Driver of mobile no.[protected], of swift desire. We called him up at 8.10am on 19.4.17 at sarai rohila railway station to ride to new Delhi railway station. First he agreed to come. After few minutes when I again called him up regarding his status he refused to come.
He kept me waiting for few mins and due to this I had to face last min hassle in catching another train.

    I booked the cab yesterday 18/4/17 around 8pm at daspalla. Hills. Road number 1 visakhapatanam as driver did not get our address he began to blame us for booking wrong address. He argued on the road his behavior made us uncomfortable. Please take a serious action.

      Dear sir/madam,
      Subject: complaint again uber cab services. (How delhi can be save?)
      I would like to inform and share my uber cab service experience which was horrible and it should be monitor and stopped. I already informed uber about this in the feedback and wondering if they take any kind of action.
      Uber has disappointed me at my first ride. I had chosen cab service from old delhi railways station to igi terminal-3 airport yesterday 17/04/2017 and i had faced those hurdles:
      1. Driver has broken/jump 4 red lights signals.
      2. Driving on opposite one ways to save time and putting human life in danger including himself.
      3. Rash and fast driving.
      4. He didn't bother to come out from car and “help” to upload or download luggage.
      I have the app booking information in case you need further information to take any kind of action or inquiry.

      Please take a step to control those error which leads to mistakes always.

        Sir i travel at 9.25 appx. From sheopur 63/150 to ajmerigate. Driver name giriraj. Total rs. Taken 250.0 instead 165.0 he said rs.80.0 due. Kindly clarify which amount due travel name mobile no also may be intimate. I can't travel with due amount. Kindly investigate whole issue so not repeat in future by any driver o[censored]ber. I surprise for such instances.

        Sir, I went from 63/150 Gulab Bihar, Sheopur, Pratapanagar to Ajmerigate at apprx. 9.30 on 18.4.2017 with Driver Shri Giriraj. He asked fare Rs.245.00 for this journey. I asked this amount very much. He said Rs.80.00 is due on his account. I paid to him Rs.250.00. I inquire to my family members in this regard. They said they have not due account Rs.80.00. Sir, I surprised for the case. that Uber Driver can receipt excess Rs.80.00 to me. I know why Rs.80.00 excess charge to me without my any journey & without any reason. I request investigation in this case & penalised to such Driver & excess amount return to me. After this instance I no trust in such uder driver . I hope for justice in this regard please.

          Hi team,

          I had booked my ubergo on 16th apr'17 at 07:13pm, the booking was from kithaganur colony to nagawara, bengaluru. The name of the driver allotted was madhukar.

          The cab stated to arrive in 18 mints, for which i waited (As there were less cab available in that area). After a long wait the cab arrived, but to my utter disappointment there was a man already boarded in the cab. We had a small argument and cab driver asked to "adjust" whereas we were 4 (3 female & 1 male).
          Later he asked me to cancel, for which i cancelled and rs 50 was deducted from my wallet (Cancellation charges).

          Later got to know, he was his personal person in the cab.

          I really wonder is this the service we receive from such a professional transport service?? How can you & your driver be so unprofessional??

          Being a reputed transport service provider it was least expected from you. I had many other local option but safety & service was my concern, so i opted uber.

          But this disappointment & misbehavior is not at all tolerable.

            Value of the trip: rs.49/-

            Trip: kilpauk to kodambakkam

            Name of the driver: mr. Mani

            Vehicle no.: tn 11 p 3984 (Tata indigo)

            I am a customer who pay cash and take the drive.

            On that evening when i completed my above drive it showed me an outstanding balance of rs. 49/- of my previous trip.

            (Which i undertook on the same day and was duly paid while i got done from the car. But the previous driver did not close the trip - details as below)

            When i reached my destination the driver created a huge scene for the balance rs.49/- which was already paid. Big crowd was gathered and he was using indecent language to me being a lady customer.
            A person in that crowd came out and said to the driver that you should not behave to a customer and she being a lady treat her with respect. The driver was least bothered. Took away my respect at the main road in the crowd for rs.49/- for 45 mins.

            It became a mental harassment for me being ill-treated in front of the public that too for no reason.

            How can a cash customer have an outstanding?

            Being a lady i feel unsafe and insecure to book or travel in uber for myself or for my family or friends.

            Booked the trip from chennai airport and waited for 5min and tryed to call the no but no response. So waited for 10min still no response. When I about to cancel it says 50rs will be charge extra in next trip so I waited for more. But after 15min driver cancelled the trip without any answer. Is that they think we are stupid.

