I have been over charged for the ride taken from choolai (Angalamman koil) to Porur trunk road, which is actually is Rs. 262 but i have been asked to pay Rs. 485 and i paid it. Now the message i received from my last trip statement is Rs. 262. I have no outstanding due. Please do the needful. My id is CBJ (CB JayaKumar) and the phone number is [protected]. Last driver name is Abdul Ezak and the car is Tata Indica with number ending with 1496 i think. Kindly adjust the extra fund in my next trip.

    I always use uber when I go out of station for some work/personal trip. Recently I went to Pune and used uber 4-5 times. I didn't received uber receipts and wanted it as I needed to settle my bills. After sending mail, they disabled my account. Now, even after sending so many mails, they have mailed saying they can't help and suspended my account. I don't unerstand why you didn't and can't send recipts to customer on register mail ID. Highly dissapointed, It was intentially trouble given by uber which shows a sign of harrasment and financial loss as I dind't able to settle my bill claim.

      For my today's 5.30 am journey from Pune against my scheduled advance booking o[censored]berGO for Pune railway station, the cab didn't come. Driver did not pick up any call and I got panicked and puzzled how to reach station. Finally I had to cancel the booking and had to book a new Uber cab again which I could fortunately get. Painfully Uber was prompt in claiming cancellation charge. I have a suggestion that such scheduled booking must get priority as these are normally for railway station/airports etc. Uber must ensure alternate arrangement in such cases to avoid great inconvenience to their customers.

        Do you know uber charges every trip to kial airport in bengaluru, a toll charge of ₹120/ ₹125? Please observe your receipt section of the app. Toll is to be charged only when leaving kial airport to the city per nhai guidelines. Uber has been blatantly charging this toll hoping no one will notice it! Time to pay up and refund every passenger. I've got a refund from uber the last 5 times after i asked for a refund. They sheepishly acknowledge their mistake as an oversight and refund the amount. I wanted to bring this to everyone's attention as they keep doing this automatically.

          I book uber for my wife and wife friends
          From hennur road d mart to chamundi nagar how ever he dropped her at drop point and he asked to pay money my wife paid money and start going then drive call her and told give my money but my wife allredy paid she told I have paid but he was not agree and started shooting to her on the road and he made her to pay again

          It was paatheic experience with uber

            I left my power bank by mistake in the car. Got his number from my app and called the driver with 2 minute and confirmed from him. He said he have it but he is not going to come to give. However he is not ready to come back and give me my item back. He said he will give me back when he will come near to that area. I waited for more than 24 hour and than called the driver again and ask him, is he coming here or not. Instead of answering me he start asking for money to come back here because he is in a different state. When i said no he start to abuse and said give me money or ask uber to give me money to come there and than i will come and give you your stuff back. I was so stunned and shocked how can he say and act like that. On the top of it he start to abuse on phone. I have all call record, screenshot of complains and email. I tired to get help from uber app help option and left couples of same content text there but no one seems to reply. I even tweeted about it on twitter but no one seems to care or reply at all. Got a email from uber saying we can not accept direct complain to our email ( [protected]@uber.com) . Please tell me than which is the correct email. I have been writing everu where and getting no where to no one.such a pathetic service. What should i do now. If someone lost an item i guess uber is going to keep it to themself. This is going to be a law suit against not uber not because of my power bank but because of the mental stress and all trouble which uber have caused me.

            I traveled from Bangalore railway station to Hotel Shilton Royale in koramanagala on June 17 morning 7.47 am by Uber toyota etios car number 4334, uber cab driver name - Hemantha.

            I left my Lenovo vibe k5 note phone in the cab by mistake, while charging it in the cab.
            Got OFF WITH THE PHONE STILL ATTACHED TO THE CHARGER IN CAB :(

            Despite repeated requests to the driver on phone later on, and a dozen complaints to uber on app, no response, no phone return.

            Am very saddened & disappointed.
            I need my phone back, it has 900 pics of our trip abroad :(

              My uber came 12 mins later than the estimted time of arrival which was 10 mins. So i had to wait for a total of 22 mins for my uber in 37 degree celcius on the road.
              On the way he took wrong turns, got in the way of another car and hit a guy. And drove like its his first day at the wheel.

