- + rs. 160/- = rs. 340/- as i have to pick up the leaving train from the platform.
                                        (5) from the above, you may please note that your drivers and customer care are not maintaining in their mobiles and the data updates properly and collecting the amount twice as explained above. You may check the recorded discussions had with your customer care had on 8th & 17th apr'2017. If you do not verify them, we will think that drivers o[censored]bers as well as customer care are looting the customer due to lack of technology with them.
                                        (6) so finally, i expect the credit of rs. 160/- to my account. You may please note that such type of incident is second time to me. So now i am bringing to your notice with a hope that you would arrange atleast for the current incident said amount in order to continue my future trips with your uber.
                                        Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