              I travelled from Indira Gandhi nagar, Jaipur to Nahargarh fort, Jaipur on Sunday 16th April. The price shown while making the booking was 230 something but the price charged is 612.41. I did not make the driver wait or make any such stoppages. There was no traffic so no traffic charged can be added or toll was paid. But after speaking to other drivers found out that a toll of 200 twice has been added to my account. If I was supposed to pay this charge, this should have reflected while making the booking, if it was not I am not paying it now. You can also check, even right now if you make the same booking charge would be somewhere around 300 not 600!

                You may please refer my trips details and my grievance is that
                (1) on 8th apr'2017, i booked your uber car (Swift dzire) to kurhinisetty sangha. Though it did not show the final figure of the trip, the driver showed the details of trip value in another way wherein he showed to me that the total trip cost is rs. 197/- with discount of rs.38/-. So he collected rs.160/- from me.
                (2) in the return trip, when i traveled by your uber etios on the same day, the charges was shown by that driver for rs. 373/- which included the previous trip cost. Immediately i discussed through the mobile of that driver with the respective uber helpline man who advised me to pay the balance amount of rs. 38/- (As it is not discount in the previous trip) - and also the trip value of etios., concluding that it (Paid amount of rs.160/- to the swift dzire driver) will not carry forward further. Accordingly i cleared the amount to the uber etios for that trip.
                (3) after that on the same day, i traveled to city railway station by your tata indica, where i got the advice of rs.243/- and i paid the same to him.
                (4) but surprisingly, when i booked trip to city railway station on[protected], i was asked to pay his trip value of rs. 180/- (After availing 25% discount) and the value of rs. 160/-. Here again i tried to convince the driver of etios through the customer care. But he (Driver) did not accept even for the customer care words and so i was forced to pay the amount of rs. 180/- + rs. 160/- = rs. 340/- as i have to pick up the leaving train from the platform.
                (5) from the above, you may please note that your drivers and customer care are not maintaining in their mobiles and the data updates properly and collecting the amount twice as explained above. You may check the recorded discussions had with your customer care had on 8th & 17th apr'2017. If you do not verify them, we will think that drivers o[censored]bers as well as customer care are looting the customer due to lack of technology with them.
                (6) so finally, i expect the credit of rs. 160/- to my account. You may please note that such type of incident is second time to me. So now i am bringing to your notice with a hope that you would arrange atleast for the current incident said amount in order to continue my future trips with your uber.

                  I have booked uber for ride from NIAS, to Air India city office on very urgent work, in Bangalore at 1040hrs dated 18 April 17.
                  A driver came into contact but after keeping me waiting for one hour, he didnt turn up finally. He has always been telling that "I'm on my way to pick you " and finally turned away and gone. His mobile no.[protected] swift desire car.
                  It is unethical on the part of the driver.

                  Pl take necessary action and give me feed back. Otherwise I have to take appropriate action as per law on UBER for this unethical behaviour.

                      I was travelling by uber at late night, my uber bill shows me the bill to be ₹372 and my uber driver mr. Javed harassed me in the middle of nowhere to pay ₹608 to him, i have a my own hard earned money, i was out for work the entire night and could save just a little when the cab driver harassed me for paying him the money or he would beat me.
                      Eventually i had no option but to pay the money to him.
                      It's really sick how these companies take benifits of people at 3:00 am when a person has nowhere to go.

                        My Uber trip at 11.30 a.am was to Minister Road, Secunderabad and not to Hitec city or Kukat pally.At the time of confirmation the estimated fare was from Rs.120 to Rs.150 and at the end of journey neither the Driver Rai nor myself received any message on closing the trip.The driver contacted your control room and he was asked to report to the office.
                        Now I received message showing my trip fare as Rs.807 and my future trips are blocked.I had to hire the services of Ola on return and paid Rs.167. I sincerely hope you will correct the mistake and refund the amoount you charged in excess and oblige.

                          I cannot sign into Uber, it say account disabled. I have contacted Uber support several times and i get a standard response that i have violated their terms and conditions. When asked about the specific conditions that i have violated, i get no response. I have sent atleast 20 emails to Uber. They have locked my account for no purpose. Please take a not of this and request you to make sure Uber lifts the ban on my account.

                            Yesterday I booked the uber cab from vaishali sector-4, rajkamal Banquets to mandawali talab chowk when I totally booked the cab that time the total payment shows Rs.202 in my phone. But when we reach our destination the driver told us that your payment is Rs.347.I asked him that this is not the right payment you charged by your customer or by us. or I asked him that the bill you prepared Rs.347 how would you create this bill from per kms. or some extra/night charge. Then the driver was misbehaving and said that I don't know about this I want only my payment. I want you to please refund Rs.150 for our payment.