              Im 30 mins late for work even when i booked it 20 mins earlier.

              Configured new account in one and switched to new mobile... My account is blocked and customer service is stating some violations...

                I was not dropped at the location where I asked him to.. instead the driver made me walk saying the the road is blocked which is a blatant lie.. I had to walk 1 km and odd to reach my destination.. the driver was lazy to go and take a U-turn which I asked him to.. however he collected the fare that he is supposed to have collected if he had dropped me at the location.. which means i was charged excess., and the driver in the photo displayed is different from the one who came for pick up..
                In addition when I got dropped I asked him to show the text from uber displaying the amount.. he behaved rude and told I can complain customer care too.. I need a refund and a suitable action against the driver. Ps: the driver in the photo looks young the one who came to pick me up was a old man. Pretty sure it's not the same person Revert at the earliest'

                I book a Uber cab driver told me to cancel ride.. reason he gave me is that his net not working .. so I cancel the ride but in next ride I charge 63 Rs extra.this is really unfair with the customer that driver play a game for thier benefit and cheat customer like this . Kindly sort my problem I really thankful to u.

                  I take a uber cab for work commute everyday. Off late Uber drivers have been accepting the location, calling to confirm the pickup point and then cancelling after few minutes. This has been happening very frequently since last month.
                  At a time, i am faced with almost 2-3 cancellations.. delaying my overall waiting time upto 30 mins - 45 mins, till I find a new driver.

                  Please rectify this as the dependency on the Uber service is high.

                    I try signing in to my Uber account, through my Uber app, unfortunately, everytime I use my number, I get a pop up message saying, "your account is currently disabled. Visit t.uber.com/account- disabled for more information." This is absolutely nonsense. Why the hell would my account be disabled if I haven't used it ? I need it to be resolved at the earliest.

                      I booked ride on 10th April 2017 where driver were not able to find the location and over the call when I talked him and let him know about the standing location, don't know what kind of problem he were facing to understand or not were able to communicate properly than he said ma'am "cancel krdo aap toh" and I faced 2 times on the same time than I booked 3rd ride and then he deducted 100 RS. Cancellation charges of the earlier booked rides. Now I want answer that cancellation charges should not deduct from the customer. If the Uber is doing these things, than it's totally unfavorable. Resolve it asap.

                      Yesterday I book a car from uber after booking we wait till 2 hours. No car come. Driver switched off his mobile . We suffer lot of problem yesterday night . I advised that do not trust on uber cab they are totally fake. I[censored] trust on their service one day you will spend your night along with your family on the road. Uber is worstest company.

                        Attached is the receipt of my ride on April 7th 2017 for an amount of 155.12 and it got deducted from my paytm, suddenly an amount of 210 is deducted again from my account and now my yesterday trip amount showing as 365.12. Seriously without my permission how can they deduct from my paytm.

                        Note : I already have a receipt of 155.12 which i have paid, how can they deduct additionally. I have a proof of email which states 155.12 is the bill amount.

                        I wrote a detailed email to them. They have replied saying - Minor issue at backend. This is what a customer expects from big companies.

                          I booked a ride on april 11th 2017 around 8.58am from g m palya 2nd main road to tridib building, bagmane tech park, bangalore. While booking the amount shown was 70. I had credit of 93 rupees which i got due to wrong billing yesterday. But the bill i got on getting out of cab was 135. While booking nothing about surcharge is mentioned. But in bill they add surcharge = 2. X, which is unfair. You can't just show 70 while booking and take double of it. This is happening daily. When asked for refund i always get the reply saying it was due to gps error etc. I would like the refund of 65 rupees.

                          It should charge the amount it shows while booking because that is what i have paid always and the amount is always exact. You just cannot produce a receipt with extra charges of your own. Its just not done.

                            I booked a ride on 26/03/17 at 8:11 pm from maharani bagh, delhi upto faridabad but the driver refused to go and that was my 4th cab which was getting cancelled. I asked him to cancel the ride because he was the one who refused to go but he instead insisted on me to cancel it as he would be charged if he cancels. I told him that i will not cancel the ride, do whatever you want and then he cut my phone and didn't pick up after that. Because of that unprofessional and shameless driver i could not book another ride and had to stand there for around 45 mins to get another cab.

                            Somehow he cancelled the ride later (I dont know when) with some reason which directs on me because i am being charged for it with rs.63.60/- which was added on my next ride on 8/04/17.

                            The ride i booked on 8/04/17 was showing that i have to pay rs.485/- but the driver asked me to pay 612 including the rs63.60/- of cancellation charges of my previous ride and toll and some taxes. I gave him rs.500/- cash and then he asked me to pay rs216/- more which i paid via paytm, making a total of rs716/- (But the bill on his phone said rs.616/-

                            The receipt i received later from uber said that the ride has cost me rs552.49/- (Why and how??). If while booking it was rs.485/- then why a receipt of 552?

                            So technically i should be receiving a refund of rs.231/- approx because it said i have to pay rs.485/- but the receipt i received that said i have to pay rs.552.49/- out of no reason.

                            It should charge the amount it shows while booking because that is what i have paid always and the amount is always exact. You just cannot produce a receipt with extra charges of your own. Its just not done.

                            Kindly refund my money i. E. Rs.231/- and this will be the last ride with uber india because travelling with looteras is just not possible.

                            The refund of Rs.231/- includes the cancellation charges of Rs.63.60/- also.

                                Yesterday night i have a drive with uber from rohini to shadi pur,
                                estimate amount showed Rs. 224, but driver took wrong route other then map.
                                at last driver charged Rs. 470 and i gave Rs. 500 and even driver not refund the balance.

                                Uber India — Charged outstanding balance... It was never any outstanding pending with me

                                Fraud people... You charged me 64rs as outstanding balance...your driver cancelled trip and you are doing such frauds to earn money... Beg me and I will pay you more...i booked another cab and it came in 5 mins.then how can I cancel the ride... Useless fraud people... I will highlight this issue at all levels

                                  This Uber driver Mr. Anis is not a fare man. On 08.04.17, I had two Uber rides for the to and fro movement with the same pick-up and drop destination through ubergo. I travelled from Lallubhai Park, Andheri West to Tata cancer, Parel Mumbai in the morning 6.19 AM, the fare was Rs. 226 Rs (Share code: bholanaths61ue), and distance shown is 16 km. Same distance I covered from Tata cancer hospital Parel to Lalubhai Park, Andheri West, on 08.04 at 11.39 AM, distance shows 26 km, some address of Ville Parle and fare is 362. You have charged Rs. 91.93 additional for time. The driver kept us waiting and keep discussing in Mobile for 15 minutes, with an ailing cancer patient in car. My request to continue the journey, was dis-honored by the driver. The amount should be refunded to my Paytm account, from where it has been deducted.

                                    Booked cab on 5 Apr 2017 from Chennai Station to Anna Nagar . Ist vehicle did not turn up for 15 minutes . Repeated calls to driver went unanswered . Finally when he picked up he said, mechanical problem with Car, please cancel booking. I cancelled.
                                    Again booked another one, the vehicle did not turn up and the waiting time kept on changing with no certainty. Driver did not pick up calls .I was forced to cancel and took another Taxi .

                                    On 9 Apr 2017, i took a Uber cab from Guwahati Airport to Panjabari, the system / billing software charged me additionally Rs 100/-, may be for the two cancellations of 5 Apr 2017, which was not my fault . This is cheating, arbitrary charging customers quietly and forcing them to pay. In both the above cases fault was o[censored]ber and not me.
                                    Kindly refund Rs 100/- immediately in my account against by cell number [protected] and confirm .

                                      Paid cash for my trip but shows outstanding and does not let me ride further

                                      I had made a ride on 5:35 PM on April 4, 2017 from my home to Secunderabad station by Maruti Swift Dzire(I guess) and paid the driver for the trip. When I open Uber app it shows that I owe Rs. 132.93. The driver could not see the amount on his screen nor did I get completion message. Since my train had arrived I had to rush in paying what the driver asked for Rs. 125/-. I paid the amount and rushed to catch the train. That trip payment still...

                                      Uber charged me cancellation fee for a ride i did not avail.
                                      There is no policy on ur app specifying cancellation charges. Also when the driver could not navigate to ththe location and find my address why Am I being charged, you should cut from the driver, i waited patiently for him to come to pick up. This seems to be a very cheap way of making money