                              On dated 17-04-17 I have booked Uber from Ghy Railway station to CRPF campus 9th mile Ghy under Vehicle Regn No AS 01 HC 0204 n I have paid Rs 340/- for 14 km which is exorbitant n unfair as I have paid Rs 170/- for same distance.                                 While i was spending my weekend in bangalore, i received a notification in uber app that 'your uber is on it's way'... Firstly, i never gave any request for a cab and interestingly the driver details were from russia... I cancelled the cab and later i got the notification again that 'your uber is on it's way'... I removed my payment cards & wallet from the app and uninstalled the app to be sure, but, later i received an email that my card has been charged for rub 376 (In russia)... You guys talk as if data security is o[censored]tmost importance and here is my case where my card has been charged by russian cab (In russia) while i am in bangalore... I don't think i will be able to use uber app now... Alert to others as well!!

                                  Uber will block your account for any silly reason saying that there "so called system which is same across 300 cities" has done it and there can be no personal intervention. This is a company of high "self esteem". They abandoned me on a road i had reached using their cab on sunday (16th april 2017) evening. Please do not choose to travel by uber or they can or will abandone you anytime with your account blocked without you knowing the reason.

                                    On 15th April, 2017, I tried to book UBER cab from airport. The app was not working and an UBER support personnel helped in booking a cab. He was in UBER uniform and he told me that I will have to make a cash payment.
                                    On reaching destination, the driver told me that apart from the ride fare of Rs. 862, I have to also pay 600 rupees since that is ‘Rider’s outstanding balance’. I do not have any outstanding balance in my Uber app and have been frequently using this app with paytm payments.
                                    I had to pay 1462 rupees for my ride from airport to Sarjapur Junction.
                                    . I was with my mother at the airport that day struggling for UBER cab. My mother was on wheelchair support and the flight staff had dropped her at uber zone, but I never knew we will have to wait for more than half hour for the cab. It was difficult for me to opt for another cab service then because wheel chair was already gone. Internet was working on my cell, only uber app was not working.

                                    I suspect I have paid the outstanding for the UBER support staff member who booked the ride for me. And the driver did not allow me to get down from the cab without paying the entire amount.

                                    The complaint I raised from UBER app was put to completed status without actual resolution of the issue. I was told they are not able to find the trip. Even I am not able to find trip in my uber app since it was not booked via my app. But the booking sms was sent to my mobile and it was an Uber support personnel who did the booking! Why is it my problem if you are not able to find the trip. You should check with your uber staff who was present at the airport that day and request them and the drivers to not cheat riders like me.

                                    If I do not get a refund of Rs 600, I would need to post a warning on Facebook and twitter so that people do not take the risk of taking an uber cab from airport. It is better to take an ola cab or even the airport taxi will be faster and cheaper than the what I had to go through (since I had to wait for more than half an hour for the cab and I had to pay for more than what the normal airport taxi charges which does not have any waiting time or hassles

                                      Around the 2nd of april, 2017, my uber app started to glitch continuously. It would show that i was on rides that i had completed a day ago, and i was unable to book new rides. To attempt to fix this glitch, i uninstalled the app. When i reinstalled it and logged in, i was told that my account has been banned.

                                      Unsure of what had happened, i tried searching for a customer care number. I didn't find one that worked. So i reached out for help through e-mail.
                                      I sent an e-mail requesting information about what had happened and how it can be fixed.

                                      The responses from uber were extremely vague. They told me there had been a breach in the terms and conditions. I constantly requested that they tell me what the breach was, or atleast put me across to a person i could explain the situation to. But they refused to provide me with any information in the matter, and have just banned my account without even informing me what had happened, even though i am sure there was some glitch with the app itself because of which this entire situation took place.

                                      But the way uber handled the entire situation was literally the definition of worst customer care ever. My account has been banned for mysterious reasons only the uber representatives know, their app glitched out on me for days, and i've just been kept in the dark.

                                      I hope this is a platform where complaints are taken seriously because so far uber doesn't seem to care.

                                        I booked a ride on uber on 14th april 2017. The fare was rs 131/- and i had rs 137/- in my paytm account, linked to uber. However uber refused to accept payment through paytm insisting that the minimum balance should be rs 350/- or the estimated fare, whichever is higher.

                                        This is illegal. Uber cannot dictate how much balance i should have as long as it covers the fare.

                                        3 times i complained about this and each time, i get the same message from their support team as follows:

                                        "in order to make your paytm payments experience seamless, we have revised the minimum balance to inr 350 or upfront fare (Price displayed before requesting a ride), whichever is higher.
                                        This is ensures your payment is covered before the trip and you need not worry about top-ups. Once your trip is completed, the fare will be auto-deducted from your wallet. You can go through our external blog for more information on this.
                                        Appreciate your understanding here. See you in an uber soon!"

                                        They do not even bother to read the complaint but spit out standard messages which are totally irrelevant.

                                        I think this is a conspiracy between uber and paytm to have more funds transferred to paytm even if the consumer does not want to.
                                        Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
